Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, the following description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are exemplary embodiments, and are not to be taken as specific limitations of the present invention.
For convenience of description, the definitions of "lower" and "upper" positions included in the following description refer to the "lower" and "upper" positions shown in fig. 1, and do not represent specific position definitions in actual installation and use.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the first and second members of the fence connector according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention in combination.
Fig. 2 is a schematic top view of the fence connecting member of the present invention in an installed state.
As shown in fig. 1, the utility model provides a fence connecting piece, this fence connecting piece includes two parts, and first part 1 includes a casing 12 and sets up two draw-in grooves 13 inside the casing, second part 2 include a base plate 22 and with two pins 21 of base plate connection the tip of pin 21 sets up recess 25 respectively, as shown in fig. 2, through-hole (not shown in the figure) on two adjacent fence pieces 3, 4 are inserted to pin 21, through two draw-in grooves 13 with the block of recess 25, will two adjacent fence pieces 3, 4 connect.
When using installation rail connecting piece, through inserting the second part in the through-hole of two adjacent fence pieces, the base plate of second part is hugged closely in one side (inboard) of two fence pieces, and opposite side (the outside) of fence piece exposes two grooved pins, follows the opposite side surface of two fence pieces of hugging closely with first part to it is corresponding with outstanding pin with the draw-in groove, from the top down sliding, draw-in groove and recess block, thereby closely just firmly connect two adjacent fence pieces.
According to the utility model discloses a rail connecting piece can conveniently connect two rail pieces with fastening, can not be the phenomenon of connecting insecure.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the first member of the fence connector according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the first member of the fence connector according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention in another direction.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a second member of the fence connector according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the housing 12 is formed in a half-enclosed form, and the other structure of the first member 1 is enclosed in the housing, and the housing 12 is approximately trapezoidal in shape with a narrow top and a wide bottom when viewed from the side. Inside the shell, draw-in groove 13 sets up perpendicularly downwards, in the notch orientation with the direction that the recess 25 of pintle 21 is connected, the top of draw-in groove 13 is connected and is sealed with casing 12, the bottom of draw-in groove 13 is provided with opening 15, the cross section shape of draw-in groove 13 is "U" type, has the rib 11 of inside arch at the opening part of "U" type, and this rib 11 is used for mutually block with recess 25 on the second part. The distance between the opposite ribs 11 of each slot 13 at the opening 15 is gradually wider, so that the groove 25 on the second part is embedded into the rib 11 along the inclined surface and is clamped.
As shown in fig. 5, the grooves 25 are respectively provided at positions near the top ends of the pins 21, and a pair of grooves are oppositely provided on each pin, respectively corresponding to the ribs 11 provided on the grooved notches of the first member.
The outer surface of the rib is disposed on the side of the open surface of the housing opposite the fence tab and flush with the open surface. The groove 25 of the second part pin 21 protrudes slightly from the outer surface of the rail piece when the connection is installed, the thickness of the rib 11 is the same as the width of the groove 25, and the distance between two opposite ribs (the width of the U-shaped notch) is the same as the distance between the bottoms of the grooves 25 of the pin 21. The first part is slid down the surface of the rail piece from above and the rib 11 is inserted through the ramp at the opening 15 into the groove 25 on the stud projecting from the rail piece. Usually, the rail piece is made of a plastic material, has a certain elastic deformation, and can generate a certain jacking pressure on the shell of the first component and the base plate of the second component after being installed, so that the installed first component and the installed second component are firm and are not easy to separate. Moreover, the first component is installed from the outside of the fence piece from top to bottom, and the ribs and the grooves are tightly combined, so that the tightness of the connecting component is increased. Only in the case where the first member is required to be disconnected, the rib 11 is disengaged from the groove 25 by sliding the first member from below to above along the surface of the fence piece, so that the first member and the second member are separated.
As shown in fig. 5, the two pins 21 are vertically disposed on the base plate 22, the distance between the two pins 21 is equal to the distance between the through holes (not shown) of two adjacent fence pieces 3, 4 when connected, and the distance between the two slots 13 disposed on the first component 1 is equal to the distance between the two pins 21. The through-hole is generally shaped to correspond to the pin so that the pin can be stably inserted into the through-hole.
As shown in fig. 2, a first protrusion 17 is further formed in the middle of the shell 12 of the first component 1, a second protrusion 27 is further formed in the middle of the base plate 22 of the second component 2, and when the first protrusion 17 of the first component and the second protrusion 27 of the second component are connected, the first protrusion 17 of the first component and the second protrusion 27 of the second component are attached to the edges of two adjacent fence pieces 3 and 4. Thus, when the two fence pieces are connected, the first part 1 and the second part 2 are tightly combined with the edges of the fence pieces, no gap exists, and no space capable of shaking is generated.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to increase the strength of the first member, a support rib 16 is further provided on the housing of the first member 1. Such a structure further enhances the overall strength of the connecting back rail connector. The support rib 16 may be formed in plural number according to the strength requirement of the first member in combination with the material used for the first member.
As shown in fig. 3, the housing of the first part 1 is further provided with at least one mounting hole 14, two mounting holes 14 are shown, and these mounting holes are used for mounting a bottom anti-skid suction cup (not shown). After the connecting piece is installed, the sucking disc can adsorb the bottom plate for on the rail piece is wholly fixed in the bottom plate, further increase the effect of connecting the reinforcement of connecting piece to the rail piece. The bottom anti-slip sucker is arranged in the bottom mounting hole of the first component, so that the fence piece can be further fixed, and the insecure connection caused by the sliding of the fence piece is prevented.
The mounting hole 14 is provided at the bottom of the housing in a shape of a recess into which the top fixing button of the anti-slip sucker can be easily inserted.
The first part 1 and the second part 2 are both one-step molded products, and the materials are selected from PVC or ABS plastics. These components may also be made of other materials. The size and thickness of the first and second parts can be determined according to the selected material and strength requirements, and the first and second parts are required to be free from separation or breakage in normal use in a connection state.
The first member 1 is mounted outside the enclosure and the second member 2 is mounted inside the enclosure. The first component is arranged on the outer side of the fence, the second component is arranged on the inner side of the fence, the first component cannot be accessed from the inner side of the fence, the first component cannot be separated, and the connecting component can be prevented from being disassembled by children playing in the fence, so that the possibility of failure of the connecting component is avoided.
For those skilled in the art, any modifications and variations made according to the above embodiments of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
