The opening device 3 further comprises a thread sleeve 37 and a screw rod III 38, the thread sleeve 37 is fixed at the top of one side of the U-shaped connecting plate 31, the screw rod III 38 is in threaded connection with the inside of the thread sleeve 37, a through hole for sliding of the screw rod III 38 is formed in the top of one side of the U-shaped connecting plate 31, through the technical scheme, the screw rod III 38 limits the downward moving track of the U-shaped sliding frame 8, and therefore the problem that the U-shaped sliding frame 8 drives the pressing plate 10 to excessively descend, the pressing plate 10 presses the chest of a patient to cause injury of the patient is avoided.

When the belt conveyor 16 is in external transmission movement of the driving roller 20 and the driven roller 15, the polishing rod 43 polishes the surface of the belt conveyor 16, so that the surface of the belt conveyor 16 is always in a rough state, and the problem that the patient is secondarily injured due to slipping between the patient and the belt conveyor 16 in the process of moving the patient onto the lying plate 12 is avoided; meanwhile, when the driving roller 20 rotates, the driving roller 20 drives the hemispherical block 45 to rotate, the hemispherical block 45 pushes the convex ball block of the L-shaped convex ball rod 44 to drive the L-shaped convex ball rod 44 to move rightwards, the L-shaped convex ball rod 44 drives the sleeve plate 42 to move, and when the hemispherical block 45 does not push the convex ball block of the L-shaped convex ball rod 44, the sleeve plate 42 resets and moves leftwards under the action of the spring elasticity corresponding to the sleeve plate 42, and thus the sleeve plate 42 reciprocates, the polishing rod 43 is driven by the sleeve plate 42 to dynamically polish the surface of the conveyor belt 16, so that the polishing rough effect of the surface of the conveyor belt 16 is improved.
