Description

The present invention relates to a care tool used for a care recipient, and relates to a tool having an effect of blocking visual observation from the surroundings and suppressing odor diffusion.

When changing underwear such as diapers of care recipients who are bedridden due to aging or illness, care should be taken by shutting off the surroundings of the room or suspending the curtains to block the view from the surroundings. ing. Another purpose is to prevent the spread of odor in excrement.

In general, the caregiver is placed under the cared person so as to turn over the bedding, and is performed manually. However, by turning the top, the lower body directly touches the outside air, and even if the room temperature is raised, it feels chilly and the odor spreads. On the other hand, a towel can be applied to a part of the lower body, but it is in the way of attaching and detaching the underwear of the cared person. Therefore, a covering member having a special specification is required for covering the lower body of the caregiver and performing the care work.

Exhaust means for exhausting the air inside the enclosure, equipped with a transparent enclosure as a measure for preventing odor diffusion, equipped with an operation port through which a caregiver's hand can be inserted into the enclosure, and a glove connected thereto (For example, refer patent document 1). There has been proposed a tool having a similar configuration in which a deodorant is sprayed without using exhaust means (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
Also, a collapsible frame is provided, and the frame is covered with an envelop made of airtight fiber cloth and a resin sheet that can be seen through is provided on a part of the frame. There has been proposed an odor diffusion prevention device which is configured to change underwear such as diapers (see, for example, Patent Document 3). Furthermore, a bed toilet device is proposed which covers a toilet bed for a hospital bed and a cover (frame body) covering the bed, covers the odor, connects the duct and connects the duct to discharge the odor to the outside (for example, patent document). 4). These tools describe the entire structure for preventing odor diffusion and do not describe the structure of the enclosure or cover alone to keep airtight.

The problem to be solved is that when changing the underwear such as the diaper of the cared person, the member covering the cared person simply blocks the view from the surroundings, other functions are not considered, and the underwear It is a point that the brightness of the place where the replacement work is performed is insufficient.

The present invention is a tool used for care work for exchanging excrement of a caregiver lying on a sickbed or replacing underwear such as diapers,
Install a frame with a three-dimensional shape above the care location,
As a covering covering the cared person on the frame body, a fiber raw cloth and a resin cloth or either one is attached, and a space is provided at the care location and odor diffusion is prevented,
In order to arrange a transparent resin sheet of a predetermined size in the central part of the covering, a window-like blank part is formed in the arranged part,
The transparent resin sheet is inserted into the window-like blank portion, and the peripheral portion thereof is adhered, and fixed to the edge of the window-like blank portion by a joining means such as sewing or a fastener,
An insertion hole for inserting a caregiver's hand and arm is provided in the upper part and / or the side part of the cover attached to the frame.

As the fiber raw cloth, woven cloth, knitted raw cloth, etc. are used, and those having low air permeability are preferable, and raised products and the like can also be used. Further, the resin cloth is a composite member formed by coating resin on a fiber raw cloth for the purpose of reinforcement to form a laminated structure, and has no breathability and is convenient for preventing odor diffusion. A nonwoven fabric may be used for the base fabric in order to impart heat retention.

The resin cloth is formed by inserting reinforcing yarns at appropriate intervals into a cloth having a low density, roll-coating a molten resin on the cloth to form a composite material, and hanging on the frame to form a space in a nursing place. Provided. There is no air permeability and it is lightweight and suitable for preventing odor diffusion. It is easy to clean and can be stored cleanly.

Further, gloves and arm bags for inserting the caregiver's hand and arm are attached to the insertion hole to prevent the hand from directly touching the filth. The gloves and arm bags are preferably waterproof, and may be configured to be detachable from the insertion hole using a hook-and-loop fastener.

The raw fiber cloth and the resin cloth are intended to block the line of sight, and are preferably made of a cloth with good drooping properties. It has the effect of helping to prevent odor diffusion.

Furthermore, a deodorant is installed and sprayed in the space provided in the care location or deodorized by using either one. The deodorizer uses the deodorizing tool marketed for business use and household use for toilet deodorization.

The transparent resin sheet is used to perform care work while illuminating the light and visually observing the care location, and the transparent resin sheet is disposed at a position where visual observation from the surroundings is difficult to reach. The transparent resin sheet portion for viewing the care location is further extended in the direction of the upper body portion of the care recipient to form a daylighting portion, thereby preventing the surroundings from being seen around the care location.

Since the frame body is configured to be foldable, it is easy to carry and can be assembled by opening the legs at a care location.

In the present invention, the cover shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. A fiber cloth having a light shielding property is used to shield the surrounding visual observation, and a transparent resin film is disposed on the side where the caregiver is located. Furthermore, it is characterized in that a lighting resin film is extended and arranged on the upper body side of the cared person so that indoor illumination light can easily enter.

The fiber raw fabric does not need to completely confine the odor and does not have to be ventilated with the outside air. Specifically, a raised product such as a blanket or flannel or a quilting material in which a thin cotton-like sheet is sandwiched and a fabric is laminated on both sides and integrated by quilting is also suitable. Although these raw cloths are not airtight, they are supple and air-retaining, have good adhesion to mattresses, etc., and have the effect of retaining odor. It is preferable to use a suture or a fastener for the joint portion with the see-through resin sheet. There are dot, line, and surface fasteners, but the surface fastener is easy to handle.

In order to attach and detach underwear such as a diaper of a cared person, a space is required above the crotch when the cover is put on, and a frame is required to make the space. The frame is appropriately used, such as a folding method or a fixing method, but any frame may be used as long as it has a three-dimensional shape and can be stably positioned on the mattress. Although it arrange | positions so that the part which can see through of a cover is located in the upper surface part of a frame, the hole for a caregiver to insert a hand from the exterior of a cover is required. In order to insert both hands, at least two holes are necessary. In addition, when it is necessary to borrow another person's hand, further holes need to be provided. The holes are provided in the transparent resin sheet portion. However, if it is sufficient if the state of manual work is confirmed, the width of the transparent resin sheet may be narrowed and the holes may be provided in the fiber raw cloth portion or the resin cloth. It is preferable that the hole does not have as much space as possible around the arm portion when a hand is inserted, and a thin rubber ring may be attached around the hole. If the fixing property of the covering member is insufficient during the nursing care work, a transparent resin plate may be installed at the upper position of the frame body and a hole may be provided in the transparent resin plate.

The covering member for the cared person of the present invention shields visual inspection from the outside during the care work for attaching and detaching underwear such as diapers, and also prevents the skin from directly touching the outside air and also suppresses the spread of odor. When the care work is completed, the cover is lightly folded and packed in a bag, taken out to the outside, exposed to the outside air, and patted to release the odor. An odor discharge device is not required.

Example 4

In order to change the underwear such as the excrement and diaper of the cared person, remove the top cover of the bed and cover the frame and the frame, and block the visual inspection from the outside when changing the underwear, The caregiver is positioned below the cared person and inserts hands and arms through the hole provided in the cover, and the replacement work is performed while checking the underwear replacement site through a transparent transparent sheet provided in a part of the cover. I do. The covering prevents the spread of odor, but the cared person does not feel cold without directly touching the outside air. The covering material is a flexible fiber cloth or a resin cloth, and a raised fiber material or the like is also used for the fiber cloth. Since the surface of the raised fiber material has an air-retaining property that keeps air, the odor is kept and thus ventilation with outside air is easily prevented. After changing the underwear, deodorant is sprayed inside, and then the covering member is folded, packed in a bag and carried out of the room. Since the cover is hung outdoors and tapped to remove the odor, no odor discharge device is required.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which a cover 1 used in the present invention is spread on a plane. The raw material is a raw fiber cloth 2, preferably a raw cloth raised on at least one side. A blanket for bedding is suitable, and a blanket of 400 g to 2 kg per m 2 is used. The width is required to be 130 to 150 cm, and the length is required to be 150 cm to 2 m. On the four sides, the bias tape 4 is sewn so as to surround the front and back. The bias tape preferably has one surface raised. A transparent resin sheet 3 is disposed at the center of the cover 1, and the transparent resin sheet is rectangular and preferably has a thickness of 0.5 to 1 mm, and a commercially available PVC sheet is preferred. The width is 60 to 70 cm, which is wider than the shoulder width of an adult, and a length of about 1 m is necessary. The said transparent resin sheet cuts out the center part of the fiber unwoven cloth 2 of a cover, forms a window-shaped blank part, and it is made to fit in a rectangular window-shaped blank part, but the four circumferences are stitched | sutured or the surface fastener 6 is used. Close. The transparent resin sheet 3 is placed on the upper surface of the frame when it is placed on the frame, which will be described later. The 3a portion located on the upper surface of the frame, the side on which the caregiver is located (3b) It is arranged so as to cover the head side (3c) of the cared person. In the figure, a portion indicated by a broken line indicates a position where the frame is bent when it is put on the frame. The transparent resin sheet portion 3c disposed on the head side is for daylighting and is intended to ensure the brightness around the underwear replacement work. The transparent resin sheet is provided with an insertion hole 5 for inserting a caregiver's hand and arm as shown in the figure. As a raw material for the raw fiber cloth 2, a curtain fabric having good draping properties, a sheet fabric for bedding, and the like can be used.

FIGS. 2A and 2B show frame bodies 6 and 7 used in the present invention. There are no particular restrictions on the material, such as wood or metal. Square or tube material is used. The structure of the frame 6 includes an upper surface portion 6a and a leg portion 6b, and a hinge 6c is provided at a connection portion between the upper surface portion and the leg portion so that the leg portion can be folded. Transparent resin plates 6d having a thickness of 2 to 3 mm are disposed at two locations on the upper surface portion 6a, and are fixed to the upper surface portion 6a with bolts. The transparent resin plate is provided with an insertion port 6e for inserting a caregiver's hand and arm. Although not shown in particular, the upper surface portion 6a of the frame body can be made of a pipe material, and the length can be made variable as a structure in which a part is fitted. It is convenient because the width of the frame can be changed according to the physique of the cared person.

FIG. 2 (b) shows a lightweight and simple structure, and shows an integrated frame 7 made of an aluminum alloy. A transparent resin plate 7b is fixed to the upper surface portion 7a, and insertion holes 7c are provided at two locations. Suitable for use on a bed. When inserting a hand from the side obliquely upward, an insertion port may be provided at a corresponding position when the cover member 1 is covered. In the present embodiment, it is possible to separately provide a transparent resin plate 7d that is curved obliquely upward on the side surface, and it is also possible to provide an insertion hole.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the care tool 20 having a three-dimensional shape showing a state in which the cared person 8 is covered with the frame 6 and the cover 1. When a flat cover is put on the cubic frame 6, excess portions are generated in the fiber raw cloth 2 at the four corners, so that folded portions 9 are appropriately provided so as to maintain airtightness in the frame. It can adapt to the physique differences of care recipients. As described above, the fiber unwoven cloth 2 constituting the covering is a raised bedding blanket, and has drape and flexibility, so that air communication does not occur in the folded portion. Accordingly, the cared person's chest and legs can be made airtight only by lightly pressing from outside, and there is an advantage that the position of the cared person's legs can be changed freely. Although products having various physical properties are commercially available for the bias tape 4, a flexible material having no directionality is preferable, and a particularly brushed product has a structure that easily comes into contact with a mattress or the like. FIG. 4 is an image diagram showing the caregiver 10 performing the care work.

Fig.5 (a) is a perspective view which shows the cover 1a using the resin-made cloth. The resin cloth of the present invention is a composite material in which a molten resin is roll-coated using a raw cloth in which reinforcing yarns are inserted at appropriate intervals into a cloth having a coarse yarn density. The reinforcing yarns are arranged in a lattice shape, and the thickness of the composite material is preferably 0.1 to 0.3 mm. As the molten resin, vinyl chloride, polyester, acrylic, nylon, or the like is used, and the see-through can be prevented by coloring. Lace fabrics can be used as raw fabrics to be combined. The resin cloth 11 may be composed of one sheet, but is divided into four sheets, each of which is configured as 11a, 11b, 11c, and 11d, and the attached portion 11e is overlapped and bonded to form a window shape. A blank portion 12 is formed. As shown in FIG. 4B, a margin for bonding is set in the window-like blank portion, and the transparent resin sheet 3 is mounted in the same manner as in the first embodiment, and the four circumferences are overlapped and bonded to the resin cloth 11. The transparent resin sheet 3 is provided with an insertion hole 5 for inserting a caregiver's hand and arm. Since the transparent resin sheet 3 is bent at a portion indicated by a broken line, the portion attached to the frame is indicated as 3a, the caregiver side is indicated as 3b, and the daylighting portion located on the care receiver head side is indicated as 3c. A plurality of hooks 13 are attached to the peripheral edge of the transparent resin sheet 3a. Adhesion and hook-and-loop fasteners are used as the attachment structure, but a fitting structure may be used. The shape of the hook is enlarged and shown in FIG. The hook is hung on a member on the upper surface of the frame. The completed covering 1b is shown in FIG.

FIG. 6A shows a state in which the cover 1 b is suspended from the member on the upper surface of the frame body 6. A frame body 6 shown in FIG. 2A is used, a frame member 14 for hooking a hook 13 is added, and the transparent resin plate 6d is removed. In the preparatory work procedure, the cover 6 is placed on the cared person, and then the frame body 6 is placed. Although the leg part 6b comes to hold down a part of the cover 1b, it is preferable to store an excess cover in the side of a care receiver beforehand. Next, the hook 13 is hung on the upper surface of the frame so as to create a space in the care-giving part of the care recipient. Thereafter, the preparatory work for the care device 20a is completed by pulling the surplus portion of the covering device outward so as to extend. As another preparatory work procedure, the hook 13 is hooked on the frame 6 and the covering is suspended, and then the cover is placed on the care recipient and the peripheral portion of the covering is pulled out.

FIG. 6B is an explanatory diagram of another configuration of the upper surface portion 3 a of the transparent resin sheet 3, and shows a state in which the arm bag 16 including the bellows portion integrated with the glove 15 is attached to the insertion hole 5. Show. An annular hook-and-loop fastener 17 is provided at the upper end of the arm bag for easy attachment / detachment. Caregivers keep their hands and arms clean when putting their hands into the insertion hole and prevent filth deposits.

In the present invention, a frame having a simple three-dimensional shape is placed on the upper side of a cared person and covered with the cover 1, so that the odor during care work involving odor such as excrement and diaper exchange is not diffused. In addition, the use of a brushed fiber material, a drapeable curtain fabric, and a resin-coated composite material containing reinforcing fibers allows the odor to be stopped by quickly folding the cover at the end of care work. Raised material is advantageous because it has the property of retaining gas on its surface. It is a simple nursing tool without using any special odor discharging device. If the deodorant is sprayed inside the cover at the end of the care work, the spread of odor is further prevented.
