Abstract

The motor-cyclist's protective garment consists of overalls (C) with an outer hermetically sealed layer welded to a lining. One or more bottles of compressed air (A) are fixed to the front of the overalls. The bottle(s) are connected by flexible tubes (T) to the suit. Each bottle is fitted with a mechanical closure system, such as a pin (G) which is joined to a cord of adjustable length, at the end of which is a hook (M). The hook (M) is fixed to a point on the motorcycle. One or more deflation valves on the overalls enables the wearer to deflate his suit when required.
