Abstract

The pourer consists of two parts which are each made of plastics material. The main piece has a cylindrical portion which fits inside the container. The outside of the cylinder has two circular grooves (5) which form a seal with the container. The upper part of this piece has a lip (7) which is able to contain the overspill material. The central portion of the lid (2) has a cut-away section along one side which takes the second piece (11). This piece has a hole which may be lined up with an equivalent hole in the first by rotating the second piece (11).
