Abstract

It should be noted that the mounting position of the elastic friction plate 32 can be selected according to actual conditions, and the elastic friction plate 32 is mounted on the outer edges of the upper frame arm 212, the lower frame arm 213 and the annular slideway to reduce friction between the upper frame arm 213 or the lower frame arm 213 and the annular slideway 11.
Considering that, under the action of gravity or external force, the pulley mechanism 2 may form a certain inclination angle with respect to the outer ring surface of the ring 1, so that the frame body of the pulley bracket contacts with the outer ring surface of the ring 1, and the frame body rubs against the outer ring surface of the ring 1 to generate noise in the process that the pulley mechanism 2 rotates along the ring 1.
To solve the above problem, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the noise reducing structure further includes a support wheel 33 rotatably disposed on at least one of the upper arm 212 and the lower arm 213, and the support wheel 33 may abut against an outer annular surface of the collar.
In practice, at least one support wheel 32 may be provided on the upper arm 212 and the lower arm 213, respectively. During the rotation of the pulley mechanism 1 along the ring 1, under the action of gravity, the pulley bracket will incline downwards relative to the ring 1, the support wheel 32 on the lower frame arm 213 will abut against the outer ring surface of the ring 1, and the support wheel 32 will rotate in contact with the outer ring surface of the ring 1; alternatively, when the pulley holder is tilted upward by an external force, the support wheels 32 of the upper arm 212 are abutted against the outer circumferential surface of the ring 1, and the support wheels 32 are rotated in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the ring 1. In both cases, the support wheels 32 abut against the outer circumferential surface of the ring 1 regardless of whether the pulley holder is inclined downward or upward, thereby further reducing noise generated by sliding when the pulley holder is in direct contact with the outer circumferential surface of the ring 1.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3, the pulley bracket includes a frame body, and an upper arm 212 and a lower arm 213 disposed on the frame body and respectively disposed on upper and lower sides of the loop 1. When the pulley mechanism 2 is mounted on the ring 1, the frame body wraps the ring-shaped slide rail 11 by extending the upper frame arm 212 and the lower frame arm 213 in the direction of the inner ring surface of the ring 1.
The pulley bracket 21 is connected to the ring 1 through two sets of pulley assemblies respectively arranged on the upper frame arm 212 and the lower frame arm 213, the inner surface of the ring 1 is provided with two annular slideways 11, and the pulleys 21 of the two sets of pulley assemblies are respectively contacted with the annular tracks 11 at corresponding positions.
The noise reducing structure further comprises a support wheel 33 rotatably arranged on at least one of the upper arm 212 and the lower arm 213, the support wheel 33 being abuttable against an outer circumferential surface of the collar 1.
The function of the supporting wheel 33 in this embodiment is identical to the structure and function of the supporting wheel 33 in the above embodiments, and will not be described again.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3, the pulley bracket includes a frame body, and an upper arm 212 and a lower arm 213 disposed on the frame body and respectively disposed on upper and lower sides of the loop 1. When the pulley mechanism 2 is mounted on the ring 1, the frame body wraps the ring-shaped slide rail 11 by extending the upper frame arm 212 and the lower frame arm 213 in the direction of the inner ring surface of the ring 1.
The pulley bracket 21 is connected to the ring 1 through two sets of pulley assemblies respectively arranged on the upper frame arm 212 and the lower frame arm 213, the inner surface of the ring 1 is provided with two annular slideways 11, and the pulleys 21 of the two sets of pulley assemblies are respectively contacted with the annular tracks 11 at corresponding positions.
The two pulley assemblies in this embodiment have the same structure and function as those in the previous embodiments, and the elastic outer wheel 31 is disposed on the shifting wheel 211 of the two pulley assemblies, and the structure and function of the elastic outer wheel 31 are also the same as those in the previous embodiments, and are not described again here.
Unlike the previous embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, each set of pulley assemblies includes at least three pulleys 211 sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the annular sliding way 11, the three pulleys 211 are all in contact with the annular sliding way 1 during the rotation, and the three pulleys 211 can share the pressure during the rotation, so as to reduce the friction between each pulley 211 and the annular sliding way 11, and further reduce the noise.
In addition, in order to make the hula hoop of the present disclosure encircle the waist of a person, the opening connected by the buckle is arranged on the hoop 1, and when in use, the opening can be opened, so that the hoop 1 can be smoothly encircled on the waist of a human body. However, due to manufacturing errors or the structure of the loop 1, a seam is formed at the opening position of the loop, so that noise is generated by contact when the pulley 211 passes through the seam.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, at least three pulleys 211 are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the annular sliding way 11, when one pulley 211 passes through the seam, the other two pulleys 211 play a main supporting role, that is, the pressure between the pulley 211 and the seam of the seam is small, so that the noise generated when the pulley 211 passes through the seam is reduced.
In conclusion, the hula hoop disclosed by the invention can effectively reduce the noise generated by friction when the pulley mechanism 2 rotates along the ring 1 by arranging the noise reduction structure, so that the use feeling of a user is improved.

Claims (10)
1. A hula hoop, comprising:
a ring (1) which is constructed to surround the waist of a human body in a use state and is provided with an annular slide way (11);
a pulley mechanism (2) including a pulley bracket and a pulley assembly rotatably provided on the pulley bracket, the pulley bracket being configured to rotate along the annular slide (11) by the pulley assembly under an external force;
a noise reduction structure configured to reduce noise generated when the pulley mechanism (2) rotates along the annular slideway (11).
2. The hula hoop of claim 1, wherein the pulley assembly comprises at least one pulley (211) rotatably disposed on the pulley holder, the noise reducing structure is an elastic outer wheel (31) fitted over an outer circumferential surface of the pulley (211), and the pulley (211) is in contact with the annular runner (11) through the elastic outer wheel (31).
3. A hula hoop according to claim 2, characterised in that the resilient outer wheel (31) is a soft rubber outer wheel.
4. The hula hoop according to claim 1, wherein the pulley bracket comprises a frame body, and an upper frame arm (212) and a lower frame arm (213) which are arranged on the frame body and are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the annular ring (1);
the pulley bracket is connected to the ring (1) through two groups of pulley assemblies which are respectively arranged on the upper frame arm (212) and the lower frame arm (213), and the annular slide way (11) is arranged on the inner surface of the ring (1);
the noise reduction structure is an elastic friction plate (32) arranged between the opposite surfaces of the upper frame arm (212) and the annular ring (1), and/or an elastic friction plate (32) arranged between the opposite surfaces of the lower frame arm (213) and the annular ring (1).
5. A hula hoop according to claim 4, wherein the elastic friction plate (32) is fixed to the upper arm (212) or the hoop (1).
6. A hula-hoop according to claim 4, wherein the elastic friction sheet (32) is fixed to the lower frame arm (213) or the hoop (1).
7. A hula-hoop according to claim 4, wherein the elastic friction plate (32) comprises a silicone sheet and a Teflon sheet arranged in a stacked manner.
8. A hula hoop according to claim 4, wherein the noise reducing structure further comprises a support wheel (33) rotatably arranged on at least one of the upper (212) and lower (213) arms, the support wheel (33) abutting an outer annular surface of the hoop (1).
9. The hula hoop according to claim 1, wherein the pulley bracket comprises a frame body, and an upper frame arm (212) and a lower frame arm (213) which are arranged on the frame body and are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the ring (1);
the pulley bracket is connected to the ring (1) through two groups of pulley assemblies which are respectively arranged on the upper frame arm (212) and the lower frame arm (213), and the annular slide way (11) is arranged on the inner surface of the ring (1);
the noise reduction structure comprises a support wheel (33) rotatably arranged on at least one of the upper arm (212) and the lower arm (213), and the support wheel (33) is abutted against the outer annular surface of the ring (1).
10. The hula hoop according to claim 1, wherein the pulley bracket comprises an upper bracket arm (212) and a lower bracket arm (213) which are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the annular ring (1), the pulley bracket is connected to the annular ring (1) through two sets of pulley assemblies respectively arranged on the upper bracket arm (212) and the lower bracket arm (213), and the annular slideway (11) is arranged at the inner surface of the annular ring (1);
each pulley assembly comprises at least three pulleys (211) which are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the annular slide way (11).
