The application provides a cleaning mechanism 01, as shown in fig. 2, 6 and 8, wherein the cleaning mechanism 01 is applied to a toilet. It should be noted that, the toilet bowl according to the present application includes a toilet bowl, a toilet seat, a bed toilet bowl and other types of toilet bowls, and fig. 2, 6 and 8 are schematic views of the cleaning mechanism 01 applied to the toilet bowl, but the cleaning mechanism 01 according to the present application may also be applied to the toilet seat, the bed toilet bowl and other types of toilet bowls, which will not be discussed in detail herein.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 4 and fig. 6 to 11, in various embodiments provided by the present application, the cleaning mechanism 01 of the present application includes at least a cleaning cap 7, a first cleaning head 8, and a displacement driving mechanism 02.
As shown in fig. 3, 7 and 9 to 11, the cleaning cover 7 has a hollow, regular or irregular cylindrical structure, and an opening is formed in the upper portion of the cleaning cover 7, and is used for covering the periphery of the anus of a user on the toilet to block the cleaning liquid for flushing the anus area, so that the cleaning liquid can be limited in the inner cover area covered by the opening of the cleaning cover 7 to clean, and the cleaning liquid is prevented from splashing from the opening of the cleaning cover 7 and leaking outside the cleaning cover 7. The cleaning hood 7 may be made of one or more materials selected from metal, ceramic, glass and plastic, wherein ceramic materials are most preferred, because the ceramic materials are smooth after glazing, dirt is not easy to adhere to the ceramic materials, and the cleaning of the surface of the cleaning hood 7 is facilitated. In addition, the surface of the cleaning cover 7 can be provided with a coating, for example, the surface of the cleaning cover 7 is provided with an abrasion-resistant oleophobic and hydrophobic coating, the coating enables the surface of the cleaning cover 7 to be smooth, liquid, cleaning agent, excrement, dirt and the like are not easy to adhere to the surface of the cleaning cover 7 and are easy to be washed cleanly, and the surface of the cleaning cover 7 is easy to clean and self-cleaning. As shown in fig. 3, in the first embodiment provided by the present invention, the cross section of the cleaning cover 7 may be in a regular shape such as a rounded rectangle, a circle, an ellipse, etc., which has a simple structure, is convenient to manufacture, is beneficial to reducing the cost, and the cross section of the cleaning cover 7 may be in an irregular shape; in addition, as shown in the second, third and fourth embodiments provided in fig. 7, 9 and 11, the curve of the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 may be set to conform to the ergonomic curve around the anus of the human body, so that the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 and the part of the human body in contact with the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 may be more closely attached, thereby more effectively blocking the cleaning liquid and simultaneously increasing the comfort of use.
As shown in the second, third and fourth embodiments provided in fig. 7, 9 to 11, a drain outlet 7a is provided at the lower part of the cleaning hood 7, a controllable drain valve is provided on the drain outlet 7a, and after the drain valve is opened, sewage in the cleaning hood 7 is discharged through the drain outlet 7 a.
The first cleaning nozzle 8 is disposed on the cleaning cover 7, as shown in the first embodiment and the fourth embodiment provided in fig. 3, 10 and 11 (the second embodiment and the third embodiment provided in fig. 7 and 9 conceal the first cleaning nozzle 8, and the cleaning cover 7 of the above embodiment is provided with a mounting hole 7b for disposing the first cleaning nozzle 8), and the first cleaning nozzle 8 is used for spraying cleaning liquid to the anus area of the user on the toilet for washing and cleaning. The first cleaning nozzle 8 is connected with a liquid supply main pipe 14, and the liquid supply main pipe 14 is communicated with a main water supply source which comprises a tap water pipe. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the fluid supply manifold 14 is docked to the fluid supply elements of the support platform 6 via the quick connector 15, and is docked via the quick connector 15 for easy disassembly and maintenance. The liquid outlet of the first cleaning nozzle 8 is arranged in the cleaning cover 7, and the liquid outlet of the first cleaning nozzle 8 is preferably arranged obliquely upwards so as to achieve the effect of spraying cleaning liquid upwards and forwards, and the cleaning effect is better; the liquid outlet of the first cleaning head 8 may be disposed only in the front direction, or the liquid outlet of the first cleaning head 8 may be disposed only in the upper direction, which is not particularly limited in the present invention. Because the liquid outlet of the first cleaning nozzle 8 is arranged in the cleaning cover 7, the cleaning cover 7 is flushed by abutting against the anus during working, and cleaning liquid can be prevented from wetting and polluting the human body part outside the cleaning cover 7 when the cleaning cover 7 is arranged around the anus, the liquid outlet of the first cleaning nozzle 8 can adopt a larger interception area. Specifically, the total interception area of the liquid outlet of the first cleaning nozzle 8 is in the range of 0.12 square centimeter-2.5 square centimeters, the interception area of the liquid outlet is larger, the flow rate of the cleaning liquid column is larger, the cleaning area is larger, and a better cleaning effect can be obtained. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the sum of the interception areas of the liquid outlets of the first cleaning nozzle 8, and the sum of the interception areas of the liquid outlets of the first cleaning nozzle 8 may be an area outside the range of 0.12 square cm to 2.5 square cm. Further, the flow rate of the cleaning solution sprayed from the first cleaning nozzle 8 is generally selected to be between 0.5 m/s and 2.8 m/s, and of course, the flow rate of the cleaning solution sprayed from the first cleaning nozzle 8 can also be selected to be greater than 2.8 m/s for high-flow and high-flow flushing to generate better cleaning effect. In contrast, the water outlet of the existing intelligent closestool water outlet pipeline is a round hole with the diameter of about 2 mm, the interception area of the water outlet is about 0.03 square centimeter, the interception area of the water outlet cleaning liquid is about 3.2 meters/second, the interception area of the water outlet of the existing intelligent closestool is smaller, the flow rate of the cleaning liquid column is smaller, the flow rate is higher, the cleaning area in the anus flushing area is smaller, the impact force sense is stronger, certain uncomfortable feeling can be brought, the interception area of the liquid outlet of the first cleaning nozzle 8 is larger, the flow rate of the cleaning liquid column is higher, the flow rate is lower, the cleaning area in the anus flushing area is larger, the impact force sense of the water flow can be properly reduced, and the uncomfortable feeling can be properly reduced. In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the first cleaning nozzle 8 may be a spray pipe, and as shown in fig. 10 and 11, in the fourth embodiment, the first cleaning nozzle 8 may be a small shower nozzle, a plurality of slit-shaped liquid outlets are formed in the shower nozzle, a longitudinal section of the shower nozzle along the spraying direction is trapezoid or fan-shaped, the shower nozzle sprays a fan-shaped liquid column, the shower nozzle liquid outlets have a larger intercepting area, a larger cleaning area and a larger cleaning liquid flow, so that the cleaning is more thorough. Regardless of the form of construction of the first cleaning head 8, it is within the scope of the invention.
The cleaning cover 7 has at least a storage position and an operating position, and the cleaning cover 7 is switched between the storage position and the operating position by driving the displacement driving mechanism 02. As shown in the first, second and third embodiments provided in fig. 2, 6 and 8, the displacement driving mechanism 02 is provided on the toilet bowl. As shown in fig. 3 to 4, 7, 9 to 11, the displacement driving mechanism 02 includes a bracket platform 6, a moving part, and a control device; wherein the motion part is connected with the support platform 6, the cleaning cover 7 is arranged on the support platform 6, the support platform 6 is driven to move when the motion part moves, and the control device is used for controlling the motion part to move, so that the cleaning cover 7 on the support platform 6 accurately reaches the required position. When the cleaning cover 7 is driven by the displacement driving mechanism 02 to change the position and reach the storage position, the cleaning cover 7 is in a storage state, so that the user using the toilet is not influenced to drain urine and stool into the urinal of the toilet; when the cleaning cover 7 is driven by the displacement driving mechanism 02 to change the position and reach the working position, the opening of the cleaning cover 7 covers the periphery of the anus of the user on the toilet, the first cleaning nozzle 8 sprays and cleans the anus area, and the opening of the cleaning cover 7 covers the periphery of the anus of the user on the toilet, so that the cleaning liquid can be effectively prevented from leaking out of the opening of the cleaning cover 7 to the outside of the cleaning cover 7.
The cleaning mechanism 01 is provided with the cleaning cover 7, the liquid outlet of the first cleaning nozzle 8 is arranged in the cleaning cover 7, when the cleaning mechanism 01 works, the opening mask of the cleaning cover 7 is used for flushing and cleaning the anus of a user on the toilet, the cleaning cover 7 effectively prevents cleaning liquid from leaking out of the cleaning cover 7 from the opening of the cleaning cover 7, and avoids splashing and flowing of the cleaning liquid to wet and pollute male external genitalia or female external genitalia at the front part of the anus during flushing, so that the wetting range is limited in the range covered by the cleaning cover 7; the liquid outlet of cooperation first washing shower nozzle 8 sets up inside wasing the cover 7, can realize that the liquid outlet of first washing shower nozzle 8 uses great shutoff area to carry out the near washing to the anus district to form thicker liquid column and wash the anus district, make wasing more thoroughly, and can suitably reduce the velocity of flow of washing liquid column, reduce the uncomfortable sense that washing liquid column washed the anus district.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, 7 and 9 to 11, the edge of the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 (the part contacting with the human body) is preferably provided with an arc transition; the arc transition here includes a structure in which the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the cleaning hood 7 are connected in an arc transition manner at the upper opening, and also includes a structure in which lines forming the shape of the upper opening of the cleaning hood 7 are connected in an arc transition manner; through adopting the pitch arc transition, can reduce even eliminate the edges and corners of cleaning cover 7 upper portion opening part completely, avoid sharper edges and corners to cause the injury to the human body, and can improve the comfort level.
Furthermore, the opening of the cleaning cover 7 can be provided with a sealing ring made of soft materials, so that the sealing performance and the comfort are further improved. In addition, because the sealing ring covers the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7, the requirement of curve design at the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 can be properly reduced, thereby achieving the effect of simplifying part of the process.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the first embodiment provided by the present invention, the cleaning hood 7 may also be formed by combining an upper hood part 7e and a lower hood part 7 f; wherein, the upper cover part 7e is used as a supporting body, the upper part of the upper cover part 7e is provided with an opening, when in use, the opening is covered around the anus of a user, the upper cover part 7e is generally made of hard materials, the upper cover part 7e is arranged on the bracket platform 6, the upper cover part 7e is provided with a mounting hole 7b, the first cleaning nozzle 8 passes through the mounting hole 7b, and the liquid outlet of the first cleaning nozzle 8 is positioned in the upper cover part 7 e; the lower cover part 7f is generally made of soft materials, the lower cover part 7f is sleeved at the bottom opening of the upper cover part 7e, a drain outlet 7a is formed in the lower part of the lower cover part 7f, the opening of the upper cover part 7e is communicated with the drain outlet 7a of the lower cover part 7f, the lower cover part 7f can deform and bend, when the cleaning cover 7 is stored in the storage box 3, the lower cover part 7f deforms and bends, the upper space and the lower space for storing can be saved, and the miniaturized design of the storage box 3 is facilitated. Further, the lower cover member 7f may be provided in a replaceable form, allowing the user to replace the lower cover member 7f at any time.
In addition, the cleaning cover 7 can also be formed by combining an outer cover part and an inner cover part, the outer cover part is not in contact with a human body, only the inner cover part is in contact with the human body, the outer cover part is used as a bearing framework, openings are formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the outer cover part, the upper portion of the inner cover part is provided with openings, when the cleaning cover is used, the openings of the inner cover part are covered around the anus of a user, the lower portion of the inner cover part is provided with a drain outlet, the openings of the inner cover part are communicated with the drain outlet of the lower portion of the inner cover part, after the inner cover part is sleeved inside the outer cover part, the outer cover part is clamped with the inner cover part, so that the inner cover part is fixed in position and does not fall off, when the cleaning cover is used, only the inner cover part is in contact with the user, the inner cover part is provided with mounting holes, and the first cleaning spray head penetrates through the mounting holes, and the liquid outlet of the first cleaning spray head is located inside the inner cover part. The inner cover part is preferably made of cheap materials, such as plastic bags or rubber bags or hard paper materials with waterproof films on the surfaces, so that the inner cover part can be replaced at any time. Further, the first cleaning head 8 may also be integrally provided on the inner cover member. When the cleaning cover 7 is combined by the outer cover part and the inner cover part, the first cleaning nozzle 8 is provided with a liquid collecting pipe which is used for connecting a liquid supply pipeline on the bracket platform 6, and the liquid collecting pipe and the inner cover part are used as disposable replaceable parts; the first cleaning nozzle 8, the inner cover part and the liquid collecting pipe are used as disposable parts at the same time, and the installation is more convenient when the cleaning nozzle is replaced.
The displacement driving mechanism 02 includes a bracket platform 6, a moving part, and a control device. The cleaning cover 7 is arranged on the support platform 6, the moving part is connected with the support platform 6, and the control device is connected with the moving part. The displacement driving mechanism 02 is used for driving the cleaning hood 7 to change the spatial position so that the cleaning hood 7 reaches the required position. Specifically, the control device controls the movement of the movement part, and controls the movement of the support platform 6 by controlling the movement of the movement part, and the movement part can drive the support platform 6 to move so as to change the spatial position of the cleaning hood 7 on the support platform 6, so that the cleaning hood 7 reaches the required position.
The movement portion includes at least one movement means. The movement means constituting the movement portion may take various forms such as an electric putter device, a cylinder/hydraulic cylinder propulsion device, an air bag lifting device, a robot arm, an electric displacement car, and the like. The electric push rod device comprises a driving motor, a transmission mechanism, a screw rod part, a nut part, a motion output part and a base connection part, wherein the driving motor is connected with the control device, the motion output part is a motion output end of the electric push rod device, and the base connection part is used for fixing the electric push rod device; the driving motor of the electric push rod device can drive the screw rod part to rotate through the transmission mechanism, the screw rod part rotates to drive the nut part on the guide rail to perform linear displacement movement, the nut part is connected with the movement output part, and the nut part drives the movement output part to perform linear displacement movement; the driving motor of the electric push rod device can also drive the nut part to rotate through the transmission mechanism, the screw rod part is connected with the motion output part, the motion output part limits the screw rod part to be unable to rotate, or the guide rail limits the screw rod part to be unable to rotate, the nut part rotationally drives the screw rod part to generate linear displacement motion along the longitudinal axis direction of the screw rod part, the screw rod part is connected with the motion output part, and the screw rod part drives the motion output part to generate linear displacement motion; the driving motor is preferably a servo motor or a stepping motor. It should be noted that the arm is preferably a multi-joint arm 21 with multiple degrees of freedom, and the arm may be a serial arm or a parallel arm. Further, the moving part has a plurality of moving device combination modes. For example, the moving part may be a combination of at least one set of electric push rod devices, or a combination of at least one set of air cylinder/hydraulic cylinder propulsion devices, or a moving part may be a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm, or a combination of a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm and at least one electric push rod device, or a combination of an electric displacement car and at least one set of electric push rod devices, or a combination of at least one set of air bag lifting devices and at least one set of electric push rod devices, or the like.
The moving part will be described in detail with reference to various embodiments provided by the present application.
In a first embodiment provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the cleaning mechanism is disposed behind the toilet seat. The position of the cleaning mechanism of the present application may be changed according to the actual requirement, and the cleaning mechanism of the present application may be disposed at a side or front of the toilet seat, or may be disposed at a rear upper, rear lower, side upper, side lower, front upper, front lower position of the toilet bowl, etc., which is not limited to this patent. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the motion part of the cleaning mechanism is composed of three groups of electric push rod devices, which are respectively: a first lifting electric putter device 10, a second lifting electric putter device 11, and a front-rear electric putter device 12. The first lifting electric push rod device 10 comprises a first base connecting part 10a, a first lifting motor 10b, a first screw rod 10c and a first lifting output part 10d, wherein the output end of the first lifting motor 10b is connected with the first screw rod 10c, a nut part is arranged on the first lifting output part 10d, and the nut part of the first lifting output part 10d is matched with the first screw rod 10 c; the second lifting electric push rod device 11 comprises a second base connecting part 11a, a second lifting motor 11b, a second screw rod 11c and a second lifting output part 11d, wherein the output end of the second lifting motor 11b is connected with the second screw rod 11c, a nut part is arranged on the second lifting output part 11d, and the nut part of the second lifting output part 11d is matched with the second screw rod 11 c; the front-rear electric push rod device 12 comprises a third base connecting part 12a, a third motor 12b, a third screw rod 12c and a cleaning arm 12d, wherein the output end of the third motor 12b is connected with the third screw rod 12c, a nut part is arranged on the cleaning arm 12d, and the nut part of the cleaning arm 12d is matched with the third screw rod 12 c; wherein the first screw rod 10c and the second screw rod 11c are vertically arranged, the third screw rod 12c is arranged in the front-rear direction, the third screw rod 12c can be horizontally or obliquely arranged, and part or all of the cleaning arm 12d is preferably parallel to the third screw rod 12 c; the rack platform 6 is provided at the front end portion of the cleaning arm 12 d. The support platform 6 and the cleaning arm 12d may be of a unitary structure, or the support platform 6 and the cleaning arm 12d may not be of a unitary structure, and the support platform 6 is mounted on the front end of the cleaning arm 12 d. The base connection parts of the first lifting electric push rod device 10 and the second lifting electric push rod device 11 are used for fixing the first lifting electric push rod device 10 and the second lifting electric push rod device 11 on a toilet, the first lifting electric push rod device 10 and the second lifting electric push rod device 11 are arranged front and back, the motion output parts of the first lifting electric push rod device 10 and the second lifting electric push rod device 11 are connected with the third base connection part 12a of the front and back electric push rod device 12, namely the front and back electric push rod device 12 is connected with the motion output parts of the first lifting electric push rod device 10 and the second lifting electric push rod device 11, and the first lifting electric push rod device 10 and the second lifting electric push rod device 11 can drive the third base connection part 12a on the front and back electric push rod device 12 to move up and down so as to drive the bracket platform 6 to move up and down; the front-rear electric push rod device 12 is used for driving the cleaning arm 12d to move in the front-rear direction so as to drive the bracket platform 6 to move forwards and backwards.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the cleaning arm 12d forms a certain angle with the horizontal plane, the front end of the cleaning arm 12d is low, the rear end is high, and when the cleaning arm 12d moves forward, the cleaning hood 7 on the front end of the cleaning arm 12d moves from the rear upper side to the front lower side. Because the anus is located below the toilet seat when the user sits on the toilet seat, when the user urinates, the washing cover 7 is located at the storage position, the washing cover 7 is located above the rear of the anus of the user, the height of the opening at the upper part of the washing cover 7 is higher than the height of the anus of the user, if the front-back movement direction of the washing cover 7 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the front-back movement path of the washing cover 7 can be blocked by the body of the user, the washing cover 7 can not reach the lower part of the anus of the user, when the washing arm 12d forms a large enough included angle with the horizontal plane, and the front end of the washing arm 12d is low and the rear end is high, when the washing arm 12d moves forwards, the washing cover 7 on the front end of the washing arm 12d moves forwards from the rear upper part to the lower part, the downward displacement is carried out in the forward movement process of the washing cover 7, the body of the user can be avoided, and the washing cover 7 can reach the lower part of the anus of the user; the same path may be followed for the storage. When the anus is required to be cleaned, the cleaning cover 7 moves forward and downward to reach the working position, and when the cleaning cover 7 reaches the position below the anus, the movement output parts of the first lifting electric push rod device 10 and the second lifting electric push rod device 11 simultaneously move upward, and the cleaning cover 7 ascends to contact and fit the periphery of the anus of the user. When the displacement of the up-and-down motion of the motion output parts of the first lifting electric push rod device 10 and the second lifting electric push rod device 11 is different, the included angle between the horizontal planes of the cleaning arms 12d can be changed, so that the included angle between the cross section of the cleaning cover 7 and the horizontal plane can be changed, and the cleaning cover 7 can be better attached to the body of a user. After the anus area is cleaned, the first lifting electric push rod device 10 and the second lifting electric push rod device 11 act to drive the cleaning cover 7 to move downwards firstly, then the front and rear electric push rod devices 12 act, the cleaning cover 7 moves from front to lower to rear to upper, and finally the cleaning cover 7 reaches the storage position.
It is to be understood that in other embodiments, only one set of the lifting electric putter device and one set of the front-rear electric putter device may be provided, and the base connection portion of the lifting electric putter device fixes the lifting electric putter device to the toilet, and the movement output portion of the lifting electric putter device is connected to the base connection portion of the front-rear electric putter device. Further, in other embodiments, when the cleaning arm 12d is disposed horizontally, it is necessary to increase the thickness of the toilet seat or/and add a hip pad inner seat to the toilet seat in order to make the upper opening of the cleaning hood 7 lower than the anus of the user. The thickness of the toilet seat is increased, and the hip pad inner seat is additionally arranged on the toilet seat, so that the anus position of a user on the toilet can be raised, and an up-down space is reserved for the front-back movement of the cleaning cover 7, so that when the cleaning cover 7 is positioned at the storage position or the working position, the height of the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 is lower than the anus height of the user. On this basis, when the user excretes the stool, the cleaning hood 7 is positioned at the storage position, that is, the cleaning hood 7 is positioned at the rear lower part of the anus of the user; when the anus is required to be cleaned, the cleaning cover 7 moves forwards, and when the cleaning cover 7 reaches the lower part of the anus, the movement output part of the lifting electric push rod device moves upwards, and the cleaning cover 7 ascends to contact and fit the periphery of the anus of a user; the cleaning cover 7 is preferably rotatably arranged on the bracket platform 6, and when the cleaning cover 7 contacts a human body, the included angle between the cross section of the cleaning cover 7 and the horizontal plane can be automatically changed, so that the cleaning cover 7 can be better attached to the body of a user; after the anus is cleaned, the cleaning cover 7 moves downwards, then moves from front to back, the cleaning cover 7 reaches the rear lower part of the anus of the user, and the cleaning cover 7 is positioned at the storage position.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in a second embodiment provided by the present invention, the moving part includes a multi-joint mechanical arm 21, preferably a five-bar mechanical arm. In the present embodiment, the base end 21a of the multi-joint mechanical arm 21 is disposed in the storage box 3, and the free end 21b of the multi-joint mechanical arm 21 is connected to the bracket platform 6. The cleaning hood 7 can be switched between the storage position and the operating position by driving the articulated arm 21. The mechanical arm has the advantages that the mechanical arm does not need a guide rail, is convenient to work in a narrow space, and is beneficial to reducing the volume of the cleaning mechanism 01. Further, when the multi-joint mechanical arm 21 is a five-bar mechanical arm, and the free end of the five-bar mechanical arm moves back and forth on a plane parallel to the horizontal plane, in order to make the initial height of the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 lower than the height of the anus of the user, the thickness of the toilet seat needs to be increased or/and the seat inner seat needs to be additionally arranged on the toilet seat, on this basis, in order to realize the lifting action of the cleaning cover 7, a plurality of up-down displacement devices 22 are arranged on the bracket platform 6, and the up-down displacement devices 22 may be at least one of an electric push rod device, a winch lifting device or a cylinder/hydraulic cylinder device, and in this embodiment, the up-down displacement devices 22 are winch lifting devices. The up-down displacement devices 22 are separately arranged at two sides or four corners of the cleaning cover 7, the up-down displacement devices 22 are provided with hoisting motors 22a, and the up-down displacement devices 22 are used for lifting and lowering the cleaning cover 7, so that the opening of the cleaning cover 7 is finally covered around the anus. When the user excretes the stool, the cleaning cover 7 is positioned at the storage position, namely the cleaning cover 7 is positioned at the rear lower part of the anus of the user, and the height of the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 is lower than the height of the anus of the user; when the anus is required to be cleaned, the cleaning cover 7 moves forwards under the drive of the five-link mechanical arm, and when the cleaning cover 7 reaches the lower part of the anus, the up-down displacement device 22 acts to enable the cleaning cover 7 to move upwards, and the cleaning cover 7 rises to contact and fit the periphery of the anus of a user; after the anus area is cleaned, the up-down displacement device 22 acts, the cleaning cover 7 moves downwards firstly, and then the cleaning cover 7 moves backwards to return to the storage position under the drive of the five-link mechanical arm.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in the third embodiment provided by the present invention, the moving portion includes the rail 23a and the electric displacement car 23 which are arranged in a straight line. The vehicle rail 23a is arranged on the closestool, the vehicle rail 23a is a foldable pad rail, the foldable pad rail is divided into a urinal section pad rail and a storage box section pad rail, the urinal section pad rail can be turned backwards to be stored, and the urinal section pad rail is turned forwards to be paved on the closestool during working. The electric vehicle 23 moves on only the rail 23a, and the carriage platform 6 is provided on the electric vehicle 23. At least one group of wheels 23b is arranged on the electric displacement car 23, and each group of wheels 23b comprises an axle and two wheels 23b, specifically, in the embodiment, two axles and four wheels 23b are arranged on the electric displacement car 23; the wheel 23b always rolls on the track 23 a. The electric displacement car 23 is provided with an axle motor 23c for driving the axle to rotate, the axle motor 23c drives the axle to rotate through a worm gear, and the axle rotates to drive the wheels 23b to rotate, so that the electric displacement car 23 moves back and forth along the track 23 a. The electric displacement vehicle 23 is provided with a plurality of up-down displacement devices 22 and a traversing electric push rod device 24. The base connecting part of the traversing electric push rod device 24 is arranged on the electric displacement vehicle 23, the motion output part of the traversing electric push rod device 24 is provided with an up-down displacement device 22, and the motion output end of the up-down displacement device 22 is arranged on the bracket platform 6; specifically, the traversing electric push rod device 24 includes a traversing screw rod arranged in a left-right direction and a traversing motor 24a for driving the traversing screw rod to rotate, a screw hole matched with the traversing screw rod is arranged on the up-down displacement device 22, the traversing screw rod passes through the screw hole on the up-down displacement device 22, when the traversing motor 24a drives the traversing screw rod to rotate, the up-down displacement device 22 can displace along the traversing screw rod in the left-right direction, and finally the bracket platform 6 on the up-down displacement device 22 is driven to displace in the left-right direction. Because the front-back movement of the electric displacement cart 23 and the movement of the traversing electric push rod device 24 in the front-back and left-right directions of the support platform 6 are movements on a plane parallel to the horizontal plane, in order to make the initial height of the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 lower than the height of the anus of a user, the thickness of the toilet seat needs to be increased or/and the hip pad inner seat needs to be additionally arranged on the toilet seat, on this basis, an up-down displacement device 22 needs to be arranged for driving the support platform 6 to move up and down, so that the opening of the cleaning cover 7 on the support platform 6 is finally covered around the anus, and the up-down displacement device 22 can be at least one of the electric push rod device, the winch lifting device or the air bag lifting device, and the up-down displacement device 22 is separately arranged at two sides or four corners of the cleaning cover 7. When the user excretes the stool, the cleaning cover 7 is positioned at the storage position, namely the cleaning cover 7 is positioned at the rear lower part of the anus of the user, and the height of the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 is lower than the height of the anus of the user; when the anus is required to be cleaned, the electric displacement car 23 moves forwards along the car rail 23 a; when the cleaning cover 7 reaches the lower part of the anus, the transverse electric push rod device 24 drives the bracket platform 6 to move left and right, so that the cleaning cover 7 is aligned with the midline of the human body of a user on the toilet; the up-down displacement device 22 acts, the cleaning cover 7 rises to contact and fit the anus of the user; after the anus area is cleaned, the cleaning cover 7 moves downwards under the action of the up-down displacement device 22, and then the electric displacement vehicle 23 retreats along the vehicle rail 23a to return to the storage position.
Further, in the second embodiment and the third embodiment, a plurality of vertical displacement devices 22 are provided, and when the vertical displacement devices 22 are separately controlled, the included angle between the support platform 6 and the horizontal plane can be changed by controlling the action paths of the different vertical displacement devices 22, so as to change the included angle between the cross section of the washing cover 7 and the horizontal plane, and the change of the included angle can enable the washing cover 7 to better fit the body of the user.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in a fourth embodiment provided by the present invention, the moving part includes a fourth electric putter device disposed in the front-rear direction, and a base connection part of the fourth electric putter device is provided on the toilet. Specifically, the fourth electric push rod device includes a fourth screw rod 25, a fourth motor 25a driving the fourth screw rod 25 to rotate, a first guide rail 25b, and a first moving bracket 6a, where the first moving bracket 6a is provided with a screw hole matched with the fourth screw rod 25, and the first moving bracket 6a is provided with a first guide sliding hole matched with the first guide rail 25 b. The first guide rail 25b serves to define, guide the movement of the first moving bracket 6a and to carry the weight. The fourth screw rod 25 passes through a corresponding screw hole on the first moving bracket 6a, and when the fourth motor 25a drives the fourth screw rod 25 to rotate, the fourth screw rod 25 and the first guide rail 25b cooperate to enable the first moving bracket 6a to move along the first guide rail 25b in the front-rear direction under the rotation driving of the fourth screw rod 25; further, in order to improve the stability of the movement and load of the first moving bracket 6a, first guide rails 25b having axes parallel to each other may be provided at both left and right sides of the first moving bracket 6a, and a fourth screw 25 may be provided at one side of the first moving bracket 6a, with the axes of the fourth screw 25 and the first guide rails 25b being parallel to each other. In addition, a traversing electric push rod device 24 is arranged on the first moving bracket 6a, a base connecting part of the traversing electric push rod device 24 is arranged on the first moving bracket 6a, and a second moving bracket is arranged on a movement output part of the traversing electric push rod device 24. Specifically, the traversing electric push rod device 24 includes a traversing screw rod arranged in a left-right direction, a traversing motor 24a driving the traversing screw rod to rotate, a second guide rail and a second moving bracket, a screw hole matched with the traversing screw rod is arranged on the second moving bracket, and a second guide sliding hole matched with the second guide rail is arranged on the second moving bracket. The second guide rail serves to define, guide the movement of the second moving bracket and carry the weight. The traversing screw rod passes through a corresponding screw hole on the second moving bracket, and when the traversing motor 24a drives the traversing screw rod to rotate, the traversing screw rod is matched with the second guide rail so that the second moving bracket moves left and right along the second guide rail under the rotary drive of the traversing screw rod; further, in order to improve the stability of the movement and the load of the second movement support, the front side and the rear side of the second movement support may be respectively provided with second guide rails with parallel axes, and the axis of the traversing screw rod is parallel to the axis of the second guide rails. Because the front-back movement of the first moving bracket and the left-right movement of the second moving bracket in this embodiment are both performed on a plane parallel to the horizontal plane, the second moving bracket is connected with the cleaning cover 7, so that the thickness of the toilet seat needs to be increased or/and the hip inner seat needs to be additionally arranged on the toilet seat in order to make the initial height of the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 be lower than the height of the anus of a user, on this basis, the second moving bracket is provided with a second up-down displacement device, the second up-down displacement device is provided with a bracket platform 6, and the second up-down displacement device is used for realizing the lifting movement of the cleaning cover 7 on the bracket platform 6. The second moving support is provided with two second up-down displacement devices, the base connecting parts of the second up-down displacement devices are connected to the second moving support, the two second up-down displacement devices are arranged back and forth, and the support platform 6 is rotatably and slidably connected to the motion output parts of the two second up-down displacement devices. When the user excretes the stool, the cleaning cover 7 is positioned at the storage position, namely the cleaning cover 7 is positioned at the rear lower part of the anus of the user, and the height of the upper opening of the cleaning cover 7 is lower than the height of the anus of the user; when the anus is required to be cleaned, the fourth electric push rod device acts to drive the bracket platform 6 to move forwards; when the cleaning cover 7 reaches the lower part of the anus, the transverse electric push rod device 24 drives the bracket platform 6 to move left and right, so that the cleaning cover 7 is aligned with the midline of the human body of a user on the toilet; the second up-down displacement device acts, and the cleaning cover 7 ascends to contact and fit the anus of the user; after the anus area is cleaned, the cleaning cover 7 firstly moves downwards under the drive of the second up-down displacement device, and then the fourth electric push rod device drives the bracket platform 6 to retreat and return to the storage position. Of course, the support platform 6 in this embodiment may be connected to the motion output end of the second vertical displacement device through a cleaning arm, where the cleaning arm extends forward a certain distance, and the front end of the cleaning arm is connected to the support platform 6.
The moving part of the present invention is not limited to the ones disclosed in the above embodiments, and any moving part of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention as long as it is a structure that can drive the rack platform 6 to move so as to change the spatial position of the cleaning hood 7 on the rack platform 6. Of course, two or more moving parts may be provided in the storage box 3, and each moving part is provided with a support platform 6 and a cleaning cover 7.
Further, the displacement driving mechanism 02 of the present invention includes a control device (not shown) connected to the moving part, and the control device controls the movement of the moving part by controlling the movement position, posture, track, operation sequence, movement time, etc. of the moving part in the working space, so that the cleaning hood 7 on the rack platform 6 reaches the desired position. The control device comprises a plurality of sensors, wherein the controller comprises an image auxiliary positioner, the image auxiliary positioner is connected with the control device, the image auxiliary positioner comprises at least one camera, the camera is arranged on at least one of the bracket platform 6 or the cleaning cover 7, and the camera feeds collected image information back to the control device. The control device determines the spatial position of the cleaning cover 7 according to the image information fed back by the camera and regulates the movement of the movement part in a body mode so that the cleaning cover 7 reaches a required position. The image aided positioner further comprises an illumination component and a laser indicator. The illumination component provides sufficient auxiliary light for the camera to capture an image. The laser indicator projects light spots on the body of a user on the toilet bowl, and is used for assisting in judging the position relationship between the anus and the cleaning cover 7, so that the cleaning cover 7 can accurately cover the periphery of the anus of the user.
Further, as shown in the first, second and third embodiments provided in fig. 1 and 2, fig. 5 and 6 and fig. 8, the control device further includes a control panel 5, a touch screen is disposed on the control panel 5, and the control panel 5 can display image information fed back by the camera, and the user can implement a functional manipulation by manipulating the control panel 5, where the functional manipulation includes, but is not limited to, the following functions: start cleaning function, shut down cleaning function, position adjustment function (e.g., directional key provided for position adjustment), sanitizing function, blowing function, etc. In the embodiment provided by the invention, the control panel 5 is fixed on the toilet bowl through a foldable bracket, the foldable bracket is formed by combining a plurality of connecting rods 5a and universal adapter joints 5b, so that the foldable bracket can realize the actions of moving, rotating, folding and the like, and the control panel 5 is arranged at the tail end of the foldable bracket, as shown in fig. 1; the control panel 5 can be moved to the side of the toilet bowl, not to prevent the user from sitting on the toilet bowl or getting up and out of the toilet bowl; when a user sits on the toilet, the control panel 5 on the foldable bracket can move to the front of the toilet, so that the user can conveniently control the toilet.
Further, as shown in the second, third and fourth embodiments provided in fig. 7, 9, 10 and 11, an observation window 7d is provided at the lower part of the cleaning cover 7, a window cover made of transparent material, preferably glass, is provided on the observation window 7d, and the window cover is hermetically provided on the observation window 7d, so that the window cover can prevent the liquid from leaking out through the observation window 7 d; a camera, an illumination component and a laser indicator (not shown in the figure) are arranged below the observation window 7d, and the camera, the illumination component and the laser indicator are positioned below the window cover, so that the camera shoots the inside of the cleaning cover 7 through the window cover. When the cleaning mechanism 01 works, the illumination component is started to supplement light, the laser indicator projects light spots on the body of a user of the toilet, and the spatial position of the cleaning cover 7 is adjusted according to the projecting position of the light spots, so that the cleaning cover 7 can be covered around the anus of the user more accurately. And the camera can shoot the picture inside the cleaning cover 7 and feed back to the control panel 5, so that the user can observe the flushing effect and the flushing is more thorough.
Further, as shown in the first, second and third embodiments provided in fig. 1 to 2, 5 to 6 and 8 to 9, the cleaning mechanism 01 of the present invention further includes a storage box 3. Only one of the storage boxes 3 may be provided as shown in fig. 5 and 6; the storage box 3 may be provided in plurality, and the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2 includes a first storage box 3a and a second storage box 3b; the storage box 3 may be provided above the toilet main body 1 as an outer fitting, as shown in fig. 1 to 2 and 5 to 6, and the storage box 3 may be fixedly provided inside the toilet (not shown). The storage box 3 may be a detachable box, or the storage box 3 may be a box-like space integrally formed with the toilet. The openable airtight door 4 is arranged in front of the storage box 3, and the airtight door 4 can be connected and opened in various manners, for example, the airtight door 4 can be hinged on the storage box 3 and opened in a rotating manner, as shown in fig. 2; or the airtight door 4 may be slidably installed in front of the storage box 3 and opened by sliding to both sides (not shown), which is not particularly limited in the present invention. The storage box 3 is used for storing the cleaning hood 7 and the displacement driving mechanism 02, and a vertical plane P shown in fig. 9 is a plane in which the airtight door 4 is located, and the plane P is a boundary between the storage position and the working position. The plane P separates the storage case 3 from the toilet bowl, and it is easy to think that the plane P is an imaginary plane and does not affect the entry and exit of the components. When the cleaning cover 7 and the displacement driving mechanism 02 are both positioned inside the storage box 3, and the cleaning cover 7 and the displacement driving mechanism 02 do not penetrate through the plane P, at this time, the airtight door 4 is in a closed state, the cleaning cover 7 is positioned at a storage position, normal use of the toilet bowl cannot be affected, when the displacement driving mechanism 02 drives the cleaning cover 7 to switch from the storage position to the working position, the airtight door 4 is opened, the cleaning cover 7 penetrates out of the plane P and enters into a toilet bowl area and finally reaches the working position, after the cleaning mechanism 01 finishes working, the displacement driving mechanism 02 drives the cleaning cover 7 to switch from the working position to the storage position, the cleaning cover 7 penetrates through the plane P from the toilet bowl area and returns to the inside of the storage box 3, the airtight door 4 is closed, and the cleaning cover 7 returns to the storage position. The setting of airtight door 4 is used for carrying out the physics to receiver 3 and closestool urinal, and when washing cover 7 was in the storage position, airtight door 4 was closed, receiver 3 and external separation, and airtight door 4 can block liquid, the dirty fall into the receiver 3 inside in closestool urinal district, avoids polluting washing cover 7 and displacement actuating mechanism 02. The storage box 3 is used for storing the cleaning cover 7 and the displacement driving mechanism 02, so that the cleaning cover 7 and the displacement driving mechanism 02 can be protected from pollution, and meanwhile, the toilet bowl is tidier and more attractive; in addition, when the storage case 3 is of a detachable structure, the cleaning cover 7 and the displacement driving mechanism 02 can be more conveniently transported by the storage case 3.
Further, as a preferable mode, a sterilizing device (not shown in the figure) including at least one of an ultraviolet lamp and an ozone generator may be further provided inside the storage case 3. The ultraviolet lamp generates ultraviolet light or the ozone generator generates ozone, so that the cleaning hood 7 and the displacement driving mechanism 02 in the storage state are sterilized inside the storage box 3.
Further, as a preferable solution, the cleaning mechanism 01 may further be provided with a cleaning cover 7 heater (not shown in the figure), where the cleaning cover 7 heater is disposed on the support platform 6 or at least one position inside the storage box 3, and the cleaning cover 7 heater is used to heat the cleaning cover 7, so that the cleaning cover 7 has a temperature similar to that of a human body, and comfort level of a user when using the cleaning cover 7 is improved.
Further, as shown in the first embodiment and the fourth embodiment provided in fig. 3 and 4, 10 and 11, the cleaning mechanism 01 further includes a second cleaning nozzle 9, the second cleaning nozzle 9 being provided on at least one of the stand platform 6 or the cleaning hood 7, the second cleaning nozzle 9 cleaning the female position of the female user. The second cleaning nozzle 9 is connected with a second total liquid supply pipe which is communicated with a total water supply source, the total water supply source comprises a tap water pipe, and a plurality of nozzles 9a are arranged on the second cleaning nozzle 9. The second cleaning nozzle 9 is located outside the cleaning hood 7, and the second cleaning nozzle 9 is located in front of the cleaning hood 7, the second cleaning nozzle 9 being used for cleaning female pudendum. The second cleaning nozzle 9 is preferably arranged in a shape matched with the female vaginal vestibule region, and the second cleaning nozzle 9 is designed into a trapezoid with a narrow left and right longitudinal section and a wide bottom so as to extend into the vaginal vestibule region and prop open the labia minora on both sides. The left and right longitudinal sections of the second cleaning nozzle 9 shown in fig. 3, 4, 10 and 11 are in trapezoid shapes, the nozzles 9a are distributed at the top and at the side of the second cleaning nozzle 9, and the female position can be more comprehensively flushed by adopting the second cleaning nozzle 9 with the structure. The second cleaning head 9 may be disposed so as to be in contact with the female position, or the second cleaning head 9 may be disposed so as to be not in contact with the female position.
Further, as shown in a fourth embodiment provided in fig. 10 and 11, a circulation cleaning device is provided on the cleaning mechanism 01 in order to improve the cleanliness. The circulation cleaning device comprises a circulation opening 7c, a circulation pipeline 27, a circulation valve and a circulation driving mechanism, wherein the circulation opening 7c is arranged at the lower part of the interior of the cleaning cover 7, one end of the circulation pipeline 27 is communicated with the circulation opening 7c, and the other end of the circulation pipeline 27 is communicated with the first cleaning nozzle 8 through the communicating liquid supply main pipe 14. The circulation valve is arranged on the cleaning cover 7, and controls the opening and closing of the sewage outlet 7a and the circulation opening 7c, when the circulation cleaning operation is performed, the sewage outlet 7a is closed, the circulation opening 7c is opened, and when the circulation cleaning operation is not performed, the sewage outlet 7a is opened, and the circulation opening 7c is closed. The circulation driving mechanism is connected to the circulation pipe 27, and when the circulation cleaning operation is performed, the cleaning liquid enters the circulation pipe 27 from the cleaning cover 7 through the circulation opening 7c under the driving of the circulation driving mechanism, and after passing through the circulation pipe 27, the cleaning liquid is sprayed out of the first cleaning nozzle 8 to wash the anus, and returns to the cleaning cover 7 again. The cleaning liquid is repeatedly circulated between the cleaning hood 7 and the circulation cleaning device by the circulation driving mechanism. The cleaning solution can be tap water or an aqueous solution containing a cleaning agent or an aqueous solution of a medicine, and the same applies below. The cleaning liquid is recycled through the circulating cleaning device, so that the local continuous cleaning agent aqueous solution flushing can be realized, the cleaning effect is enhanced, and the cleaning agent can be saved; local continuous liquid medicine flushing can also be realized, and medicines are saved.
Further, as shown in the fourth embodiment provided in fig. 10 and 11, a reservoir is further provided in the cleaning mechanism 01 in order to match the effect of the circulation cleaning. In the present embodiment, a first reservoir 29 and a second reservoir 30 are provided, respectively. The first liquid reservoir 29 is provided with a first water supplementing pipe 29b, the first liquid reservoir 29 is communicated with the liquid supply main pipe 14 through a first liquid supply pipe 29a to be communicated with the first cleaning nozzle 8, a first liquid supply device is arranged on the path of the first liquid supply pipe 29a, and the first liquid supply device provides power for liquid flow between the first liquid reservoir 29 and the first cleaning nozzle 8; the second liquid reservoir 30 is provided with a second water supplementing pipe 30b, and the second liquid reservoir 30 is communicated with the liquid supply main pipe 14 through a second liquid supply pipe 30a so as to be communicated with the first cleaning nozzle 8, and a second liquid supply device is arranged on the path of the second liquid supply pipe 30a and used for providing power for liquid flowing from the second liquid reservoir 30 to the first cleaning nozzle 8. With the above arrangement, any one of the liquid supply devices can be operated to provide the cleaning liquid in the liquid reservoir for the first cleaning nozzle 8, wherein the first liquid reservoir 29 is usually used for adding the medicament therein, and the second liquid reservoir 30 is usually used for adding the cleaning agent therein, so as to achieve different cleaning effects. The first reservoir 29 and the second reservoir 30 are each provided with a stirrer for stirring, so that the cleaning liquid and the cleaning agent or the medicine are uniformly mixed. The first reservoir 29 is provided with an openable filler opening through which a medicament may be added to the reservoir to effect topical administration. The second liquid storage device 30 is connected with a cleaning agent container through a pipeline, cleaning agent is placed in the cleaning agent container, the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent container is pumped into the second liquid storage device 30 by a liquid pumping device, and after the cleaning agent enters the second liquid storage device 30, the cleaning agent is diluted by water and is uniformly mixed by a stirrer for later use.
The process of cyclic cleaning is specifically as follows: in the first case, the cyclic cleaning may be in two stages. The first stage is the cyclic flushing of the aqueous solution or the liquid medicine of the cleaning agent. The second stage is the cyclic flushing of the cyclic cleaning device water. After the circulation cleaning in the first stage is completed, the drain outlet 7a is opened, the circulation driving mechanism continues to operate until the circulation pipeline 27 and the cleaning fluid in the circulation driving mechanism are exhausted, the circulation driving mechanism stops operating, and the circulation opening 7c is closed. When the water circulation cleaning device of the second stage is used for cleaning, the circulating valve is used for controlling the drain outlet 7a to be opened, the circulating opening 7c is also opened, water of the liquid supply main pipe 14 is sprayed out from the first cleaning spray nozzle 8 to flush the anus area and the inside of the cleaning cover 7, the water of the liquid supply main pipe 14 reversely flows through the circulating pipeline 27 at the same time, the circulating driving mechanism reversely drives the water to flow, the water flows out from the circulating opening 7c, the first cleaning spray nozzle 8 stops spraying liquid after flushing, the circulating driving mechanism continues to operate until the circulating pipeline 27 and the water in the circulating driving mechanism are exhausted, the circulating driving mechanism stops operating, and the circulating opening 7c is closed. Furthermore, in the second case, four phases are included: the first stage: the drain outlet 7a is opened, and the circulation opening 7c is closed; the water of the liquid supply manifold 14 is sprayed through the first cleaning nozzle 8a to clean the anal area of the adhered faecal matter or secretions. And a second stage: firstly, a circulating valve controls a sewage outlet 7a to be closed and a circulating opening 7c to be opened; then, the liquid medicine in the first liquid reservoir 29 is pumped by the first liquid supply device and then sprayed out by the first cleaning spray head 8a to flush the anus area, and the liquid medicine enters the cleaning cover 7 for circulating cleaning; or the aqueous solution of the cleaning agent in the second liquid reservoir 30 is pumped by the second liquid supply device and then sprayed out by the first cleaning spray head 8a to flush the anus area, and the aqueous solution of the cleaning agent enters the cleaning cover 7 for standby use in circulating cleaning. And a third stage: the circulation driving mechanism operates, the circulation driving mechanism drives the liquid medicine or the cleaning agent aqueous solution in the cleaning cover 7 to enter the circulation pipeline 27 through the circulation opening, the liquid medicine or the cleaning agent aqueous solution is sprayed out through the first cleaning spray head 8a to wash the anus area, and the cleaning agent enters the cleaning cover 7 once, so that the local circulation washing of the liquid medicine or the cleaning agent aqueous solution is realized. At the end of this stage, the circulation valve controls the drain 7a to open and the circulation opening 7c to open, and the circulation driving mechanism continues to operate until the circulation pipe 27 and the cleaning liquid in the circulation driving mechanism are drained. Fourth stage: the circulating valve controls the sewage outlet 7a to be opened and the circulating opening 7c to be opened; the water of the liquid supply main pipe 14 is sprayed out from the first cleaning spray head 8a to flush the anus area and the inside of the cleaning cover, the water of the liquid supply main pipe 14 enters the circulating pipeline 27 at the same time and reversely flows in the circulating pipeline 27, the circulating driving mechanism reversely drives the water to flow, the water flows out from the circulating opening, the liquid supply main pipe 14 stops supplying the liquid after flushing, the circulating driving mechanism continues to operate until the water in the circulating pipeline 27 and the circulating driving mechanism is exhausted, the circulating driving mechanism stops operating, and the circulating valve controls the circulating opening 7c to be closed.
Further, as shown in the fourth embodiment provided in fig. 10 and 11, the cleaning mechanism 01 includes an enema tube 26, the enema tube 26 is disposed on the stand platform 6 or on the cleaning hood 7, and the enema tube 26 is located outside the cleaning hood 7. The enema tube 26 can be adjusted in position by the position adjusting function provided by the control panel 5, so that the open end of the enema tube 26 reaches the working position (in the anal canal or in the rectum) of the user. On the one hand, the enema pipeline 26 can be used before the defecation, and the enema pipeline 26 can be used for filling liquid into the large intestine of a user through anus, so that the constipation user can be helped to defecation smoothly; on the other hand, after completing the defecation and the cleaning of the anal area, the open end of the enema tube 26 can be controlled by the control panel 5 to reach into the anal canal or the rectum, and the enema tube 26 is used for filling liquid into the rectum of the user, so that the excrement possibly remained in the rectum or the anal sinus is cleaned. Since a completely different pressure is required for the irrigation (the water pressure required for the irrigation is higher than that required for the irrigation) and the irrigation, a special transit vessel is required for the irrigation pipe 26 to adjust the irrigation pressure in order to ensure the safety. To solve this problem, the third reservoir is connected to the enema tube 26, and the third reservoir is used as a transfer container for mainly adjusting the pressure of the fluid in the enema tube 26 to protect the intestinal tract of the human body. The third liquid reservoir is provided with an enema pump device which provides power for clysis, and particularly the clysis pump device pumps liquid in the third liquid reservoir into the clysis pipeline 26, the clysis pump device is provided with a pressure protector, and the pressure protector can avoid the damage to intestinal tracts due to the overhigh clysis pressure. Further, an openable material adding port is arranged on the third liquid storage device, and medicines can be added into the third liquid storage device through the material adding port, so that local medicine application is realized. Furthermore, the third liquid storage device can be integrally arranged with the first liquid storage device 29, and the third liquid storage device and the first liquid storage device 29 share the same container, namely, the third liquid storage device and the first liquid storage device 29 can be the same container so as to save components and arrangement space, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, on the basis, a communication control valve is further required to be arranged on the first liquid storage device 29 or the third liquid storage device, the communication control valve controls whether the interior of the first liquid storage device 29 or the third liquid storage device is communicated with the external atmosphere, and when the first liquid supply device on the first liquid storage device 29 works, the communication control valve is opened so that the interior of the first liquid storage device 29 is communicated with the external atmosphere; when the enema pump device is operated, the communication control valve is closed to isolate the inside of the first reservoir 29 from the outside atmosphere.
Furthermore, the cleaning mechanism 01 of the present invention may further be provided with a blower (not shown in the figure), the air outlet of the blower is disposed on the support platform 6 and/or the cleaning cover 7, and the first cleaning nozzle 8 may also be connected with the blower, as the air outlet of the blower, the blower is used for blowing air to the anus area or the female vagina after cleaning, so that the moisture on the cleaning mechanism is evaporated more quickly. Further, the air blowing device is preferably provided with a heating element for heating the air to be blown out, and further blowing out warm air, so that the comfort is improved, the moisture is evaporated faster, and the drying time is shortened.
The invention also provides an intelligent toilet cover, as shown in fig. 5, which comprises a toilet cover 2, a seat ring, a storage box 3 and the cleaning mechanism 01, wherein the cleaning mechanism 01 is stored in the storage box 3. When the cleaning mechanism 01 is not cleaning, the cleaning cover 7 is housed inside the housing case 3, and when the cleaning mechanism 01 is cleaning, the cleaning cover 7 extends from inside the housing case 3 to reach the working position. The intelligent toilet cover is also matched with a control panel 5. The intelligent toilet cover can be used for refitting the existing toilet, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, and can be fixed on the toilet through the mounting plate 20, so that the existing toilet is refitted into a novel toilet with the cleaning mechanism 01. As shown in fig. 6 and 8, since the new toilet bowl after retrofitting includes the cleaning mechanism 01 of the present invention, a partial or full functional experience of the cleaning mechanism 01 as described above can be obtained.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 8, the raised seat 13 is used to provide a movable space for switching the position of the cleaning cover 7 in the cleaning mechanism 01, and the raised seat 13 or the toilet bowl is further provided with a supporting auxiliary 19a for supporting part of the components of the cleaning mechanism 01, so that the cleaning mechanism 01 is more stable. As shown in fig. 5, it is easy to understand that the height of the user is raised by the height-increasing seat ring 13, and in order to prevent the feet of the user from being suspended when the user sits on the toilet, the invention is also provided with the foot pad 16, so that the user can sit on the toilet more easily by stepping on the foot pad 16, and at the same time, the user can pad the feet through the foot pad 16 when using the toilet, thereby improving the comfort. Further, a handle 17 may be provided on the foot pad 16, and a person can easily carry the foot pad 16 by holding the handle 17.
The invention also provides a toilet bowl with the cleaning mechanism 01, and the two intelligent toilets provided by referring to fig. 1 and 5, wherein the toilet bowl comprises a toilet bowl main body 1, a toilet bowl cover 2, a storage box 3 and the cleaning mechanism 01, and the cleaning mechanism 01 is stored in the storage box 3. The toilet also comprises a control panel 5. The toilet bowl includes the cleaning mechanism 01 of the present invention, so that a part or all of the functional experience of the cleaning mechanism 01 described above can be obtained. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a second storage box 3b is arranged at the rear of the first intelligent closestool, a top cover 3c of the second storage box 3b can be opened, and the second storage box 3b is mainly used for storing a displacement driving mechanism 02; as shown in fig. 5, the second intelligent toilet is provided with a foot pad 16 and a handrail 17, and a storage box 18 can be further arranged at the rear of the second intelligent toilet, the storage box 18 is used for storing articles such as the cleaning cover 7, and a user can take out the cleaning cover 7 from the storage box 18 and replace the cleaning cover before using the intelligent toilet, so that cross infection is avoided.
While the preferred embodiment of the present application has been described in detail, the present application is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art can make various equivalent modifications or substitutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application, and these equivalent modifications or substitutions are included in the scope of the present application as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (14)
1. The cleaning mechanism is applied to a toilet and is characterized by comprising a cleaning cover, a first cleaning spray head and a displacement driving mechanism;
an opening is formed in the upper portion of the cleaning cover, and a drain outlet is formed in the lower portion of the cleaning cover;
the liquid outlet of the first cleaning spray head is arranged in the cleaning cover, and the first cleaning spray head sprays cleaning liquid to the anus area of a user on the toilet to perform flushing and cleaning;
the displacement driving mechanism is arranged on the toilet, the displacement driving mechanism is connected with the cleaning cover, the cleaning cover is provided with a storage position and a working position, and the cleaning cover is driven by the displacement driving mechanism to switch between the storage position and the working position;
when the cleaning cover is positioned at the storage position, the normal use of the toilet is not affected; when the cleaning cover is positioned at the working position, the cleaning cover is driven by the displacement driving mechanism to change the space position, so that the opening cover of the cleaning cover covers the periphery of the anus of a user on the toilet to prevent cleaning liquid from leaking out of the opening of the cleaning cover to the outside of the cleaning cover, and the first cleaning nozzle washes and cleans the anus area.
2. The cleaning mechanism of claim 1, wherein the displacement drive mechanism comprises:
the bracket platform is used for installing the cleaning cover;
the moving part is connected with the support platform and drives the support platform to move;
and the control device controls the movement of the support platform by controlling the movement of the movement part, and controls the movement of the support platform so as to enable the cleaning cover on the support platform to reach a required position.
3. The cleaning mechanism of claim 2, wherein the control device comprises an image-assisted positioner coupled to the control device, the image-assisted positioner comprising at least one camera disposed on at least one of the support platform or the cleaning hood, the camera feeding back acquired image information to the control device, the control device determining the spatial position of the cleaning hood from the fed back image information and regulating movement of the support platform.
4. The cleaning mechanism of claim 1, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a receptacle,
The storage box is arranged on the toilet bowl;
the displacement driving mechanism is arranged in the storage box;
when the cleaning cover is positioned at the storage position, the cleaning cover is positioned inside the storage box.
5. The cleaning mechanism of claim 4, wherein an ultraviolet lamp or an ozone generator for disinfection is provided inside the storage box.
6. The cleaning mechanism of claim 4, further comprising a wash cap heater disposed on at least one of the support platform or the interior of the receptacle.
7. The cleaning mechanism of claim 2, comprising a second cleaning spray head disposed on at least one of the support platform or the cleaning hood, the second cleaning spray head cleaning a female user's female position.
8. The cleaning mechanism of claim 1, further comprising a circulation cleaning device, the circulation cleaning device comprising:
a circulation opening provided at a lower portion of an inside of the washing cover;
the circulating valve is arranged on the cleaning cover and used for controlling the opening and closing of the sewage outlet and the circulating opening, when the circulating cleaning operation is performed, the sewage outlet is closed, the circulating opening is opened, and when the circulating cleaning operation is not performed, the sewage outlet is opened, and the circulating opening is closed;
A circulation pipe communicating the circulation opening and the first cleaning nozzle;
and the circulating driving mechanism is connected with the circulating pipeline, and when in circulating cleaning operation, cleaning liquid enters the circulating pipeline from the cleaning cover through the circulating opening under the driving of the circulating driving mechanism, passes through the circulating pipeline and is sprayed out by the first cleaning spray head.
9. The cleaning structure of claim 1 or 8, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a first liquid supply device, a second liquid supply device, a first liquid reservoir, a second liquid reservoir;
an openable material adding port is arranged on the first liquid reservoir;
the first cleaning spray head is connected with the first liquid storage device and the second liquid storage device, and the first liquid supply device provides power for liquid flow from the first liquid storage device to the first cleaning spray head; the second liquid supply device provides power for liquid flow between the second liquid reservoir and the first cleaning nozzle.
10. The cleaning mechanism of claim 9, wherein the second reservoir is connected to a cleaning agent container, wherein a cleaning agent is placed in the cleaning agent container, wherein the cleaning agent container is provided with a liquid pumping device, and wherein the liquid pumping device pumps the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent container into the second reservoir.
11. The cleaning mechanism of claim 2, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises an enema tube disposed on the support platform or on the cleaning hood, the enema tube being located outside the cleaning hood,
the enema pipeline is connected with a third liquid storage device, and an enema pump device is arranged on the third liquid storage device and provides power for enema.
12. The cleaning mechanism of claim 1, comprising a blower device having an air outlet disposed on the support platform and/or the cleaning hood, the blower device configured to blow air over the anus or vulva after cleaning.
13. An intelligent toilet cover applied to a toilet bowl, which is characterized by comprising a cleaning mechanism, wherein the cleaning mechanism is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12.
14. A toilet comprising a toilet body, wherein a cleaning mechanism is provided on the toilet body, the cleaning mechanism being as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12.
