Abstract

The invention concerns an arrangement for strawberry picking, for various types of manual planting work, such as planting of strawberries and clearing of weeds, which arrangement comprises frame elements 1 and 2, wheels 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d to be secured on these elements, a support structure 9 placed between the frame elements, a seat 6 which is placed on the support structure and on which the operator is intended to sit and to move the arrangement by pushing from the ground, and a stand 5 for strawberry boxes or baskets to be secured on the frame elements. The present-day arrangements are difficult to use and costly. An arrangement according to the invention comprises a second support stand 4 to be secured to the frame elements, a chest support 7 secured on the support stand, and one or more separate braking devices 3a, 3b placed near the wheels and acting on them. <IMAGE>
