Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present utility model will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present utility model, but not all embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely exemplary in nature and is in no way intended to limit the utility model, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the utility model without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the utility model.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the nursing bed according to the embodiment of the utility model comprises a bed body and a lifting assembly 20, wherein the bed body comprises a bed frame 10, the lifting assembly 20 comprises a first lifting frame 21 and a second lifting frame 22, the first lifting frame 21 and the second lifting frame 22 are arranged below the bed frame 10 at intervals along the length direction of the bed frame 10, the first lifting frame 21 comprises a first lifting driving piece 211, a first driving rod assembly 212 and a first lifting rod assembly 213, two ends of the first driving rod assembly 212 are respectively hinged with the middle parts of the bed frame 10 and the first lifting rod assembly 213, the upper end of the first lifting rod assembly 213 is slidably arranged on the bed frame 10 along the length direction of the bed frame 10, the lower end of the first lifting rod assembly 213 is provided with a travelling wheel 214, the upper end of the first lifting driving piece 211 is hinged with the bed frame 10, and the lower end of the first lifting driving piece 211 is in driving connection with the middle part of the first driving rod assembly 212 so as to enable the first driving rod assembly 212 to rotate relative to the bed frame 10; wherein, when first crane 21 and second crane 22 are in retrieving extreme position, nursing bed is in the minimum position, and when first crane 21 and second crane 22 are in the support extreme position, nursing bed is in the highest position, and when nursing bed is in the highest position, the difference in height of bed frame 10 and ground is between 800mm and 850mm, and when nursing bed is in the minimum position, the difference in height of bed frame 10 and ground is between 120mm and 200 mm.
By applying the technical scheme of the utility model, the nursing bed comprises the bed frame 10 and the lifting assembly 20, when the height of the nursing bed is adjusted, the first lifting driving piece 211 drives the first driving rod assembly 212 to rotate relative to the bed frame 10, and then the first driving rod assembly 212 drives the first lifting rod assembly 213 to rotate relative to the bed frame 10, and meanwhile, the upper end of the first lifting rod assembly 213 slides along the length direction of the bed frame 10, so that the lifting of the bed frame 10 can be realized. Because the nursing bed is in the lowest position when the first lifting frame 21 and the second lifting frame 22 are in the recovery limit position, the nursing bed is in the highest position when the first lifting frame 21 and the second lifting frame 22 are in the supporting limit position, and the height difference between the bed frame 10 and the ground is between 120mm and 200mm when the nursing bed is in the lowest position, the nursing bed has the function of an ultralow bed, and patients can be prevented from falling. When the nursing bed is positioned at the highest position, the height difference between the bed frame 10 and the ground is between 800mm and 850mm, so that nursing staff can care patients without bending down.
The first lifter 21 and the second lifter 22 may have the same structure or may have different structures. When the two structures are different, the first lifting driving piece 211 can be used to drive the second lifting frame 22 to lift in the process that the first lifting driving piece 211 in the first lifting frame 21 drives the first lifting rod assembly 213 to lift. Of course, when the two structures are identical, the second lifting frame 22 has a second lifting driving member, and the second lifting driving member and the first lifting driving member 211 are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the bed frame 10.
In this embodiment, the first lifting driving member 211 is a linear driver. Specifically, the first lifting driving member 211 is an electric push rod.
As shown in fig. 1, a slider 215 is disposed at an upper end of the first lifting rod assembly 213, a slide rail 11 extending along a length direction of the bed frame 10 is disposed on the bed frame 10, and the slider 215 is slidably disposed in the slide rail 11. The sliding mode of matching the sliding block 215 and the sliding rail 11 has the advantages of simple structure and convenient arrangement.
As shown in fig. 1, two ends of the slide rail 11 are provided with a limiting pin 111, and the limiting pin 111 can be in limiting fit with the slide block 215. With the stopper pin 111, the slider 215 can be prevented from coming out of the slide rail 11, so that the slider 215 and the slide rail 11 are kept in a sliding fit state.
As shown in fig. 1, the first driving rod assembly 212 includes a first driving rod 2121, a second driving rod 2122 and a driving cross rod 2123, the first driving rod 2121 and the second driving rod 2122 are disposed at intervals along the width direction of the bed frame 10, two ends of the driving cross rod 2123 are respectively connected with the first driving rod 2121 and the second driving rod 2122, a lower end of the first lifting driving member 211 is hinged with a middle portion of the driving cross rod 2123, the first lifting rod assembly 213 includes a first lifting rod 2131 and a second lifting rod 2132, an upper end of the first lifting rod 2131 and an upper end of the second lifting rod 2132 are both hinged with the bed frame 10, a lower end of the first driving rod 2121 is hinged with a middle portion of the first lifting rod 2131, and a lower end of the second driving rod 2122 is hinged with a middle portion of the second lifting rod 2132, and an upper end of the first driving rod 2121 and an upper end of the second driving rod 2122 are both hinged with the bed frame 10. The lifting assembly 20 with the structure is more stable to support the bed frame 10, and prolongs the service life of the nursing bed.
