In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1-5, the seat extension device further includes a seat frame mounting plate 300, the seat frame mounting plate 300 is generally L-shaped, a main body portion extends in a front-rear direction, and a top portion of the main body portion forms a mounting surface of the seat frame mounting plate 300 for mounting a seat frame, cushion of the seat. The rear end of the seat frame mounting plate 300 extends rearward and upward, and the top is used to mount the backrest of the seat. The leg extension assembly 100 further includes a first extension link 104, a second extension link 105, the first end 1041 of the first extension link 104 being hinged to the first location 301 at the front of the bezel mounting plate 300, the first end 1051 of the second extension link 105 being hinged to the second location 302 at the front of the bezel mounting plate 300, the first location 301 and the second location 302 being offset in the front-to-back direction on the bezel mounting plate 300, the first leg link 101 being hinged to the second end 1042 of the first extension link 104, the first leg link 101 intersecting the second extension link 105 and being hinged to the second extension link 105 at an intersecting location, the second leg link 102 being hinged to the second end 1052 of the second extension link 105. The first extension link 104 and the second extension link 105 are hinged with the seat frame mounting plate 300 through the first leg links 101 at two ends to form a group of parallelogram link mechanisms, and the first leg links 101 and the second leg links 102 are hinged with the leg supports 103 through the second extension links 105 at two ends to form another group of parallelogram link mechanisms. The leg stretching assembly 100 can realize the long-stroke folding and unfolding functions through two groups of parallelogram linkage mechanisms, and meets the functional requirements of the seat under different use scenes.
Referring to fig. 1-3, during the process of switching the seat extension device from the sitting posture state to the TV posture state or the lying posture state, the first extension link 104 and/or the second extension link 105 rotate clockwise around the hinge points of the respective seat frame mounting plates 300 under the action of the driving force, during which the first leg link 101 and the second leg link 102 swing outwards under the driving of the first extension link 104 and the second extension link 105, and the first leg link 101 and the second leg link 102 further drive the leg rest assembly 200 to extend in the clockwise direction, so as to provide support for feet outside the leg extension assembly 100.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 5, the seat extension device further includes a first driving arm 106 and a second driving arm 107, the first end 1061 of the first driving arm 106 is connected to the driving arm, the driving arm 108 is rotatably mounted on the seat frame mounting plate 300, the driving arm 108 may be further connected to an output end of a driving component such as a motor, the second end 1062 of the first driving arm 106 is hinged to the first end 1071 of the second driving arm 107, the second end 1072 of the second driving arm 107 is hinged to the second extension link 105, and the first driving arm 106 and the second driving arm 107 form a crank link structure. When the seat stretching device works, the driving part drives the driving rod 108 and drives the first driving arm rod 106 to rotate around the axis of the driving rod 108, the first driving arm rod 106 further transmits power to the second stretching connecting rod 105 through the second driving arm rod 107, the second stretching connecting rod 105 is driven to swing around the hinged position of the seat frame mounting plate 300, the stretching and retracting actions of the whole seat stretching device are finally realized, the functional seat can move stably in posture transformation, and the conditions of abrupt speed change, tremble, inclination, blocking and the like are avoided.
The first driving arm 106 and the driving rod 108 may be assembled and connected or connected by a fastener, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the first driving arm 106 is provided with a driving rod connecting hole 1063, the driving rod connecting hole 1063 is a profiling hole corresponding to the section of the driving rod 108, the driving rod 108 is inserted into the driving rod connecting hole 1063, the first end of the first driving arm 106 is provided with a third wing 1064 bending towards the length direction of the driving rod 108, the third wing 1064 is attached to the wall surface of the driving rod 108, the wall surfaces of the third wing 1064 and the driving rod 108 are provided with fastener mounting holes 1065, and the third wing 1064 and the driving rod 108 are connected by a fastener arranged in the fastener mounting holes 1065. In this embodiment, the first end of the first driving arm 106 is bent toward the length direction of the driving rod 108 to form a third wing 1064, and further contacts the wall surface of the driving rod 108 via the third wing 1064, and connects the driving rod 108 with the third wing 1064 via a fastener. The driving force of the driving rod 108 can be transmitted to the first driving arm rod 106 through the cooperation of the driving rod 108 and the profiling hole and the cooperation of the driving rod 108 and the third wing plate 1064, so that the stability of the connection of the driving rod 108 and the first driving arm rod 106 is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
It is understood that the drive member may be directly coupled to the first extension link 104 and/or the second extension link 105 to apply power directly to the first extension link 104 and/or the second extension link 105.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the seat extension device further includes a bezel mounting plate lift assembly 400, the bezel mounting plate lift assembly 400 being configured to adaptively adjust the bezel mounting plate 300 during an attitude adjustment process to provide a more comfortable sitting, resting, sleeping, etc. experience for the user. The seat frame mounting plate lifting assembly 400 includes a bottom frame 401, a front support link 402, a rear support link 403, a front suspension 404, a rear suspension 405, and an intermediate suspension 406, where the bottom frame 401 is located below the seat frame mounting plate 300 and extends in a front-rear direction, the front suspension 404 is hinged to a front portion of the seat frame mounting plate 300, a first end 4021 of the front support link 402 is hinged to the front suspension 404, a second end 4022 of the front support link 402 is hinged to the bottom frame 401, the rear suspension 405 is hinged to a rear portion of the seat frame mounting plate 300, a first end 4031 of the rear support link 403 is hinged to the rear suspension 405, a second end 4032 of the rear support link 403 is hinged to the bottom frame 401, a first end 4061 of the intermediate suspension 406 is hinged to the front suspension 404, and a second end 4062 of the intermediate suspension 406 is hinged to the rear suspension 405. The seat frame mounting plate 300 forms a multi-link hinged support structure through the bottom frame 401, the front support link 402, the rear support link 403, the front suspension 404 and the rear suspension 405, provides more various positions and posture adjustment spaces for the seat frame mounting plate 300, can utilize specific driving force to act on specific seat frame mounting plate lifting assemblies 400, realizes flexible posture adjustment of the seat frame mounting plate 300, and provides more comfortable sitting, leisure, sleeping and other experiences for a user.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the seat frame mounting board lifting assembly 400 further includes a transmission lever 407, a first transmission link 408 and a second transmission link 409, the middle portion of the transmission lever 407 is hinged to the seat frame mounting board 300 to form a lever structure, when the transmission lever 407 rotates around the hinge point of the middle portion, the first end 4071 and the second end 4072 of the transmission lever 407 can move in opposite directions, the first end 4081 of the first transmission link 408 is hinged to the first extension link 104, the second end 4082 of the first transmission link 408 is hinged to the first end 4071 of the transmission lever 407, the first end 4091 of the second transmission link 409 is hinged to the front support link 402, the second end 4092 of the second transmission link 409 is hinged to the second end 4072 of the transmission lever 407, the driving lever 108 can drive the first driving arm 106 to rotate, the first driving arm 106 further drives the second driving arm 107, the second extension link 105 further drives the first extension link 104, the first extension link 104 further drives the first transmission link 408, the first transmission link 408 further drives the first transmission link 408 to rotate around the hinge point of the front support link 402, and the second transmission link 409 further drives the front support link 300 to rotate, and the front support link 409 further adjusts the transmission link frame mounting board. In this embodiment, the seat frame mounting board lifting assembly 400 is connected with the leg stretching assembly 100 through the transmission lever 407, the first transmission link 408 and the second transmission link 409, that is, the seat frame mounting board lifting assembly 400 and the leg stretching assembly 100 share a set of driving force, so that when the seat stretching device adjusts the gesture, the seat frame mounting board 300, the leg stretching assembly 100 and the leg rest assembly 200 are synchronously adjusted, the technical effect of linkage is realized, the gesture switching of the leg stretching assembly 100 and the leg rest assembly 200 and the gesture adjustment of the seat frame mounting board 300 are synchronously performed, the gesture of the seat frame mounting board 300 and the gesture of the leg stretching assembly 100 and the leg rest assembly 200 are cooperated, and more comfortable sitting, leisure, sleeping and other experiences are provided for the user. Meanwhile, the whole structure can be ensured to be simpler and ingenious by sharing one set of driving force.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the transmission lever 407 is located at a central position of the seat frame mounting plate 300 in the front-rear direction, overlaps with the position of the driving lever 108 in the width direction of the seat, the transmission lever 407 has an approximately diamond shape, the transmission lever 407 is provided with an arc-shaped groove 4073, the driving lever 108 passes through the arc-shaped groove 4073, and the driving lever 407 moves along the arc-shaped groove 4073 relative to the transmission lever 108 when the transmission lever 407 rotates around a hinge point at the central portion. In this embodiment, by providing the arc-shaped groove 4073 on the transmission lever 407 so as to avoid the driving rod 108, the transmission lever 407 can be designed in a diamond shape with a larger area, so that the strength of the transmission lever 407 is higher.
Referring to fig. 6-10, the driving rod 108 is disposed between seat frame mounting plates 300 on two sides, the seat frame mounting plates 300 are provided with driving rod mounting holes 303, the driving rod 108 is rotatably mounted in the driving rod mounting holes 303, a bushing 304 is disposed between the driving rod 108 and the driving rod mounting holes 303, the bushing 304 extends for a certain length along the length direction of the driving rod 108, the driving rod 108 passes through the bushing 304, the supporting area of the seat frame mounting plates 300 on the driving rod 108 is increased by the bushing 304, and abrasion of the driving rod 108 is reduced. At the same time, bushing 304 is embedded in arcuate slot 4073, bushing 304 is positioned between drive rod 108 and arcuate slot 4073, separating drive rod 108 from drive lever 407, and avoiding wear between drive lever 407 and drive rod 108.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 11, a second limiting block 4074 is disposed above the middle suspension 406 of the transmission lever 407, the middle suspension 406 bypasses from the bottom of the second limiting block 4074, a second limiting groove 4063 matched with the second limiting block 4074 is disposed at the top edge of the middle suspension 406, and when the transmission lever 407 rotates to a limit position around a hinging point in the middle, the second limiting block 4074 is embedded into the second limiting groove 4063, so as to realize the limiting in a sitting posture state, ensure that the seat frame mounting plate 300 can be stably supported in the sitting posture state, and avoid collapsing.
Further, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the hinge position of the rear suspension 405 and the rear support link 403 is higher than the hinge position of the rear suspension and the bezel mounting plate 300, in other words, the top of the rear suspension 405 is hinged to the top of the rear support link 403 and the bottom of the rear suspension 405 is hinged to the bezel mounting plate 300. The rear suspension 405 is provided with a third limiting block 4051 in front of the rear support link 403, and the rear support link 403 is provided with a third limiting groove 4033 matched with the third limiting block 4051. In the process of posture adjustment, the included angle between the rear support link 403 and the rear suspension 405 of the seat frame mounting plate 300 will change, and the cooperation between the third limiting block 4051 and the third limiting groove 4033 can limit the minimum included angle between the rear support link 403 and the rear suspension 405, that is, the limit swing position of the rear suspension 405 relative to the rear support link 403.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, a fourth limiting block 4011 is disposed in front of the bottom frame 401 and the rear support link 403, and when the rear support link 403 swings forward about the hinge point of the second end to the limit position, the rear support link 403 abuts against the fourth limiting block 4011. In the process of adjusting the posture of the seat frame mounting plate 300, particularly in the process of adjusting the posture from the TV posture/sitting posture to the lying posture, when the rear support connecting rod 403 swings forwards around the hinge point of the second end to the limit position, the rear support connecting rod 403 abuts against the fourth limiting block 4011, so that the lying posture is limited, the seat frame mounting plate 300 can be stably supported in the lying posture, and forward continuous swinging is avoided.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 12, the front suspension 404 is provided with a fifth stop 4041 that abuts the bezel mounting plate 300 when swung forward to the extreme position. In the sitting posture/TV posture state, the fifth limiting block 4041 is in contact with the seat frame mounting plate 300, when the seat stretching device is converted from the sitting posture to the TV posture, the fifth limiting block 4041 is still in contact with the edge of the seat frame mounting plate 300, when the seat stretching device is converted from the TV posture to the lying posture, the fifth limiting block 4041 is relatively far away from the seat frame mounting plate 300, when the seat stretching device is converted from the lying posture to the TV posture, the fifth limiting block 4041 is relatively close to the seat frame mounting plate 300, when the seat stretching device is converted from the lying posture to the TV posture, the seat stretching device is in contact with the seat frame mounting plate 300, and when the seat stretching device is converted from the TV posture to the sitting posture, the seat stretching device is converted from the TV posture to the lying posture, the seat stretching device is kept in a contact state. In this embodiment, the fifth limiting block 4041 and the seat frame mounting plate 300 ensure the posture stability of the front suspension 404 in the sitting posture/TV posture state.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the seat extension device further comprises a back rest member 500 and a back rest support rod 501, the back rest member 500 being configured to connect to the back rest of the seat and provide support for the back rest of the seat and angular adjustment functions on the seat frame mounting plate 300, the back rest member 500 having a bottom front end hinged to the rear of the seat frame mounting plate 300, a bottom rear end of the back rest member 500 hinged to the first end 5011 of the back rest support rod 501, and a second end 5012 of the back rest support rod 501 hinged to the rear suspension 405. The backrest component 500 can be subjected to posture adjustment along with the seat frame mounting plate 300 in the posture adjustment process of the seat frame mounting plate 300, and simultaneously can rotate around the hinged position with the seat frame mounting plate 300 under the drive of the backrest support rod 501 and the rear suspension 405, so that when the posture of the seat stretching device is adjusted, the synchronous adjustment of the backrest, the seat frame mounting plate 300, the leg stretching assembly 100 and the leg rest assembly 200 is realized, the technical effect of linkage is realized, the synchronous progress of the posture switching of the leg stretching assembly 100 and the leg rest assembly 200 and the posture adjustment of the seat frame mounting plate 300 is ensured, the posture of the seat frame mounting plate 300 is ensured to be cooperated with the posture of the leg stretching assembly 100 and the leg rest assembly 200, and more comfortable sitting, leisure, sleeping and other experiences are provided for a user.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the bottom of the rear suspension 405 is provided with a rear extending tail seat 4052, the second end of the backrest support rod 501 is hinged to the tail seat 4052, the end of the tail seat 4052 is spaced from the hinge point of the rear suspension 405 and the seat frame mounting plate 300, and the rear suspension 405 forms an arm driving the backrest support rod 501 through the tail seat 4052, so that when the rear suspension 405 rotates around the hinge point of the rear suspension 405 and the seat frame mounting plate 300, the travel range of the backrest support rod 501 is increased, and thus a larger angle adjustment effect is provided for the backrest component 500.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 13, the tailstock 4052 is provided with a sixth stop 4053, and when the rear suspension 405 is rotated to the limit position, the sixth stop 4053 abuts against the seat frame mounting plate 300 from the rear side. In the process of adjusting the posture of the seat stretching device, particularly, the seat stretching device is adjusted to be in a sitting posture or TV posture state, the sixth limiting block 4053 can be abutted with the seat frame mounting plate 300, so that the limiting of the sitting posture and the TV posture state is realized, and the limitation is prevented.
Further, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the seat frame mounting plate 300 is coupled to the extension spring 600 between the tailstock 4052. The extension spring 600 serves to more stably define the seat extension device to a specific posture, such as a TV posture state.
Embodiments of the present utility model also provide a seat comprising the seat extension apparatus of any of the above embodiments.
