Preferably, the first driving mechanism comprises a linear driver, a connecting frame and a roller, wherein the first end of the linear driver is connected with the bedstead, the second end of the linear driver is connected with the connecting frame, the connecting frame is respectively connected with the bedstead and the roller in a rotating way, and the roller supports the back plate in a rotating way.
Preferably, the first driving mechanism further comprises a sliding groove, the sliding groove is arranged on the bottom surface of the back plate, which faces the bedstead, in an extending mode, and the roller is located in the sliding groove and can slide along the length direction of the sliding groove.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the invention provides an intelligent bed, which comprises a bedstead 1, a mounting frame 2, a back plate 13, a hip plate 11, a waist plate 12 and a head plate 14, wherein the mounting frame 2 is movably connected with the bedstead 1 through a connecting mechanism 6, the back plate 13 is arranged on the mounting frame 2, the hip plate 11 is arranged on the bedstead 1, the waist plate 12 is movably connected with the back plate 13 near a first end of the hip plate 11, the head plate 14 is movably connected with a second end of the back plate 13 far away from the hip plate 11, simultaneously, the intelligent bed further comprises a first driving mechanism 3 for driving the back plate 13 to move, a second driving mechanism 4 for driving the waist plate 12 to move and a third driving mechanism 5 for driving the head plate 14 to move in a turning way, the first driving mechanism 3 can drive the back plate 13 to perform lifting motion relative to the hip plate 11 in a vertical direction and perform translation motion in a horizontal direction, the first end of the first driving mechanism 3 is connected with the bedstead 1, the second end of the second driving mechanism 4 can drive the waist plate 12 to perform turning motion relative to the back plate 13, the first end of the second driving mechanism 4 is connected with the first end 2 and the second end of the waist plate 12 can be movably connected with the first end of the head plate 14 and the head plate 14 relative to the first end of the head plate 14.
In the actual working process, the first driving mechanism 3 can drive the back plate 13 to be lifted in a whole inclined manner when doing linear motion, so as to drive the waist plate 12 and the head plate 14 to be lifted upwards in an inclined manner simultaneously, meanwhile, the waist plate 12 can execute overturning action relative to the back plate 13, the abdomen of a user is prevented from being extruded when the back plate 13 is lifted, the abdomen back of the user is enabled to be relieved simultaneously, in addition, the head plate 14 can execute overturning action relative to the back plate 13, support is provided for head synchronization, the head is enabled to be relieved simultaneously, the adjusting and controlling capacity of the intelligent bed to the back plate 13, the waist plate 12 and the head plate 14 is further increased, and the relieving effect of the intelligent bed is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mounting frame 2 comprises a supporting rod 21 and a connecting rod 22, the two supporting rods 21 are oppositely arranged and connected through the connecting rod 22, the back plate 13 is arranged on the supporting rod 21, the connecting mechanism 6 is respectively connected with the bedstead 1 and the supporting rod 21, the second end of the first driving mechanism 3, the first end of the second driving mechanism 4 and the first end of the third driving mechanism 5 are respectively connected with the connecting rod 22, the first end of the first driving mechanism 3 is rotationally connected with the bedstead 1, when the first driving mechanism 3 performs linear driving motion, the second end of the first driving mechanism 3 drives the mounting frame 2 to integrally incline and jack up through the connecting rod 22, and the connecting rod 22 is connected with the two oppositely arranged supporting rods 21 and can be used for enhancing the supporting stability of the supporting rod 21 to the back plate 13.
Illustratively, the support bar 21 extends outwardly adjacent the end of the lumbar plate 12, and when the lumbar plate 12 is flipped over, the lumbar plate 12 is at least partially supported on the support bar 21, the support bar 21 being capable of taking up a portion of the pressure of the lumbar plate 12, reducing the pressure of the second drive mechanism 4.
Illustratively, the support bar 21 extends outwardly adjacent the distal end of the head plate 14, and when the head plate 14 is flipped over, the head plate 14 is at least partially supported on the support bar 21, the support bar 21 being capable of taking up a portion of the pressure of the head plate 14, reducing the pressure of the third drive mechanism 5.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mounting frame 2 further includes a fixing member 23, the second end of the first driving mechanism 3 is connected to the fixing member 23, and the fixing member 23 is connected to the connecting rod 22.
Illustratively, the fixing member 23 is disposed between the two connecting rods 22, the fixing member 23 is fixedly connected with the connecting rods 22 by welding or a threaded fastener, so that the overall strength of the mounting frame 2 can be improved, and the second end of the first driving mechanism 3 is rotatably connected with the fixing member 23.
Illustratively, the fixing member 23 is provided with a relief groove 231 into which the first driving mechanism 3 is fitted, for preventing the first driving mechanism 3 from colliding with the fixing member 23 when moving.
Further, the fixing member 23 extends outwardly near the end of the lumbar plate 12, and when the lumbar plate 12 is turned over, the lumbar plate 12 is at least partially supported on the fixing member 23, and the fixing member 23 is capable of bearing part of the pressure of the lumbar plate 12, reducing the pressure of the second driving mechanism 4.
Illustratively, the connecting mechanism 6 includes a first connecting rod 61 and a second connecting rod 62, two ends of the first connecting rod 61 and the second connecting rod 62 are respectively connected with the bedstead 1 and the supporting rod 21 in the mounting frame 2 in a rotating way, the length of the second connecting rod 62 is greater than or equal to that of the first connecting rod 61, and the mounting frame 2 is movably connected with the bedstead 1 through the connecting mechanism 6.
Illustratively, the connecting mechanism 6 further comprises an extension member 63, the extension member 63 being disposed at the forward end of the frame 1, the first end of the second link 62 being rotatably connected to the extension member 63. Specifically, the extension piece 63 is a sheet metal part, the extension piece 63 is fixedly mounted at the end of the bed frame 1 close to the wall body, and the extension piece 63 is in running fit with one end of the second connecting rod 62 through a pin shaft to serve as a supporting point of the second connecting rod 62 in the movement process.
The first drive mechanism 3, the second drive mechanism 4 and the third drive mechanism 5 may be push rod motors, for example.
As shown in fig. 4, in another embodiment, the first driving mechanism 3 includes a linear driver 34, a connecting frame 31 and a roller 32, where a first end of the linear driver 34 is connected to the bed frame 1 and a second end of the linear driver is connected to the connecting frame 31, a connecting end 311 of the connecting frame 31 is rotatably connected to the bed frame 1, a rotating end 312 of the connecting frame 31 is rotatably connected to the roller 32, and the roller 32 rotatably supports the back plate 13, so that stability of the back plate 13 when lifted can be enhanced, and use experience of a user can be improved.
Further, the first driving mechanism 3 further includes a sliding groove 33, the sliding groove 33 is extended on the bottom surface of the back plate 13 facing the bed frame 1, the roller 32 is located in the sliding groove 33 and can slide along the length direction of the sliding groove 33, the sliding groove 33 provides a guiding function for the roller 32, and the stability of the movement of the roller 32 can be further improved.
Illustratively, the smart bed further comprises an extension plate 15, the extension plate 15 being connected to the hip plate 11 and extending towards the back plate 13, the back plate 13 being at least partially located directly above the extension plate 15 when the first drive mechanism 3 drives the back plate 13 close to the hip plate 11. The extension board 15 can preferentially fill the gap between the hip board 11 and the waist board 12 when the waist board 12 is lifted, and at the same time, at least part of the back board 13 is positioned right above the extension board 15, so that the extension board 15 can effectively support the mattress extending from the hip board 11 towards the back board 13, and the problem of blocking caused by embedding the mattress into a gap formed between the waist board 12 and the hip board 11 is avoided.
Illustratively, the extension plate 15 is provided with a relief notch 151 through which the second drive mechanism 4 may pass.
Illustratively, the extension panel 15 has a lower level than the hip panel 11, avoiding interference with the waist panel 12 when it is flipped over.
Illustratively, the smart bed further includes a stabilizing balance bar 24, the stabilizing balance bar 24 is disposed on the bottom surface of the head plate 14 facing away from the back plate 13 along the width direction, and the second end of the third driving mechanism 5 is connected to the stabilizing balance bar 24, so as to improve the balance and stability of the head plate 14 when it is turned over.
