First, place the wheelchair next to the bed and let the person in support take an end-sitting posture (the posture in which the body is raised and the legs are hung from the edge of the bed = the posture of sitting on the edge of the bed). Hold the helper's body with his / her arm, and the caregiver puts the care recipient's legs between his / her knees, directly knees and knees, or puts his / her foot between the care recipient's crotch. Supporting the body of the person, holding the body of the person being assisted by both arms at the same time, and rotating it toward the wheelchair (pivot transfer). When holding the body of the person being assisted, the back side of the person being assisted is often used to grab the hem of the pajamas or the end of the pants by hand.

In view of such a current situation, the present invention can reduce the burden on both the helper and the person being assisted when the person being assisted rotates and moves the person being assisted to the wheelchair from the bed, for example, and the wearing It is an object of the present invention to provide an assisted person movement assisting tool which is easy. It is another object of the present invention to provide an assisted person movement assisting device which can be carried out while being worn by an assisting person or can be folded into a small size and convenient for carrying.

An attachment belt is provided that is wound around the lower leg side of one knee of a caregiver to be worn, and the plate-shaped portion is connected to the support belt one at each of the left and right ends, and two are connected to the center so as to be adjacent to each other. In addition, two plate-shaped portions connected to the end portion and the central portion are made into one set, and the other end sides of the plate-shaped portions of each set are bendably connected to each other. Further, the attachment belt has an intermediate portion thereof in each set. It is characterized in that it is attached to the connecting portion of the plate-like portion or its vicinity.
In addition, since the plate-shaped portion is hard, it is possible to maintain the initial plate shape with almost no deformation even when a load is applied. Further, since the support belt is flexible, it can be fitted to the body and deformed when a load is applied. Further, the support belt is preferably made of a material having substantially no elasticity, and the attachment belt is preferably elastic.

And the front side of the plate-shaped portion connected to the other end side of the support belt (the side opposite to the side on which the folding belt is attached)
It is desirable to provide a hook-and-loop fastener that is attached to each other. In the present invention, the front (front) surface means, with respect to the attachment belt and the folding belt, a surface facing outward when worn by a caregiver or when the folded one is closed, and the back surface thereof. When we mean the side that faces inward.
The surface of the plate portion means a surface facing outward. Needless to say, the plate-shaped portion in this case is a plate-shaped portion connected to the end portion side of the support belt.

Needless to say, the attachment belt has a fixing means to the lower leg side of the caregiver, and as the fixing means, a surface fastener to be attached to the back surface on one end side and the surface on the other end side of the attachment belt is attached. It is desirable to provide it. In that case, it is desirable to further provide a surface fastener, which is attached to the surface fastener of the plate-shaped portion located on the other end side of the attachment belt, with the surface fastener provided on the back surface on the one end side of the attachment belt. The "plate-shaped portion located on the other end side of the attachment belt" here and the "plate-shaped portion connected to the other end side of the support belt" in the preceding paragraph may be the same, and The surface fasteners provided in the above may be the same.

る。BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, the assisted person movement assisting tool (hereinafter simply referred to as a moving assisting tool) according to the present invention will be described more specifically. The movement assisting tool 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a support belt 2 which is applied from the front side to the lower leg side of both knees of the person being assisted in the end sitting position from the front side, and is substantially the same as the supporting belt 2, which is substantially the same. Four rigid plate-like portions 3 to 6 having a length and one end side (indicated by an arrow a) connected to the support belt 2; an attachment for winding and fixing the hard plate-like portions 3 to 6 on the lower leg side of one knee of an assistant It includes a belt 7 and a folding belt 8 attached to one end side (the plate-shaped portion 3 side) of the support belt 2.

And 4 and the plate-shaped portions 5 and 6), and the other ends (indicated by arrows b) of the plate-shaped portions of each set are flexibly connected to each other. Therefore, when the supporting belt 2 is extended, the supporting belt 2 is used as the bottom side and the plate-shaped portions 3 and 4 or the plate-shaped portions 5 and 6 are formed.
It seems that isosceles triangles with equal sides are arranged side by side. The plate-shaped portions 3 to 6 are, for example, those in which a hard plate (for example, a wooden plate) is enclosed inside a sheathed cloth,
Even if it receives a load, that part does not deform such as bending. In this case, the cloth of the plate-like portions 3 to 6 may be continuous (the cloth is divided into four parts, and the plates are enclosed in each of them), and the cloth may be continuous with the support belt 2. Further, if necessary, a cushion material can be inserted between the plate and the cloth (particularly, the side of the plate-shaped portions 4 and 5 facing the mounting belt 7).

Attach it to the part (below the knee). The support belt 2 is flexible but has some rigidity, the plate-shaped portions 3 to 6 are thick (when the thick portions are connected at one end, the other end is easily opened), and the mounting belt 7 When the movement assisting tool 1 is attached, the front side (support belt 2 side) is naturally opened by pulling it backward.

Step out between both feet and apply the support belt 2 to the lower thigh side (below the knee) of both knees of the person being assisted (the both knees of the person being assisted B are between the plate-like portions 3 and 4 and the plate, respectively). Push the knee so that it is located between the features 5,6). The weight of the caregiver B is supported, and its foot is pivotally moved toward the wheelchair to be seated. When the person being assisted B is held and lifted from the bed, a part or most of the weight of the person being assisted B is applied to the support belt 2 from both knees, and the weight is assisted via the plate-like portions 3 to 6. Since it can be supported by the feet, the burden on the caregiver is lightened. In addition, since the knee of the person to be assisted A does not directly contact the knee of the person to be assisted B and is supported by the support belt 2, the person to be assisted B does not feel pain or discomfort. Caregiver A for the plate-like parts 4, 5
By interposing a cushion or the like on the surface of the person's foot, the caregiver A is not hurt. On the other hand, by using the assisting tool 13, it is not necessary to grasp the pajamas or pants of the person being assisted B, and the person being assisted B does not feel uncomfortable.

る。Since this movement assisting tool 1 only needs to be worn by a person being assisted, it does not require a great burden on the person being assisted, and it does not take much time to put it on the person being assisted, and only one person is required to assist it. However, there is an advantage that the work of rotating and moving can be done speedily. In addition, in the case of being worn by the person being assisted, if the person being assisted cannot take the edge sitting posture by himself, in many cases another assistant is required to take the edge sitting posture. By using the movement assisting tool 1, one person can work. Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), if one end side (front side) of the plate-shaped portions 3 to 6 is brought closer and closed by the folding belt 8, the caregiver wears the movement assisting tool 1 without hanging. It is possible to move and do other work as it is.

他の移動にも適宜適用できることはいうまでもない。According to the movement assisting tool of the present invention, when the person being assisted is moved for a short distance, the burden on both the person being assisted and the person being assisted can be reduced. In addition, since only the helper needs to wear it, even a person being assisted who cannot take the end-seated posture by himself or herself can be moved by a single person, or it can be worn without being too obtrusive. It is suitable for busy caregivers because it can be used at any time. As it can be folded even smaller, it is convenient to carry and store. In addition, in the above example, the movement assisting tool is used for rotational movement from the bed to the wheelchair, but it goes without saying that the movement assistance tool can be appropriately applied to other movements.
