Abstract

Bei der Erfindung handelt es sich um eine leichte und platzsparend zu transportierende Dehn-, Streck- und Neige-Hilfe für Golfspieler, die der Golfspieler nach dem Aufwärmen und vor den ersten Schlägen einsetzt. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Trainingsgerät, das einen Golfspieler sowohl beim Dehnen nach dem Aufwärmen, als auch bei dem korrekten Strecken, Neigen und Drehen des Körpers während eines Golfschwungs unterstützen kann. Zur Ausführung eines korrekten Golfschwungs bedarf es einer guten Körperhaltung, sowie der richtigen Kombination aus Körperdrehung, Handgelenkwinkel, Unterarmrotation und Armschwung. Bei der Ausführung des Golfschwungs werden 124 von 434 Muskeln beansprucht und wie bei jeder anderen Sportart gilt richtiges Dehnen als Verletzungsprophylaxe. Generell sorgt das Dehnen für mehr Beweglichkeit der Gelenke und ihrer umgebenden Strukturen und somit für mehr Dynamik. Verkürzte Muskeln werden durch das Dehnen wieder in die Länge gezogen und die Spannung der Muskulatur reduziert sich. Durch das Dehnen ist mehr Körperrotation möglich, was durch den größeren Weg zu einer höheren Schlägerkopfgeschwindigkeit und mehr Länge führt. Dehnen ist außerdem eine Körper-/Kopf-Bewegung, die den Spieler mental auf die Aktivität vorbereitet und das Körpergefühl verbessert. Reizungen der Übergänge zwischen Muskeln und Sehnen verringern sich, was zu einer verbesserten Durchblutung führt. Jedoch wärmen sich die meisten Golfspieler vor dem Golfspiel nicht richtig auf und dehnen die wichtigsten Muskelgruppen unzureichend oder überhaupt nicht. Das für den Golfsport spezifisches Dehnen kann jedoch mit Trainingsgeräten durchgeführt werden. Aus dem Stand der Technik sind mobile Trainingsgeräte bekannt, die mit einem Gummiseil bzw. Expander am Körper befestigt werden. (US Registration Number: 5,036,298) Ebenso ist ein Trainingsgerät bekannt, das am Boden abgestützt wird ( US20020082102A1 ). Diese Trainingsgeräte sind jedoch in Ihrem Aufbau so konzipiert, dass sie nur für einen Teil der für den Golfsport notwendigen Muskulatur eingesetzt werden können, bzw. durch eine Befestigung oder Abstützen auf dem Boden keine freie Bewegungsmöglichkeit gegeben ist. Durch die festgelegte Länge der beiden Schenkel können Spieler mit langen Unterarmen das Gerät nicht nutzen. Gleichermaßen können Kinder und Jugendspieler mit kurzen Armen das Gerät nicht einsetzen. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass eine Dehn-, Streck- und Neige-Hilfe für Golfspieler aus Leichtmetall oder organischen Werkstoffen oder Verbundwerkstoffen, vorwiegend jedoch aus Kunststoff hergestellt wird, wobei eine Horizontalstrebe, eine Vertikalstrebe, ein Griffstück, zwei Winkelverbinder und einer Handschlaufe zu einer kompletten Einheit verbunden werden. Beispielsweise durch Verwendung von dünnwandigem Vierkant-Rohren und Steckverbindern wird ein sehr stabiles Element mit sehr geringem Gewicht hergestellt. Durch die Verwendung von ausreichend langem Rohrmaterial kann sowohl die Horizontalstrebe als auch die Vertikalstrebe in ihrer Länge gekürzt und individuell angepasst werden. Durch die Verbindung von Vierkant-Rohr mit den passenden Winkelverbindern entsteht eine zusammensteckbare Übungseinrichtung, die platzsparend transportiert werden kann. Die Griffstellung kann durch Umstecken in vier verschiedenen Positionen gewählt werden. Zum Beispiel kann durch die Verwendung von doppelseitigem Klettband eine in der Länge und in der Höhe individuell einstellbare Handschlaufe realisiert werden. Durch eine Vormontage kann die Dehn-, Streck- und Neige-Hilfe für Golfspieler auf zwei Teile reduziert werden, so dass vor dem Gebrauch nur ein Steckvorgang notwendig ist. Die zwei Teile können durch den geringen Platzbedarf in jedem Golfbag problemlos transportiert werden.
