“DISPOSITIVO MONOPIEDE PER IL TRASFERIMENTO DI PERSONE INTEGRABILE ALLA CARROZZINA PER DISABIU "SINGLE-FOOT DEVICE FOR THE TRANSFER OF PEOPLE THAT CAN BE INTEGRATED TO THE WHEELCHAIR FOR THE DISABLED
TESTO DELLA DESCRIZIONE TEXT OF THE DESCRIPTION
Le persone, in generale classificate come disabili, costrette ad effettuare qualsiasi spostamento in carrozzina, se non sono dotate di eccessiva forza fisica nelle braccia o sono inabilitate negli arti superiori, hanno la quotidiana necessità di dover essere spostate da una qualsiasi sede, come ad esempio un letto, sin sopra la carrozzina e viceversa. Il dispositivo qui presentato consente, mediante l'azionamento di un arganello (1), di poter facilitare la manovra di trasferimento sollevando la persona seduta mediante un’ imbracatura (23), collegata tramite una corda provvista di un opportuno gancio alla sua estremità (Fig.1 e 2). Tale dispositivo è composto principalmente da: un profilo telescopico composto dai pezzi (4) e (8), un braccio (2) dotato di una certa rotazione, un arganello (1) azionato per mezzo di una manovella ed un piede (10) chiudibile a binario che dona stabilità alla struttura (Fig. 2). Il profilo (4) è innestato nel profilo (8) costituendo cosi un accoppiamento telescopico(Fig.10); un asta (6), resa solidale al profilo (8), limita la corsa del profilo (4), essendo collegata mediante il dischetto (5) ed il bullone (9) hai profili (4) e (8) rispettivamente (Fig.10). Il profilo (8) è dotato di un foro per l’inserimento di una spina a molla (7) (Fig.10) collegata mediante la canna porta spina (7.1) (Fig.6) resa solidale al profilo (8); quando il dispositivo viene messo in funzione, la molla(7.2) spinge la spina (7.3) avvolta dai rulli (7.4) (Fig.6) all'interno della cava del profilo (4). In questo modo il profilo (4) si poserà sui rulli (7.4) è donerà al braccio (2) una rotazione vincolata alle dimensioni della cava (Fig. 2 e 10). Il dispositivo di sollevamento comprensivo di tutti i suoi componenti è reso solidale alla carrozzina, mediante i morsetti (13) ed i supporti (16) collegati mediante perni(Fig.lO), inoltre un ulteriore solidità viene garantita dal tubolare (21.1 )(Fig.9) che alloggia al suo Interno un tubolare della carrozzina, come si può notare in (Fig. 4 e 5). Per avere una struttura più stabile nella manovra di trasferimento della persona, si ricorre all’apertura di un piede (10) scorribile a binario nel tubolare a croce (20) (Fig.le 2), la cui rotazione è bloccata dal cricchetto a molla (17) (Fig.7 e 2) e dal piede (22). Il tubolare a croce(20) (Fig.9), avrà a sua volta bloccata la rotazione durante la manovra di sollevamento, da una piastra (12), collegata ad esso mediante un bullone (12.2) (Fig.9); la piastra (12)poserà da una parte con il perno (12.4) sulla piastrina(21.3) solidale al tubolare(21.2) e dall’altra con il perno (12.3) su un tubolare della carrozzina (Fig.9 e 2). Il piede (10) è dotato di un ulteriore vite(11) regolabile(Fig.2e10), per assicurare maggiore stabilità anche in piani non perfettamente planari. Quando il dispositivo è chiuso durante la condizione di marcia della carrozzina (Fig. 3 e 4), assume una configurazione tale da non intralciare la marcia di quest’ ultima. Nel momento dell’utillzzo, si dovrà semplicemente aprirlo (Fig. 1 e 2); azionando la leva (15), mediante cavetti di collegamento che scorrono nelle guaine(14), si ritirerà il cricchetto (18)(Fig. 4) che permetterà l’apertura del piede (10)(Fig. 1 e 2) che avviene ruotandolo sino a terra ed in seguito facendolo scorrere nel tubolare a croce (20)(Fig. 10); in fine azionando il pedalino (22), si stabilizzerà la struttura, essendo la sua rotazione vincolata rispetto al tubolare a croce (20), mediante l’azione del cricchetto (17)che agirà sul piolo (24)(Fig.9 e 2); in seguito si solleverà II braccio (2)sbloccandolo dall’alloggio della spina (7)nello scavo (25)(Fig.1);grazie all’apertura della valvola di non ritorno (19)(Fig. 8) l’aria avrà accesso nei cilindri (8)e (4)(Fig.10) e non darà così forze di pressione; all’altezza di funzionamento, scatterà automaticamente la spina a molla (7), dotata di una sfera (7.5)che mediante una piccola molla (7.6)alloggiata nella spina (7.3)garantirà un attrito volvente fra spina (7.3)(Fig. 6)e profilo (4)(Fig. 10), collegata mediante l’incastro di un cappuccio (7.7)nella spina (7.3)(Fig. 6). In queste condizioni il dispositivo è pronto per l’uso (Fig. 1 e 2). A questo punto, è necessario collegare la corda dell’arganello (l)all’imbracatura (23)della persona da sollevare ed azionare la manovella dell'arganello (1)(Fig.1 e 2). Una volta elevata la persona ad una quota opportuna, per facilitare ulteriormente la manovra si può sollevare il bracciolo della carrozzina e, ruotando il braccio (2), la persona seduta potrà essere traslata sin fuori la carrozzina (Fig. 1 e2)o viceversa. Azionando nuovamente l'arganello (1)si potrà, cosi, calare dolcemente la persona imbracata sino alla nuova sede (Fig. 1 e2).Dopo l'utilizzo, il dispositivo può assumere una nuova configurazione compatibile con quella di trasporto della carrozzina (Fig. 5). Pertanto è necessario chiudere il profilo (4)ritirando la spina (7) (Fig. 2);la discesa del braccio(2)avverrà delicatamente, grazie all'azione della valvola conica(3) regolata mediante la vite (3.1)nella madrevite (3.2)(Fig.8);in seguito si porrà il braccio (2)in posizione parallela con i braccioli della carrozzina bloccato grazi agli scavi (25) (Fig. 1) in uno dei quali alloggerà la spina a seconda dell'utilizzo del dispositivo e successivamente si chiuderà il piede (10) azionando nuovamente la leva (15) che sbloccherà il cricchetto a molla (18) e permetterà la chiusura del piede (10) grazie al supporto (18.1) che alloggerà un piolo (24) bloccato dal cricchetto (18) (Fig. 5 e 7); infine la carrozzina può chiudersi normalmente, senza essere intralciata dal dispositivo sollevatore; pertanto, in tale configurazione, il dispositivo è reso trasportabile con la carrozzina (Fig. 5). The device presented here allows, by operating a winch (1), to facilitate the transfer maneuver by lifting the seated person by means of a harness (23), connected by means of a rope provided with a suitable hook at its end (Fig .1 and 2). This device is mainly composed of: a telescopic profile composed of pieces (4) and (8), an arm (2) with a certain rotation, a winch (1) operated by means of a crank and a lockable foot (10) track that gives stability to the structure (Fig. 2). The profile (4) is inserted into the profile (8) thus constituting a telescopic coupling (Fig.10); a rod (6), made integral with the profile (8), limits the stroke of the profile (4), being connected by means of the disk (5) and the bolt (9) you have profiles (4) and (8) respectively (Fig. 10). The profile (8) is equipped with a hole for inserting a spring pin (7) (Fig. 10) connected by means of the pin holder barrel (7.1) (Fig.6) made integral with the profile (8); when the device is put into operation, the spring (7.2) pushes the pin (7.3) wound by the rollers (7.4) (Fig. 6) into the groove of the profile (4). In this way the profile (4) will rest on the rollers (7.4) and will give the arm (2) a rotation constrained to the dimensions of the slot (Fig. 2 and 10). The lifting device including all its components is made integral with the wheelchair, by means of the clamps (13) and the supports (16) connected by pins (Fig. 10), furthermore a further solidity is guaranteed by the tubular (21.1) (Fig. .9) which houses inside a tubular of the wheelchair, as can be seen in (Fig. 4 and 5). In order to have a more stable structure when transferring the person, one uses the opening of a foot (10) that can slide like a rail in the cross tube (20) (Fig. 2), whose rotation is blocked by the spring ratchet (17) (Fig. 7 and 2) and from the foot (22). The cross tube (20) (Fig.9), will in turn have blocked rotation during the lifting maneuver, by a plate (12), connected to it by a bolt (12.2) (Fig.9); the plate (12) will rest on one side with the pin (12.4) on the plate (21.3) integral with the tubular (21.2) and on the other with the pin (12.3) on a tubular of the wheelchair (Fig.9 and 2). The foot (10) is equipped with an additional adjustable screw (11) (Fig. 2 and 10), to ensure greater stability even on not perfectly flat surfaces. When the device is closed during the running condition of the wheelchair (Fig. 3 and 4), it assumes a configuration that does not hinder the movement of the latter. At the moment of use, it will simply have to be opened (Fig. 1 and 2); by operating the lever (15), by means of connecting cables that slide in the sheaths (14), the ratchet (18) (Fig. 4) will withdraw and will allow the opening of the foot (10) (Fig. 1 and 2) which takes place rotating it to the ground and then sliding it into the cross tube (20) (Fig. 10); finally, by activating the pedal (22), the structure will stabilize, since its rotation is constrained with respect to the cross tube (20), by means of the action of the ratchet (17) which will act on the pin (24) (Fig. 9 and 2 ); then the arm (2) will be raised, releasing it from the pin housing (7) in the excavation (25) (Fig. 1); thanks to the opening of the non-return valve (19) (Fig. 8), the air will have access in the cylinders (8) and (4) (Fig. 10) and thus will not give pressure forces; at the operating height, the spring pin (7) will automatically release, equipped with a ball (7.5) which, by means of a small spring (7.6) housed in the pin (7.3), will ensure rolling friction between the pin (7.3) (Fig. 6 ) and profile (4) (Fig. 10), connected by inserting a cap (7.7) into the pin (7.3) (Fig. 6). In these conditions the device is ready for use (Fig. 1 and 2). At this point, it is necessary to connect the rope of the winch (l) to the harness (23) of the person to be lifted and operate the crank handle (1) (Fig. 1 and 2). Once the person has been raised to a suitable height, to further facilitate the maneuver, the armrest of the wheelchair can be raised and, by rotating the arm (2), the seated person can be moved out of the wheelchair (Fig. 1 and 2) or vice versa. By operating the winch (1) again, it will be possible to gently lower the person in the harness to the new seat (Fig. 1 and 2). After use, the device can assume a new configuration compatible with that of transport of the wheelchair (Fig. 1 and 2). . 5). Therefore it is necessary to close the profile (4) by withdrawing the pin (7) (Fig. 2); the descent of the arm (2) will take place delicately, thanks to the action of the conical valve (3) adjusted by means of the screw (3.1) in the nut screw (3.2) (Fig. 8); then the arm (2) will be placed in a parallel position with the armrests of the wheelchair locked thanks to the excavations (25) (Fig. 1) in one of which the plug will be housed according to use of the device and then the foot (10) will close by operating the lever (15) again which will release the spring ratchet (18) and will allow the foot (10) to close thanks to the support (18.1) which will house a blocked peg (24) from the ratchet (18) (Fig. 5 and 7); finally, the wheelchair can close normally, without being hindered by the lifting device; therefore, in this configuration, the device is made transportable with the wheelchair (Fig. 5).
