Abstract

The collar consists of a rear support (5) and a front member (6) of a supple and hypoallergenic textile material that can be opemned and adjusted. The front member has a strip (3) with a loop that can be fastened round an intubation probe (4) and has a high adhesion elastomer film on its inner surface to prevent any lengthwise movement of the probe. The strip is attached to the front member of the collar by a Velcro (RTM) fastening.
