Description

Neck-wearing type sight distance maintaining equipment and neck collar device
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a visual distance maintaining device, in particular to a neck-wearing visual distance maintaining device and a neck support device.
Background
Teenagers are the best stage for developing good habits, and some habits even influence the physical health state of human bodies, such as good sitting postures and writing habits, so that the teenagers are not only beneficial to protecting the normal development of the spine, but also can protect the eyesight by regulating the distance between eyes and a reading object. However, good sitting posture and writing habit are not always developed, especially for teenagers with poor self-control ability, the problems of bending down, lowering head, sitting on side and the like often occur under the condition that the teenagers are not supervised or limited, and the long-time bending down, lowering head and sitting on side not only affect the normal development of the spine and cause humpback, lumbar diseases and cervical spondylosis, but also cause the distance between eyes and a reading object to be too close to cause poor eyesight. In order to help teenagers to develop good sitting posture and writing habit during reading and writing, correction and auxiliary products are designed.
Fig. 1 shows a state that a conventional correction type product 1 is used by teenagers, the correction type product 1 is allowed to be worn on the body of the teenager to relate the waist and the shoulder of the teenager by means of the correction type product 1, so that the waist and the shoulder are linked, so that when the teenager intends to bend down while reading or writing and the shoulder tends to approach a desk, the correction type product 1 is used for preventing the shoulder of the teenager from moving close to the desk to prevent the teenager from bending down. Although the correcting product 1 is beneficial to protecting the lumbar vertebra of the teenager and can improve the hunchback problem, the correcting product 1 cannot limit the neck of the teenager, namely, when the teenager wears the correcting product 1, the neck of the teenager still bends unconsciously to cause the problem of head lowering, and the long-time head lowering not only can easily cause cervical vertebra reverse bowing, but also can easily influence the eyesight due to the too close distance between eyes and a reading object. In other words, the corrective product 1 does not have a beneficial effect on the distance between the eyes of the teenager and the reading.
Fig. 2 shows a state that the prior auxiliary product 2 is used by a teenager, the auxiliary product 2 needs to be installed at a person-near side of a desk (a side of the desk near the teenager) and extends upward from a desk top of the desk to a proper height, for example, the auxiliary product 2 may form a chin rest 21 to support the chin of the teenager. When a teenager wants to lower the head to make the cervical vertebrae have a tendency to bend and make the eyes have a tendency to approach the reading material in reading and writing, the auxiliary product 2 is used for preventing the teenager from lowering to prevent the cervical vertebrae from bending and preventing the eyes from moving to approach the reading material. The auxiliary product 2 has obvious defects, firstly, the auxiliary product 2 needs to be installed on a desk for use, which occupies the desktop space of the desk, and for some desks, the auxiliary product 2 may not be suitable for being installed, namely, the auxiliary product 2 has poor universality; secondly, the auxiliary product 2 can only emphasize the corresponding effect when holding the chin of the teenager, but the teenager may involuntarily have a head-bending situation during reading and writing, and once the teenager lowers the head after head-bending, the auxiliary product 2 cannot hold the chin of the teenager, and at this time, the auxiliary product 2 loses the functions of preventing the teenager from lowering the head and ensuring the distance between the eyes of the teenager and the reading object.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the conventional product, a book is fixed to a table top. That is, the existing products are limited such that the scene is that the user sits in front of the desk to read a book. If the user leaves the desk, the existing products lose the functions of preventing the user from lowering the head and ensuring the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object. Application scenario one is a significant drawback of current commercial products.
In addition, the weight of the skull itself can cause stress on the cervical spine itself. When people work and study in daily life, the head is lowered downwards to further increase the burden of the cervical vertebra. The research results show that. Research results show that when the included angle between the head and the cervical vertebra of a human body is 0 degree, the weight borne by the cervical vertebra is 10lb to 12lb, when the head of the human body is 15 degrees lower, the weight borne by the cervical vertebra is 27lb, when the head of the human body is 30 degrees lower, the weight borne by the cervical vertebra is 40lb, when the head of the human body is 45 degrees lower, the weight borne by the cervical vertebra is 49lb, and when the head of the human body is 60 degrees lower, the weight borne by the cervical vertebra is 60 lb. The long-time working and learning state can cause the neck to be stressed for a long time, thereby influencing the working and learning postures. The incorrect working and learning postures may have an impact on vision. But the market does not help to reduce the pressure of the head on the cervical vertebra so that the user can keep the distance between the eyes and the reading object by maintaining the normal posture.

For example, when a teenager wearing the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus 1000 in his or her neck bends over involuntarily to cause the head to have a displacement close to the book during reading, the detector 21 can be driven to have a displacement close to the book synchronously and in the same amplitude, so that the detector 21 can accurately detect the distance between the eyes of the user and the book to help the user maintain a reasonable viewing distance. For another example, when the head has a displacement close to the display screen due to involuntary stooping during the use of the computer in the middle and young years having the neck-worn type sight distance maintaining apparatus 1000 on the neck, the detector 21 can be driven to have a displacement close to the display screen synchronously and in the same amplitude, so that the detector 21 can accurately detect the distance between the eyes of the user and the display screen to help the user maintain a reasonable sight distance.
When the neck of the user wears the neck support device 10, the low end of the neck support device 10 can be abutted against the shoulder of the user, and the high end of the neck support device 10 can support the head of the user, so that the gravity of the head can be borne by the shoulder to reduce the pressure of the gravity of the head on the neck, and the neck support device 10 can ensure the normal physiological curvature of the cervical vertebra to further protect the cervical vertebra. Especially when the neck-worn type sight distance maintaining apparatus 1000 of the present invention is worn by an adolescent user, on the one hand, the detector 21 of the maintaining device 20 can accurately and reliably detect the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object to help the user maintain a reasonable sight distance, and on the other hand, the neck support device 10 can allow the shoulders of the user to share the weight of the head to help the user protect the cervical vertebrae, so that the neck-worn type sight distance maintaining apparatus 1000 is advantageous to help the user to develop a good sitting posture and writing habit.
In addition, the neck-worn type sight distance maintaining device 1000 can help the user to maintain a reasonable social distance, for example, when some infectious diseases are spread, the user can detect the social distance between the user and other people by wearing the neck-worn type sight distance maintaining device 1000, and when the social distance between the user wearing the neck-worn type sight distance maintaining device 1000 and other people is too close, for example, when the social distance between the user wearing the neck-worn type sight distance maintaining device 1000 and other people is less than 1 meter, the reminder 22 of the neck-worn type sight distance maintaining device 1000 can remind the user to keep the social distance, so as to block the spread of the infectious diseases. Preferably, the social distance can be preset, for example, the social distance can be preset to be, but is not limited to, 1 meter, 2 meters, etc., in an embodiment where the social distance is preset to 1 meter, if the detector 21 detects that the distance between the user wearing the neck-worn type stadia distance maintenance device 1000 and other people is less than 1 meter, the reminder 22 can remind the user to keep the social distance of more than 1 meter, and correspondingly, in an embodiment where the social distance is preset to 2 meters, if the detector 21 detects that the distance between the user wearing the neck-worn type stadia distance maintenance device 1000 and other people is less than 2 meters, the reminder 22 can remind the user to keep the social distance of more than 2 meters.
Specifically, the neck brace device 10 includes an abutting portion 11, a supporting portion 12 and two locking portions 13, wherein the abutting portion 11 has two first connecting ends 1101, the supporting portion 12 has two second connecting ends 1201, each locking portion 13 is respectively configured to connect each first connecting end 1101 of the abutting portion 11 and each second connecting end 1201 of the supporting portion 12, so that the supporting portion 12 is rotatably connected to the abutting portion 11, and the supporting portion 12 is allowed to move around the locking portion 13 relative to the abutting portion 11, so that the neck brace device 10 can meet different requirements of the same user and meet requirements of different users. For example, the proportion of the weight of the head shared by the shoulder and neck can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the support portion 12 of the neck brace device 10 relative to the abutment portion 11. For another example, the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus can be suspended only from the neck of the user by adjusting the angle of the support portion 12 of the neck brace apparatus 10 relative to the abutment portion 11, i.e., the abutment portion 11 of the neck brace apparatus 10 may not be used to abut against the shoulder, and the support portion 12 may not be used to support the head.
In other words, one of the first connection ends 1101 of the abutting portion 11 and one of the second connection ends 1201 of the supporting portion 12 are rotatably mounted to each other by one of the locking portions 13, and accordingly, the other of the first connection ends 1101 of the abutting portion 11 and the other of the second connection ends 1201 of the supporting portion 12 are rotatably mounted to each other by the other of the locking portions 13, such that each of the locking portions 13 is provided for connecting each of the first connection ends 1101 of the abutting portion 11 and each of the second connection ends 1201 of the supporting portion 12, respectively.
When a user applies force to the supporting part 12 of the neck brace device 10 in a worn state, for example, when the user pushes the supporting part 12 upward, the supporting part 12 can be driven to rotate around the locking part 13 relative to the abutting part 11 to adjust and increase the angle between the supporting part 12 and the abutting part 11. Accordingly, when the user cancels the external force pushing the support portion 12 upward, the locking portion 13 allows the angle between the support portion 12 and the abutting portion 11 to be maintained in the adjusted state.
Preferably, the two first connecting ends 1101 of the abutting portion 11 are symmetrical and located opposite to each other, and correspondingly, the two second connecting ends 1201 of the supporting portion 12 are symmetrical and located opposite to each other, so that when a force is applied to the supporting portion 12 of the neck brace device 10 in a worn state, the two second connecting ends 1201 of the supporting portion 12 can synchronously and equally rotate around the two locking portions 13 relative to the two first connecting ends 1101 of the abutting portion 11.
Specifically, in the preferred example of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus shown in fig. 3 to 13, the abutting portion 11 has two regulating spaces 1102, and each regulating space 1102 is formed at each first connection end 1101. The locking part 13 is mounted to the first connection end 1101 of the abutting part 11 in such a manner that the locking part 13 is mounted to the adjustment space 1102 of the abutting part 11, and the locking part 13 is mounted to the second connection end 1201 of the bearing part 12 in such a manner that the second connection end 1201 of the bearing part 12 is mounted to the locking part 13, so that the locking part 13 is provided to connect the first connection end 1101 of the abutting part 11 and the second connection end 1201 of the bearing part 12. In addition, the neck brace device 10 can hide the locking portion 13 by installing the locking portion 13 in the adjustment space 1102 of the abutting portion 11 to prevent the locking portion 13 from being exposed, so that the beauty and reliability of the neck-worn type sight distance maintaining equipment 1000 can be ensured.
More specifically, the locking portion 13 includes a mounting element 131, a locking element 132 and a linkage element 133, and the locking portion 13 has a first working position and a second working position, and the locking portion 13 is configured to be switched between the first working position and the second working position.
Referring to fig. 7A and 7B, the mounting member 131 includes a mounting ring 1311, the mounting ring 1311 having an annular mounting ring inner wall 13111, an annular inner space 13112, and at least one set of one-way locking splines 13113, wherein the mounting ring inner wall 13111 of the mounting ring 1311 defines the annular inner space 13112, and a set of one-way locking splines 13113 is formed in the mounting ring inner wall 13111 and communicates with the annular inner space 13112. The mounting element 131 of the locking part 13 is fixedly mounted to the adjustment space 1102 of the abutment 11 to hold the mounting ring 1311 of the mounting element 131 in the adjustment space 1102 of the abutment 11, and the relative positions of the mounting ring 1311 of the mounting element 131 and the abutment 11 are maintained.
Referring to fig. 8A and 8B, the locking member 132 includes a locking body 1321, at least one locking arm 1322 and a linking protrusion 1323, and the locking member 132 has at least one stroke space 1324, wherein the locking arm 1322 is provided to extend obliquely from one end portion of the locking body 1321 to the other end portion to form the stroke space 1324 between the locking body 1321 and the locking arm 1322, such that the locking arm 1322 has elasticity and is displaceable toward and away from the locking body 1321, wherein the linking protrusion 1323 is provided to extend outward from a side wall of a free end of the locking arm 1322 to protrude from the locking arm 1322, and an outer wall of the free end of the locking arm is provided with at least one-way locking teeth 13221. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the locking member 1321 is rotatably installed in the inner ring space 13112 of the mounting ring 1311 of the mounting member 131, and the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arm 1322 of the locking member 132 are selectively locked to one of the one-way locking teeth 13113 of a set of the one-way locking teeth 13113 of the mounting ring 1311 of the mounting member 131.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 5, 6, 9A and 9B, the linking member 133 of the locking portion 13 is fixedly mounted to the second connecting end 1201 of the support portion 12, and the locking member 132 is mounted to the support portion 12 in a linking manner, wherein the linking member 133 has at least one linking groove 1331 extending obliquely, the linking groove 1331 has a linking groove distal end 13311 and a linking groove proximal end 13312 corresponding to the linking groove distal end 13311, wherein the linking protrusion 1323 of the locking member 132 is slidably mounted to the linking groove 1331 of the linking member 133, and the linking protrusion 1323 of the locking member 132 is slidable between the linking groove distal end 13311 and the linking groove proximal end 13312 along a track formed by the linking groove 1331 of the linking member 133.
When the locking part 13 is in the first working position, the one-way locking tooth 13221 of the locking arm 1322 of the locking member 132 is locked to one of the one-way locking tooth grooves 13113 of the set of one-way locking tooth grooves 13113 of the mounting ring 1311 of the mounting member 131, and the interlocking projection 1323 of the locking member 132 is held at the interlocking groove remote end 13311 of the interlocking groove 1331 of the interlocking member 133. At this time, if an external force is applied to the supporting portion 12 of the neck brace apparatus 10 in a wearing state, for example, if the user pushes the supporting portion 12 upward, the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arm 1322 and the one-way locking teeth 13113 of the mounting ring 1311 may cooperate with each other to allow the second connecting end 1201 of the supporting portion 12 to drive the locking element 132 to rotate relative to the mounting ring 1311, so as to adjust and increase the angle between the supporting portion 12 and the abutting portion 11. Accordingly, if the external force applied to the support portion 12 of the neck brace apparatus 10 in the wearing state is removed or the external force applied to the support portion 12 of the neck brace apparatus 10 in the wearing state is reversed (for example, the gravity generated by the head of the user acts on the support portion 12), the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arm 1322 and the one-way locking splines 13113 of the mounting ring 1311 may cooperate with each other to prevent the angle between the support portion 12 and the abutting portion 11 from being changed.
The retainer 12 is allowed to carry the link member 133 by applying an external force pulling the retainer 12 outward to displace relative to the lock member 132 so that the lock protrusions 1323 of the lock member 132 slide along the track formed by the link slots 1331 of the link member 133 from the link slot distal end 13311 to the link slot proximal end 13312 of the link slot 1331 of the link member 133, during which the lock arms 1322 of the lock member 132 have a displacement close to the lock body 1321 to be elastically deformed to accumulate elastic potential energy, and the one-way lock teeth 13221 of the lock arms 132 are disengaged from the one-way lock teeth slots 13113 of the mounting ring 1311, so that the locking portion 13 is shifted from the first working position to the second working position. Accordingly, after the external force pulling the supporting portion 12 outward is removed, the locking arms 1322 of the locking member 132 are returned to the original state by the elastic potential energy, in the process, the linking member 133 is displaced relative to the locking member 132 by allowing the linking protrusions 1323 of the locking member 132 to slide along the tracks formed by the linking grooves 1331 of the linking member 133 from the linking groove proximal end 13312 to the linking groove distal end 13311, so that the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arms 1322 are locked to the one-way locking teeth 13113 of the mounting ring slot 1311 again, and thus the locking portion 13 is automatically switched from the second working position to the first working position.
When the locking part 13 is in the second working position, the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arm 1322 are disengaged from the one-way locking teeth 13113 of the mounting ring 1311, and at this time, if the one-way locking teeth are applied to the supporting part 12 of the neck brace device 10 in the wearing state, for example, if the supporting part 12 is pushed upwards or pulled downwards, the second connecting end 1201 of the supporting part 12 can drive the locking element 132 to rotate relative to the mounting ring 1311, so as to adjust and increase or decrease the angle between the supporting part 12 and the abutting part 11.
In other words, when the locking part 13 is in the first working position, the supporting part 12 is allowed to rotate in one direction relative to the abutting part 11, and when the locking part 13 is in the second working position, the supporting part 12 is allowed to rotate in two directions relative to the abutting part 11, so that the user can use the neck-worn type sight distance maintaining device 1000 conveniently and the reliability of the neck-worn type sight distance maintaining device 1000 is ensured.
In this preferred example of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus 1000 of the present invention shown in fig. 3 to 13, referring to fig. 7A and 7B, the mounting ring 1311 of the mounting member 131 has two sets of the one-way locking notches 13113 in central symmetry, referring to fig. 8A and 8B, the locking member 132 includes two locking arms 1322 and two interlocking protrusions 1323, the two locking arms 1322 are in central symmetry, one interlocking protrusion 1323 is provided to each free end of the locking arm 1322, referring to fig. 9A and 9B, the interlocking member 133 has two interlocking grooves 1331 in axial symmetry, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the one-way locking teeth 13221 of each locking arm 1322 of the locking member 132 correspond to each set of the one-way locking notches 13113 of the mounting ring 1311 of the mounting member 131, and each of the locking protrusions 1323 of the locking member 132 are slidably mounted to each of the interlocking grooves 1331 of the interlocking member 133, respectively, so that the reliability of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus 1000 can be further ensured. Optionally, the mounting ring 1311 of the mounting member 131 has a set of one-way locking splines 13113 and a set of one-way locking splines 13113 surrounds the inner ring space 13112, wherein the one-way locking teeth 13221 of each locking arm 1322 of the locking member 132 correspond to different positions of a set of one-way locking splines 13113 of the mounting ring 1311, respectively. It is worth mentioning that the control section 24 provides a voice control function. Specifically, the control unit 24 receives a voice command, and controls the detector 21 and the reminder 22 to operate according to the voice command. For example, the controller 24 receives a voice command to "power on". The controller 24 activates the detector 21 and the reminder 22 so that the detector 21 and the reminder 22 are in an operating state. If the controller 24 receives a voice command of "initial detection", the controller 24 controls the detector 21 to detect a detection target, so as to determine an initial distance between the detection target and the detector 21. If the detector 210 cannot detect the detection target, the detector 210 is aligned with the detection target by adjusting the angle between the holder body 121 and the abutting portion 11, thereby detecting the distance between the detector 210 and the detection target. It should be noted that the user may also adjust the detection target to enable the detector 210 to detect the distance between the detection target and the detector.
With continued reference to fig. 3 to 13, the abutting portion 11 includes an abutting body 111 and two adjusting bodies 112, wherein the abutting body 111 has two abutting arms 1111 to make the abutting body 111 take a "U" shape or a "V" shape, wherein each adjusting body 112 is respectively disposed at each abutting arm 1111 of the abutting body 111, and the adjusting bodies 112 form the first connecting end 1101 and the adjusting space 1102 of the abutting portion 11, wherein the mounting ring 1311 of the mounting element 131 of the locking portion 13 is fixedly mounted to the adjusting body 112 of the abutting portion 11.

Further, referring to fig. 7A and 7B, the mounting element 131 of the locking portion 13 includes a cover plate 1312, the cover plate 1312 is disposed at one side of the mounting ring 1311 for closing a side opening of the mounting ring 1311, and the periphery of the cover plate 1312 protrudes from the periphery of the mounting ring 1311, so that after the mounting ring 1311 is mounted in the adjustment space 1102 of the adjustment body 112, the cover plate 1312 can close an outer opening 1122 of the adjustment body 112 for communicating with the adjustment space 1102, thereby facilitating to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the neck-mounted viewing distance maintaining apparatus 1000. Preferably, the mounting ring 1311 and the cover plate 1312 of the mounting element 131 of the locking part 13 are integrally formed.
With continued reference to fig. 3 to 13, the support portion 12 includes a support body 121 and two holding bodies 122, wherein the holding bodies 122 have a holding space 1221 and a sidewall opening 1222 and an inner wall opening 1223 respectively communicating with the holding space 1221. Referring to fig. 9A and 9B, the linkage member 133 includes a linkage body 1332 and a fixing body 1333 extending outwardly from one side of the linkage body 1332, and the linkage groove 1331 is formed in the linkage body 1332 of the linkage member 133. The end of the holding body 121 extends from the sidewall opening 1222 of the holding body 122 to and is movably held in the holding space 1221 of the holding body 122, and the holding body 122 is interlocked with the locking body 1321 of the locking element 132 in such a manner that the holding body 122 allows the fixing body 1333 of the interlocking element 133 to extend through the inner wall opening 1223 of the holding body 122 to the holding space 1221 and to be fixedly mounted to the end of the holding body 121, so that the locking body 1321 of the locking element 132 is interlocked to be mounted to the second connecting end 1201 of the receiving portion 12.
It is worth mentioning that the manner in which the retaining body 122 and the locking body 1321 of the locking element 132 cooperate is not limited in the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining device 1000 of the utility model, for example in the preferred example of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining device 1000 shown in fig. 3 to 13, the retaining body 122 has at least one positioning post 1224 extending outwardly from a side of the retaining body 122 forming the inner wall opening 1223, and correspondingly, the locking body 1321 of the locking element 132 has at least one positioning hole 13210, wherein the positioning post 1224 of the retaining body 122 extends to and is mounted to the positioning hole 13210 of the locking body 1321 of the locking element 132 to cooperate the retaining body 122 and the locking body 1321 of the locking element 132. Preferably, the holding body 122 has two positioning posts 1224, and correspondingly, the locking body 1321 of the locking element 132 has two positioning holes 13210. Alternatively in another example of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus 1000 of the present invention, the holding body 122 is provided at one side thereof for forming the inner wall opening 1223 with at least one positioning hole 13210, and the locking body 1321 of the locking element 132 is provided with the positioning posts 1224, wherein the positioning posts 1224 of the locking body 1321 of the locking element 132 extend to and are held in the positioning holes 13210 of the holding body 122 to interlock the holding body 122 and the locking body 1321 of the locking element 132.
Preferably, the holding body 122 has an exposed end 1225, an embedded end 1226 corresponding to the exposed end 1225, and a retainer ring 1227 formed at the embedded end 1226, wherein the diametrical size of the regulation space 1102 of the regulation body 112 and the diametrical size of the outside opening 1122 are larger than the diametrical size of an inner wall opening 1123 of the regulation space 1102 communicating with the regulation space 1102, and the diameter size of the retainer ring 1227 of the holding body 122 is larger than the diameter size of the inner wall opening 1123 of the regulation space 1102 of the regulation body 112, the exposed end 1225 of the holding body 122 is allowed to pass through the inner wall opening of the regulation space 1102 of the regulation body 112, and under the cooperative action of the stop collar 1227 of the retention body 122 and the adjustment body 112, the built-in end 1226 of the holding body 122 is held in the accommodating space 1102 of the adjusting body 112.
Referring to fig. 3 to 13, the neck brace apparatus 10 of the neck-worn distance vision maintaining apparatus 1000 further includes an auxiliary portion 14, wherein both ends of the auxiliary portion 14 are respectively connected to each of the adjustment bodies 112 of the abutting portions 11 to form the wearing space 100 among the auxiliary portion 14, the supporting portion 12 and the abutting portions 11, so that the neck-worn distance vision maintaining apparatus 1000 allows a user to wear the neck brace apparatus 10 on the neck in a manner that the neck is accommodated in the wearing space 100.
Preferably, in this specific example of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus 1000 shown in fig. 3 to 13, the auxiliary portion 14 includes two connecting straps 141, each of the connecting straps 141 having a fixed end 1411 and a connecting end 1412 corresponding to the fixed end 1411, respectively, wherein the fixed end 1411 of each of the connecting straps 141 is fixedly mounted to each of the adjustment spaces 1102 of the abutting portion 11, respectively, and the connecting end 1412 of each of the connecting straps 141 can be connected to each other. For example, each of the connection bands 141 of the auxiliary part 14 may be hook and loop fasteners that are fitted to each other to allow the connection end portion 1412 of each of the connection bands 141 to be connected to each other by being adhered to each other.
With continued reference to fig. 3 to 13, the detector 21 of the maintaining device 20 is disposed on the supporting portion 12 of the neck brace device 10, so that when the neck brace device 10 is worn by a user, the relative positions of the detector 21 disposed on the supporting portion 12 and the eyes of the user are determined, so that even if the user bends, twists, sits on his side, etc., the detector 21 can accurately detect the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object to help the user maintain a reasonable viewing distance,
it is to be noted that the type of the detector 21 is not limited in the wearable visual range maintaining apparatus of the present invention as long as it can detect the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object, and for example, the detector 21 may be, but not limited to, an optical distance sensor, an infrared distance sensor, an ultrasonic distance sensor.
Preferably, in the preferred example of the wearable viewing distance maintaining apparatus of the present invention shown in fig. 3 to 13, the number of the detectors 21 is two, and two of the detectors 21 are symmetrically disposed on opposite sides of the supporting portion 12, so as to improve the accuracy of the detection result, and especially, when the user twists waist, the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object can be accurately detected by disposing one of the detectors 21 on each of the opposite sides of the supporting portion 12.
Further, the reminder 22 of the maintaining device 20 may be a vibrator, such as but not limited to a motor, and the reminder 22 is disposed on the supporting body 121 of the supporting portion 12, so that when the detector 21 detects that the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object is too close, the reminder 22 can work to vibrate the supporting body 121 of the supporting portion 12, so that the reminder 22 allows the chin of the user to feel the vibration of the supporting body 121 of the supporting portion 12 to be reminded, thereby adjusting the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object. In other words, in the preferred example of the wearable viewing distance maintaining apparatus shown in fig. 3 to 13, the reminder 22 can remind the user to adjust the distance between the eyes and the reading object by generating vibration. Alternatively, in another example of the wearable sight distance maintaining device of the present invention, the reminder 22 may remind the user to adjust the distance between the eyes and the reading object by generating sound waves, for example, the reminder 22 may be a speaker, and the reminder 22 may be selectively disposed on the abutting portion 11 and the supporting body 121 of the supporting portion 12, so that when the detector 21 detects that the distance between the eyes and the reading object of the user is too close, the reminder 22 can operate to generate sound waves, so that the reminder 22 allows the ears of the user to receive the sound waves to be reminded, thereby adjusting the distance between the eyes and the reading object of the user.

Fig. 10A and 10B show an adjustment configuration of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus of the present invention, wherein the locking portion 13 is in the first operating position. Specifically, when the support portion 12 of the neck brace device 10 in the wearing state is pushed upward, the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arms 1322 and the one-way locking notches 13113 of the mounting ring 1311 may cooperate with each other to allow the second connecting end 1201 of the support portion 12 to bring the locking element 132 into rotation relative to the mounting ring 1311, so as to adjustably increase the angle between the support portion 12 and the abutting portion 11. When the external force pushing the retainer 12 upward is removed, the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arm 1322 and the one-way locking notches 13113 of the mounting ring 1311 may cooperate to prevent a change in the angle between the retainer 12 and the abutment 11. Also, even if the receiver 12 is pressed by the head of the user, the relative positions of the receiver 12 and the abutting portion 11 are not changed by the mutual engagement of the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arm 1322 and the one-way locking teeth 13113 of the mounting ring 1311, thereby ensuring the reliability of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus.
Fig. 11A and 11B show an adjustment configuration of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus of the present invention, in which the locking portion 13 is switched from the first operating position to the second operating position and from the second operating position to the first operating position. Specifically, when the support portion 12 of the neck brace apparatus 10 in the wearing state is pulled outward, the support portion 12 brings the linkage element 133 into displacement relative to the locking element 132, at this time, the linkage protrusion 1323 of the locking element 132 and the linkage groove 1331 of the linkage element 133 cooperate with each other to deform the locking arm 1322 of the locking element 132 to approach the locking body 1321, at this time, the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arm 1322 disengage from the set of one-way locking tooth grooves 13113 of the mounting ring 1311, so that the locking portion 13 is switched from the first working position to the second working position. Then, when the supporting portion 12 is pushed upwards, the supporting portion 12 can drive the locking element 132 to rotate in the annular space 13112 of the mounting ring 1311 relative to the mounting ring 1311, so as to adjust and increase the angle between the supporting portion 12 and the abutting portion 11. When the external force pulling the supporting portion 12 outward is removed, the locking arms 1322 of the locking elements 132 are returned to the original state by the elastic potential energy, so that the linkage elements 133 are displaced relative to the locking elements 132, and the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arms 1322 are locked to one of the one-way locking tooth slots 13113 of the mounting ring 1311, so that the locking portion 13 is shifted from the second working position to the first working position. At this time, even if the receiver 12 is pressed by the head of the user, the relative positions of the receiver 12 and the abutting portion 11 are not changed by the mutual engagement of the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arm 1322 and the one-way locking teeth 13113 of the mounting ring 1311, thereby securing the reliability of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus.
Fig. 12A and 12B show an adjustment process of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus of the present invention, in which the locking portion 13 is switched from the first operating position to the second operating position and from the second operating position to the first operating position. Then, when the supporting portion 12 is pulled downwards, the supporting portion 12 can drive the locking element 132 to rotate in the ring inner space 13112 of the mounting ring 1311 relative to the mounting ring 1311, so as to adjust and reduce the angle between the supporting portion 12 and the abutting portion 11.
In another aspect of the utility model, the utility model further provides a method of adjusting a neck brace apparatus 10, wherein the method of adjusting comprises the steps of:
(A) allowing the receiver 12 to bring the link member 133 into displacement relative to the locking member 132 to deform the locking arms 1322 of the locking member 132 to accumulate elastic potential energy and to disengage the one-way locking teeth 13221 of the locking arms 1322 from the one set of one-way locking teeth slots 13113 of the mounting ring 1311 mounted to the abutment 11 after the link protrusions 1323 of the locking member 132 slide along the track formed by the obliquely extending link grooves 1331 of the link member 133;
(B) allowing the supporting part 12 to drive the locking element 132 to rotate relative to the mounting element 131 so as to adjust the angle between the supporting part 12 and the abutting part 11; and
(C) in the process that the locking arm 1322 of the locking member 132 is restored to the original state based on the elastic potential energy, the link protrusion 1323 of the locking member 132 slides along the track formed by the link groove 1331 of the link member 133 to displace the link member 133 relative to the locking member 132, and the one-way locking tooth 13221 of the locking arm 1322 is locked to one of a set of one-way locking tooth grooves 13113 of the mounting ring 1311.
Preferably, in the above method, after the mount body 121 of the support 12, which is fixedly mounted to the linkage element 133, moves relative to the holding body 122 of the support 12 to displace the linkage element 133 relative to the locking element 132, the mount body 121 is allowed to rotate relative to the mounting ring 1311 with the locking element 132 being carried by the holding body 122.
Fig. 13 shows a usage state of the neck-worn type stadia maintaining apparatus according to the utility model, in which the relative position of each detector 21 disposed on the support 12 to the eyes of the user is determined after the user wears the neck brace apparatus 10 on the neck. When the user bends over unconsciously during reading, the detector 21 can detect the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object, and if the detector 21 detects that the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object is too short, the prompter 22 can be in a working state to vibrate the supporting part 12, so that the prompter 22 allows the chin of the user to feel the vibration of the supporting body 121 of the supporting part 12 to be prompted, thereby prompting the user to adjust the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object by adjusting the bending amplitude, so that the neck-mounted sight distance maintaining device can help the user to maintain reasonable sight distance.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a method for maintaining a viewing distance, wherein the method for maintaining a viewing distance comprises:
(a) wearing the neck brace apparatus 10 on the user's neck to determine the relative position of at least one of the detectors 21 disposed on the neck brace apparatus 10 and the user's eyes; and (b) when the detector 21 detects that the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object is too close, the reminder 22 arranged on the neck brace device 10 reminds the user to maintain a reasonable distance between the eyes of the user and the reading object.
Preferably, the step (a) includes the steps of:
(a.1) allowing the abutment portion 11 of the neck brace apparatus 10 to bear against the user's shoulder and the support portion 12 of the neck brace apparatus 10 against the user's head; and
(a.2) detecting the distance between the eyes of the user and the reading by means of the detector 21 provided to the support portion 12 of the neck brace apparatus 10.
Fig. 14 and 15 show a modified example of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus 100, and unlike the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus 100 shown in fig. 3 to 13, in the preferred example of the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus 100 shown in fig. 14 and 15, the maintaining device 20 is detachably mounted to the holder 12 of the neck rest device 10. In other words, the user can eat the neck brace apparatus 10 separately, or can use the neck-worn viewing distance maintaining apparatus 100 after installing the maintaining apparatus 20 on the supporting portion 12 of the neck brace apparatus 10. And the neck brace apparatus shares the weight of the user's head when the user's chin is supported by the support portion 112. That is, the support part 112 is locked at different angles, so that the cervical vertebrae of the user can be maintained at different curvatures, thereby providing different degrees of care to the neck of the user to gradually restore the bow of the cervical vertebrae. The support 112, each time locked at an angle, may be defined as a care level.
