Currently, many commercial child vehicles include a collapsible child vehicle frame and a collapsible child seat attached to the child vehicle frame.
The perambulator has a structural scheme of one-key car collection and a structural scheme of step car collection; for the structural scheme of a one-key folding vehicle, as disclosed in China CN107428355B, when the folding vehicle is folded, the backrest unlocking mechanism is manually operated to release the locking state of the backrest relative to the seat part, then the backrest is operated to rotate towards one side of the seat part to close the seat part, so that the folding of the child seat is realized, when the backrest rotates to a preset angle relative to the seat part, the linkage seat part is unlocked relative to the vehicle frame, the seat part is turned over under the action of gravity after being unlocked relative to the vehicle frame, and then the joint of the linkage vehicle frame is unlocked, so that the one-key folding of the whole vehicle is finally realized. However, the frame of the baby carrier designed by adopting the scheme has high linkage matching requirement and high requirements on the manufacturing precision, the service life and the assembly of related parts, and therefore, the frame of the baby carrier adopting the structural design has high manufacturing cost and is not beneficial to improving the market competitiveness of products; in addition, the phenomenon of folding and clamping stagnation is easy to occur due to fatigue abrasion and assembly gaps of parts in the using process.
For the structural scheme of the step-by-step folding vehicle, the backrest unlocking mechanism is manually operated to release the locking state of the backrest relative to the seat part, then the backrest is operated to rotate towards one side of the seat part to fold the child seat, after the backrest is folded on the seat part, the locking relation between the seat part and the vehicle frame is unlocked, the seat part is turned over under the action of gravity after being unlocked relative to the vehicle frame, and the vehicle frame is further linked to be articulated for unlocking, so that the folding of the whole vehicle is finally realized. The scheme has the advantages of step operation, higher reliability and stability and lower manufacturing cost, so that the product has good market competitiveness. The structure also has problems at that time: after the seat part is unlocked relative to the frame, the seat part is overturned under the action of gravity, and if the gravity of the seat part is insufficient, the frame can not be driven to unlock, so that the folding clamping stagnation phenomenon exists. If the seat part is designed to have larger gravity, the weight of the whole vehicle is correspondingly increased, so that the carrying out is inconvenient.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the baby carriage frame, which only needs to manually release the locking state of the frame main body, then the frame main body is linked with the seat unlocking mechanism to unlock the seat locking mechanism, and further the locking state of the seat connecting assembly relative to the frame main body is released, so that the child seat is rotated and folded relative to the frame main body, and the whole folding work of the baby carriage is completed.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a baby carriage frame, comprising:
a frame body 1, wherein the frame body 1 can be switched from an unfolded state to a folded state;
the seat connecting assembly 2 is used for being connected with the child seat 5 with the folding and unfolding functions, the seat connecting assembly 2 is rotatably connected to the frame body 1, and a seat locking mechanism 3 used for locking the seat connecting assembly 2 relative to the frame body 1 is arranged between the seat connecting assembly 2 and the frame body 1;
a seat unlocking mechanism 4, the seat unlocking mechanism 4 is located between the frame body 1 and the seat connecting assembly 2, and the seat unlocking mechanism 4 is configured to be linked by the frame body 1 to unlock the seat locking mechanism 3 when the frame body 1 is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state, so as to unlock the locking state of the seat connecting assembly 2 relative to the frame body 1.
The frame body 1 of the baby carrier comprises a front foot rod 11, a rear foot rod 12 and a handle rod 15, wherein the upper end of the front foot rod 11, the upper end of the rear foot rod 12 and the lower end of the handle rod 15 are rotatably connected through a frame joint assembly; the seat unlocking mechanism 4 is configured to be interlocked by the handle bar 15 to unlock the seat locking mechanism 3 when the handle bar 15 is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state.
Alternatively, the frame body 1 comprises a frame body 1 including a front foot bar 11, a rear foot bar 12, a connecting bar 13, a supporting bar 14 and a handle bar 15, wherein the upper end of the front foot bar 11 is rotatably connected with the upper end of the rear foot bar 12; the lower end of the connecting rod 13 is rotatably connected with the upper end of the rear foot rod 12, and the upper end of the connecting rod 13 is rotatably connected with the middle part of the handle rod 15; the lower end of the supporting rod 14 is rotatably connected with the upper part of the rear foot rod 12, and the upper end of the supporting rod 14 is rotatably connected with the lower end of the handle rod 15; the frame body 1 further comprises a frame locking mechanism 16 for locking the frame body 1 in a unfolded state and a frame unlocking mechanism 17 for unlocking the frame locking mechanism 16; the seat unlocking mechanism 4 is configured to be interlocked by the support rod 14 to unlock the seat locking mechanism 3 when the support rod 14 is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state.
In the frame of the baby carrier, the lower part of the supporting rod 14 is provided with a supporting driving part 140 for linking the seat unlocking mechanism 4 when the supporting rod 14 is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state.
As described above, the frame body 1 further includes a front foot link mechanism 18 between the front foot bar 11 and the support bar 14, and the front foot link mechanism 18 is configured to be linked by the support bar 14 when the support bar 14 is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state, so as to link the front foot bar 11 to rotate and fold toward the rear foot bar 12.
The front foot linkage 18 comprises a front linkage rod 181 and a rear linkage rod 182, wherein the front end of the front linkage rod 181 is rotatably connected with the front foot rod 11, the rear end of the front linkage rod 181 is rotatably connected with the front end of the rear linkage rod 182, and the rear end of the rear linkage rod 182 is relatively fixedly connected with the lower end of the support rod 14.
A stroller frame as described above, the frame locking mechanism 16 is located between the connecting rod 13 and the handlebar 15, the frame locking mechanism 16 being configured to lock the handlebar 15 relative to the connecting rod 13.
As described above, the frame locking mechanism 16 comprises frame locking slots 161 respectively provided on opposite sides of the connecting rod 13 and the handle bar 15, a frame locking gear 162 capable of sliding laterally and simultaneously locking into the frame locking slots 161 on the connecting rod 13 and the handle bar 15 is provided between the connecting ends of the connecting rod 13 and the handle bar 15, and a frame locking elastic member 163 capable of simultaneously locking the frame locking gear 162 into the frame locking slots 161 on the connecting rod 13 and the handle bar 15 is provided between the frame locking gear 162 and the corresponding end of the connecting rod 13; the frame locking gear 162 is configured to be interlocked by the frame unlocking mechanism 17 to exit the frame locking slot 161 on the handlebar 15.
As described above, the frame unlocking mechanism 17 includes the frame unlocking rotary table 171 rotatably provided between the handle bar 15 and the frame locking gear 162 and capable of pushing the frame locking gear 162 out of the frame locking tooth slot 161 of the handle bar 15, and the frame unlocking rotary table 171 and the handle bar 15 are respectively provided on opposite sides with the frame unlocking inclined surfaces 1711 for laterally sliding the frame unlocking rotary table 171 when the frame unlocking rotary table 171 rotates; the frame unlocking mechanism 17 further comprises a frame unlocking operation member 173 arranged on the handle bar 15, and the frame unlocking operation member 173 is connected with the frame unlocking turntable 171 through a frame unlocking pull rope 172.
A stroller frame as described above, the seat lock mechanism 3 is located between the seat connection assembly 2 and the rear foot bar 12; the seat unlocking mechanism 4 is located on the rear foot bar 12.
The frame of the baby carrier, the seat locking mechanism 3 comprises seat locking tooth grooves 31 respectively arranged on opposite sides of the seat connecting assembly 2 and the rear foot rod 12, a seat locking gear 32 which can transversely slide and can be simultaneously clamped into the seat locking tooth grooves 31 on the seat connecting assembly 2 and the rear foot rod 12 is arranged between the seat connecting assembly 2 and the rear foot rod 12, and a seat locking elastic piece 33 which can enable the seat locking gear 32 to be simultaneously clamped into the seat locking tooth grooves 31 on the seat connecting assembly 2 and the rear foot rod 12 is arranged between the seat locking gear 32 and the seat connecting assembly 2; the seat lock gear 32 is configured to be interlocked by the seat unlocking mechanism 4 to withdraw from the seat lock tooth slot 31 on the rear foot bar 12.
A stroller frame as described above, the seat unlocking mechanism 4 includes a seat unlocking slide 41 slidably provided on the rear foot bar 12 and capable of pushing the seat locking gear 32 to slide laterally, and the seat unlocking slide 41 and the rear foot bar 12 are respectively provided on opposite sides with a seat unlocking slope 411 for sliding the seat unlocking slide 41 laterally when the seat unlocking slide 41 slides; the seat unlocking slide block 41 is directly or indirectly provided with a seat unlocking shaft pin 412 for pushing the lower part of the supporting rod 14.
As described above, in the stroller frame, the rear leg 12 is slidably provided with the seat unlocking push rod 42, the seat unlocking shaft pin 412 is relatively fixedly provided on the seat unlocking push rod 42, and when the lower portion of the support rod 14 pushes the seat unlocking shaft pin 412, the seat unlocking shaft pin 412 pushes the seat unlocking push rod 42 to slide relative to the rear leg 12, and the seat unlocking push rod 42 further pushes the seat unlocking slide block 41 to slide.
A stroller frame as described above, the child seat 5 comprising a seat portion 51, a backrest portion 52 and an armrest portion 54 for connection of the seat connection assembly 2; the lower end of the backrest 52 is rotatably connected to the seat 51, and a backrest locking mechanism 53 for locking the backrest 52 relative to the seat 51 and a backrest unlocking mechanism 534 for unlocking the backrest locking mechanism 53 are provided between the backrest 52 and the seat 51; the armrest portion 54 is rotatably connected to the seat portion 51 and is located in front of the backrest portion 52, and an armrest folding control mechanism 55 is disposed between the armrest portion 54 and the backrest portion 52, and the armrest folding control mechanism 55 is configured to enable the backrest portion 52 to be rotatably folded relative to the seat portion 51 in a linkage manner when the backrest portion 52 is rotatably folded to a predetermined angle relative to the seat portion 51, and enable the backrest portion to be rotatably unfolded relative to the seat portion in a linkage manner when the backrest portion 52 is rotatably unfolded to a predetermined angle relative to the seat portion 51.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the baby carriage frame is connected with the child seat with the folding function through the seat connecting assembly, the child seat is folded firstly before the whole baby carriage frame is folded, then the locking state of the frame main body is released, the frame main body is operated to rotate and fold, the seat locking mechanism is unlocked through the linkage seat unlocking mechanism, the locking state of the seat connecting assembly relative to the frame main body is further released, the child seat can rotate and fold relative to the frame main body, and therefore the whole folding work of the baby carriage frame is completed.
2. In the invention, four-bar mechanisms are formed among the rear foot bar, the connecting rod, the handle bar and the supporting rod, and four-bar mechanisms are formed among the front foot bar, the rear foot bar, the front linkage bar and the rear linkage bar, and the two four-bar mechanisms form a linkage folding and unfolding structure for the frame main body through the connection relation between the supporting rod and the rear linkage bar, namely, only one four-bar mechanism is locked, the other four-bar mechanism is also locked and is converted into a three-bar connection structure, so that the structural stability and the reliability of the frame main body can be improved; in addition, through the linkage of the two four-bar mechanisms, only one frame locking mechanism is needed, so that the connection between the rod pieces is effectively simplified, and the device has the characteristics of simple structure and minimized overall weight.
3. The seat unlocking mechanism is arranged on the rear foot rod, and skillfully folds and releases the lock by utilizing the frame main body through the support driving part on the support rod, so that a user can fold the whole vehicle without bending down, and the seat unlocking mechanism has the characteristic of convenient use.
4. The backrest part can be linked with the armrest part to rotate and fold relative to the seat part through the armrest folding and unfolding control mechanism, and can be linked with the armrest part to rotate and unfold relative to the seat part when the backrest part rotates and unfolds backwards relative to the seat part to a preset angle, so that the backrest has the characteristic of convenient use.

Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-24.
As shown in fig. 1-12, 15, 16, a stroller frame according to the present invention comprises: a frame body 1, a seat connection assembly 2, a seat locking mechanism 3 and a seat unlocking mechanism 4; the frame body 1 can be switched from an unfolding state to a folding state and is connected with the child seat 5 with folding and unfolding functions through the seat connecting assembly 2; the seat connecting assembly 2 is rotatably connected to the frame body 1, and a seat locking mechanism 3 for locking the seat connecting assembly 2 relative to the frame body 1 is arranged between the seat connecting assembly 2 and the frame body 1; the seat unlocking mechanism 4 is located between the frame body 1 and the seat connecting assembly 2, and the seat unlocking mechanism 4 is configured to be linked by the frame body 1 to unlock the seat locking mechanism 3 when the frame body 1 is converted from the unfolded state to the folded state, so as to unlock the seat connecting assembly 2 relative to the frame body 1.
Before the whole car is folded, the child seat is folded, then the locking state of the car frame main body is released, the car frame main body is operated to rotate and fold, the car frame main body is linked with the seat unlocking mechanism to unlock the seat locking mechanism, and then the locking state of the seat connecting assembly relative to the car frame main body is released, so that the child seat can rotate and fold relative to the car frame main body, the whole folding work of the baby car frame is completed, and the car frame has the characteristics of reliable operation unlocking and convenience in use.
As one embodiment of the present invention, the frame body 1 includes a front foot bar 11, a rear foot bar 12 and a handle bar 15, and the upper ends of the front foot bar 11, the rear foot bar 12 and the handle bar 15 are rotatably connected through a frame joint assembly; the seat unlocking mechanism 4 is configured to be interlocked by the handle bar 15 to unlock the seat lock mechanism 3 when the handle bar 15 is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state. When the folding-up type bicycle frame is folded, the locking state of the frame joint assembly is released, then the handle bar 15 is operated to downwards turn over relative to the rear foot bar 12, and the handle bar 15 is linked with the seat unlocking mechanism 4 to release the locking of the seat locking mechanism 3, so that the locking state of the seat connecting assembly 2 relative to the frame main body 1 is released. In addition, a same moving part which can enable the front foot rod 11 and the handle rod 15 to rotate towards each other and away from each other is arranged between the front foot rod 11 and the handle rod 15, and if the same moving part can be two gears meshed with each other, the folding and unfolding efficiency of the frame main body can be improved, and the operation steps are reduced.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the seat unlocking mechanism 4 includes a seat unlocking slide 41 slidably provided on the rear leg bar 12 and capable of interlocking with the seat locking mechanism 3 for unlocking, and the seat unlocking slide 41 and the rear leg bar 12 are respectively provided on opposite sides with a seat unlocking slope 411 for laterally sliding the seat unlocking slide 41 when the seat unlocking slide 41 slides, and the seat unlocking slide 41 is configured to be capable of being interlocked by the handle bar 15 for unlocking the seat locking mechanism 3 when the handle bar 15 is shifted from the unfolded state to the folded state.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 14, the frame body 1 includes a front foot bar 11, a rear foot bar 12, a connecting bar 13, a support bar 14, and a handle bar 15, the upper end of the front foot bar 11 being rotatably connected to the upper end of the rear foot bar 12; the lower end of the connecting rod 13 is rotatably connected with the upper end of the rear foot rod 12, and the upper end of the connecting rod 13 is rotatably connected with the middle part of the handle rod 15; the lower end of the supporting rod 14 is rotatably connected with the upper part of the rear foot rod 12, and the upper end of the supporting rod 14 is rotatably connected with the lower end of the handle rod 15; the frame body 1 further includes a frame lock mechanism 16 for locking the frame body 1 in the unfolded state, and a frame unlock mechanism 17 for unlocking the frame lock mechanism 16; the seat unlocking mechanism 4 is configured to be interlocked by the support lever 14 to unlock the seat locking mechanism 3 when the support lever 14 is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state. In the embodiment, a four-bar mechanism is formed among the rear foot bar, the connecting bar, the handle bar and the supporting bar, and when the frame main body is in a unfolding state, the four-bar mechanism is converted into a three-bar mechanism to be locked, so that the structural stability and the reliability of the frame main body are improved; when folding, in order to make the front foot bar and the connecting bar 13 close to each other in the direction of the rear foot bar, the front foot bar and the connecting bar 13 can be linked by means of a connecting bar or a gear.
Wherein the seat unlocking mechanism 4 comprises a seat unlocking slide block 41 which is slidably arranged on the rear foot rod 12 and can be linked with the seat locking mechanism 3 for unlocking, the opposite sides of the seat unlocking slide block 41 and the rear foot rod 12 are respectively provided with a seat unlocking inclined surface 411 which is used for enabling the seat unlocking slide block 41 to transversely slide when the seat unlocking slide block 41 slides, and the seat unlocking slide block 41 is configured to be linked by the supporting rod 14 for unlocking the seat locking mechanism 3 when the handle rod 15 is converted from an unfolding state to a folding state.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, 15 and 16, the front foot bar and the connecting bar 13 are linked by a connecting bar, and the frame body 1 further includes a front foot linkage mechanism 18 located between the front foot bar 11 and the supporting bar 14, wherein the front foot linkage mechanism 18 is configured to be linked by the supporting bar 14 when the supporting bar 14 is transformed from the unfolded state to the folded state, so as to link the front foot bar 11 to rotate and fold toward the rear foot bar 12. Specifically, the front foot link mechanism 18 includes a front link lever 181 and a rear link lever 182, the front end of the front link lever 181 is rotatably connected with the front foot lever 11, the rear end of the front link lever 181 is rotatably connected with the front end of the rear link lever 182, and the rear end of the rear link lever 182 is relatively fixedly connected to the lower end of the support lever 14. Preferably, the rear link 182 is integrally formed with the support bar 14 and is J-shaped. In the present embodiment, four-bar mechanisms are formed among the front foot bar 11, the rear foot bar 12, the front link bar 181, and the rear link bar 182, and the four-bar mechanisms are locked in response to the support bar being locked. The frame main body 1 comprises two four-bar mechanisms, namely, only one four-bar mechanism is locked, and the other four-bar mechanism is also locked and is converted into a three-bar connecting structure, so that the structural stability and reliability of the frame main body can be improved; in addition, through the linkage of the two four-bar mechanisms, only one frame locking mechanism is needed, so that the connection between the rod pieces is effectively simplified, and the device has the characteristics of simple structure and minimized overall weight.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the frame locking mechanism 16 includes frame locking tooth spaces 161 provided on opposite sides of the connecting rod 13 and the handle bar 15, respectively, a frame locking gear 162 provided between the connecting ends of the connecting rod 13 and the handle bar 15 and capable of sliding laterally and simultaneously locking the frame locking tooth spaces 161 on the connecting rod 13 and the handle bar 15, and a frame locking elastic member 163 provided between the frame locking gear 162 and the corresponding end portions of the connecting rod 13 and capable of simultaneously locking the frame locking gear 162 into the frame locking tooth spaces 161 on the connecting rod 13 and the handle bar 15; the frame unlocking mechanism 17 comprises a frame unlocking rotary disc 171 rotatably arranged between the handle bar 15 and the frame locking gear 162 and capable of pushing the frame locking gear 162 out of the frame locking tooth slot 161 of the handle bar 15, and frame unlocking inclined surfaces 1711 respectively arranged on opposite sides of the frame unlocking rotary disc 171 and the handle bar 15 for enabling the frame unlocking rotary disc 171 to transversely slide when the frame unlocking rotary disc 171 rotates; the frame unlocking mechanism 17 further includes a frame unlocking operation member 173 provided on the handle bar 15, and the frame unlocking operation member 173 is connected to the frame unlocking dial 171 through a frame unlocking pull cord 172.
When the frame main body needs to be folded, a user manually acts on the frame unlocking operation member 173, the frame unlocking operation member 173 pulls the frame unlocking rotary table 171 to rotate through the frame unlocking pull rope 172, and the frame unlocking rotary table 171 pushes the frame locking gear 162 to transversely slide under the action of the frame unlocking inclined plane 1711, so that the frame locking gear 162 exits the frame locking tooth groove 161 of the handle bar 15, the locking state of the handle bar 15 relative to the connecting rod 13 is released, and meanwhile, the locking of the two-four-bar mechanism is released; then the handle bar 15 is operated to be turned forwards relative to the connecting bar 13, and the connecting bar 13 is turned backwards; at the same time, the upper end of the support bar 14 rotates downward around the pivot of the rear leg bar, and correspondingly, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the lower end of the support bar 14 tilts upward, and when rotating a certain angle, the lower part of the support bar 14 is linked with the seat unlocking mechanism 4 to unlock the seat locking mechanism 3, so that the locking state of the seat connecting assembly 2 relative to the frame body 1 is released. Meanwhile, the lower end of the supporting rod 14 also enables the front end of the rear linkage rod 182 to drag the rear end of the front linkage rod 181 to move upwards, so that the front foot rod 11 rotates towards the rear foot rod 12 for folding.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the lower part of the support bar 14 is provided with a support driving part 140 for linking the seat unlocking mechanism 4 during the transition of the support bar 14 from the unfolded state to the folded state; the seat locking mechanism 3 is located between the seat attachment assembly 2 and the rear foot bar 12; the seat unlocking mechanism 4 is located on the rear foot bar 12. The seat unlocking slide 41 and the rear foot bar 12 are respectively provided on opposite sides with seat unlocking slopes 411 for forcing the seat unlocking slide 41 to slide laterally when the seat unlocking slide 41 slides; the seat unlocking slide 41 is provided with a seat unlocking shaft pin 412 directly or indirectly. Preferably, the seat unlocking shaft pin 412 extends out of the inner side surface of the rear foot rod to be matched with the support driving part 140, the inner side surface of the rear foot rod is correspondingly provided with an avoidance long strip hole for the seat unlocking shaft pin 412 to slide, the support driving part 140 is a support driving cambered surface arranged on the lower part of the support rod 14, so that the seat unlocking mechanism is conveniently linked, and meanwhile, the interference clamping phenomenon between the support driving part 140 and the seat unlocking shaft pin 412 of the seat unlocking mechanism is avoided, and smooth linkage is ensured.
When the frame body is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state, the supporting driving portion 140 pushes the seat unlocking shaft pin 412 to slide, so that the seat unlocking slide block 41 slides upwards relative to the rear leg 12, the seat unlocking slide block 41 pushes the seat locking gear 32 to slide laterally under the action of the seat unlocking inclined plane 411, and finally the seat locking gear 32 is retracted out of the seat locking slot 31 of the rear leg 12, so that the locked state of the seat connecting assembly 2 relative to the rear leg 12 is released, and at this time, the child seat 5 connected to the seat connecting assembly 2 can rotate and fold relative to the frame body under the action of gravity, as shown in fig. 9 and 10.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, in order to achieve better interlocking unlocking, a seat unlocking push rod 42 for pushing the seat unlocking slide 41 to slide is slidably provided in the rear leg bar 12, and a seat unlocking shaft pin 412 is provided on the seat unlocking push rod 42.
As shown in fig. 17-24, the child seat 5 includes a seat portion 51, a backrest portion 52, and an armrest portion 54 for relatively fixed connection of the seat attachment assembly 2; the lower end of the backrest 52 is rotatably connected to the seat 51, and a backrest lock mechanism 53 for locking the backrest 52 relative to the seat 51 and a backrest unlock mechanism 534 for unlocking the backrest lock mechanism 53 are provided between the backrest 52 and the seat 51; the armrest portion 54 is rotatably connected to the seat portion 51 and is located in front of the backrest portion 52, and an armrest deployment control mechanism 55 is provided between the armrest portion 54 and the backrest portion 52, the armrest deployment control mechanism 55 being configured to cause the backrest portion 52 to pivotally fold in conjunction with the armrest portion 54 relative to the seat portion 51 when the backrest portion 52 is pivoted forwardly to a predetermined angle relative to the seat portion 51, and to cause the backrest portion 52 to pivotally deploy in conjunction with the armrest portion 54 relative to the seat portion 51 when the backrest portion 52 is pivoted rearwardly to a predetermined angle relative to the seat portion 51.
As shown in fig. 23 and 24, the seat portion 51 includes a seat connecting seat 511, the backrest portion 52 includes a backrest connecting seat 521 for rotatable connection with the seat connecting seat 511, and the backrest locking mechanism 53 is located between the seat connecting seat 511 and the backrest connecting seat 521.
As shown in fig. 18, 20, 22 to 24, in order to link the armrest portion to rotate, the armrest portion 54 includes an armrest connecting seat 541 for rotatably connecting with the seat connecting seat 511, and the armrest folding and unfolding control mechanism 55 is located between the backrest connecting seat 521 and the armrest connecting seat 541, and is connected between the backrest connecting seat 521 and the seat connecting seat 511 by a rotation axis a located at a central axis of the seat connecting seat 511, and is connected between the armrest connecting seat 541 and the seat connecting seat 511 by a rotation axis B eccentrically provided with respect to the central axis of the seat connecting seat 511.
As shown in fig. 18, 20, 22-24, the armrest retraction control mechanism 55 includes an armrest retraction control slot 551 and an armrest retraction control pin 552, the armrest retraction control slot 551 is provided on the armrest connection base 541, the armrest retraction control pin 552 is provided on the backrest connection base 521 and the driving end thereof is disposed in the armrest retraction control slot 551; as shown in fig. 18, an avoidance arc 5511 for avoiding the armrest retraction control pin 552 when the armrest portion 54 is in the extended state is provided on the inner wall of the armrest retraction control groove 551, so as to facilitate the backrest portion to rotate and adjust the inclination angle.
And the armrest connecting seat 541 is provided with an armrest guide groove 5411 for the rotation axis a to pass through and cooperate with, the armrest guide groove 5411 is communicated with the armrest folding and unfolding control groove 551, wherein an included angle is formed between the armrest guide groove 5411 and the armrest folding and unfolding control groove 551, the armrest guide groove 5411 is an arc-shaped groove, and the circle center is positioned on the rotation axis B. As shown in fig. 18 and 20, when the armrest portion is fully extended, the rotation axis a abuts against the front end of the armrest guide slot 5411, and the armrest coupling seat 541 is restricted from continuing to rotate rearward.
When the armrest portion is fully folded, as shown in fig. 22, the rotation axis a abuts against the rear end of the armrest guiding slot 5411, and the armrest connecting seat 541 is limited to continue to fold forward.
As shown in fig. 23, 24, in order to better lock the backrest portion, the backrest lock mechanism 53 includes backrest lock grooves 531 provided on opposite sides of the seat connection base 511 and the backrest connection base 521, respectively, backrest lock gears 532 provided between the seat connection base 511 and the backrest connection base 521 so as to be capable of being simultaneously engaged with the seat connection base 511 and the backrest lock grooves 351 of the backrest connection base 521 in a laterally slidable manner, backrest lock elastic members 533 for holding the backrest lock gears 532 elastically engaged with the seat connection base 511 and the backrest lock grooves 531 of the backrest connection base 521 are provided between the backrest lock gears 532 and the seat connection base 511, respectively, the backrest lock mechanism 534 includes backrest unlock rotary discs 5341 provided rotatably between the backrest lock gears 532 and the backrest connection base 521 and capable of pushing the backrest lock gears 532 out of the backrest lock grooves 531, and backrest unlock rotary discs 5341 and 521 are provided on opposite sides of the backrest unlock rotary discs 5341 and the backrest connection base 521, respectively, with driving inclined surfaces 5341 for making the backrest unlock rotary discs 5341 laterally slide when the backrest unlock rotary discs 5341 are rotated; the back unlocking mechanism 534 further includes a back unlocking operation piece 5343 movably provided on the back portion 52, and the back unlocking operation piece 5343 is connected to the back unlocking dial 5341 through a back unlocking pulling rope 5342. When the locked state of the backrest by the backrest locking mechanism 53 is released, the backrest can be rotated relative to the seat portion, and when the backrest is rotated to a proper angle, the backrest locking operation piece 5343 is released, so that the backrest locking gear 532 can be simultaneously locked in the backrest locking grooves 531 of the seat connecting seat 511 and the backrest connecting seat 521, and the backrest is locked, thereby realizing the adjustment function.
The folding process of the invention is specifically as follows: firstly, a user operates the backrest unlocking operation member 5343, pulls the backrest unlocking turntable 5341 to rotate through the backrest unlocking pull rope 5342, and at the moment, the backrest unlocking turntable 5341 transversely slides under the cooperation of the driving inclined plane 53411, and the backrest locking gear 532 is pushed by the backrest unlocking turntable 5341 to slide towards one side of the seat connecting seat 511, so that the backrest locking gear 532 is withdrawn from the backrest locking groove 531 on the backrest connecting seat 521, and the locking state of the backrest connecting seat 521 relative to the seat connecting seat 511 is released;
next, as shown in fig. 3, the backrest 52 is turned and folded forward relative to the seat 51, and is engaged with the armrest folding control groove 551 by the armrest folding control shaft pin 552 to rotate and fold the armrest until the armrest 54 and the backrest 52 are both closed on the seat 51.
Then, the user acts on the frame unlocking operation member 173, the frame unlocking operation member 173 pulls the frame unlocking rotary disc 171 to rotate through the frame unlocking pull rope 172, and the frame unlocking rotary disc 171 pushes the frame locking gear 162 to slide transversely under the action of the frame unlocking inclined plane 1711, so that the frame locking gear 162 exits the frame locking tooth groove 161 of the handle bar 15, and the locking state of the handle bar 15 relative to the connecting rod 13 is released; then the handle bar 15 is turned forward relative to the connecting rod 13, the handle bar 15 drives the connecting rod 13 and the supporting rod 14 to rotate downwards, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the process of rotating and folding the supporting rod 14, the supporting driving part 140 pushes the seat unlocking shaft pin 412 to enable the seat unlocking slide block 41 to slide upwards relative to the rear foot rod 12, the seat unlocking slide block 41 pushes the seat locking gear 32 to slide transversely under the action of the seat unlocking inclined plane 411, and the seat locking gear 32 is enabled to withdraw from the seat locking tooth socket 31 of the rear foot rod 12, so that the locking state of the seat part 51 of the seat connecting assembly 2 relative to the rear foot rod 12 is released, and at the moment, the child seat 5 connected to the seat connecting assembly 2 can rotate and fold relative to the frame body, as shown in fig. 9 and 10; simultaneously, the lower end of the supporting rod 14 enables the front end of the rear linkage rod 182 and the rear end of the front linkage rod 181 to move upwards, and the front foot rod 11 is pulled to be close to one side of the rear foot rod 12 for folding;
finally, as shown in fig. 9, the whole folding work of the frame of the baby carrier is completed.
