Therefore, there are some devices on the market that add nursing or standing functions to home beds. These products are mostly bedside guardrails and bedside handrails, but they are difficult to allow patients to sit on the edge of the bed safely and steadily. Nursing in bed or improving bedsores is mainly dealt with by improving the function of the mattress.

Although hospital beds are designed for the needs of treatment and nursing, the improvement of general hospital beds mainly focuses on the design of multi-functional bed frames to produce functions such as lifting the back, lifting the feet, standing up, turning over, etc., and they have also been developed to a nearly perfect level. However, these measures rarely allow patients to sit on the edge of the bed safely and steadily, and the auxiliary devices for nursing in bed are also imperfect.

In the prior art, patent number TWM284377 proposes a hospital bed, in which a lifting mechanism is provided under the bed platform for controlling the lifting or tilting of the bed platform, and the lifting mechanism includes: two telescopic rods, one of which is pivoted with a connecting arm, and the other end of the connecting arm is fixedly connected to the bed platform, and the other telescopic rod is pivoted with a rocker arm at the top end, and the other end of the rocker arm is pivoted with the connecting arm, and the other end of the connecting arm is fixedly connected to the bed platform; an electric control device is used to control the lifting and lowering action of the telescopic rod, and each electric control device is respectively provided with an ascending controller and a descending controller as well as an ascending operating member and a descending operating member; in this way, the operator only needs to operate the ascending or descending operating member to activate the ascending or descending controller to drive the telescopic rod to move, and at the same time, the telescopic rod drives the bed platform to rise or fall, and the inclination angle of the bed platform can be conveniently adjusted.

In the prior art, Patent No. TWM408361 proposes a hospital bed, in which a drainage hole is provided in the center of a bed board above a bed unit of the hospital bed. In addition, the bed unit is pivotally connected to a main frame unit at the head and foot, so that the bed unit can be turned left and right, and when positioning is required, the support stopper provided on the main frame unit is used to resist the bottom side of the bed frame body; furthermore, the bed unit has a foot side frame that can be flipped downward; accordingly, the cost of patients wearing diapers can be saved, and a hospital bed with left and right flipping function can be constructed to facilitate the operation of caregivers, and the bed unit can be adjusted to a chair type, so that patients can adjust different postures to improve their comfort.

In the prior art, patent number TWM570700 proposes a hospital bed, comprising a long rectangular bed body, a headboard, a footboard, a bed surface, at least one bedside frame unit and a motor unit. The bed body has two long sides, two short sides and a plurality of first insertion parts arranged on the long sides. The headboard and the footboard are respectively mounted on the two short sides of the bed body. The bed surface is installed on the bed body. The bedside frame unit comprises a bedside frame upper rod and a plurality of bedside frame vertical rods, each of which has a top pivotally mounted on the bedside frame upper rod and a second insertion part at the bottom. The bedside frame vertical pipe is inserted into the first insertion part of the bed body through the second insertion part, and the bedside frame upper rod is composed of a first rod segment and a second rod segment assembled. The motor unit is assembled on the bed surface to drive and control the supine use angle of the bed surface.

The above-mentioned prior art still has deficiencies in the functions of helping patients in the bed stand up and take care of them, and there is a need for improvement. Therefore, the present invention proposes a solution.

Summary of the invention

The main purpose of the utility model is to provide a care bed main unit, and the secondary purpose is to provide a care bed assembly. The care bed main unit and the care bed assembly allow users to sit on the edge of the bed safely and stably and perform daily activities and rehabilitation exercises. They can also be used for various health care functions in bed to improve the care efficiency of caregivers and the quality of life of users.

In order to achieve at least one advantage described in the present invention, the first preferred embodiment of the present invention proposes a care bed host that can be combined with a variety of health care modules to produce a variety of care and rehabilitation functions. The care bed host includes a host device, a slide rail assembly, and a coupling seat assembly.

The host device includes a bed frame and a plurality of mounting bases, which are respectively mounted on the left and right sides of the bed frame. The slide rail assembly includes a plurality of slide rails, each of which is mounted on the mounting base. The slide rail assembly also includes a plurality of slider seats and a plurality of locking assemblies, and the slider seats are slidably fixedly mounted on the slide rails through the locking assemblies. The coupling seat group includes a plurality of coupling seats, which are slidably mounted at any position of the slide rail.

The main body of the care bed may further include a bedside support module, including a bedside support base frame and a bedside support assembly. The bedside support base frame is plugged into the coupling seat, and the bedside support assembly is installed on the bedside support base frame.

The main body of the care bed can further include a care frame module, which is symmetrically mounted on the coupling seats on the left and right sides of the bed frame. The care frame module includes two care base frames, a cross-link rod assembly and a mounting assembly. The two care base frames are symmetrically mounted on the coupling seats on the left and right sides of the bed frame, the cross-link rod assembly is mounted on the two care base frames, and the mounting assembly is mounted on the cross-link rod assembly, which is used to install care and rehabilitation modules with different functions.

In order to achieve at least one advantage described in the present invention, the second preferred embodiment of the present invention proposes a nursing bed assembly, more specifically, the host device 100 in the first preferred embodiment. The host device includes a bed frame and a plurality of mounting bases, and the mounting bases are respectively mounted on the left and right sides of the bed frame. The slide rail assembly includes a plurality of slide rails, each of which is mounted on the mounting base, and the slide rail assembly also includes a plurality of slider seats and a plurality of locking assemblies, and the slider seats are slidably and fixedly mounted on the slide rails through the locking assemblies. The coupling seat group includes a plurality of coupling seats, which can be slidably mounted at any position of the slide rail.

The host device can further be implemented as follows: the mounting base includes a main frame and a plurality of connecting plates, and the main frame is mounted on the bed frame through the plurality of connecting plates. The main frame includes at least two vertical legs, a horizontal rod, and a plurality of different mounting interfaces, the horizontal rod is used to connect the vertical legs, at least two mounting interfaces respectively include a long hole, the long hole is arranged along the vertical direction of the vertical legs, and the connecting plate is locked to the vertical legs and the bed frame through the long hole with adjustable height.

In order to achieve at least one advantage of the present invention, the third preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a care bed assembly, more specifically, a bedside support module used in the first preferred embodiment. The bedside support module includes a bedside support frame and a bedside support assembly, the bedside support frame is plugged into the coupling seat, and the bedside support assembly is installed on the bedside support frame.

Therefore, the care bed main unit and care bed assembly provided by the utility model can be combined with a variety of health care modules to produce a variety of rehabilitation and care functions, especially the bedside support module can help the user to sit safely and steadily on the edge of the bed, and perform daily activities and rehabilitation exercises; and the care frame module can help the user to perform a variety of health care functions on the bed, so as to improve the care efficiency of the care staff and the quality of life of the user. And it can provide a variety of health care functions for users such as the disabled, including but not limited to the functions of getting up, sitting, shifting, cleaning, rehabilitation, etc. for the disabled, as well as daily activities. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 , the bedside support assembly 540 can be implemented as a type of support pillow 541, which mainly provides a supportive soft pad to provide support for the user's chest and support for both hands, so that the user can sit alone and safely on the edge of the bed. If the user wants to get out of bed, just pull the entire bedside support module 500 upwards from the coupling seat 310, wherein the type and style of this pillow are not limited to the aforementioned embodiments. As shown in FIG4 , the bedside support frame 510 is installed on the lower coupling interface 5423, and the coupling interface 5420 also includes two mounting holes 5426 for installing two arm-type care components. Referring to FIG4 and FIG5 , the caregiver can also install different auxiliary support components, such as the support component 550, through different coupling interfaces 5420 according to the needs of the user. The support component 550 is installed on the horizontal coupling interface 5421 and is used to support and support the upper part of the body, especially the abdomen and hands. The support rod frame 5511 is fixed to the horizontal coupling interface 5421, the two support rods 5512 are respectively pivoted to the two ends of the support rod frame 5511, and each support cushion 5513 is mounted on the support rod 5512. Further, it can be implemented as follows: in order to facilitate operation and stabilize the user's body, the support assembly 551 further includes a connecting rod group 5514, which is mounted on the pivot ends of the two support rods 5512, and is used to make the two support rods 5512 produce synchronous opening or closing movements.

As shown in FIG4 , in one embodiment, each elbow support assembly 552 includes a positioning seat 5521, an elbow support rod 5522, an elbow support pad 5523 and a control handle 5524, the positioning seat 5521 is installed at one end of the support rod 5512, the elbow support rod 5522 is pivotally fixed to the positioning seat 5521, the elbow support pad 5523 is installed on the elbow support rod 5522, and the control handle 5524 is installed and fixed to one end of the elbow support rod 5522 with an adjustable length.

In order to pivotally fix the elbow rest bar 5522 to the positioning seat 5521, an orientation device 554 may be further added, as shown in FIG5 . In one embodiment, the orientation device 554 includes a connecting rod 5541, a positioning slot 5542, and a locking button 5543. The positioning slot 5542 is provided on the positioning seat 5521. One end of the connecting rod 5541 is locked to the elbow rest bar 5522, and the other end is adjustably fixed to the positioning slot 5542 by the locking button 5543. With such an arrangement, the user can sit firmly on the edge of the bed and do upper limb rehabilitation exercises.

5 , the bedside support assembly 540 may further include a support assembly 560, which is mounted on the upper coupling interface 5422 and is used to support the user's body above the chest, including the armpits, neck and head. In the embodiment shown in the figure, the support assembly 560 includes an upper coupling rod 561, a support coupling seat 562 and a support rod group 563, the upper coupling rod 561 is mounted on the upper coupling interface 5422 with an adjustable height, the support coupling seat 562 is fixed to the upper end of the upper coupling rod 561, and the support rod group 563 is mounted on the support coupling seat 562.

To further illustrate, the style of the supporting rod group 563 is not limited. In the embodiment shown in Figure 5, the supporting rod group 563 includes a supporting base frame 5631 and a supporting pad 5633. The supporting base frame 5631 is mounted on the supporting coupling seat 562, and the supporting pad 5633 is directly mounted on the supporting base frame 5631.

In order to enable the upper coupling rod 561 to be connected to various upper body care and rehabilitation components, the support coupling seat 562 can further be provided with a plurality of different installation interfaces, such as the installation interface with the support base frame 5631, and also includes an orientation positioning device 5620, as shown in the embodiment of FIG5, including an orientation positioning pin 5621 and an orientation adjustment joint 5622, which is used to facilitate the installation of support components 565 such as a grip component (not shown) or a headrest component 566, and can adjust the pitch angle to meet human needs. Further, it can be implemented as follows: the bedside support component 540 also includes a strap set 544, which is installed on the support pad 543, the support component 551 or the support component 560, so that the user's body will not deflect to the left or right, and can also prevent the user's body from tilting backward.

The bedside support assembly 540 is implemented as follows: In order to allow the user to sit on the bedside and handle affairs independently, the bedside support assembly 540 can further include a table board seat assembly 553. As shown in the figure, the table board seat assembly 553 includes a table board seat 5531 and a table top panel 5532. The table board seat 5531 is mounted on two mounting holes 5426 of the coupling base 542, and the table top panel 5532 is mounted on the table board seat 5531.
