The object in question relates to a device for fastening and holding parts for sunroofs, parasols and covers for prams, pushchairs and the like.

Fixing and holding devices of this type are already known, which mainly have a clamp with a double clamp for fixing in the middle of a screw for anchoring to the frame of the stroller, pushchair or similar, with an eyelet into which the counterpart is inserted, attached to a handle or a bar of the sun canopy frame to regulate the inclination of the sun canopy. The eyelet on the clamp is bent and has the same fixing screw that blocks the clamp. The adjusting parts consist of two complementary teeth and are positioned on one side of the clamp and on the eyelet and concentrate the fixing screw.

The disadvantage is that every time you want to adjust the angle of the sunroof, you have to unscrew and re-tighten the fastening screw and loosen the clamps. You need both hands to do this, one to hold the clamp and the other to adjust it.

To insert and open the eyelet part, you need two flexible wing screws, each with a tooth designed to simultaneously open the hollow eyelet part. To release the sunroof, you need to press the side tongues together at the same time.

One purpose of the present invention is to produce a device for holding and fixing parts for sun canopies for strollers, pushchairs or the like, which allows a faster and easier adjustment of the inclination for sun canopies without having to loosen the fixing to the frame, i.e. unscrew the clamp, thus facilitating the operation even with one hand.

Another purpose of the invention is to propose a fastening and holding device which makes the operation of inserting and extracting the sunroof from the bracket with a manual action more natural and therefore simpler and, with respect to the current devices, allows handling with only one hand, normally with thumb and forefinger by squeezing the connection.

A final purpose of the invention is to produce a simpler device, which is achieved by using a smaller number of individual parts compared to the previously known fastening options.

These purposes are achieved by this device for fastening and holding parts for sun canopies for prams, pushchairs and the like, and comprises a clamp with two clamps crossed by a fastening screw and a plug-in unit mounted opposite a flexible part, on the outermost edge of at least one handle or rod of the sun canopy frame, where a clamp of the clamp has a plug-in cavity with a lateral opening. The plug-in unit has a wing for insertion into the clamp cavity and a tongue for locking in the opening through an axial angle between the clamp and the fastening unit, where the plug-in unit has the parts for regulating the inclination of the sun canopy.

Thanks to the peculiarity of the design, once the device for fastening and holding is anchored to the frame of the stroller, pushchair or similar, if you want to adjust the inclination of the sun canopy, it is sufficient to turn the handle or the rod of the sun canopy frame, without loosening the clamp or unscrewing the existing teeth of the element to insert it into the other element.

On the other hand, the assembly of the sunroof with the clamp is made easier by pressing one of the tongues, for example with the thumb of a hand that comfortably holds the device.

The device comprises a clamp 10 held by two clamps 11 and 12 which can be screwed together or apart by means of a fastening screw 13 with a screwdriver 14, a handle, lever or the like. One of the clamps 11 presents a recess 15 with an opening 16 on one side. The recess is intended to connect to the insertion unit 17 mounted on the outermost edge of the handle 18 or a rod of the sunshade frame 19 with the parasol by means of a flexible part 20, e.g. a spring.

The insertion unit 17 is accompanied by two elements 21 and 22: one element 21 fixed to the external flexible element 20; the other element 22, covered by the first, presents a wing 23 for insertion into the cavity 15 of the terminal 11 and presents a flexible tongue 24 intended to snap into the opening 16 on one side of the recess 15.

The two elements are united by a cross pin 25 and can be released by pressing one against the other by means of a spring 26.

Each of the two elements shown in Fig. 21 and 22 shows on the surface the contact by means of a toothing 27 for rotation to release one element from the other in order to vary the inclination of the sunroof. The clamp, which is firmly attached to the frame, is not self-releasing.

Claims (4)

1. Device for fastening and holding parts for sun canopies, umbrellas and covers for prams, pushchairs and the like, comprising a clamp with two clamps held opposite each other by a fastening screw and an insertion unit crossed by a flexible part at the outermost edge of at least one handle or rod of the sun canopy frame, characterized by the fact that a clamp of the clamp has an insertion recess ( 15 ) with an opening ( 16 ) on one side and an insertion unit having a wing ( 23 ) intended to be locked ( 24 ) in the opening with an axial angle between the clamp and the insertion unit and by the fact that the insertion unit is intended ( 27 ) to regulate the inclination of the sun canopy. 2. Fixing and holding device according to claim 1 , in which the insertion unit consists of the two elements ( 21 , 22 ), a first element fixedly attached to the sunroof, a second element with a wing for insertion in the opening of the clamp clamp, the parts for regulating the inclination of the sunroof, completed with teeth ( 27 ) on the surfaces shown of the two elements, mounted on an axis at a distance parallel to the axis of the clamp fixing screw. 3. Device for fastening and holding sun canopies, umbrellas and covers for prams, pushchairs and the like, comprising a clamp with two clamps crossed by a fastening screw and an insertion unit mounted opposite a flexible element on the outermost edge of at least one handle or rod of the sun canopy rod, characterized by the fact that a clamp of the clamp has a recess with an opening on one side and the insertion unit has a wing designed to introduce the clamp into the recess. A tongue is designed to be locked in the opening by an axial angle between the clamp and the fastening unit. The insertion unit is designed to regulate the inclination of the sun canopy. This insertion unit includes two elements: a first element that fastens a sun canopy, a second element on the wing for insertion for the clamp of the clamp. The parts for regulation are toothed on the surface and consist of two elements mounted on an axis at a parallel distance to the axis of the clamp fixing screw. 4. Fastening and holding device according to claim 1 , 2 or 3 , in which two elements for insertion are connected by a transverse pin ( 25 ) and are held one to the other by a spring ( 26 ).
