La presente invención se relaciona con un mobiliario tipo silla plegable y portable con accesorios, con una estación de acopio modular para el almacenamiento y auto-préstamo de dicho mobiliario plegable, así como con el método para el préstamo y devolución de mobiliarios utilizando la estación de acopio. La estación permite la carga de baterías presentes en la silla o en la estación; tanto la silla como la estación de acopio están diseñadas para permitir su presencia no solo en espacios bajo techo sino también en espacios a cielo abierto y con gran afluencia de público; las sillas están pensadas para proveer un espacio de descanso, estudio y relajación a los usuarios, sin generar complicaciones o incomodidades en los procesos de uso, traslado y almacenamiento. La invención ofrece diferentes servicios que garantizan una grata experiencia según las necesidades y comodidades extra que demandan los estudiantes contemporáneos, servicios tales como un compartimiento para guardar objetos y la posibilidad de cargar dispositivos gracias a la presencia de un banco de baterías en cada silla junto con uno o más terminales de salida.
