Disclosure of Invention
Because the thickness of the easy-open can cover is already made to be very thin, the easy-open can cover cannot be further thinned. Therefore, the structure of the can lid must be further designed and optimized. The inventor finds that, through a great deal of research, development, analysis and test, the consistency of the yield stress of the tank cover can be maintained, so that the pressure resistance of the tank cover can be improved, and the breakage rate when the pressure is increased can be reduced. Based on the above, the invention provides a basic cover of an easy-open can cover and the easy-open can cover.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the cross section of the basic cover is sequentially provided with a seaming area, a transition area, an inward concave section, an arc wall section and a central panel from the periphery to the center, wherein the inward concave section is sequentially provided with a first arc section, a first straight line section and a second arc section from the periphery to the center, the first arc section is tangential with the transition area, the first arc section is tangential with the first straight line section, and the first straight line section is tangential with the second arc section;

The invention has the beneficial effects that through the analysis of the stress distribution of the internal positive pressure of the tank cover and the common compression fracture mode of the tank cover, the tank cover structure capable of improving the consistency of yield stress is provided, and through arranging the left and right circular arcs with different circular arc radiuses at the concave section and arranging the circular arc sections with longer circular arc radiuses at the circular arc wall sections, the yield stress of different parts of the basic cover is more consistent, the stress effect of the internal positive pressure is more favorably resisted, the damage rate under high pressure is reduced, and the unbroken rate is lower.
Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further illustrated and described through the following specific embodiments.
The term "horizontal direction" in the present invention is interpreted as a direction along the basic lid cross section and perpendicular to the middle axis of the can lid.
The term "vertical direction" in the present invention is interpreted as a direction parallel to the middle axis of the can lid. Upward, the surface of the can lid is away from the bottom of the can.
In order to improve the pressure resistance of the easy-open can cover and improve the uniformity dimension of yield stress of each part of the can cover, on one hand, the invention provides the basic cover of the easy-open can cover, wherein the cross section of the basic cover sequentially comprises a seaming area (1), a transition area (2), a concave section (3), an arc wall section (4) and a center panel (5) from the periphery to the center. The basic cover of the invention is improved on the basis of the basic cover of the prior art, the structures of the seaming area (1), the transition area (2) and the central panel (5) are not particularly limited, and the description of the prior art CN108438434A, CN106672390A, CN105408216A and the like can be referred to.
For the concave section (3), the concave section (3) sequentially comprises a first circular arc section (R1), a first straight line section (L1) and a second circular arc section (R2) from the periphery to the center, wherein the first circular arc section (R1) is tangential to the transition area (2), the first circular arc section (R1) is tangential to the first straight line section (L1), and the first straight line section (L1) is tangential to the second circular arc section (R2);
The radius of the first circular arc section (R1) is set to be a, and a is more than or equal to 0.08mm and less than or equal to 0.2mm;
The radius of the second arc section (R2) is b which is more than or equal to 0.15mm and less than or equal to 0.4mm;
The structure of the concave section (3) consists of a first circular arc section (R1) and a second circular arc section (R2), and the middle is connected by a first straight line section (L1). The inventors have found that failure of the easy open can lid under positive pressure occurs primarily in the transition section and the arcuate wall section, and in particular in the transition section, indicating that the yield stress of the transition section is relatively low in various locations throughout the can lid. According to the invention, through the structural design of the concave section (3), the yield stress of the transition region (2) is improved, the yield stress of the concave section (3) is not reduced, the consistency of the yield stress of each part of the basic cover is maintained, and the high-pressure breakage rate of the tank cover can be effectively reduced. In the invention, further, the radius of the first circular arc section (R1) is smaller than the radius of the second circular arc section (R2). For example, the value of a may be any one of or any value in between 0.08mm, 0.09mm, 0.10mm, 0.11mm, 0.12mm, 0.14mm, 0.15mm, 0.16mm, 0.17mm, 0.18mm, 0.20mm, etc., without particular limitation. For example, the value of b may be any value or any value in between 0.15mm、0.17mm、0.20mm、0.21mm、0.22mm、0.24mm、0.25mm、0.26mm、0.27mm、0.28mm、0.30mm、0.32mm、0.34mm、0.35mm、0.36mm、0.38mm、0.40mm or the like, without particular limitation.
The arc wall section (4) is designed as follows, the arc wall section (4) is a second straight line section (L2) and a third arc section (R3) which are tangent in sequence from the periphery to the center, the second straight line section (L2) is tangent with the second arc section (R2), and the third arc section (R3) is tangent with the center panel;
The radius of the third arc section (R3) is c, and c is more than or equal to 1.5mm and less than or equal to 4mm. For example, the value of c may be any value or any value in between 1.5mm、1.7mm、1.8mm、2.0mm、2.2mm、2.3mm、2.4mm、2.5mm、2.6mm、2.7mm、2.8mm、2.9mm、3.0mm、3.2mm、3.3mm、3.5mm、3.6mm、3.8mm、4.0mm or the like, without particular limitation. Further, the value of c may be 2-3mm.
The structural design of the concave section (3) and the circular arc wall section (4) and the transition region (2) form good integration, so that the yield stress of the circular arc wall section (4) is not reduced while the yield stress of the transition region (2) is improved, and the high-pressure damage rate of the tank cover is further effectively reduced.
In the invention, the transition zone (2) comprises a third straight line segment (L3), and the third straight line segment (L3) is tangential to the first circular arc segment (R1). By adopting the technical scheme, the continuity and smoothness of the connection of the transition zone (2) and the concave section (3) can be realized, and the reduction of yield stress is avoided.
In the invention, the included angle A1 between the first straight line section (L1) and the horizontal direction is 2-15 degrees. The first straight line section (L1) forms a certain included angle A1 with the horizontal direction, namely the second circular arc section (R2) deviates upwards relative to the first circular arc section (R1). For example, the angle A1 may be any one of or between any of 2 °,3 °,4 °,5 °,6 °,7 °,8 °,9 °, 10 °, 11 °, 12 °, 13 °, 14 °, 15 °, and the like, without particular limitation. Further, the included angle A1 is 3-10 degrees.
In the invention, the value of a is more than or equal to 0.1mm and less than or equal to 0.17mm. For example, the value of a may be any one of or between any of 0.10mm, 0.11mm, 0.12mm, 0.14mm, 0.15mm, 0.16mm, 0.17mm, etc., without particular limitation.
In the invention, the value of b is more than or equal to 0.18mm and less than or equal to 0.35mm. For example, the value of b may be any one of or between 0.18mm, 0.20mm, 0.21mm, 0.22mm, 0.24mm, 0.25mm, 0.26mm, 0.27mm, 0.28mm, 0.30mm, 0.32mm, 0.34mm, 0.35mm, etc., without particular limitation.
In the invention, the included angle A2 between the second straight line section (L2) and the vertical direction is 10-35 degrees. For example, the angle A2 may be any one of or any one of the values between 10 °,12 °, 13 °, 15 °, 16 °, 18 °, 19 °, 20 °, 22 °, 23 °, 24 °, 25 °, 26 °, 28 °, 29 °,30 °, 32 °, 33 °, 34 °, 35 °, and the like, without particular limitation. Further, the included angle A2 is 13-28 degrees.
In the invention, the center of the third arc section (R3) is not lower than the lowest point of the concave part of the concave section (3) in the horizontal direction.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides an easy open can end comprising the easy open can end base cover of any one of the embodiments described above. The easy-open can of the invention has higher yield stress and can reduce the breakage rate under positive pressure.
The technical scheme of the invention is further described and illustrated below according to various embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the cross section of the basic cover of the can lid of the easy-open can is sequentially provided with a seaming area 1, a transition area 2, a concave section 3, an arc wall section 4 and a central panel 5 from the periphery to the center. The structures of the seaming area 1, the transition area 2 and the center panel 5 can refer to the description of the prior art CN106672390a, the seaming area 1, the transition area 2 and the center panel 5 in the present invention correspond to the can sealing area, the countersink and the center cover surface in the prior art CN106672390a respectively, that is, in the basic cover of the present invention, the seaming area sequentially includes, from the periphery to the center, a fourth arc segment R4 (corresponding to a first arc segment in CN106672390a, not shown in the drawing of the present embodiment), a fifth arc segment R5 (corresponding to a second arc segment in CN106672390a, not shown in the drawing of the present embodiment) and a sixth arc segment R6 (corresponding to a third arc segment in CN106672390a, not shown in the drawing of the present embodiment), R5 is tangent to R4 and R6 respectively, the transition area is formed by a fourth straight line segment L4 (corresponding to a first straight line segment in CN106672390a, not shown in the drawing of the present embodiment), a seventh arc segment R7 (corresponding to a first arc segment in CN106672390a, not shown in the drawing of the present embodiment), a fifth arc segment R5 (corresponding to a radius of the fourth arc segment in CN106672390a, not shown in the drawing of the present embodiment is equal to R4, not shown in the drawing of the fifth arc segment R5 is tangent to R6 in the fig. 5mm, and the radius of the fifth arc segment in the fig. 5 is equal to R5 mm is shown in the fig. 5 is shown in the drawing of the fig. 5 is in the fig. 5. The included angle between the external tangent line of L4 and R6 and the vertical direction is 12 degrees.
The concave section (3) sequentially comprises a first circular arc section R1, a first straight line section L1 and a second circular arc section R2 from the periphery to the center, wherein the first circular arc section R1 is tangent to the transition area 2, the first circular arc section R1 is tangent to the first straight line section L1, the first straight line section L1 is tangent to the second circular arc section R2, the radius a of the first circular arc section R1 is 0.12mm, and the radius b of the second circular arc section R2 is 0.23mm. The transition region 2 comprises a third straight line segment L3, one end of the third straight line segment L3 is tangent to the first circular arc segment R1, and the other end of the third straight line segment L3 is tangent to the eighth circular arc segment R8.
The arc wall section 4 sequentially comprises a second straight line section L2 and a third arc section R3 which are tangent from the periphery to the center, the second straight line section L2 is tangent to the second arc section R2, the third arc section R3 is tangent to the center panel, and the radius c of the third arc section R3 is 2mm. The center of the third arc segment R3 is not lower than the lowest point of the concave part of the concave segment 3 in the horizontal direction.
Referring to fig. 2, an included angle A1 between the first straight line segment L1 and the horizontal direction is 6 °, and an included angle A2 between the second straight line segment L2 and the vertical direction is 23 °.
The tank cover is made of 5182 aluminum alloy with the thickness of 0.208mm, and is prepared into two tanks, the tank body and the tank bottom are made of 3004 aluminum alloy with the thickness of 0.22mm. The can lid structure is the structure of the first embodiment of the prior art CN106672390a (denoted as prior art) and the structural design of the above embodiment 1 (denoted as the present invention), respectively, wherein the structures of the seaming area, the transition area, and the center panel are the same. The tank cover is manufactured into two tanks, and the two tanks are placed in an easy-open cover pressure-resistant detector CanNeed-AEBT-1000 for detection. The test conditions were 25℃and 55% humidity, and the pressure was increased to 0.7MPa. The breakage rate and bulge unbroken rate of 1000 two cans respectively were counted, the breakage rate of the can lid in the prior art was 75.4%, the residual can lid was bulge unbroken, and the breakage rate of the can lid of the invention was 1.47%, and the bulge unbroken rate of the can lid was 20.1%. The above data illustrates that the base cap of this embodiment has a higher yield stress.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 3, this embodiment is substantially the same as the basic cap structure of embodiment 1, except that the radius c of the third arc segment (R3) in fig. 3 is 2.8mm. According to the above-mentioned breakage rate test scheme, in this embodiment, the breakage rate of the two can lids is 1.82%, and the breakage rate of the two can lids is 25.8%, which indicates that the base lid of this embodiment has a higher yield stress.
