Abstract

The mower has an inverted U-shaped handle (3, 4) whose ends are pivoted to the frame at axis (X-X). The handle has cross members (4, 3). An inverted U-shaped member (8) has a cross member (81) just below (31) so that both can be grasped by one hand. Member (8) is slidably connected to lims (3), and its lower ends are bent outwardly and urged into contact with a cam (9) by springs (12). Cams (9) have slots at their rear ends into which ends (83) are urged to define the working position of the handle.
