Nursing is with bed side nursing device
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a medical care equipment field especially relates to a nursing is with bed side nursing device.
Background
Medical care workers need careful care for patients in the ward to prevent the patients from getting worse. The existing medical staff usually needs more nursing tools for nursing patients, such as medical trays, hand-held tools, and the like. However, most sickbeds are not provided with places for placing nursing tools independently, and medical staff can place the nursing tools on a table or a chair near the bedside, so that the probability that pedestrians bump over the nursing tools is increased, and the medical staff need to bend down frequently to take the nursing tools, and the use process is extremely inconvenient. If a separate place is additionally arranged on the sickbed for placing nursing tools, the sickbed occupies a limited space on the sickbed. Therefore, a bedside nursing device which can facilitate nursing staff to place nursing tools is needed.
For example, chinese patent document with publication number CN208405183U discloses a clinical internal medicine nursing bed side nursing device, which comprises a bed body, four support columns fixedly connected to the lower end of the bed body, a support plate is arranged at the lower end of the bed body, one end of the support plate close to the support columns is fixedly connected to the support columns, two sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the support plate, each sliding groove is internally provided with a sliding block, two sliding blocks are fixedly connected to the upper ends of the sliding blocks, a box body is fixedly connected to the upper ends of the sliding plates, a tray is arranged at the upper ends of the box body, a threaded rod is fixedly connected to the lower end of the tray, and the lower end of the threaded rod penetrates through the box body and extends to the inside of the box body and is fixedly connected to a fixing plate. The utility model discloses a beneficial technological effect does: the box body is pulled by the handle to move out of the box body from the bed body, the tray is rotated to drive the threaded rod to rotate, so that the tray rises, when the tray rises to a position suitable for the medical staff to work, the medical staff can prevent nursing tools from being on the tray, some larger articles can be clamped into a basin, a box and other articles through the extrusion block, after the use is finished, the tray is rotated reversely, so that the tray is lowered to the height below the bed body, the box body is pushed to enable the box body to be retracted to the lower end of the bed body, and other spaces are not occupied; the utility model discloses a do not occupy the activity space, use collection convenience, can provide a great platform for nursing staff, make things convenient for nursing staff's nursing work, save nursing staff's energy, improved work efficiency. However, the utility model has obvious technical defects: when the device is used, a nursing staff must bend down to rotate the tray, and then the threaded rod is driven to rotate, so that the tray rises; when the use is finished, the user must bend down to reversely rotate the tray so as to descend the tray, and the operation steps of lifting the utility model are very complicated. Although the utility model discloses a medical care articles such as medicine can be placed to the nursing staff of being convenient for, but brought complex operation's new problem, still increased nursing staff and stood down with this utility model's frequency of going up and down. Therefore, the ultimate technical effect of the utility model is not to significantly reduce the working intensity of the nursing staff.

To facilitate understanding of the working principle of the present embodiment, the usage process of the bedside nursing device is briefly described as follows: first, the exhaust valve 12 is ensured to be in the closed position. Secondly, the nursing staff can step on the pedal 10 on the transmission rod 8 of the bedside device by feet, and the transmission rod 8 further drives the connecting rod 7 to push the piston 6 towards the direction of the one-way valve 5 so as to compress the gas in the cylinder 4; when the caregiver releases the pedal 10, the link 7 is pulled back to its original position by the restoring force of the first spring 9; at the same time, the check valve 5 is closed. The caregiver can then repeatedly step on the pedal 10 to reciprocally drive the piston 6 longitudinally to compress the gas in the cylinder 4. The pressure of the compressed gas is higher than the pressure of the gas in the support rod 3, so that the compressed gas in the cylinder 4 is continuously pressed into the inner cavity of the support rod 3 through the one-way valve 5. Along with the gas that gets into from check valve 5 constantly increases in the bracing piece 3, the pressure of the interior gas of bracing piece 3 also increases gradually, and then promotes bracing piece 3 and cylinder 4 separation, and bracing piece 3 up moves. Eventually, raising the care platform 1 to the required height can be achieved. Again, the treatment articles may be secured to the surface of the treatment platform 1 by way of the squeeze blocks 16 on the treatment platform 1. After the nursing work is finished, the nursing staff can rotate the exhaust valve 12 to the open position, so that the compressed air in the support rod 3 is exhausted to the outside of the bed side device to realize the reduction of the nursing platform 1 to the required height. When the nursing platform 1 is lowered to the desired height, the exhaust valve 12 is turned to the closed position. Finally, the bedside unit can be pushed by the castor wheel 18 to a place where it can be stored, for example, the bottom of a hospital bed.
