The present invention relates to a water trap for washbasins or the like, in which the water trap has a fastening part, from which the water trap can be fastened to the basin at this outlet by means of a fastening member, a body part , and a base part releasably attached to the outer tube of the body part.

In connection with various washbasins, bottle water locks made of metal or plastic are attached to the outlet at the bottom of the basin. The known bottle water locks consist of a truncated cone-shaped fastening part 15, in the middle of which there is a piece with internal threads, into which a screw extends from the strainer of the basin. The fastening piece continues downwards from the conical part as a vertical tube. The water trap further has a body part, the inner tube of which surrounds the vertical tube of the fastening part and is tightly connected to it. The outer pipe of the body part also has a pipe nozzle to which the other outlet pipes are connected.

This known structure is complex and thus expensive and has a potential leakage point between the vertical pipe of the fastening part and the inner pipe of the body part. The structure of the Li-25 is relatively high, which reduces the usability of the pool cabinet.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a pullove silk which is simple in construction, does not contain a potential leakage point and is furthermore low. The bottled water trap according to the invention 30 is characterized in that the fastening part is located in the inner tube of the body part.

By placing the fastening part in the inner tube of the body part, the advantage is achieved that the vertical tube of the fastening part and the inner tube of the body part, which exist in the known solutions, can be replaced by a single tube, which considerably simplifies the structure. At the same time, any leakage point between the pipes is eliminated. In addition, the structural height of the bottled water lock is reduced because the fastening part is no longer located above the body part but inside it.

Attaching the bottle water trap to the sink is simplified if the upper part of the inner tube of the body part, where the closing part 10 is located, expands conically upwards.

The arrangement of the fastening part according to the invention also makes it possible for the fastening part to be located at the same height as the pipe nipple.

One preferred embodiment of a bottle water trap according to the invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which Figure 1 shows a bottle water trap according to the invention in vertical section and Figure 2 shows a bottle water trap in plan view.

The bottled water trap shown in the drawing consists of a fastening part 1, a body part 2 with a pipe nozzle 3, which in the case shown is an actual pipe, and a bottom part 4. Fig. 1 also shows a washbasin strainer 5 in dotted lines. 2 with a snap connection and the connection is sealed by a sealing ring 6. According to the invention, the fastening part 1 is fastened 35 to the inner tube 11 of the body 2. The fastening part is located so far from the upper end of the tube 11 that the basin strainer part 5 fits inside the tube 11 above the fastening part. In order to be able to place the upper end of the tube 11 tightly against the lower surface of the basin, the upper part 12 of the tube 11 has the shape of an upwardly expanding cone-5. The fastening part 1 is fastened by its wings 9 to the lower edge of said expanding part 12 at substantially the same height as the pipe 3.

The fastening part 1, the body part 2 and the pipe 3 are, as shown in the figure, preferably in one piece, which is easy to realize when the material is plastic. The log water trap according to the invention is thus made of only two parts, so that the number of possible leakage points is reduced. The bottle water trap is fixed to the basin with a screw (not shown), the base of which rests on a basin strainer 15 fixed to the threads 8 of the body 7.

Contrary to the above, the pipe 11 can be made straight along its entire length and the fastening part 1 can be manufactured separately and fastened to the pipe 11.
