Abstract

The apparatus is used for manipulating the upper or the lower limbs for physical education. It comprises a support fixed to a chair or a couch, and depending on the limb to be treated. This support has a horizontal arm providing a pivot for a block (M) holding a rod (R) bent at 90 deg. at one end. The other end is straight and used to adjust the rod in the block. The bent portion forms a grip for the limb being exercised. The block also carries a second rod (F), projecting rearwards and provided with an adjustable counterweight.
