COMBINED TRAINING DEVICE

The present invention relates to a combined training device, in particular a training device with which the muscles of the hands, feet, waist and abdomen are strengthened simultaneously.

Today's prosperity makes life easier in certain respects, including in the workplace. However, it is often very inconvenient for desk workers and office employees to exercise outdoors, so that gymnastics and exercise equipment for indoor use is often preferred, also because these gymnastics and exercise equipment can be used in any weather, at any time and anywhere.

The gymnastics and training equipment provided in the gyms is usually used to train only one specific part of the body, so that this equipment does not offer any variety in use.

The main object of the present invention is to provide a combined exerciser capable of applying a single or combined force to the hands, feet, waist and abdomen. The exerciser is gradually deformed according to the practical applied force.

To achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is composed of a seat, a backrest and pedals mounted on the frame. Two push handle bars are attached to the uprights on the back and to two downwardly extending connecting rods connected to the wheels. A retractable tube is located at the front end of the frame and serves to adjust the pedal length. An elastic member is arranged between the connecting rod and the upright. When a force is applied to the push handle bars and to the backrest and then to the pedals, the exercise machine is deformed accordingly to generate different practical impulses.

As shown in the attached drawings, the push handle bars are bent upwards, while the connecting rods connected to the wheels are bent downwards. When the push handle bars are pushed forwards, the wheels are moved backwards together with the connecting rods, stretching the elastic element.

As can be seen, the vertical bar extends diagonally upwards, while the forefoot extends diagonally downwards. When a force is applied

on the backrest and on the vertical bar, the front foot is moved around a leveling point so that the elastic element is stretched.

The innovative features of the present invention are explained in detail below and illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 shows an overall view of the preferred embodiment of the training device according to the invention.

As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the training device according to the present invention consists mainly of a frame 10 with a horizontal strut 11, an obliquely arranged vertical bar 12 at the outer end of the horizontal strut 11 and a short and obliquely arranged bracket 13 which is attached to the joint of the strut 11 and to the vertical bar

At the front end of the strut 11 there is a front foot 14 and a cross bar 15 with two rubber caps at both ends 16.

A seat 20 is mounted on top of the strut 11 and the inclined bracket 13, while an inclined vertical bar 12 is connected to a backrest 30 so that the entire body weight of the user is supported by the seat 20 and the backrest 30. A retractable tube 40 and a pedal assembly 41 can be inserted into the front end of the strut 11. As can be seen from the drawing, the strut 11 of the frame 10 is designed in the form of a square and internally hollow tube into which the retractable tube 40 is received. With a locking button 42, the position of this retractable tube 40 can be adjusted and this can be fixed in place.

A rotating rod 17 is mounted on each side of the vertical rod 12, to which the downwardly bent connecting rod 19, the axle 191 and the wheels 50 are connected. These rotating rods 17 are also used to mount the upwardly bent push handle rods 18.

The end of the vertical rod 12 and the outside of the connecting rods 19 form the location where the elastic element 60 is attached, this elastic element 60 usually being a rubber band which is suspended from the projections 61 and 62.

When the training device is not in use, the elastic element 60 is contracted so that the rubber caps 16 and the wheels 50 are very close to each other. As shown in Fig. 4, the

In Figs. 1 to 3 the training device is shown in the operational state. As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the user can hold the two push handles 18 with his hands when sitting on the training device and move them forwards as indicated by the arrow 101 or lie with his back on the backrest 30 and stretch his feet forwards onto the pedals 41 as indicated by the arrow 102. The force is exerted in three ways.

The forces applied result in the following movements: As indicated by arrow 101, the connecting rods 19 and the wheels 50 are moved rearward, stretching the elastic element 60. Arrow 102 indicates that the seat 30 and the vertical rod 12 are moved downward, stretching the elastic element 60 even further. Arrow 103 indicates that the force applied to the pedals 41 stretches the elastic element 60 to the utmost. As the forces are successively released, the elastic element 60 is gradually relaxed again. The important feature of this training device according to the invention is that a single force or several forces can be applied to train the muscles.

The strength of the applied force can vary. When a first force is applied, the training device is deformed (see Fig. 5), while

applying a second force further deforms the training device (see Fig. 6). During use, the force is gradually applied so that the training device is gradually deformed accordingly, so that the main muscles of the whole body can be trained.

Claims (4)

1. A combined training device, mainly consisting of a frame ( 10 ), a seat ( 20 ), a backrest ( 30 ), a retractable tube ( 40 ) and wheels ( 50 ), characterized in that
the seat ( 20 ) is supported by the frame ( 10 ) and the backrest ( 30 ) by the vertical bar ( 12 ); one of the two pivot bars ( 17 ) is mounted on each side of the frame ( 10 ) and thus serves to support the two upwardly bent push handle bars ( 18 ) and the downwardly bent connecting bars ( 19 ); these connecting bars ( 19 ) are connected to an axle ( 191 ) and to the wheels ( 50 ); a front foot ( 14 ) and a cross bar ( 15 ) with a rubber cap ( 16 ) at each end are attached to the front end of the frame ( 10 ), while a retractable tube ( 40 ) can also be accommodated in the front end of this frame ( 10 ); and
an elastic element ( 60 ) is attached between the frame ( 10 ) and the connecting rods ( 19 ); when a force is exerted on the push handles ( 18 ), the backrest ( 30 ) or the pedals ( 41 ), this elastic element ( 60 ) is stretched depending on the movement of the user. 2. The training device according to claim 1, characterized in that an obliquely arranged bracket ( 13 ) for the seat ( 20 ) and an obliquely arranged vertical bar ( 12 ) for the backrest ( 30 ) are mounted on the strut ( 11 ). 3. The training device according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting rod ( 19 ) is connected to the rotating rod ( 17 ) and the push handle rod ( 18 ) is attached to this rotating rod ( 17 ), which is bent downwards or upwards. 4. The training device according to claim 1, characterized in that the pedals ( 41 ) are retractable and the length can be adjusted with a locking button ( 42 ).
