Abstract

Description

 The present invention relates to the field of packaging and especially relates to a method for combining with a neck container a container capable of receiving any object.

 It has been known for a long time in trade for the presentation of several objects gathered in the same package consisting of a stretched plastic film, for example made of polyvinyl chloride, which, after heat shrinking, follows the individual shape of the objects. For example, for sales with advertising promotion, we usually group together in the same batch at least two items of the same or different nature and which may have dimensions that are not similar, for example: a bottle of aperitif and its cap. dispenser, a bottle of eau de toilette and a reduction voucher or two identical aerosol cans, two bottles of shampoo ...

 In the particular case where it is desired to group a container with a neck, such as a bottle, and a complementary article such as a glass -or still any other article- this technique of film or heat-shrinkable sleeve is most commonly used. often printed and / or decorated. However, the aesthetic is hardly satisfactory, the effect of surprise - sometimes research - is inexistent so much and, moreover, the risks of deterioration, in particular of breakage, are not negligible.

 I1 has now been found that these drawbacks could be overcome by adopting an elegant and effective solution which in particular allows the two types of containers mentioned above to be combined and offering multiple possibilities of adaptations and applications.

 According to the invention, which aims to secure an object with a container with a neck, the object is enclosed in a box provided with at least one perforation on at least one of its faces and which is subject to the container by interlocking at the level of the perforation.

 We are already using, of course, box-type packaging, made of cardboard or other material, for grouping and transporting objects such as, for example, yoghurt pots. However, these packages serve as a gripping means by almost entirely enveloping the groups of objects and cannot themselves constitute receptacles for other articles.

 According to a preferred, but non-limiting, application of the invention, the positioning of a box on a bottle is advantageously aimed at, for the purpose, for example, of inserting a glass into the receptacle associated with the bottle.

 In practice, as indicated on the few illustrative figures of the attached plate, the box can take various forms such as square (fig. 1) parallelepiped (fig. 2), round (fig. 3) triangular (f, g. 4) or other polygonal configuration (fig. 5). It can also include several perforations (fig. 6) to be able, if desired, to group several neck containers with a receptacle box. Finally, according to other nonlimiting variants, the box can include windows or cutouts, as indicated for example in FIG. 7.

 The material of which the box is made is of course not limited to cardboard and may be made of plastic, metal or based on paper (or cardboard) complexes and metal sheets or composite materials.

 The box can be made and shaped in a manner known per se - by gluing, stapling, the presence or not of tabs and / or flaps - provided that the perforation (s), intended for, fitting onto the neck container, are designed to ensure a suitable subjection (round, star or other form).

 Although the combination described above of the box and the neck container is in principle sufficient in itself to ensure suitable securing, it is advantageous in some cases to provide an additional connecting means between the two abovementioned objects. Any known means can be provided for this purpose, for example adhesive strips, but it generally turns out to be more convenient and / or more aesthetic to ensure the installation then the heat shrinkage of a plastic sleeve between the box and the body of the container.

 FIG. 8 shows the combination, described above, of a bottle and a glass enclosed in its box positioned on the bottle but, according to another type of application, the invention also allows, as illustrated in the Figure 2 to associate with neck containers (1, 2) knotted objects (3, 4) arranged in a box (5) which, in this case, can for example have a flat shape.

 During the production of an assembly according to the invention, the joining of the neck container and the box has been carried out here in FIGS. 8 and 9 by retraction of a film or thermoplastic sleeve 6, in a manner known in itself, this film can of course include all useful indications, advertising or other and all mono or polychrome decorations.

Method for securing an object with a container with a neck, characterized in that the object is enclosed in a box provided with at least one perforation on at least one of its faces and which is subject to the container by interlocking at the level of the perforation.  2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that a connecting means is further provided between the box and the container.  3. Method according to claim 2, characterized in that said connecting means is constituted by a plastic sleeve, placed then heat shrunk between the box and the body of the container.  4. Assemblies and packaging obtained on the process of claims 1 to 3, such as combinations of bottles and receptacles capable of containing glasses or any other objects, for example of the advertising gift type.
