The mobile child support and entertainment device of claim 16, wherein said at least three rolling supports allow said mobile child support and entertainment device to turn with a zero turning radius. 18. The mobile child support and entertainment device of claim 16, further comprising at least one resilient member that allows said upper seat support to bounce relative to said base. 19. The mobile child support and entertainment device of claim 16, wherein said plurality of generally upright support legs permits adjustment of the distance that said upper seat support is supported on said base. 20. The movable child support and entertainment device of claim 16, wherein the handle is movable between a first position and a second position. 21. The mobile child support and entertainment device of claim 16, further comprising at least one entertainment accessory mounted on said upper seat support. 22. The mobile child support and entertainment device of claim 16, wherein said child support seat is rotatably mounted to said upper seat support. 23. The mobile child support and entertainment device of claim 16, having a maximum outside width dimension of less than 28 inches. 24. A mobile child support and entertainment device comprising: a lower base having a plurality of rolling support elements for rolling support of the child support and entertainment device along a support surface, the lower base including an upper surface for contact with the child's feet in the device and prevent the child's feet from contacting the support surface to move the child support and entertainment device; an upper support platform having a seat rotatably mounted to the upper support platform for supporting a child positioned in the child support and entertainment device above the lower base; and a plurality of support legs supporting the upper support platform a distance above the lower base; and a push-pull handle that allows a caregiver to roll the movable child support and entertainment device along the support surface; wherein the movable child support and entertainment device defines a maximum outer width dimension of less than 28 inches. 25. The mobile child support and entertainment device of claim 24, further comprising at least one resilient member that allows said upper support platform to bounce relative to said lower base. 26. The mobile child support and entertainment device of claim 24, wherein said plurality of support legs allow for adjustment of the distance that said upper support platform is supported above said lower base. 27. The movable child support and entertainment device of claim 24, wherein the push-pull handle is movable between a first position and a second position. 28. The mobile child support and entertainment device of claim 24, wherein said upper support platform includes at least one child entertainment accessory.
