The caulking groove 315 has been seted up on the surface of floating plate 34, and the sliding connection has the flotation bladder 316 in the caulking groove 315, and the fixed thimble 317 that is provided with in bottom of flotation bladder 316, the through-hole 318 that corresponds with thimble 317, main connecting rod 32 has been seted up to the bottom of floating plate 34, and thimble 317 passes downwards from through-hole 318.
An inner hole 319 is formed in the main connecting rod 32, two ends of the inner hole 319 penetrate through the main connecting rod 32 to correspond to the inner portions of the through holes 318 and the transverse shaft 33 respectively, a sliding pin 320 matched with the thimble 317 is connected in the inner hole 319 in a sliding mode, an elastic piece 321 is arranged at the bottom of the inner hole 319, and the elastic piece 321 pushes the sliding pin 320 to move upwards.
The bottom end of the sliding pin 320 is provided with a sleeve hole 322, the bottom end of the sliding pin 320 is movably sleeved on the locking bar 311 through the sleeve hole 322, the sliding pin 320 pulls the locking bar 311 to compress the pressure spring 312 and move upwards through the sleeve hole 322, the locking bar 311 moves upwards to enable the clamping teeth 314 to be meshed with the annular teeth 313, at the moment, the transverse shaft 33 and the main connecting rod 32 are locked and cannot deflect along the transverse shaft 33, in the process that the patient body is positioned on the floating plate 34, the floating bag 316 on the surface of the floating plate 34 is pressed down, the ejector pin 317 pushes the sliding pin 320 and the sleeve hole 322 to move downwards, the locking bar 311 is released from being pulled upwards, and at the moment, the pressure spring 312 pushes the locking bar 311 to move downwards.
Inside the inflatable wall bladder 2 is provided a water blocking assembly 323 which cooperates with the floating plate 34.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 to 13, the water blocking component 323 includes an elastic upper fabric 3231 fixedly disposed on the carrier plate 1, and a lower fabric 3232 is disposed at the bottom of the upper fabric 3231, and the lower fabric 3232 is fixedly connected with the upper fabric 3231 along the circumferential edge thereof.
A group of water permeable holes 3233 are formed on the surfaces of the upper cloth 3231 and the lower cloth 3232.
When the upper cloth 3231 and the lower cloth 3232 are supported by the floating plate 34, the two groups of water permeable holes 3233 are staggered, when the upper cloth 3231 and the lower cloth 3232 are tiled, the two groups of water permeable holes 3233 are mutually aligned, after water is injected into the inner side of the inflatable wall bag 2, the floating plate 34 which moves upwards can support the upper cloth 3231 and the lower cloth 3232 to form an inner cavity, water flows into the inner cavity at the lower side of the lower cloth 3232 along the water permeable holes 3233 in the process, after the floating plate 34 is completely supported, the two groups of water permeable holes 3233 on the upper cloth 3231 and the lower cloth 3232 are mutually staggered to block water in the inner cavity, and after a patient lies on the floating plate 34 to descend, the two groups of water permeable holes 3233 are mutually aligned to enable water to flow out to perform water bath.
The carrier plate 1, the cylinder sleeve 37 and the push rod 38 are provided with an emergency inflation assembly 3234 matched with the inflation wall bag 2.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to 13, the emergency air charging assembly 3234 includes a piston 32341 fixedly mounted along one end of the push rod 38 located inside the cylinder sleeve 37, one end of the cylinder sleeve 37 facing away from the push rod 38 is fixedly provided with an air inlet pipe 32342, the air inlet pipe 32342 is in an L-shaped structure, the bottom end of the air inlet pipe 32342 penetrates through the carrier plate 1 and is communicated with the outside, a first one-way valve 32343 is arranged inside the air inlet pipe 32342, the first one-way valve 32343 enables the outside air to enter the air inlet pipe 32342, the air in the air inlet pipe 32342 is not discharged in the original way, the locking bar 311 is locked and unlocked by the transverse shaft 33 and the main connecting rod 32 in a downward moving manner, at this time, the spring 39 pushes the push rod 38 to slide out from the cylinder sleeve 37, so that the bottom end of the control connecting rod 35 is displaced, the main connecting rod 32 is pushed upward, and the floating plate 34 is controlled to move upward, and the piston 32341 on the push rod 38 in the cylinder sleeve 38 draws the outside air along the air inlet pipe 32342.
An air supply pipe 32344 is fixedly embedded in the carrier plate 1, and two ends of the air supply pipe 32344 are respectively connected with the side surface of the air inlet pipe 32342 and the bottom of the inflatable wall bag 2.
The second check valve 32345 is disposed in the air supply pipe 32344, the second check valve 32345 enables air in the air supply pipe 32342 to enter the air supply pipe 32344, the air in the air supply pipe 32344 does not return to the air supply pipe 32342, the floating plate 34 is manually pressed down, the control connecting rod 35 is used for reversely pressing the push rod 38 and the piston 32341 to retract into the cylinder sleeve 37, and the air in the air supply pipe 32344 is pressed into the inflatable wall bag 2, so that the inflatable wall bag 2 can be fully inflated and deployed through reciprocating operation.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1,2,3, 4, and 5 to 13, the carrier plate 1 is composed of two plates, and the two plates are rotationally connected, and after the use is completed, the carrier plate 1 can be folded in half, so that the inflatable wall bag 2 is protected between the two plates, and the folded carrier plate can be used for convenient transportation and placement.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1,2,3,4, and 5 to 13, the inflatable wall bag 2 is provided with an air valve connector, and when the use is started, an inflator pump can be used to inflate along the air valve connector when conditions allow, and the use of the air valve connector to discharge air is ended.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1,2, 3, 4, and 5 to 13, a water valve connector is disposed on the inflatable wall bag 2 in a penetrating manner, and in general, the inflatable wall bag 2 can be directly deflated to drain the water inside, but in the case of inconvenient direct drainage, the water valve connector can be used to pump out the water.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1,2,3, 4, and 5 to 13, a plurality of straps are fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the inflatable wall bag 2, and after a patient lies in the inflatable wall bag 2 and the stretcher plate 1, the straps can be improved to assist in fixing all parts of the body, so as to avoid potential safety hazards caused by deflection in the lifting and transporting process.
The application method of the heat radiation disease nursing integrated device comprises the following steps:
S1, after the carrier plate 1 is opened, the inflatable wall bag 2 is inflated, and water is injected into the inner side.
S2, the locking bar 311 is locked and unlocked to the cross shaft 33 and the main connecting rod 32 downwards, at the moment, the spring 39 pushes the push rod 38 to slide out of the cylinder sleeve 37, so that the bottom end of the control connecting rod 35 is displaced, the main connecting rod 32 is pushed upwards, the floating plate 34 is controlled to move upwards to the water surface, the locking bar 311 is released, the locking bar 311 is driven by the elastic sheet 321 to move upwards, the cross shaft 33 is locked by the latch 314 along the annular tooth 313, so that the floating plate 34 is locked at the current height, at the moment, a patient can be placed into the inflatable wall bag 2, the body of the patient is positioned on the floating plate 34, in the process, the floating bag 316 on the surface of the floating plate 34 is pressed down, the ejector pin 317 pushes the sliding pin 320 and the sleeve hole 322 to move downwards, the locking bar 311 is released from being pulled upwards, when the patient is lying on all the floating plates 34 in the same group, the limit of the sleeve holes 322 is correspondingly released, and the pressure spring 312 pushes the locking bar 311 to move downwards to unlock the main connecting rod 32, at the moment, the weight of the patient is pressed down the main connecting rod 32, and the patient is submerged in the water.
S3, when water needs to be injected into the inner side of the inflatable wall bag 2 in advance, and manually lifted to the position of a patient, the upper cover cloth 3231 and the lower cover cloth 3232 can be supported by the upward-moving floating plate 34 to form an inner cavity, in the process, the water flows into the inner cavity at the lower side of the lower cover cloth 3232 along the water permeable holes 3233, after the floating plate 34 is completely supported, the two groups of water permeable holes 3233 on the upper cover cloth 3231 and the lower cover cloth 3232 are staggered with each other to block the water in the inner cavity, and after the patient is laid on the floating plate 34 to descend, the two groups of water permeable holes 3233 are mutually aligned to enable the water to flow out for water bath.
S4, under the condition of an inflator pump, the inflator pump is utilized to inflate the inflatable wall bag 2, when the inflator pump is lack of use in field rescue, the locking bar 311 is buckled to move downwards to unlock the cross shaft 33 and the main connecting rod 32, the spring 39 pushes the push rod 38 to slide out of the cylinder sleeve 37 at the moment, the bottom end of the control connecting rod 35 is enabled to displace, the main connecting rod 32 is pushed upwards, the floating plate 34 is further controlled to move upwards, in the process, the piston 32341 on the push rod 38 pumps external air into the cylinder sleeve 37 along the air inlet pipe 32342, then the floating plate 34 can be manually pushed downwards, the control connecting rod 35 reversely presses the push rod 38 and the piston 32341 to retract into the cylinder sleeve 37, and internal air is pushed into the inflatable wall bag 2 along the air inlet pipe 32344, and the inflatable wall bag 2 can be fully inflated and expanded through reciprocating operation.

The other side of the mounting groove (31) is fixedly provided with a cylinder sleeve (37), the cylinder sleeve (37) is connected with a push rod (38) in a sliding mode, a spring (39) is arranged in the cylinder sleeve (37), and the spring (39) pushes the push rod (38) to move towards the direction of the control connecting rod (35);

The surface of the floating plate (34) is provided with a caulking groove (315), a floating bag (316) is connected in the caulking groove (315) in a sliding manner, a thimble (317) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the floating bag (316), a through hole (318) corresponding to the thimble (317) and the main connecting rod (32) is formed in the bottom of the floating plate (34), and the thimble (317) penetrates out of the through hole (318) downwards;
An inner hole (319) is formed in the main connecting rod (32), two ends of the inner hole (319) penetrate through the main connecting rod (32) and correspond to the inner parts of the through hole (318) and the transverse shaft (33) respectively, a sliding pin (320) matched with the thimble (317) is connected in the inner hole (319) in a sliding mode, an elastic piece (321) is arranged at the bottom of the inner hole (319), and the elastic piece (321) pushes the sliding pin (320) to move upwards;
A sleeve hole (322) is formed in the bottom end of the sliding pin (320), the bottom end of the sliding pin (320) is movably sleeved on the locking strip (311) through the sleeve hole (322), and the sliding pin (320) pulls the locking strip (311) to compress the pressure spring (312) through the sleeve hole (322) and move upwards;
the inner side of the inflatable wall bag (2) is provided with a water blocking component (323) matched with the floating plate (34).

6. The integrated device for nursing of the thermal jet disease according to claim 1, wherein a water valve joint is arranged on the inflatable wall bag (2) in a penetrating way.
7. The integrated device for nursing of the heat radiation disease according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of binding bands are fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the inflatable wall bag (2).
8. A method of using a thermal jet care integrated device according to claim 3, comprising the steps of:
s1, after a stretcher plate (1) is opened, inflating an inflatable wall bag (2) and injecting water to the inner side;
S2, a lock bar (311) is buckled to move downwards to unlock the cross shaft (33) and the main connecting rod (32), at the moment, a spring (39) pushes a push rod (38) to slide out of a cylinder sleeve (37), so that the bottom end of a control connecting rod (35) is shifted, the main connecting rod (32) is pushed upwards, the floating plate (34) is further controlled to move upwards to the water surface, the lock bar (311) is loosened, the lock bar (311) is driven to move upwards by a spring plate (321), the lock bar (34) is locked along a ring tooth (313) by using a latch (314) so as to lock the cross shaft (33) at the current height, at the moment, a patient can be placed into an inflatable wall bag (2) to enable the body of the patient to be positioned on the floating plate (34), in the process, a floating bag (316) on the surface of the floating plate (34) is pressed downwards, a thimble (317) pushes a sliding pin (320) and a sleeve hole (322) to be released, and when the patient is laid on all floating plates (34) of the same group, the limit of the sleeve hole (322) is correspondingly released, the patient is pushed to move downwards, and the pressure spring (312) pushes the lock bar (311) to move downwards, so that the patient is pressed down, and the main connecting rod (32) is moved downwards;
S3, when water is required to be injected into the inner side of the inflatable wall bag (2) in advance and manually lifted to the position of a patient, the upper cover cloth (3231) and the lower cover cloth (3232) can be supported by the floating plate (34) which moves upwards to form an inner cavity, in the process, the water flows into the inner cavity at the lower side of the lower cover cloth (3232) along the water permeable holes (3233), after the floating plate (34) is completely supported, the two groups of water permeable holes (3233) on the upper cover cloth (3231) and the lower cover cloth (3232) block the water in the inner cavity in a staggered manner, and after the patient is laid on the floating plate (34) to descend, the two groups of water permeable holes (3233) are mutually aligned to enable the water to flow out for water bath;
