Abstract

The headrest attachment comprises two runners (1) which are fixed (4) underneath the table. These runners locate slides (2) which can be pulled out and adjusted to suit, the slides being connected together by crosspieces (15, 19. A pivot (7) in each slide holds a corresponding arm (3), these latter having an axial slot (23) in each. The slot permits adjustment of the headrest pad (5), the arms swinging upwards when in use and locking (17) over the bar (15) between the slides. Whe not in use, the arm unit is folded down and held by a magnet (16) under the table.
