- A seal cap (10, 60, 61) for a container plug (38) inserted into a bung neck (40) of a container, said seal cap comprising a cover lid (11) having a fastening ring (17), which is connected to a lower side (16) of the cover lid, said fastening ring comprising a latching element (29, 62, 63) for producing a detachable engagement connection having a counter-latching element formed at an inner wall (45) of a plug depression (44) of the container plug, said cover lid (11) comprising a peripheral apron (12) arranged concentrically to the fastening ring (17) at the periphery (26) of the cover lid (11) in order to cover an opening edge of the bung neck,

the latching device (29, 62, 63) is separated from a ring base (52) of the fastening ring (17) connected to the cover lid adjacent to a connecting area (51) of the pull web (28) via predetermined breaking lines (31, 32) of the latching device (29, 62, 63) extending parallel to the cover lid (25) and lateral to the pull web. - The seal cap according to one or more of the claims 8 to 10,

the pull web (28) comprises a section (58), which extends parallel to the cover lid (11) and is connected to the latching device (29, 62, 63), and a section (59), which is connected to the former section (58) and extends transverse to the cover lid and is connected to a cover strip section (55) of the cover strip (25) arranged in the inner part (18) of the cover lid (11). - The seal cap according to claim 11,

the latching device (62, 63) comprises an indentation (64, 65) adjacent to the connecting area (51) of the pull web (28) and in the area of the recess (30) formed in the fastening ring (17). - The seal cap according to one or more of the claims 8 to 13,

the pull web (27) of the cover lid (25) is formed in the peripheral apron in such a manner that the pull web is connected to adjacent areas of the peripheral apron on lateral predetermined breaking line devices (35, 36). - The seal cap according to one or more of the preceding claims,

the fastening ring (17) forms a cup part (19) of the seal cap (10) in conjunction with the central inner part (18) of the cover lid (11) in such a manner that the inner part of the cover lid forms a cup bottom formed in the cover lid, and that the cup bottom is separated from an outer part (20) of the cover lid via a circular predetermined breaking line (21) of the inner part (18). - The seal cap according to claim 14 or 15,

the predetermined breaking line devices (35, 36) between the pull web (27) and the adjacent areas of the peripheral apron (12) are formed at a ratio to the predetermined breaking line device (15) of the predetermined breaking line (13) of the peripheral apron (12) in such a manner that the predetermined breaking line device of the predetermined breaking line of the peripheral apron remains intact when separating the pull tab from the peripheral apron. - The seal cap according to claim 15 or 16,
