Disclosure of Invention

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the telescopic support comprises a telescopic main support bar 1 and two telescopic side bars 2, wherein the upper ends of the side bars 2 are vertical, and the lower ends of the side bars 2 are bent.

Referring to fig. 5, two side bars 2 are respectively located at two sides of a main supporting bar 1, a mounting seat 4 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the main supporting bar 1, two symmetrically arranged connecting grooves 5 are arranged on the mounting seat 4, the two side bars 2 are respectively connected in the two connecting grooves 5 through bearings in a rotating way, the side bars 2 can only rotate in the connecting grooves 5, the side bars 2 are inseparable from the mounting seat 4, a soft rubber rod 6 is fixedly connected to the upper ends of the two side bars 2, the rotating arrangement of the side bars 2 and the main supporting bar 1 is an innovation point of the invention, and the shape is changed on the premise of keeping the original crutch structure and function so as to meet two different using modes.
Further, the connecting way of the connecting groove 5 and the side rod 2 can be selected to be connected by a directional support, so that the radial movement of the side rod 2 is limited, and the side rod 2 is prevented from being separated from the main supporting rod 1.

Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the above knee support assembly 7 includes a vertical fixing frame 701, a supporting seat 702 for supporting the lower leg is hinged to the lower end of the fixing frame 701, a first threaded rod 703 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the fixing frame 701, a second threaded rod 704 is rotatably connected to the back of the supporting seat 702, the first threaded rod 703 and the second threaded rod 704 are both threadably connected to the internal thread of the adjusting drum 3, the rotation direction of the internal thread is opposite to that of the external thread, so that the first threaded rod 703 or the second threaded rod 704 is conveniently and fixedly connected to the main supporting rod 1 through the adjusting drum 3, and the two threaded rods and the matching of the adjusting drum 3 correspond to the two usage forms of the walker respectively.
Further, referring to fig. 5 and 6, two sets of check rings 9 for connecting the connecting rod 10 are respectively provided on the vertical section of the side rod 2 and the vertical rod of the fixing frame 701, one end of the connecting rod 10 is rotatably connected in the check ring 9 on the side rod 2, and the other end of the connecting rod 10 is rotatably connected in the check ring 9 on the fixing frame 701, so that the position of the connecting rod 10 on the side rod 2 cannot be changed, and the knee support assembly 7 can only move in the horizontal direction under the limiting action of the connecting rod 10, thereby providing feasibility for stably maintaining two forms.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the side bar 2 and the support base 702 are respectively provided with fixing straps 8 for fixing legs, and in order to better fix the user's lower leg, the number of the fixing straps 8 on the support base 702 is two, wherein one group of fixing straps 8 near the fixing frame 701 is inclined toward the front side for fixing the knee joint bending part.
Further, in order to facilitate the connection of the fixing frame 701 with the side bar 2 through the connecting rod 10 and the convenient grasping of the fixing frame 701 by hand to control the knee-rest assembly 7 to move back and forth, the fixing frame 701 is a square frame, the bars at the upper end of the frame are arranged into an arc shape, a plurality of fixing bars 709 are arranged in the frame at equal intervals, a cushion 705 is arranged in the frame and positioned at the front side of the fixing bars 709, the cushion 705 is fixedly connected to the fixing bars 709, and the cushion 705 is used for abutting the thigh, so that the fixing is firmer and more comfortable.
Further, in order to better fix and protect the lower leg, a leg guard plate 706 with arc sides is fixedly connected to the supporting seat 702, an avoidance groove 707 is formed in the leg guard plate 706, and when the supporting seat 702 and the fixing frame 701 are closed, the avoidance groove 707 corresponds to the connecting rod 10, so that the supporting seat 702 and the fixing frame 701 can be completely closed.
Further, in order to protect the knee of the user suffering from the leg, a flexible connection strap 708 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the cushion 705 for wrapping the knee, and the other end of the flexible connection strap 708 is fixedly connected to the leg shield 706, so that the knee is abutted to the flexible connection strap 708, and the flexible connection strap 708 provides a good protection effect for the knee when in use.
Further, in order to reduce the acting force on the shank of the affected leg during use, the lower end of the extension rod is fixedly connected with a truncated cone-shaped rubber base 11, and the rubber base 11 has elasticity, plays a role in damping during use, and protects the shank on the fixed side.
Further, in order to make the walker of the present invention lighter and more firm, the main supporting bars 1, the side bars 2 and the fixing frame 701 are all made of aluminum alloy pipes, and the outer sides of the three are respectively wrapped with a soft protective layer.
The walker of the present invention described above may be used in two different configurations;
Example 1, first modality (underarm support hand-held use):
Referring to fig. 1, first, the fixing frame 701 is manually pulled to control the knee-rest assembly 7 to move back and forth in the horizontal direction until the side rod 2, the connecting rod 10, the fixing frame 701 and the main supporting rod 1 are located on the same plane, then the supporting seat 702 swings in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 6 until the supporting seat 702 is completely closed with the fixing frame 701, at this time, the avoiding groove 707 on the leg guard 706 corresponds to the connecting rod 10 above the fixing frame 701, the arc-shaped leg guard 706 does not obstruct the closing of the supporting seat 702, and then the fixing strap 8 on the supporting seat 702 is bound on the fixing frame 701, so that the supporting seat 702 and the fixing frame 701 are connected together;

Finally, the height of the extension rod at the lower end of the main supporting rod 1 and the height of the extension rod on the side rods 2 are freely adjusted to meet the requirements of different people, when the walking aid is used, the rubber rod 6 positioned at the top of the side rods 2 is placed under the armpits, so that the walking aid is more comfortable to use, the arms at the side naturally droop, the palm grips the handle (not shown in the figure) positioned at the lower end of the fixing frame 701, and the walking aid is used as a common walking stick, and the whole knee support assembly 7 is positioned between the two side rods 2, so that the knee support assembly 7 cannot influence people to use in the mode.
Example 2, second modality (fixed in leg hands-free use):
Referring to fig. 2, firstly, the adjusting drum 3 is rotated to separate the first threaded rod 703 from the adjusting drum 3, then the fixing frame 701 is pulled to control the knee support assembly 7 to move backward, the knee support assembly 7 pulls the connecting rod 10 to synchronously rotate the two side rods 2, the upper ends of the two side rods 2 move to the rear of the main supporting rod 1, and then the supporting seat 702 is swung downward;
Secondly, when the supporting seat 702 swings downwards, the adjusting drum 3 is controlled to be in butt joint with the second threaded rod 704, the second threaded rod 704 is in rotary connection with the supporting seat 702, so that the butt joint of the second threaded rod 704 and the adjusting drum 3 is facilitated, after the second threaded rod 704 and the adjusting drum 3 are in butt joint, the adjusting drum 3 is rotated again, the adjusting rotation moves upwards, the second threaded rod 704 is in threaded connection with the internal thread of the adjusting drum 3, and therefore the knee support assembly 7 can be fixed, and the walker in the invention keeps a second form;
Then, the extension rod on the side rod 2 and the extension rod on the main support rod 1 are scaled to proper lengths, when the walker is used, the ankle-injured shank is contracted and placed on the shank protection plate 706, the knees are abutted against the soft connecting belts 708, the back cushion 705 is extruded on the front side of the thigh, two groups of fixing belts 8 on the support seat 702 are bound on the shank, and the fixing belts 8 on the side rod 2 are bound on the thigh, so that the walker is completely fixed on the leg;
Finally, the main supporting rod 1 serves as the lower leg of the user, can walk slowly, liberates both hands, and is convenient for the user to vacate the hands for other operations, and in addition, the fixing frame 701 can be held by the palm when necessary, so that falling is prevented.
Example 3:
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a tilt alarm module 12 is arranged in the rubber base 11, the tilt alarm module comprises a controller 1201, a buzzer 1202, an indicator lamp 1203 and two pressure sensors 1204, the controller 1201 and the buzzer 1202 are positioned in the extension rod of the main support rod 1, the two pressure sensors 1204 are positioned on the same plane and are dispersed in the left and right directions of the main support rod 1, the indicator lamp 1203 is arranged on the outer side of the rubber base by adopting an annular lamp, and the buzzer 1202, the indicator lamp 1203 and the pressure sensors 1204 are respectively in controller electric connection;
The controller 1201 can adopt MCU singlechip chip to handle the signal that two pressure sensor 1204 sent, monitor the atress condition of main tributary vaulting pole 1 in the process of marking time, judge the skew direction of suffering from the leg to twinkle and buzzer 1202 sound through the pilot lamp 1203, the warning user in time makes the adjustment, in order to prevent causing harmful effects to the recovered of suffering from the leg.
For example, parameters may be set for the controller, and the controller 1201 may collect signal values from the front and rear pressure sensors 1204 and the left and right pressure sensors in every 10 steps, determine whether the pressure value of one side is the highest value for 8 consecutive times, determine that the main support bar 1 is inclined to the side, and determine that the main support bar 1 is normal if the main support bar 1 is not inclined, and if the main support bar 1 is determined to be inclined, the controller 1201 sends a signal to light the indicator lamp 1203, sound the buzzer 1202, remind the user to adjust the height of the main support bar 1, or change the unfolding angle of the knee support assembly 7.

Therefore, the walking aid provided by the application can effectively solve the problems that the existing walking stick can not change the structure to realize the hand-free operation, and the existing hand-free walking aid tool can not adjust the shape.
