When the elastic member 10 is a torsion spring and is arranged at the hinged position of the front foot rod 1 and the front linkage member 4, two ends of the torsion spring are respectively abutted against the front foot rod 1 and the front linkage member 4, so that the front linkage member 4 is subjected to a torsion force, the rear end of the front linkage member 4 always has a tendency of upwards rotating around the hinged shaft of the front linkage member and the front foot rod 1, and after the locking of the stroller frame is released, the rear end of the front linkage member 4 can be automatically upwards turned over by the torsion force of the torsion spring, the front end of the rear linkage member is also upwards turned over, the front foot rod and the rear foot rod are correspondingly pulled to be relatively close, and the stroller frame is automatically folded.

When the elastic member 10 is a torsion spring and is disposed at the hinged position of the front linkage member 4 and the rear linkage member 5, two ends of the torsion spring respectively act on the rear end of the front linkage member 4 and the front end of the rear linkage member 5, so that the front linkage member 4 and the rear linkage member 5 are both subjected to torsion, and the front end of the rear linkage member and the rear end of the front linkage member 4 always have a tendency of turning upwards, so that after the stroller frame is unlocked, the front end of the rear linkage member and the rear end of the front linkage member 4 can be automatically turned upwards by the torsion of the torsion spring, and the front foot bar and the rear foot bar are correspondingly pulled to be relatively close to each other, thereby realizing automatic folding of the stroller frame.
Claims (9)
1. A cart frame is characterized by comprising a front foot rod (1), a rear foot rod (2), a push rod (3), a front linkage piece (4), a rear linkage piece (5), a folding pull rope (6) and a push rod (7);
the lower end of the front foot rod (1) is provided with a front wheel assembly (11), and the lower end of the rear foot rod (2) is provided with a rear wheel assembly (21);
the upper end of the rear foot rod (2) is rotatably connected with the upper end of the front foot rod (1), the lower end of the push rod (3) is rotatably connected with the upper end of the rear foot rod (2), the front end of the front linkage piece (4) is hinged with the front foot rod (1), the rear end of the front linkage piece (4) is hinged with the front end of the rear linkage piece (5), and the rear end of the rear linkage piece (5) is hinged with the rear foot rod (2);
the upper end of the folding stay cord (6) is connected to the lower end of the push rod (3) and is eccentric to a rotating shaft connected with the push rod (3) and the rear foot bar (2), the lower end of the folding stay cord (6) is connected to the rear end of the front linkage piece (4), or connected to the front end of the rear linkage piece (5), or connected to a hinged shaft of the front linkage piece (4) and the rear linkage piece (5), so that when the push rod (3) is turned over downwards, the folding stay cord (6) pulls the front linkage piece (4) and the rear linkage piece (5) to enable the front foot bar (1) and the rear foot bar (2) to be relatively drawn together for folding;
the ejector rod (7) is connected to the front foot rod (1) in a sliding mode, when the frame of the cart is unfolded, the upper end of the ejector rod (7) is limited and abutted by the lower end of the push rod (3), and the lower end of the ejector rod (7) is abutted against the front portion of the front linkage piece (4) to limit the front end of the front linkage piece (4) to rotate around a hinge shaft of the front linkage piece and the front foot rod (1);
a locking mechanism (8) is arranged between any two of the lower end of the push rod (3), the upper end of the front foot rod (1) and the upper end of the rear foot rod (2) to lock the state of the cart frame when the cart frame is unfolded.
2. A stroller frame according to claim 1, wherein said front leg bar (1) is provided with a guide sliding sleeve (71), and said top bar (7) is slidably connected to said guide sliding sleeve (71).
3. A stroller frame according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the lower end of the push rod (7) is hinged to the front part of the front linkage member (4).

The cart frame according to claim 1, wherein the lower end of the push rod (3) is relatively and fixedly connected with a turning seat (31), the turning seat (31) is provided with a seat frame connecting seat (32) which moves along with the turning seat, the turning seat (31) is hinged with the upper end of the rear foot rod (2), and the turning seat (31) is provided with a pressing surface (311) for pressing the upper end of the push rod (7).
5. A stroller frame according to claim 1 or 4, further comprising a handle bar (33), wherein the lower end of the handle bar (33) is telescopically slidably connected to the push rod (3).

A stroller frame according to claim 5, wherein the locking mechanism (8) is disposed between the lower end of the push rod (3) and the upper end of the front leg (1), and when the handle bar (33) slides downward relative to the push rod (3), the lower end of the handle bar (33) triggers the locking mechanism (8) to unlock the push rod (3), so that the push rod (3) can be folded downward relative to the rear leg (2).

A stroller frame according to claim 6, wherein the locking mechanism (8) comprises a locking hole (81) directly or indirectly formed at the lower end of the push rod (3) and a locking tongue (82) disposed at the upper end of the front leg bar (1) and elastically stretchable, and when the stroller frame is unfolded, the locking tongue (82) is elastically inserted into the locking hole (81) to limit the push rod (3) from being folded downward relative to the rear leg bar (2); when the handle rod (33) slides downwards and retracts into the push rod (3), the lower end of the handle rod (33) directly or indirectly pushes the bolt (82) out of the lock hole (81) to release the locking state of the push rod (3), so that the push rod (3) can be turned downwards.

The stroller frame according to claim 1, 2, 4, 6 or 7, further comprising an elastic member (10), wherein the elastic member (10) is a compression spring and is disposed on the front leg rod (1), and the upper end and the lower end of the elastic member (10) are respectively elastically pressed against the top rod (7) and the front leg rod (1);
or the elastic part (10) is a torsion spring and is arranged at the hinged part of the front foot rod (1) and the front linkage part (4);
or the elastic part (10) is a torsion spring and is arranged at the hinged part of the rear foot rod (2) and the rear linkage part (5);
or the elastic part (10) is a torsion spring and is arranged at the hinged part of the front linkage part (4) and the rear linkage part (5).
9. A cart frame is characterized by comprising a front foot rod (1), a rear foot rod (2), a push rod (3), a front linkage piece (4), a rear linkage piece (5), a push rod (7) and an elastic piece (10);
the lower end of the front foot rod (1) is provided with a front wheel assembly (11), and the lower end of the rear foot rod (2) is provided with a rear wheel assembly (21);
the upper end of the rear foot rod (2) is rotatably connected with the upper end of the front foot rod (1), the lower end of the push rod (3) is rotatably connected with the upper end of the rear foot rod (2), the front end of the front linkage piece (4) is hinged with the front foot rod (1), the rear end of the front linkage piece (4) is hinged with the front end of the rear linkage piece (5), and the rear end of the rear linkage piece (5) is hinged with the rear foot rod (2);
the ejector rod (7) is connected to the front foot rod (1) in a sliding mode, when the frame of the cart is unfolded, the upper end of the ejector rod (7) is limited and abutted by the lower end of the push rod (3), and the lower end of the ejector rod (7) is abutted against the front portion of the front linkage piece (4) to limit the front end of the front linkage piece (4) to rotate around a hinge shaft of the front linkage piece and the front foot rod (1);
the elastic piece (10) is a compression spring and is arranged on the front foot rod (1), and the upper end and the lower end of the elastic piece (10) are respectively and elastically pressed against the ejector rod (7) and the front linkage piece (4); or the elastic part (10) is a torsion spring and is arranged at the hinged part of the front foot rod (1) and the front linkage part (4); or the elastic part (10) is a torsion spring and is arranged at the hinged part of the rear foot rod (2) and the rear linkage part (5); or the elastic part (10) is a torsion spring and is arranged at the hinged part of the front linkage part (4) and the rear linkage part (5);
a locking mechanism (8) is arranged between any two of the lower end of the push rod (3), the upper end of the front foot rod (1) and the upper end of the rear foot rod (2) to lock the state of the cart frame when the cart frame is unfolded.
