The present invention has been made in view of the above problems.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a convenient and fast folding baby carrier, when a seat frame is connected with a frame forwards, a seat frame joint assembly is operated to release a lock, a backrest is folded to a preset angle towards a seat part direction and is linked with a seat frame locking control assembly to release the lock, so that the whole seat frame is folded towards a front foot rod, the folded seat frame is turned over towards a rear foot rod and is linked with the frame joint assembly to release the lock after being turned over to the preset angle, and the frame is folded.

As described above, the armrest returning elastic member 246 for elastically returning the armrest joint seat 241 to the seat portion 21 is provided between the armrest joint seat 241 and the seat portion 21.
The baby carrier convenient to fold is characterized in that the handle bar 14 is connected to the upper end of the push rod 13 in a telescopic and adjustable manner.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. When the seat frame is connected with the frame forwards, a user operates the seat frame joint assembly to release the lock, then the backrest part is folded to a preset angle towards the seat part, the seat frame locking control assembly is linked to release the lock, the whole seat frame is folded towards the front foot rods, then the folded seat frame is turned over towards the rear foot rods integrally, and the seat frame is folded to the preset angle, the frame joint assembly is linked to release the lock, so that the whole folding work of the baby carrier is completed.
2. In order to enable the frame to stably stand on a plane after finishing folding, a user can conveniently operate the lifting and holding piece of the seat part, and the front wheel set, the rear wheel set and the handle rod end part simultaneously touch the same plane when the frame is in a standing state after finishing folding.
3. Compared with the prior art that a gear common-motion mechanism is adopted, the invention can reduce the assembly difficulty degree and the manufacturing cost by connecting the common-motion piece.
4. According to the invention, the frame unlocking mechanism and the operating piece safety locking mechanism are matched to realize a two-way locking function, so that the situation of misoperation is avoided, and the use safety is ensured.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-17.
As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the folding convenient child car of the present invention comprises:
The bicycle frame 1 comprises a front foot rod 11, a rear foot rod 12 and a push rod 13, wherein the front foot rod 11, the rear foot rod 12 and the push rod 13 are connected through a bicycle frame joint assembly 3 so that the bicycle frame 1 can be folded and unfolded, the lower end of the front foot rod 11 is connected with a front wheel set, the lower end of the rear foot rod 12 is connected with a rear wheel set, and the upper end of the push rod 13 is connected with a handle rod 14;

In the present invention, the handle bar 14 is telescopically and adjustably connected to the upper end of the push rod 13.
Preferably, for ease of unlocking, the frame joint assembly 3 is configured to be interlocked and unlocked by the backrest portion 22.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to more stably support and place the child car, when the frame 1 is folded and is in a standing state, the front wheel set, the rear wheel set and the end of the handle bar 14 simultaneously abut on the same plane.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, for more convenience in folding, the frame joint assembly 3 includes a rear joint seat 32 provided at an upper end of the rear leg bar 12, a front joint seat 31 provided at an upper end of the front leg bar 11 and rotatably connected to the rear joint seat 32, and a push joint seat 33 provided at a lower end of the push rod 13 and rotatably connected to the rear joint seat 32, wherein an actuator 34 for simultaneously rotating the push joint seat 33 and the front joint seat 31 in opposite directions or in opposite directions is provided between the push joint seat 33 and the front joint seat 31, and the frame joint assembly 3 further includes a frame locking mechanism 35 for locking the front joint seat 31 and/or the push joint seat 33 relative to the rear joint seat 32, and the frame locking mechanism 35 is configured to be capable of being unlocked by interlocking with the seat frame 2.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in order to further improve the linkage effect of the forefoot bar and the push rod and improve the structural stability, the front joint seat 31 is hinged with the rear joint seat 32 at the point a, the push joint seat 33 is hinged with the rear joint seat 32 at the point B, the front end of the moving member 34 is eccentrically hinged with the front joint seat 31 at the point C, the rear end of the moving member 34 is eccentrically hinged with the push joint seat 33 at the point D, and the two-point connecting line C, D and the two-point connecting line A, B have an included angle. For smoother rotation, the front end of the same moving member 34 is eccentrically hinged to the front joint seat 31 at point C, the rear end of the same moving member 34 is eccentrically hinged to the push joint seat 33 at point D, and the two points C, D are located on the same side of the line connecting the two points A, B.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, for better locking the frame, the frame locking mechanism 35 includes a frame locking notch 351 provided on the front joint seat 31 and/or the push joint seat 33, and a frame locking block 352 slidably provided on the rear joint seat 32 and capable of being caught in the frame locking notch 351 to lock the front joint seat 31 and the push joint seat 33 in a unfolded state with respect to the rear joint seat 32, a frame elastic member 353 capable of keeping the frame locking block 352 elastically caught in the frame locking notch 351 is provided between the frame locking block 352 and the rear joint seat 32, an operation end of the frame locking block 352 is exposed outside the rear joint seat 32, and an operation end of the frame locking block 352 is configured to be interlocked by the seat frame 2 to release the frame locking mechanism 35. In order to ensure that the operation end of the frame locking block 352 can be unlocked in a linked manner by the frame joint unlocking block 530 of the backrest joint seat 53 when the seat frame is folded regardless of whether the seat frame is connected to the frame forward or backward, the operation end of the frame locking block 352 and the frame joint unlocking block 530 are respectively provided with inclined walls/inclined planes which are matched with each other.
As shown in fig. 8, in order to facilitate the rotation and folding of the frame, a front reset elastic member 311 for driving the front joint seat 31 to rotate and reset relative to the rear joint seat 32 is disposed between the front joint seat 31 and the rear joint seat 32, and/or a push reset elastic member 331 for driving the push joint seat 33 to rotate and reset relative to the rear joint seat 32 is disposed between the push joint seat 33 and the rear joint seat 32.
As shown in fig. 1-4 and 8-10, the upper part of the push rod 13 is also independently provided with a frame unlocking mechanism 36 for unlocking the frame joint assembly 3. When the seat frame is detached from the frame and the sleeping frames such as the sleeping basket are replaced, the user can unlock the frame joint assembly 3 by operating the frame unlocking mechanism 36, so that the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 1-4 and 8-10, the frame unlocking mechanism 36 includes a frame unlocking block 361, a frame unlocking pull rope 362 and a frame operating member 363, the middle part of the frame unlocking block 361 is rotatably connected with the push joint seat 33, the unlocking end of the frame unlocking block 361 is used for linking the frame joint assembly 3 to unlock, the connecting end of the frame unlocking block 361 is connected with the frame operating member 363 through the frame unlocking pull rope 362, the frame operating member 363 is movably arranged on the upper part of the push rod 13, and an operating member safety locking mechanism 37 is arranged between the frame operating member 363 and the push rod 13. In the invention, the frame unlocking mechanism 36 and the operating piece safety locking mechanism 37 are matched to realize the two-way locking function, so that the situation of misoperation is avoided, and the use safety is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1-4 and 8-10, the operating member safety locking mechanism 37 includes an operating member locking hole 371 provided on an upper portion of the push rod 13 and an operating member locking piece 372 rotatably connected with the frame operating member 363 in a middle portion thereof, the operating member locking piece 372 has a locking end and an operating end, the locking end of the operating member locking piece 372 can be inserted into the operating member locking hole 371 to lock the frame operating member 363 relative to the push rod 13, and a locking piece elastic member 373 capable of keeping the locking end of the operating member locking piece 372 elastically inserted into the operating member locking hole 371 is provided between the operating end of the operating member locking piece 372 and the frame operating member 363. When unlocking, the operating end of the operating member locking piece 372 is pressed to rotate towards one side of the frame operating member 363, the locking end of the operating member locking piece 372 rotates away from the frame operating member 363 to be separated from the operating member locking hole 371, then the frame operating member 363 slides upwards relative to the push rod 13, the frame operating member 363 pulls the connecting end of the frame unlocking piece 361 through the frame unlocking pull rope 362 to enable the frame unlocking piece 361 to rotate relative to the push joint seat 33, the frame unlocking piece 361 pushes the frame locking piece 352 to slide downwards relative to the front joint seat 31 to enable the locking end of the frame locking piece 352 to be separated from the frame locking notch 351, then the front foot rod 11 rotates towards one side of the rear foot rod 12 under the action of the front reset elastic piece 311 and the push rod 13 rotates towards one side of the rear foot rod 12 under the action of the push reset elastic piece 331, and therefore the folding work of the frame 1 is completed.
As shown in fig. 1-3, 12 and 13, the seat frame joint assembly 4 comprises a seat joint seat 52 arranged on the seat part 21, a plurality of backrest locking notches 41 are circumferentially arranged on the seat joint seat 52 at intervals, backrest locking clamping tongues 42 for being inserted into the backrest locking notches 41 are slidably arranged on the backrest part 22, backrest locking elastic pieces capable of enabling the backrest locking clamping tongues 42 to be elastically inserted into the backrest locking notches 41 are arranged between the backrest locking clamping tongues 42 and the backrest part 22, and the seat frame joint assembly 4 further comprises backrest unlocking handles 44 rotatably arranged on the backrest part 22 and backrest unlocking cables 43 arranged on the backrest part 22 and used for connecting the backrest unlocking handles 44 with the backrest locking clamping tongues 42.
