Description

The present invention relates to a device for Locking end areas of at least one shoelace.

Proposals for such devices are in EP-0 314 628 A2, FR 1 518 038, DE 42 09 425 C1 and US 3 500 508, US 3,345,707 and US 948 071. The in the above Devices described in documents are especially for Kindergarten children thought who haven't learned yet have to lace laces independently, and are supposed to To make lacing of shoes easier or unnecessary.

In particular, DE 42 09 425 C1 Generic device in the form of a Push button to Locking of laces described in which by a Circular movement of an inner ring causes the Laces are jammed.

However, the known devices have a number of Disadvantages on. The known devices often consist of relatively many items, a fact that the Production costs increased and the wear and tear early Devices can lead. In particular, some of the known devices spring means for locking the Laces on, so that when the spring properties decrease the spring means the devices become unusable. Furthermore, the known devices fix the Laces only in a relatively small area of the Laces, with the result that the fixation of the Laces are relatively weak and a large part of that Laces remain accessible without protection. This resulted with high-heeled footwear accordingly long laces to problems.

  • das Basiselement enthält ein erstes Flächengebilde und eine von dem ersten Flächengebilde vorstehende Nabe sowie mindestens zwei von der Nabe beabstandete Öffnungen in dem ersten Flächengebilde;
  • The present invention is therefore based on the object of providing an improved device for locking laces which avoids the disadvantages of the known devices. The invention thus relates to a device for locking end regions of at least one shoelace, a base element and two openings being provided therein, and a cap element comprising a second flat structure, which is essentially spaced apart from the base element, and at least two openings in the second Flat structures, the cap element and the base element being connected to one another in such a way that the cap element and the base element are rotatable relative to one another and in at least one position of the cap element relative to the base element two openings of the base element interact with two further openings of the cap element such that an end region of a shoelace through a pair of cooperating openings and another end portion of the same shoelace or another shoelace through another pair of interacting openings. The device for locking laces is characterized according to the invention by the following features:
  • the base element includes a first sheet and a hub protruding from the first sheet and at least two openings spaced from the hub in the first sheet;
  • the second sheet is substantially spaced from the first sheet of the base member; and
  • the end regions can be wound onto the hub by rotating the cap element relative to the base element and / or by rotating the base element relative to the cap element.
The winding up of the end regions of the laces enables a secure and uncomplicated locking of the end areas of the Laces, which are thus largely protected from wear and tear Kinks, scissors or tears are preserved. The invention Device enables the end regions of the Laces, for example, by simply turning the Cap element opposite the base element, so that on further Individual parts, especially spring means, can be omitted. This allows easy and wear-free handling of the device according to the invention.

It is advantageous if the end regions of one or several laces by twisting the cap element compared to the base element and / or by rotating the Base element opposite the cap element on the hub itself can be wound up crosswise.

It is preferred if there are two openings in the first Sheets of the base element and in the second sheet of the cap element are provided, with two openings in the first sheet of the base element and in Cap element with respect to the hub preferably diametrically and with face the same distance from the hub.

It is particularly preferred if the openings one have the greatest possible distance from the hub and thus preferably at the outer end of the first and second The fabric is arranged.

In a preferred development of the invention The device has the first flat structure of the base element and / or the second flat structure of the cap element Edge area so that the first and the second Touch fabrics and form a closed unit Cap element and base element is present. This will make the End areas of the laces from dirt and impacts protected from the outside, which provides greater security in the Application (e.g. walking through scrub or undergrowth) The device according to the invention is produced.

It is further preferred if the first flat structure of the Basic element with a bead-shaped, elastic edge is provided. The bead-shaped, elastic edge allows a good adaptation of the device according to the invention to the The wearer's footwear, which makes them comfortable to wear Consequence. In addition, the bead-shaped, elastic edge can be so be designed so that it with the edge of the cap member cooperates so that a tight closure of the device according to the invention is present.

It is particularly preferred if the second fabric of the Cap element is removably attached to the hub. In a preferred development of the device according to the invention the hub has a bore and the second sheet the cap element is by means of a pin Fastener, which is in the hole in the hub is used, rotatably connected to the base element.

It is particularly preferred if the hub has a circumferential groove Includes shoelace turns. At the first Rotations of the cap member relative to the base member jam some areas of the two laces in the Circumferential groove and are with the further up or angling secured the remaining ends of the shoelaces. This creates a particularly secure locking of the laces. If the Circumferential groove is provided with a toothing and / or Circumferential groove a V-shaped, facing the inside of the hub has a tapering cross-section, this effect is still additionally reinforced.

Furthermore, the bead-shaped, elastic edge 8 is like this trained that he with the edge 9 of the cap member 5th cooperates so that a tight closure of the Device 1 according to the invention is present. The bead-shaped, elastic edge 8 can by means of an adhesive on the first Surface structure 12 of the base element can be attached. Of the Edge region 9 of the cap element 5 is designed such that it touches the first sheet 12 of the base element 6, so that a closed unit from the cap element 5 and the Base element 6 is present. As a result, the end regions 4 of the Laces 3 against dirt and external influences protected, providing greater security in use (e.g. running through scrub or undergrowth) Device 1 according to the invention arises.

For safe but detachable Attachment of the cap member 5 to the hub 13 of the Base element 6 has the second sheet 7 Cap element 5 has a projection 23 which has a bore 24 with a turn 25 for receiving the screw 16. Of the Projection 23 fits into a recess 26 in the hub 13 of the Base element 6. The hub 13 also contains a bore 18, in which the screw 16 can be inserted so that it is in the turn 25 can be screwed into the projection 23 of the cap element 5. At a rotation of the cap member 5 relative to the Base element rotates the screw 16 in the bore 18 of the Hub 13 with the cap element 5.

The base element 6 has a guide on its outer circumference 27 in which the edge region 9 of the cap element 5 is guided is, so a closed unit from cap element 5 and Base element 6 is present.
