Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hilfsvorrichtung für eine Fahrtrage und eine Fahrtrage mit einem einklappbaren Fahrwerk, wobei die Hilfsvorrichtung zum Be- und Entladen auf eine bzw. von einer Tragenplattform eines Rettungsfahrzeugs vorgesehen ist, enthaltend

- c) eine Stellvorrichtung für das Fahrwerk der Fahrtrage zum Einklappen des Fahrwerks beim Beladen auf die Tragenaufnahme bzw. ausklappen des Fahrwerks der Fahrtrage beim Entladen und
- d) eine Schwenkvorrichtung mit Antriebsmitteln, welche die Linearführung mit der Tragenaufnahme um eine Achse schwenkt.

Dabei wird zunächst die Tragenaufnahme über die Linearführung ausgebracht und die Tragenaufnahme mit der Linearführung schräggestellt. Mit 26 wird eine Schwenkvorrichtung der Tragenplattform 18 bezeichnet. Die Schwenkvorrichtung 26 erlaubt das Schwenken der Linearführung 24 gemeinsam mit der Tragenaufnahme 20. Eine als Schwenkhebel ausgebildete Hebelanordnung 28 der Schwenkvorrichtung 26 wird dazu von Antriebsmitteln 30 angehoben oder abgesenkt. Die Antriebsmittel 30 werden üblicherweise von einem Elektromotor gebildet, der von der elektrischen Versorgung des Rettungsfahrzeugs 14 ebenfalls versorgt wird. Die Hebelanordnung 28 ist mit der Linearführung 24 verbunden. Durch Betätigen eines Schalt- und Steuermechanismus 31 werden die Antriebsmittel 30 angesteuert. Über die Antriebsmittel 30 erfährt die Hebelanordnung 28 eine Schwenkbewegung um eine Achse 32. Diese Schwenkbewegung wird auf die Linearführung 24 übertragen, so dass die Linearführung 24 mit der Tragenaufnahme 20 in eine schräge Be- bzw. Entladeposition gelangt. Die Linearführung 24 wird dabei mit der Tragenaufnahme 20 um eine Schwenkachse 34 geschwenkt. Die Tragenaufnahme 20 verfügt über Führungen 36. Über die Führungen 36 wird die Fahrtrage 22 auf die Tragenaufnahme 20 geschoben bzw. gezogen. Auf der Tragenaufnahme 20 befindet sich ferner ein Linearantrieb 38. Der Linearantrieb 38 beinhaltet einen Ankerschlitten 40, welcher entlang einer Schienenanordnung 42 auf der Tragenaufnahme 20 läuft. Die Fahrtrage 22 rastet in den Ankerschlitten 40 ein und kann zur Automation einerseits auf die Tragenaufnahme 20 gezogen oder andererseits rausgeschoben werden. Der Ankerschlitten 40 dient im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel auch als Bremsmechanismus 44, welcher verhindert, dass sich die Fahrtrage 22 beim Entladen zu schnell von der Tragenaufnahme 20 bewegt.The
Die Fahrtrage 22 ist eine Trage 46 mit einem Fahrwerk 48. Die Trage 46 kann auf diese Weise bequem mit einem Patienten bewegt werden, ohne dass das Rettungspersonal die Trage 46 mit dem Patienten anheben muss. Seitliches Gestänge 47 an der Trage 46 verhindert, dass der Patient von der Trage fällt. Das Fahrwerk 48 der Fahrtrage 22 ist nach hinten hin einklappbar ausgebildet. Ein geeignetes Fahrwerksgestell 50 stabilisiert nicht nur das Fahrwerk 48, sondern dient auch als Stellvorrichtung 51 für das Fahrwerk 48, damit es zum Einklappen gelöst wird und eine geeignete Bewegung beim Einklappen vollzieht. - Auxiliary device (10) for a stretcher trolley (22) and a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) where the auxiliary device is used for loading and unloading the stretcher trolley (22) onto and from a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14), comprisinga) a stretcher holder (20) which supports the stretcher trolley (22) with the undercarriage (48) retracted,b) a linear guide (24) along which the stretcher holder (20) can be moved in and out of the vehicle,c) an actuating device (51) for the undercarriage (48) of the stretcher trolley (22) to fold in the undercarriage when loading onto the stretcher holder (20) and to fold out the undercarriage (48) of the stretcher trolley (22) when unloading,d) a pivoting device (26) with drive means (30), which pivot the linear guide (24) with the stretcher holder (20) around an axis (34),
characterized in thate) a switching and control mechanism (31) is provided that guides the stretcher holder (20) by means of the pivoting device (26) for loading from an inclined unloading position to a horizontal position as soon as the extended stretcher holder (20) is located below and behind the center of gravity of the stretcher trolley (22). - Auxiliary device (10) for a stretcher trolley (22) and a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) for loading onto and unloading from a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14) according to Claim 1, characterized by the switching and control mechanism (31) which guides the stretcher holder (20) by means of the pivoting device (26) when unloading to an inclined unloading position as soon as the extended stretcher holder (20) is located below the center of gravity of the stretcher trolley (22).
- Auxiliary device (10) for a stretcher trolley (22) and a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) for loading onto and unloading from a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14) according to one of Claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the stretcher trolley (22) has an additional guide roller arrangement (52, 54) on its head and/or foot area.
- Auxiliary device (10) for a stretcher trolley (22) and a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) for loading onto and unloading from a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14) according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that there are fastening elements (68) provided for releasably locking the stretcher trolley (22) in the stretcher holder (18).
- Auxiliary device (10) for a stretcher trolley (22) and a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) for loading onto and unloading from a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14) according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the stretcher holder (20) has a linear drive (38) with which the stretcher trolley (22) is inserted into and removed from in the stretcher holder (20), whereby the stretcher trolley (22) is anchored in an anchor (40) of the linear drive (38) for the purpose of movement.
- Auxiliary device (10) for a stretcher trolley (22) and a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) for loading onto and unloading from a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the pivoting device (26) has a swiveling lever (28) which pivots the linear guide (24) and the stretcher holder (20) for swiveling.
- Auxiliary device (10) for a stretcher trolley (22) and a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) for loading onto and unloading from a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14) according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the stretcher platform (18) has a lifting device (25) with which the stretcher holder (20) and/or linear guide (24) can be raised and lowered.
- Auxiliary device (10) for a stretcher trolley (22) and a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) for loading onto and unloading from a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14) according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the inclined device (51) for the undercarriage (48) of the stretcher trolley (22) is preloaded and automatically folds out when unloading and folds in when loading according to the position of the stretcher holder (20).
- Auxiliary device (10) for a stretcher trolley (22) and a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) for loading onto and unloading from a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14) according to to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that a drive with a control circuit is provided with which the stretcher holder (20) is moved on the linear guide.
- Auxiliary device (10) for a stretcher trolley (22) and a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) for loading onto and unloading from a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14) according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized In that the guide roller arrangement (52, 54) of the stretcher trolley (22) is guided into guides (36) of the stretcher holder (20).

- Method for loading a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14) with a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) and with an auxiliary device (10) according to the previous claims with the steps for loading the stretcher platform (18) with a stretcher trolley (22):a) removing the stretcher holder (20) via the linear guide (24),b) inclining the stretcher holder (20) with the linear guide (24) until the stretcher holder (20) is below and behind the center of gravity (55) of the stretcher trolley (22) without lifting the stretcher trolley (22),c) pushing the stretcher trolley (22) until the stretcher holder (20) is located below the center of gravity of the stretcher trolley (22), whereby the undercarriage (48) successively retracts,d) pivoting the stretcher holder (20) and the linear guide (24) to a horizontal position,e) completely pushing the stretcher trolley (22) onto the stretcher holder (20).f) moving the stretcher holder (20) with the stretcher trolley (22) via the linear guide (24) to a transport position (66).
- Method for unloading a stretcher platform (18) of a rescue vehicle (14) with a stretcher trolley (22) with a retractable undercarriage (48) and with an auxiliary device (10) according to the previous claims with the steps of the method for unloading the stretcher platform (18) with a stretcher trolley (22):a) removing the stretcher holder (20) via the linear guide (24),b) inclining the stretcher holder (20) with the linear guide (24),c) pulling the stretcher trolley (22) out of the stretcher holder (20), whereby the undercarriage (22) successively folds out.
