The whole system is precisely designed, and high-efficiency and safe fire extinguishing operation is ensured.
As shown in fig. 5, the present invention further provides a fire extinguishing method for an electric vehicle, which uses an electric vehicle fire extinguishing device to extinguish a fire of the electric vehicle, comprising the following steps:
step1, connecting the high-pressure water spray interface 14 and the low-pressure water spray interface 23 with an external water source;
step2, starting the tractor 4 through a remote control module to lead the water spraying vehicle main body 3 to the bottom of a target vehicle;
Step 3, the tire 41 of the water spraying vehicle is retracted into the water spraying vehicle body 3 through a remote control module, so that the bottom of the water spraying vehicle body 3 is contacted with a working surface;
Step 4, unlocking the electromagnetic lock through a remote control module, and driving away the tractor 4;
Step 5, controlling the puncture needle 11 to lift up through a remote control module, and starting the high-pressure water spraying module 1 and the low-pressure water spraying module 2;
And 6, retracting the puncture needle 11 after fire extinguishment is finished, and separating the water spraying vehicle main body 3 from the target vehicle.
Firstly, in the stage of connecting an external water source, a quick connector or a threaded connector is used for connecting the high-pressure water spraying interface 14 and the low-pressure water spraying interface 23 to the external water source, so that all connection points are confirmed to be well sealed, no leakage exists, an external water source valve is opened, water flow is ensured to enter the high-pressure water spraying module 1 and the low-pressure water spraying module 2, water supply stability is ensured, and fire extinguishing efficiency is improved; then, in the stage of towing the sprinkler body 3 to the bottom of the target car, an operator sends a starting command through a remote control module, activates a power system of the sprinkler body 4, controls the sprinkler body 4 to move to the bottom of the target car, monitors the distance in real time by utilizing a proximity sensor, prevents collision, realizes safe operation and flexible maneuver, ensures that equipment can smoothly reach the target position, then, in the stage of retracting the sprinkler tire 41 and clinging to a working surface, sends a command through an external controller, controls an electric telescopic rod 421, enables a rocker arm 42 to drive the tire 41 to move up and down, monitors the position of the rocker arm 42 by utilizing a rotary encoder, ensures that the tire 41 is accurately retracted into the sprinkler body 3, when the tire 41 is completely retracted, the bottom of the sprinkler body 3 clings to the working surface, provides stable support, reduces the influence of a rear seat force, enhances the operation precision, in the stage of unlocking an electromagnetic lock, separates the sprinkler body 4, sends an unlocking command through an external controller, the electromagnetic lock state sensor confirms the electrified state, releases a connecting piece I51 and a connecting piece II 52 after the lock is powered off, separates the sprinkler body 4 from the sprinkler body 3, the sprinkler body 4 from a dangerous area, simplifies the tractor 4, improves the safety, and the safety is protected, then, the safety is lifted up by lifting the electromagnetic lock is lifted by a puncture needle, and the puncture needle is lifted up by a puncture needle 12, and a control module is lifted up by a remote control module, and a puncture needle is lifted up by a control flow 11, the linear displacement sensor monitors the rising distance of the puncture needle 11, ensures that a preset height is reached, the proximity sensor detects whether the puncture needle 11 contacts the target vehicle shell, once the puncture needle 11 continuously rises to penetrate the shell, the high-pressure water spraying module 1 and the low-pressure water spraying module 2 are started, the flow sensor monitors the water flow speed and total quantity of the high-pressure water spraying port 13 and the low-pressure water spraying port 21, ensures that the fire extinguishing agent is fully injected into the target vehicle, directly penetrates the battery package shell, effectively extinguishes the fire, the double-layer water spraying system assists in cooling and explosion prevention, and is used for preventing afterburning, and finally, at the end of fire extinguishment, the puncture needle is retracted and the water spraying vehicle body 3 is separated, the high-pressure water spraying module 1 and the low-pressure water spraying module 2 are closed, water spraying is stopped, the jacking screw rod 12 is controlled to enable the puncture needle 11 to descend and retract to the initial position, the water spraying vehicle body 3 is controlled to exit the bottom of the target vehicle through the remote control module, secondary injury is prevented, evacuation is facilitated, and the exposure time of personnel is reduced.
