The invention belongs to the technical field of nursing instruments, and particularly relates to a nursing turning-over device for the elderly.
Background
In daily care of elderly patients, many elderly people lose mobility due to diseases, disabilities, physical functional aging and the like, cannot self-care and turn over autonomously, local body tissues are continuously pressed for a long time to cause local blood circulation blockage, patients feel uncomfortable, local tissue necrosis, bedsores and the like are seriously caused, and therefore, in order to ensure the health of the patients, the illness state is not further worsened, and the elderly patients need to be turned over regularly when being cared for.
In the prior art, accompanying personnel or medical staff are often needed to manually turn over a patient, in the operation, the knees of the legs of the patient lying in a plane, which are in the reverse direction of the body turning direction, are lifted upwards to keep the legs to bend, then the hands are placed behind the patient to lift the trunk of the patient towards the body turning direction, the bent legs keep the bending state to keep the patient stable, after the body of the patient is placed, a pillow is placed behind the back and in front of the patient to provide support for the patient, the patient is manually operated again when the body of the patient needs to be corrected, the patient is more laborious, a plurality of auxiliary turning-over devices exist on the market today, the auxiliary turning-over devices are usually used for assisting the patient to turn over by dragging a bed sheet, only the auxiliary effect can be provided, the operation of the nursing staff still occupies a main part, the existing turning-over device can only assist the body turning over, the compression on body tissues when the patient cannot be used for a long time, and the function is single.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the aged care turning-over device which can better help a patient to turn over, has higher automation degree and can reduce the discomfort of the patient in a bedridden state.
The technical scheme includes that the nursing turning device for the aged comprises a bed body, folding turning pads, supporting guardrails, supporting mechanisms and auxiliary cylinders, wherein the bed body comprises a bottom plate, vertical plates are symmetrically arranged at the tops of two ends of the bottom plate, the folding turning pads are arranged between the vertical plates, the supporting mechanisms are arranged between the bottom plate and the folding turning pads, the supporting guardrails are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the folding turning pads, and the auxiliary cylinders are arranged at one side, far away from the folding turning pads, of one of the vertical plates.
Further, the bed body further comprises extension tables and bed legs, wherein the extension tables are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom plate, and the bed legs are arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate.
Further, the auxiliary cylinder comprises a cylinder body, a telescopic pipe, a second air pump and a rotary cylinder, wherein the cylinder body is arranged on one side of the vertical plate, which is far away from the folding overturning pad, the cylinder body is close to an opening on one side of the folding overturning pad, the rotary cylinder is rotationally arranged in the cylinder body, the telescopic pipe is arranged on one end of the rotary cylinder, which is far away from the folding overturning pad, the second air pump is arranged on one side of the cylinder body, which is far away from the folding overturning pad, the second air pump is communicated with the telescopic pipe, and calf bins are symmetrically arranged in the rotary cylinder.
The rotary drum can be controlled to be close to or far away from the folding turnover cushion by inflating or exhausting the telescopic tube through the air pump.
Further, the supporting mechanism comprises a first electric telescopic rod and a second electric telescopic rod, the first electric telescopic rod is arranged at the center of the top of the bottom plate, the second electric telescopic rod is symmetrically arranged at two sides of the first electric telescopic rod, and the second electric telescopic rod is arranged at the top of the extension table.

Further, the folding turning-over cushion comprises a bed sheet, a mattress and a supporting frame, wherein the bed sheet is arranged above the mattress, and the supporting frame is arranged at the bottom of the mattress.
Further, collecting rollers are symmetrically arranged between the vertical plates, the collecting rollers are rotatably arranged, the heights of the collecting rollers are identical to the heights of the mattresses in an initial state, driving motors are symmetrically arranged on the side walls of the vertical plates, the output ends of the driving motors are respectively connected with the collecting rollers in a transmission mode, and two ends of the bed sheet are respectively wound on the collecting rollers.

The first fixing rod and the second fixing rod are respectively and fixedly connected with the mattress, so that the mattress can be kept stable and centered in the folding process and cannot deviate.

Wherein, the setting of concave section can provide the reserve space for preventing to support the guardrail, prevents to upwards contradict with other parts when overturning.
The folding turnover cushion and the supporting mechanism are mutually matched, so that the similar manual turnover can be realized, when a patient needs to turn over, the first electric telescopic rod contracts, the hinging rod and the main board provide V-shaped support for the mattress, the friction is reduced by matching with the mattress, the patient is centered under the action of gravity, then the second electric telescopic rod contracts in the turnover direction of the patient, the mattress in the turnover direction of the patient is lowered, meanwhile, the electric telescopic rod extends upwards in the opposite direction of the turnover direction of the patient, the mattress in the opposite direction of the turnover direction of the patient is jacked up, the trunk of the patient is supported, the patient is lifted up in the turnover direction, the turnover of the patient is assisted, meanwhile, the air pump is inflated in the extension tube, the rotary drum is pushed out, the lower leg of the patient is placed in the lower leg bin, the legs of the patient are separated in the turnover, then the second electric telescopic rods on the two sides return to the initial position, the patient is centered again, the pillow is padded between the two legs of the patient, the two side air bags are taken out and inflated, the two side air bags are positioned on the front side and the back of the patient, the mattress is controlled to be in the initial expansion state, the first electric telescopic rod is restored to the initial state, and the turnover of the mattress is retracted, and the rotary drum is completed; in the process of patient lying, the two-cycle expansion of the electric expansion rods at two sides can be controlled periodically, so that the body of the patient is slightly inclined, the pressure of the patient lying is shared, the long-time forced extrusion of one part is prevented, the method can be automated to help the patient to finish turning over, the rolling of the bed sheet is used for assisting the patient to center and turn over, the pressure of medical staff is effectively reduced, the pressure of body tissues is shared by adjusting the posture of the patient lying still, further reduces the occurrence of tissue necrosis, bedsores and the like caused by long-time resting and lying, and can effectively improve the comfort level of patients.

As shown in fig. 1-8, the nursing turning device for the elderly provided by the invention comprises a bed body 1, a folding turning cushion 2, supporting guardrails 3, supporting mechanisms 4 and auxiliary cylinders 5, wherein the bed body 1 comprises a bottom plate 101, vertical plates 102 are symmetrically arranged at the tops of two ends of the bottom plate 101, the folding turning cushion 2 is arranged between the vertical plates 102, the supporting mechanisms 4 are arranged between the bottom plate 101 and the folding turning cushion 2, the supporting guardrails 3 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the folding turning cushion 2, and the auxiliary cylinders 5 are arranged at one side, far away from the folding turning cushion 2, of one of the vertical plates 102.
Further, the bed body 1 further comprises an extension table 103 and bed legs 104, the extension table 103 is symmetrically arranged at two sides of the bottom plate 101, and the bed legs 104 are arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate 101.
Further, the auxiliary cylinder 5 comprises a cylinder 501, a telescopic pipe 502, a second air pump 503 and a rotary drum 504, the cylinder 501 is arranged on one side of the vertical plate 102 away from the folding turnover cushion 2, the cylinder 501 is close to an opening on one side of the folding turnover cushion 2, the rotary drum 504 is rotationally arranged in the cylinder 501, the telescopic pipe 502 is arranged on one end of the rotary drum 504 away from the folding turnover cushion 2, the second air pump 503 is arranged on one side of the cylinder 501 away from the folding turnover cushion 2, the second air pump 503 is communicated with the telescopic pipe 502, and the lower leg bins 505 are symmetrically arranged in the rotary drum 504.
The second air pump 503 is used for inflating or evacuating the telescopic pipe 502, so that the revolving drum 504 can be controlled to be close to or far from the folding turnover cushion 2.
Further, the supporting mechanism 4 includes a first electric telescopic rod 401 and a second electric telescopic rod 402, the first electric telescopic rod 401 is disposed at the center of the top of the base plate 101, the second electric telescopic rod 402 is symmetrically disposed at two sides of the first electric telescopic rod 401, and the second electric telescopic rod 402 is disposed at the top of the extension table 103.
Further, a round head 403 is arranged at the top of the second electric telescopic rod 402, and the round head 403 is made of smooth materials.
Further, the folding turnover cushion 2 comprises a bed sheet 21, a mattress 22 and a supporting frame 23, wherein the bed sheet 21 is arranged above the mattress 22, and the supporting frame 23 is arranged at the bottom of the mattress 22.
Further, collecting rollers 105 are symmetrically arranged between the vertical plates 102, the collecting rollers 105 are rotatably arranged, the height of the collecting rollers 105 is the same as that of the mattress 22 in an initial state, driving motors 106 are symmetrically arranged on the side walls of the vertical plates 102, output ends of the driving motors 106 are respectively in transmission connection with the collecting rollers 105, and two ends of the bed sheet 21 are respectively wound on the collecting rollers 105.
Further, the support 23 includes a main board 231, a first fixing rod 232, a second fixing rod 233 and a support board 234, the main board 231 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the mattress 22, the main board 231 is located at the center of the bottom of the mattress 22, the first fixing rod 232 is arranged at the tops of two ends of the main board 231, the first fixing rod 232 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the mattress 22, the second fixing rod 233 is symmetrically arranged at two sides of the first fixing rod 232, the second fixing rod 233 is mutually hinged with the first fixing rod 232, the second fixing rod 233 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the mattress 22, and the support board 234 is arranged at two sides of the main board 231.
Further, a plurality of groups of supporting rods 221 are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the mattress 22, the supporting rods 221 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the main board 231, and the supporting rods 221 are arranged above the supporting plates 234.
The first fixing rod 232 and the second fixing rod 233 are fixedly connected with the mattress 22 respectively, so that the mattress 22 can be kept stable and centered in the folding process and cannot deviate.
Further, the support guardrail 3 comprises a hinging rod 301, a protective guard 303, a collecting box 305, an air bag 306 and an air pump I307, the hinging rod 301 is arranged in a linear array and hinged to the side of the main board 231, the hinging rod 301 and the supporting board 234 are arranged in a staggered mode, the hinging rod 301 comprises a concave section 302, the concave section 302 is arranged at one end, far away from the main board 231, of the hinging rod 301, the protective guard 303 is arranged at the top of one end, far away from the main board 231, of the hinging rod 301, a supporting plate 304 is arranged between the bottoms of the concave sections 302 of the two hinging rods 301, the supporting plate 304 is arranged above the electric telescopic rod II 402, the collecting box 305 is arranged at one end, far away from the folding turnover cushion 2, of the protective guard 303 is arranged at the bottom of the concave section 302, the air bag 306 is arranged in the collecting box 305, the air pump I307 is arranged on the side wall of the collecting box 305, and the air pump I307 is connected with the air bag 306 through a hose.
When a patient needs to turn over, firstly, the electric telescopic rod 401 is controlled to shrink, the support frame 23 is sunk, the hinging rod 301 supports the mattress 22 through the support rod 221, the mattress 22 is matched with the main board 231 to provide V-shaped support for the mattress 22, when the support frame 23 is sunk, the patient slides and centers towards the center under the action of gravity, in the process, the mattress 22 can reduce the friction force of the patient through the folding and unfolding on the collecting roller 105, after the support frame 23 falls to the lowest point, the electric telescopic rod 402 in the turning over direction of the patient is controlled to shrink, so that the inclination angle of the mattress 22 in the turning over direction of the patient is reduced, meanwhile, the electric telescopic rod 402 in the direction opposite to the turning over direction of the patient extends upwards, the mattress 22 in the direction opposite to the turning over direction of the patient is jacked up, thus the trunk of the patient is turned over from the obliquely lower part, the patient is turned over in the direction, the patient is assisted to turn over, meanwhile, the air pump II 503 inflates the telescopic tube 502, the rotary drum 504 is pushed out, the lower legs of the patient are respectively placed in the lower leg bin 505, the two legs of the patient are separated in the turn over, then the electric telescopic rods II 402 on the two sides return to the initial position, the bed sheet 21 is retracted and released through the motor driving collecting roller 105, the patient is centered again, a pillow is padded between the two legs of the patient, meanwhile, the air bags 306 on the two sides are taken out, the air bags 306 are inflated through the air pump I307, the air bags are used as pillow cushions on the two sides of the chest and the back of the patient, then the air pump II 503 is controlled to pump out the air in the telescopic tube 502, the telescopic tube 502 is shortened, the rotary drum 504 is retracted into the cylinder 501, and then the electric telescopic rod I401 is controlled to restore the mattress 22 to the initial flat state, so that the turn over can be completed; in the process of patient lying down, the two side electric telescopic rods two 402 can be controlled to circularly stretch and retract periodically, the body of the patient is slightly inclined, the pressure of the patient when the patient is still lying is shared, and the long-time forced extrusion of one part is prevented.
