The user can then be shifted sideways by the movement or extension of the extendible elongate supporting means 130 and then be placed down again on the cushions 102 by the lowering or contraction of the padding 122a.
- the extendible elongate support can be lowered or deflated below a normal resting surface of the bed, extended to go under the body of the user, lifted or inflated to lift the user 300, retracted to bring the user back towards the center and lowered or deflated to lower the user into a resting position.
- the padding 122a and cushions 102 of a bed can be arranged into a matrix of air bags as in Fig. 7 .
- These air bags can be alternately inflated or deflated to relieve pressure for a bed-ridden person or can be used in conjunction with differential movement of the extendible support means 130 to turn or shift the position of a user.

Claims (14)
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem zum Transferieren einer Person zwischen einem Bett (100) und einer mobilen Sitzvorrichtung (200),wobei das automatische Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem das Bett und die mobile Sitzvorrichtung umfasst;wobei das Bett eine Zwischenschichtstruktur aus ersten Kissen (102) und einer Polsterung (122a) umfasst, wobei die Polsterung anhebbar, ausdehnbar, absenkbar oder zusammenziehbar ist;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Bett ein zurücklegbares Bett ist, das in eine aufrechte Sitzposition anpassbar ist und ferner Folgendes umfasst:ein ausfahrbares längliches Stützmittel (130) zum Stützen der Polsterung (122a), die das Gewicht einer Person trägt, und zum seitlichen Transferieren der Person auf die mobile Sitzvorrichtung;wobei die mobile Sitzvorrichtung abwechselnd zweite Kissen (202) und mindestens einen Schlitz umfasst, der über eine Breite ihres Sitzes verläuft, wobei die mobile Sitzvorrichtung ferner aufblasbare Kissen (202b) mit einem Luftventil umfasst, wobei die aufblasbaren Kissen (202b) in dem mindestens einen Schlitz montiert sind, woraufhin die zweiten Kissen (202) dazu konfiguriert sind, mit den ausfahrbaren länglichen Stützmitteln des Mehrzweckbetts eine Zwischenschichtstruktur zu bilden.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die mobile Sitzvorrichtung ein Rollstuhl, eine Toilette, ein AGV-Rollstuhl, eine Trage, ein Bett oder ein Duschstuhl ist.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Bett einen Kippschutzmechanismus umfasst, wobei der Kippschutzmechanismus ein ausfahrbares Bein umfasst, das sich entlang oder vor dem länglichen Stützmittel erstreckt.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Polsterung Airbags mit einem Ventil umfasst.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Polsterung und ersten Kissen des Betts in einer Matrix aus Airbags eingerichtet sind.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 5, wobei das selektive Aufblasen oder Entleeren von Airbags in der Matrix und/oder die differenzielle Bewegung der länglichen Stützmittel zum Entlasten des Drucks und/oder zum Wenden eines Körpers verwendet werden.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Position eines Benutzers auf dem Bett durch Aufblasen der Airbags oder Anheben der ersten Kissen, um sie hochzuheben, durch die Bewegung der länglichen Stützmittel verlagert wird, und dann der Benutzer auf das Bett hinunter durch Entleeren der Airbags oder Absenken der Kissen abgesenkt wird.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Polsterung einen Airbag umfasst, und die ausfahrbaren, länglichen Stützmittel einen Teleskoparm oder eine ausfahrbare Plattform umfassen, wobei der Teleskoparm oder die ausfahrbare Plattform einen Hohlraum aufweist, in dem der Airbag montiert ist.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die ausfahrbaren, länglichen Stützmittel Mittel zur Kollisionserfassung umfassen, wie einen optischen Sensor, einen Ultraschallsensor oder einen physischen Knopf, woraufhin die ausfahrbaren, länglichen Stützmittel das Ausfahren stoppen, wenn ein bevorstehender Unfall erfasst wird.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Bett Mittel zum Einstellen eines Drehpunkts des Betts umfasst, wenn es in eine aufrechte Sitzanordnung an einer höheren Stelle auf einer Matratze oder einem Bett angepasst wird, wobei die Mittel zum Einstellen des Drehpunkts des Betts einen Korb oder eine "Skiliftstruktur" umfassen, die an beiden Seiten des Betts montiert ist.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 1, das eine Lenkstange umfasst, die zusammen mit dem Patienten transferiert wird, wobei die Lenkstange dazu konfiguriert ist, an dem ausfahrbaren länglichen Stützmittel oder den mobilen Sitzvorrichtung verriegelt oder entriegelt zu werden.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die länglichen Transfermittel einen Airbag mit Ventil umfassen, und wobei sich die ausfahrbaren länglichen Stützmittel durch Schlitze in dem Sitz der mobilen Sitzvorrichtung zurückziehen.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 12, wobei das ausfahrbare längliche Stützmittel dazu konfiguriert ist, sich durch Schlitze in der mobilen Sitzvorrichtung zu erstrecken, den Benutzer anzuheben und sich zu dem Bett zurückzuziehen, wo es den Benutzer auf das Bett zurück absenkt.
- Automatisches Mehrzweck-Patiententransfersystem nach Anspruch 12, das Kollisionserfassungsmittel, wie einen optischen Sensor, einen Ultraschallsensor oder einen physischen Knopf umfasst, woraufhin das ausfahrbare, längliche Stützmittel aufhört auszufahren, wenn eine bevorstehende Kollision erfasst wird.
