Background
The medical nursing bed is a sickbed with a certain function, and is used by patients in hospital or at home, thereby being convenient for nursing people to care the patients. As medical levels develop, more forms of care beds for clinical medical care have emerged.
The application number 201010282284.X discloses a medical care bed, which comprises a bed frame, a bed board and guardrails, wherein a clamping groove is formed in the side face of the bed frame, a notch is formed in one end, close to the bed head, of the clamping groove, a bolt is arranged in the notch, a guardrail bottom rod is clamped in the clamping groove, one end, close to the bed head, of the bottom rod is fixedly arranged on the bolt, and the bolt is a movable bolt capable of rotating and moving forwards and backwards along the axial direction of the bolt; the clamping groove comprises an upper bayonet, a lower bayonet and a horizontal bayonet.
The intelligent medical nursing bed has the defects that for a plant person or a patient with inconvenient self-movement, a user (usually the patient) cannot change the inclination angle of the intelligent medical nursing bed according to various physical activities, and nursing and physical conditions of the patient cannot be monitored, so that the nursing person is required to take care of the patient for a long time, the efficiency is low, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed.
Thus, there is a need for an intelligent medical care bed to address the above-described problems.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an intelligent medical care bed, which comprises a lifting bed frame with a plurality of rollers arranged at the bottom and a mattress arranged on the lifting bed frame; the user can input signals through a control platform arranged on one side of the lifting bed frame according to the self requirements, such as turning over, lifting the head and the like, and the control platform is electrically connected with an intelligent system integrated device which comprises an intelligent chip, a sensor, a power supply and an alarm device; the mattress is internally provided with a pushing device, a massaging device and a pressure sensor, so that the mattress can massage and care a user.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an intelligent medical care bed comprises a lifting bed frame with a plurality of rollers arranged at the bottom and a mattress arranged on the lifting bed frame;
the system comprises a lifting bed frame, a control platform, an intelligent system integrated device, a power supply and an alarm device, wherein the control platform for signal input is arranged on one side of the lifting bed frame, and the control platform is electrically connected with the intelligent system integrated device; the mattress is internally provided with a pushing device, a massaging device and a pressure sensor, wherein the pushing device is used for assisting a user to turn over or lift up, and the massaging device is provided with the pressure sensor.
Further, the pushing device comprises a head pushing device, a right auxiliary turning device and a left auxiliary turning device, the head pushing device is used for pushing the head of a user to be far away from or close to the mattress, the right auxiliary turning device and the left auxiliary turning device are respectively arranged on the upper portion of the mattress and are located on two sides of the mattress, and the right auxiliary turning device and the left auxiliary turning device are used for assisting the user to rotate bodies towards two sides.
Further, the massage device comprises an upper massage module, a middle massage module and a lower massage module, wherein the pressure sensors are respectively arranged on one sides of the upper massage module, the middle massage module and the lower massage module, which face a user.
Further, the lifting bed frame further comprises baffle devices arranged on the periphery of the mattress, each baffle device comprises a head baffle, a voice input mounting plate, two leg side baffles and a bottom baffle, the head baffle is arranged above the head of a user, the voice input mounting plates are arranged on two sides of the head of the user, and an intelligent voice system is arranged in each voice input mounting plate and used for receiving voice instructions of the user.
Further, control platform sets up at the mattress middle part and is located user's shank both sides baffle side, and control platform can dismantle with the elevating bed frame and be connected, and control platform installs the camera, the camera is used for monitoring user's health state and uploads intelligent system integrated device department.
Further, an oxygen supply device for supplying oxygen to a user is also included, the oxygen supply device being disposed at the mattress head.
Further, the system also comprises a blood oxygen detection device, wherein the blood oxygen detection device can detect the blood oxygen value of the patient and upload the blood oxygen value to the intelligent system integration device.
Further, upper portion massage module, middle part massage module and lower part massage module include the backup pad respectively and are used for driving the pneumatic cylinder that the backup pad removed, the pneumatic cylinder is installed on the lift bed body, the backup pad is used for supporting the user's health on the mattress, be provided with pressure sensor on the mattress, pressure sensor feeds back intelligent system integrated device with the signal, intelligent system integrated device steerable the pneumatic cylinder work.

The intelligent medical care bed adopts a highly intelligent system, solves the problems that a plant person or a patient with inconvenient movement needs nursing personnel to nurse for a long time and the physical condition of the patient cannot be determined in real time, saves the time of the nursing personnel, can ensure the good recovery state of the patient at the same time, can treat the patient with uncomfortable body in time, avoids the occurrence of unexpected situations, and has strong practicability.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An intelligent medical care bed, as shown in 1 and 2, comprises a lifting bed frame 1 with a plurality of rollers 11 arranged at the bottom, and a mattress 2 arranged on the lifting bed frame 1;
wherein, a control platform 12 for signal input is arranged on one side of the lifting bed frame 1, the control platform 12 is electrically connected with an intelligent system integrated device, and the intelligent system integrated device comprises an intelligent chip, a power supply and an alarm device; the mattress 2 is internally provided with a pushing device 4, a massaging device 3 and a pressure sensor 333, the pushing device 4 is used for assisting a user to turn over or lift up, and the massaging device 3 is provided with the pressure sensor 333.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lifting frame 1 is a medical care bed body, the lifting frame 1 includes a lifting device, any existing lifting base can be used as a hydraulic lifting device of the lifting frame 1, an intelligent system integrated device is arranged in the lifting frame, and a mattress 2 is installed on the upper portion of the lifting frame, and the lifting frame 1 can be lifted by operating a control platform 12 manually or in a voice manner.
The intelligent medical care bed is provided with a control platform 12 for signal input, wherein the control platform 12 is electrically connected with an intelligent system integrated device, and the intelligent system integrated device comprises an intelligent chip, a power supply and an alarm device as shown in fig. 5; the mattress 2 is internally provided with a pushing device 4, a massaging device 3 and a pressure sensor 333, the pushing device 4 is used for assisting a user to turn over or lift up, and the massaging device 3 is provided with the pressure sensor 333. The intelligent system integrated device contains ergonomically related content, which can make the user more comfortable when lying in bed. Meanwhile, the system is internally provided with an alarm device, so that doctors can be informed of medical treatment in time when the body of a patient is untimely.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the pushing device 4 includes a head pushing device 41, a right auxiliary turning device 42 and a left auxiliary turning device 43, the head pushing device 41 is used for pushing the head of the user away from or towards the mattress 2, the right auxiliary turning device 42 and the left auxiliary turning device 43 are respectively and correspondingly arranged at the upper part of the mattress 2 and at two sides, and the right auxiliary turning device 42 and the left auxiliary turning device 43 are used for assisting the user to turn the body towards two sides.
The head pushing device 414 is used to push the head of the user away from or close to the mattress 2, so that the user can get up or lie down conveniently, and the right auxiliary turning device 42 and the left auxiliary turning device 43 are used to assist the user in turning the body to both sides.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to massage and relax the body, as shown in fig. 3, the massage device 3 of the present invention includes an upper massage module 31, a middle massage module 32 and a lower massage module 33, wherein the pressure sensors 333 are respectively disposed on the sides of the upper massage module 31, the middle massage module 32 and the lower massage module 33 facing the user, and the pressure sensors 333 can sense the pressure of the massage modules pressed by the body of the user, and transmit the pressure to the intelligent chip of the intelligent system integrated device by means of electrical signals, thereby adjusting the force of the massage modules.
Further, the lifting bed frame 1 further comprises baffle devices 5 arranged around the mattress 2, the baffle devices 5 comprise a head baffle 51, a voice input mounting plate 52, leg two side baffles 53 and a bottom baffle 54, the head baffle 51 is arranged above the head of a user, the voice input mounting plate 52 is arranged on two sides of the head of the user, and an intelligent voice system is arranged in the voice input mounting plate 52 and used for receiving voice instructions of the user.
The head baffle 51, leg side baffles 53 and bottom baffle 54 prevent the user with limited movement from falling to the ground when rolling over the bed, and the voice input mounting plate 52 is positioned on both sides of the user's head, closer to the user's head for voice input.
Further, the control platform 12 is arranged in the middle of the mattress 2 and located on the side of the baffles 53 on two sides of the legs of the user, the control platform 12 is detachably connected with the lifting bed frame 1, and the control platform 12 is provided with a camera which is used for monitoring the physical state of the user and uploading the physical state to the intelligent system integration device.
Further, an oxygen supply device 13 for supplying oxygen to the user is also included, said oxygen supply device 13 being arranged at the head of said mattress 2.
Further, the system also comprises a blood oxygen detection device, wherein the blood oxygen detection device can detect the blood oxygen value of the patient and upload the blood oxygen value to the intelligent system integration device.
Further, the upper massage module 31, the middle massage module 32 and the lower massage module 33 respectively include a support plate 331 and a hydraulic cylinder 332 for driving the support plate 331 to move, the hydraulic cylinder 332 is mounted on the lifting bed body, the support plate 331 is used for supporting the body of a user on the mattress 2, a pressure sensor 333 is arranged on the mattress 2, the pressure sensor 333 feeds back signals to an intelligent system integrated device, and the intelligent system integrated device can control the hydraulic cylinder 332 to work. The supporting plate 331 is driven by a hydraulic mechanism to work, and can push the back of the patient under the instruction of a user, so that the conversion between the sitting posture and the prone posture of the user is realized or the patient is helped to perform the actions such as turning over the patient by the side.
Further, the roller 11 includes a mute wheel and a brake plate provided on the mute wheel. When necessary, the lifting bedstead 1 can be moved by the mute wheel, and the lifting bedstead 1 is fixed by using the braking plate after reaching the destination.
The intelligent medical care bed solves the problems that a user, especially a plant person or a patient with inconvenient movement needs nursing personnel to nurse for a long time and the physical condition of the patient cannot be determined in real time, saves the time of the nursing personnel, can ensure the good recovery state of the patient at the same time, can treat the patient with uncomfortable body in time, avoids the occurrence of unexpected situations, and has strong practicability.
