1. A locking assembly for securing a knife to a power handle, the locking assembly comprising a connector, a rotator and an elastic member;
one end of the connecting piece is connected with the cutter, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the power handle;
the connecting piece comprises a connecting cylinder (110) and a fixing cylinder (120);
the rear end of the connecting cylinder (110) is provided with an annular area (112), a plurality of round holes (111) are formed in the connecting cylinder (110) close to the annular area (112), and a plurality of bolt holes are formed in the annular area (112);
the fixed cylinder (120) comprises a front section (121), a middle section (122) and a rear section (123), wherein the front section (121) is fixedly connected with the rear end of the connecting cylinder (110), and the rear section (123) is fixedly connected with the power handle;
the rotating piece is rotatably sleeved on the connecting piece and used for locking or unlocking the cutter;
the rotating piece comprises a movable locking table (220), a rotating cylinder (210), a plurality of bolts (230) and balls (700);
the movable locking table (220) is sleeved on the front section (121) and comprises a bolt limiting part (221) and a ball movable part (222), the bolt limiting part (221) is arranged at the rear end of the movable locking table (220), the ball movable part (222) is arranged at the front end of the movable locking table (220), the ball (700) is movably arranged in the ball movable part (222), and the bolt (230) penetrates through a bolt hole of the annular area (112) and is clamped in the bolt limiting part (221);
the rotary cylinder (210) is sleeved on the fixed cylinder (120) and is clamped with the bolt limiting part (221);
the elastic piece is arranged in the connecting piece and used for limiting the cutter to move relative to the power handle in the circumferential direction.
2. The locking assembly of claim 1, wherein the locking assembly comprises a locking member,
the edge of the plug pin limiting part (221) is provided with a plurality of clamping parts (2211), the inner surface of the front end of the rotary cylinder (210) is provided with a plurality of bulges (212), and the plurality of bulges (212) are correspondingly clamped with the plurality of clamping parts (2211);
a plurality of limiting grooves (2212) are formed in the plug pin limiting part (221), and the plug pins (230) penetrate through plug pin holes of the annular region (112) and are clamped in the limiting grooves (2212);
the ball movable part (222) is provided with a plurality of movable areas, the balls are correspondingly and movably arranged in the movable areas, the movable areas comprise a locking platform (2221) and an unlocking groove (2222), the locking platform (2221) and the unlocking groove (2222) are arranged in parallel, and the side wall of the unlocking groove (2222) is an inclined plane.

The locking assembly according to claim 2, wherein the middle of the clamping portion (2211) is arc-shaped, two ends of the clamping portion are provided with arc-shaped grooves, two ends of the limiting groove (2212) are circular, and the middle of the limiting groove is a gentle arc shape with reduced width.
4. The locking assembly of claim 2, wherein the bolt (230) comprises a first connection (231), a second connection (232) and a third connection (233);
the second connecting portion (232) is in a truncated cone shape, a shoulder is formed between the second connecting portion (232) and the first connecting portion (231), the shoulder is attached to the inner wall of the annular region (112), and the third connecting portion (233) is inserted into the limiting groove (2212).

The locking assembly of claim 4, wherein the elastic member comprises a spacer (310) and a plurality of sets of springs (320), wherein a plurality of holes are formed in the side wall of the middle section of the fixed cylinder (120), the spacer (310) is disposed at the hole opening and is attached to the movable locking platform (220), and the springs (320) are disposed in the holes in a compressed state.

The locking assembly according to claim 1, wherein the connecting cylinder (110) is provided with a plurality of sealing rings (113), the middle section (122) of the fixed cylinder (120) is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation windows (124), and the rotating cylinder (210) is provided with a plurality of air outlets (211).
7. The locking assembly of claim 6, wherein the power handle comprises a housing (400), a motor (430), a motor output shaft (431), a cable jacket (600), and a cable jacket lock (500);
the front end of the shell (400) is fixedly connected with the rear section (123) of the fixed cylinder (120), the rear end is provided with an air inlet (410), and an air inlet channel (440) is arranged in the shell;
the motor (430) is arranged in the shell (400), the motor output shaft (431) is arranged at the front end of the motor (430), the other end of the motor output shaft (431) is connected with a power transmission part (450), and a cooling fan (420) is sleeved outside the power transmission part (450);
the cable sleeve (600) is arranged at the tail end of the power handle and is used for protecting a cable of the motor;
the cable sleeve locking piece (500) is arranged at the front end of the cable sleeve (600) and used for fixing the cable sleeve (600).

The locking assembly of claim 7, wherein the tool comprises a tool shank, a transmission shaft (820) is arranged in the tool shank, the transmission shaft (820) is connected to one end of the power transmission member (450), a groove (810) penetrating circumferentially is formed in the inner surface of the tool shank, and the position of the groove (810) corresponds to that of the ball (700).
