Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschlußschieber,der die beiden,in den Deckel der Kondensmilchdose gestochenen Ausgießöffnungen verschließt.Diese Ausgießöffnungen sind häufig von unappetitlichen,eingetrockneten Milch= resten verklebt.Außerdem können Schmutz und Insekten in die Dose gelangen.Die Erfindung macht es sich zur Aufgabe,dies mit Hilfe des,an jeder Dose befestigten Verschlußsch.zu verhindern.Erfindungsmäßig wird dies dadurch erreicht,daß ein,um einen,zentral auf dem Dek= kel der Milchdose stehenden Zapfenl schwenkbarer Ver= schlußsch.2 aus Plastik,sich brückenartig über den Deckel der Milchdose spannt,mit seinen beiden Enden auf den Ausgießöffnungen 3 aufliegend,während das Mit= telteil des Verschlußsch. die Versteifungsrillen des Deckels überspannt.Der Deckel der Milchdose hat an den Auflageflächen des Verschlußsch. keine Versteifungsrillen sondern die Deckeloberfläche ist eben,so daß der Ver = schlußsch. zum Öffnen und Schließen der Ausgießöffnungen, auf der Deckeloberfläche hin und her geschoben werden kann.Der Verschlußsch. ist im unmontierten Zustand lei= cht gebogen,so daß die beiden Auflageflächen 4,wenn der Verschlußsch. mit seiner Aufnahmebohrung 5 auf den Zap= fen des Deckels gesteckt wird,und mit einem Plättchenö auf diesem festgehalten wird,mit leichtem Druck,parallel zur Deckeloberfläche aufliegend,und die Ausgießöffnungen möglichst dicht verschließend. Die Stellen 7 auf dem Dek = kel,an denen die Ausgießöffnungen eingestochen werden, sind durch Markierungen gekennzeichnet.The invention relates to a closure slide that closes the two pouring openings pierced into the lid of the condensed milk can. Ausgießstücke 8 aus Metall in T-Nuten eingeschoben angebracht,die sich durch Daumendruck auf die Oberseite des Verschlußsch. mit ihrer spitzen und scharfen Unterseite 10 ein Loch in den Deckel der Milch= dose schneiden,in dem sie dann.bedingt dadurch,äaß sie im Durchmesser etwas größer werden,und an ihrer Außen= fläche wiederhakenförmigE Rillen haben , stecken bleiben. Die Ausgießstücke können nur bis zu dem Steg 11 einge= drückt werden,so daß der Verschlußsch. nicht eingeklem= mt werden kann,und leicht verschiebbar bleibt.Am oberen Rand des Ausgießstücks befindet sich ebenfalls ein Steg 12,der in die T-Nute des Verschlußsch. passt.Diese T-Nute ist nicht durchgehend,so daß der Verschlußsch. beim Verschließen der Ausgießlöcher,am Ausgießstück anschlägt. Beim Eindrücken der Ausgießstücke in den Deckel,wird das Blech nicht vollständig abgeschnitten,sondern bleibt mit einer Seite am Deckel hängen.Die Unterseite 10 des Ausgießstückes ist schräg angeschnitten,so daß sie sich leicht in den Deckel eindrücken last.Das Ausgießstück kann in Längsrichtung sowohl rund als auch quadratisch sein,und hat zum Ausgießen der Milch in Längsachse ein Loch 13. Fig.l zeigt die Dose mit dem Verschluß= schieber im Längsschnitt,Fig.2+3 eine Draufsicht auf den Deckel mit dem Verschlußsch.in auf und zu Stellung. Fig.4,5+6 zeigen den Verschlußsch. in unmontiertem Zustand.Fig. 7 zeigt das Ausgießstück im eingedrückten Zustand mit Verschlußsch.Fig.8 das Selbe in einer Draufsicht auf den Deckel.Fig. 9 zeigt den Verschlußsch. mit den Ausgießstücken in nicht eingedrücktem Zustand.In another version, metal pouring pieces 8 are inserted into T-grooves on the support surfaces 4 of the closure cap.
