Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to a wheelchair walker.
Background
As is well known, wheelchairs and walkers are commonly used medical devices for patients with inconvenient legs and feet, the former is used for riding and moving of the patients, and the latter is used for rehabilitation exercise of the patients, so that most wheelchairs and walkers on the market are products in two different forms, and the patients need to prepare both wheelchairs and walkers in the rehabilitation process, so that the influence on the rehabilitation cost is great.
In order to solve the problem, medical equipment combining wheelchair functions and walker functions appears on the market, such as a wheelchair walker disclosed in China patent CN114681222A, but a seat in the scheme cannot rotate, a backrest plate is always positioned behind a seat plate, handrails serving as the walker are connected to the rear surface of the backrest plate, when the walker is used, the backrest plate is easy to block the travel of a user, the user needs to walk around to the front for riding, the user easily falls down in the bypassing process, the safety is poor, part of wheelchair walker is arranged in front of the seat, the wheelchair and the walker are converted through the disassembly of the handrails, the seat and other parts, the steps are complicated, the user needs to occupy both hands during operation, the user is difficult to finish independently, the humanized design is deficient, and the use of the user is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a wheelchair walker which is convenient to convert and good in safety.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the wheelchair walker comprises:

The seat comprises a seat plate extending along the front-back direction, and a back plate connected to the seat plate, the seat plate is rotatably connected to the seat support, the rotation axis of the seat plate is perpendicular to the plane of the seat support and passes through the geometric center of the seat plate, the distance between the rotation axis of the seat plate and the push rod is larger than the rotation radius of the seat plate, the seat plate enables the wheelchair walker to change between a wheelchair working state and a walker working state through rotation relative to the seat support, and the wheelchair walker further comprises a seat locking mechanism for locking the relative positions of the seat plate and the seat support.
Preferably, the axis of rotation of the seat plate also passes through the center of gravity of the wheelchair walker.
Preferably, the backboard is rotatably connected to the seat board, and when the seat board rotates relative to the seat support, the backboard is attached to the seat board by rotation, and the seat further comprises a backboard locking mechanism for limiting the relative position of the backboard and the seat board.
Preferably, the seat locking mechanism comprises a toggle plate and a locking lug, one end part of the toggle plate is rotatably connected to the lower surface of the seat plate, the other end part of the toggle plate is outwards and downwards inclined to form a free end, the locking lug is connected to the lower surface of the toggle plate and is far away from the free end, the rotation axis of the toggle plate and the extending direction of the locking lug are parallel and perpendicular to the rotation axis of the seat plate, the toggle plate is provided with a locking working position and an unlocking working position, when the toggle plate is in the locking working position, the free end is far away from the seat plate, the locking lug is inserted into the plane where the seat support is located and abuts against the seat cross beam or the reinforcing rod, the relative position of the seat plate and the seat support is kept locked, when the toggle plate is in the unlocking working position, the free end is close to the seat plate, the locking lug is separated from the plane where the seat support is located, and the seat plate and the seat support can rotate relatively.
Further preferably, the seat locking mechanism further includes a first elastic member, both end portions of the first elastic member respectively abut against a lower surface of the seat plate and an upper surface of the toggle plate, and the first elastic member has a tendency to urge the toggle plate to change to the locking operation position.
Further preferably, the lower surface of the seat plate and/or the upper surface of the toggle plate is provided with a drop-preventing baffle or a drop-preventing groove for preventing the elastic member from being separated.
Still preferably, the seat support further comprises a cover plate, the rear end part of the cover plate is erected on the upper part of the reinforcing rod, the front end part of the cover plate is connected with the rear surface of the seat cross beam, a locking groove matched with the locking convex block is formed in the cover plate, and the locking groove comprises a front locking groove formed in the front end part of the cover plate and a rear locking groove formed in the rear end part of the cover plate.
Preferably, the wheelchair walker further comprises an L-shaped seat block, an L-shaped push rod block, an arc-shaped front support block and a linear connecting block, wherein the horizontal section of the seat block is connected between the seat cross beam and the reinforcing rod, the vertical section of the seat block is connected with the rear end part of the horizontal section and extends downwards, the middle part of the vertical section of the push rod block is connected with the push rod cross beam, the horizontal section of the push rod block extends forwards, the middle part of the front support block is connected with the front support cross beam, the opening of the front support block faces downwards and backwards, and the connecting block extends along the front and rear directions.
Still preferably, the middle part of the horizontal section of the seat block is rotatably connected with the rear end part of the front support block through a first rotating shaft, the lower end part of the front support block is rotatably connected with the front end part of the connecting block through a second rotating shaft, the rear end part of the connecting block is rotatably connected with the front end part of the horizontal section of the push rod block through a third rotating shaft, and the middle part of the push rod block is rotatably connected with the lower end part of the vertical section of the seat block through a fourth rotating shaft, so that the seat block, the push rod block, the front support block and the connecting block form a four-bar mechanism, and when the four-bar mechanism moves, the wheelchair walker can be driven to be converted between an unfolding state and a folding state.
Further preferably, the wheelchair walker further comprises a frame locking mechanism for locking the four-bar mechanism, the frame locking mechanism comprises a lock pin and a lock groove, the lock pin and the lock groove are respectively arranged on two adjacent parts of the four-bar mechanism, when the frame locking mechanism is locked, the lock pin is inserted into the lock groove, the relative positions of the parts in the four-bar mechanism are kept locked, and the wheelchair walker is kept in the unfolded state.
Still preferably, the locking groove is formed in an upper end face of the vertical section of the push rod block, the locking groove penetrates through two side faces of the vertical section of the push rod block and extends downwards, a waist-shaped groove extending in the vertical direction is formed in the rear end portion of the horizontal section of the seat block, the lock pin vertically penetrates through the waist-shaped groove in a vertically movable mode, and when the lock pin moves downwards to a limiting position, the lock pin is inserted into the locking groove.
Still preferably, the frame locking mechanism further comprises a driving unit for driving the lock pin to move up and down, the driving unit comprises an unlocking block which is arranged between the seat cross beam and the reinforcing rod in a back-and-forth movable manner, and an unlocking groove which is arranged at the rear end part of the unlocking block and is used for penetrating the lock pin, the unlocking groove obliquely extends from the back, the bottom of the unlocking groove is aligned with the bottom of the waist-shaped groove and the bottom of the locking groove when the unlocking block moves forward to a limit position, and the top of the unlocking groove is aligned with the top of the waist-shaped groove and is positioned above the locking groove when the unlocking block moves backward to the limit position.
Still preferably, the unlocking block is further provided with a horizontal groove for penetrating the first rotating shaft, the horizontal groove is located in front of the unlocking groove, and the length of the horizontal groove is equal to the distance of the front-back movement of the unlocking block.
Still preferably, the front end portion of the unlocking block is connected with a guide rod portion extending forward, the front end of the guide rod portion penetrates through the seat cross beam to form an unlocking button protruding outwards, a clamping groove extending along the front-rear direction is formed in the rear end portion of the guide rod portion, the clamping groove is communicated with the horizontal groove, a second elastic piece is arranged in the clamping groove, the front-rear end portion of the second elastic piece abuts against the front side wall of the clamping groove and the outer circumferential surface of the first rotating shaft respectively, and the second elastic piece has a trend of driving the unlocking block to move forward to a limit position.
Further preferably, the push rod block is provided with guide inclined surfaces extending obliquely downward at portions on both sides of the locking groove, and the lock pin can be guided into the locking groove through the guide inclined surfaces when the wheelchair walker is changed from the folded state to the unfolded state.
Still preferably, the seat block, the push rod block and the front support block are all two and are arranged at intervals along the front-rear direction, the seat block is positioned at the outer sides of the push rod block and the front support block, and the connecting block is positioned at the inner sides of the push rod block and the front support block.

Still preferably, the wheelchair walker further comprises a pedal assembly, the pedal assembly comprises a pedal bracket rotatably connected to the inner side of the front bracket, and a pedal arranged on the pedal bracket, the pedal assembly has a folding working position and a unfolding working position, when the pedal assembly is in the folding working position, the pedal assembly, the front bracket and the front support beam are located on the same plane, and when the pedal assembly is in the unfolding working position, the pedal assembly is unfolded straight and located above the front wheel assembly.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. The wheelchair walker can be conveniently changed between a wheelchair working state and a walker working state through the rotation of the seat plate relative to the seat support, and the wheelchair walker is convenient to change.
2. When the wheelchair walker is used, the backrest plate can be rotated to the position right in front of the seat plate, the backrest plate can not block a user from running, and the user can sit by turning around the wheelchair walker when needing to rest, so that the wheelchair walker is not required to be moved, and the safety is good.
3. When the wheelchair walker is used as a walker, a user can be enabled to be as close to the gravity center of the wheelchair walker as possible, the front part of the wheelchair walker is prevented from tilting, and the safety is better.
4. When the wheelchair is used as a wheelchair, the wheelchair is free from difference with a normal wheelchair, and the user has good riding stability and strong high-grade feeling.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that the advantages and features of the present invention will be more readily understood by those skilled in the art, thereby making clear and defining the scope of the present invention.
The front-back direction, the up-down direction, and the left-right direction in fig. 3 are the left-right, up-down, and inside-outside directions described in the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the wheelchair walker provided by the invention comprises a seat support 10, a push rod 20, a front support 30, a rear support 40 and a seat 50, wherein the seat support 10 comprises a seat rod 11, a seat cross beam 12 and a reinforcing rod 13, the seat rod 11 extends along the front-back direction and is arranged at intervals left and right, the seat cross beam 12 and the reinforcing rod 13 extend along the left-right direction, the seat cross beam 12 is connected to the front end part of the seat rod 11, and the reinforcing rod 13 is connected to the middle part of the seat rod 11; the push rod 20 obliquely extends from front lower direction to rear upper direction and is arranged at left and right intervals, the bottom of the push rod 20 is connected with a push rod cross beam 21, the push rod cross beam 21 is connected with the bottom of the seat bracket 10 and is positioned between the seat cross beam 12 and the reinforcing rod 13, and the top of the push rod 20 is connected with a handrail 22 obliquely extending from front upper direction; the front bracket 30 is obliquely extended from front lower to rear upper and is arranged at left and right intervals, the upper end part of the front bracket 30 is connected with a front supporting beam 31, the front supporting beam 31 extends along left and right directions, the front supporting beam 31 is connected with the bottom of the seat bracket 10 and is positioned in front of the push rod beam 21, the lower end part of the front bracket 30 is connected with a front wheel assembly 32, the rear bracket 40 is obliquely extended from rear lower to front upper, the upper end part of the rear bracket 40 is connected with the rear end part of the seat rod 11, further, the rear bracket 40, the seat rod 11 and the seat beam 12 are integrally bent and formed, the lower end part of the rear bracket 40 is connected with a rear wheel assembly 41, the seat 50 is arranged on the seat bracket 10, the seat 50 comprises a seat plate 51 extending along front and rear directions and a back plate 52 connected on the seat plate 51, the seat plate 51 is rotatably connected on the seat bracket 10, the rotation axis of the seat plate 51 is perpendicular to the plane of the seat bracket 10 and passes through the geometric center of the seat plate 51, the distance between the axis of rotation of the seat plate 51 and the push rod 20 is greater than 3-5cm of the radius of rotation of the seat plate 51, the seat plate 51 is changed between a wheelchair operating state and a walker operating state by rotation relative to the seat support 10, the back plate 52 is located directly behind the seat plate 51 when the wheelchair walker is in the wheelchair operating state, the back plate 52 is located directly in front of the seat plate 51 when the wheelchair walker is in the walker operating state, and the wheelchair walker further comprises a seat locking mechanism for locking the relative positions of the seat plate 51 and the seat support 10.
The advantages of this arrangement are that:
1. The wheelchair walker can be conveniently changed between a wheelchair working state and a walker working state through the rotation of the seat plate relative to the seat support, and the wheelchair walker is convenient to change.
2. When the wheelchair walker is used, the backrest plate can be rotated to the position right in front of the seat plate, the backrest plate can not block a user from running, and the user can sit by turning around the wheelchair walker when needing to rest, so that the wheelchair walker is not required to be moved, and the safety is good.
3. When the wheelchair walker is used as a walker, a user can be enabled to be as close to the gravity center of the wheelchair walker as possible, the front part of the wheelchair walker is prevented from tilting, and the safety is better.
4. When the wheelchair is used as a wheelchair, the wheelchair is free from difference with a normal wheelchair, and the user has good riding stability and strong high-grade feeling.
To further improve stability and safety in use, in this embodiment, the axis of rotation of the seat plate 51 also passes through the center of gravity of the wheelchair walker.
In order to facilitate the rotation of the seat plate 51 relative to the seat support 10, to avoid interference between the back plate 52 and the push rod 20 during the rotation, in this embodiment, the back plate 52 is rotatably connected to the seat plate, the axis of rotation of the back plate 52 is parallel to the horizontal plane and perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the seat plate 51, and when the seat plate 51 rotates relative to the seat support 10, the back plate 52 rotates and is attached to the seat plate 51, so that the edge of the back plate 52 is located in the seat plate 51, to avoid interference with the push rod 20, and the seat 50 further includes a back plate locking mechanism for defining the relative position of the back plate 52 and the seat plate.
To ensure that the user can complete the rotation of the seat plate 51 through one-hand operation, in this embodiment, the seat locking mechanism comprises a stirring plate 61 and a locking lug 62, one end part of the stirring plate 61 is rotatably connected to the lower surface of the seat plate 51 and is positioned at one side of the rotation axis of the seat plate 51, the other end part of the stirring plate 61 is outwards and downwards inclined to form a free end 611, the free end 611 does not exceed the edge of the seat plate 51, the locking lug 62 is connected to the lower surface of the stirring plate 61 and is far away from the free end 611, the rotation axis of the stirring plate 61 and the extending direction of the locking lug 62 are parallel and perpendicular to the rotation axis of the seat plate 51, the stirring plate 61 has a locking working position and an unlocking working position, when the stirring plate 61 is in the locking working position, the free end 611 is far away from the seat plate 51, the locking lug 62 is inserted into the plane of the seat bracket 10 and abuts against the seat cross beam 12 or the reinforcing rod 13, the relative position of the seat plate 51 and the seat bracket 10 keeps locked, when the stirring plate 61 is in the unlocking working position, the free end is close to the seat plate 51, the plane of the seat bracket 10 can rotate relative to the seat bracket 10; further, the seat locking mechanism also comprises a first elastic member 63, the first elastic member 63 is a pressure spring, two ends of the first elastic member 63 respectively support against the lower surface of the seat plate 51 and the upper surface of the toggle plate 61, the first elastic member 63 has a trend of driving the toggle plate 61 to change to a locking working position, meanwhile, the seat bracket 10 also comprises a cover plate 14, the rear end part of the cover plate 14 is arranged on the upper part of the reinforcing rod 13, the front end part of the cover plate 14 is connected with the rear surface of the seat beam 12, a locking groove matched with the locking convex block 62 is arranged on the cover plate 14, the locking grooves include a front locking groove 141 opened at the front end portion of the cover plate 14 and a rear locking groove 142 opened at the rear end portion of the cover plate 14.
The advantage of this arrangement is that when the seat plate 51 is rotated, only one hand is required to pull the free end 611 upwards to disengage the locking lug 62 from the front locking groove 141/the rear locking groove 142, and the seat plate 51 can be driven to rotate by swinging the free end 611, when the seat plate 51 rotates by a certain angle (equal to or greater than 15 degrees), the locking lug 62 cannot be pressed into the plane of the seat support 10 due to the blocking of the cover plate 14, at this time, the locking lug 62 can be continuously rotated to the opposite side by rotating the seat plate 51 by one hand, and when the locking lug 62 rotates in place, the locking lug 62 can be automatically pressed into the rear locking groove 142/the front locking groove 141 under the action of the first elastic member 63 to complete locking.
In order to prevent the first elastic member 63 from being separated, further, a drop-preventing baffle 511 is disposed on the lower surface of the seat plate 51, the drop-preventing baffle 511 is annular and covers the upper end portion of the first elastic member 63, and a drop-preventing groove 612 is disposed on the upper surface of the toggle plate 61, and the drop-preventing groove 612 is used for accommodating the lower end portion of the first elastic member 63.
In order to facilitate storage and reduce occupied space, the wheelchair walker further has a folding function, and specifically comprises an L-shaped seat block 71, an L-shaped push rod block 72, an arc-shaped front support block 73 and a linear connecting block 74, wherein the L-shaped seat block 71 is in a projection shape of each component in the left-right direction, the seat block 71 is provided with a horizontal section 711 and a vertical section 712, the horizontal section 711 of the seat block 71 is welded and connected between the seat cross beam 12 and the reinforcing rod 13, the vertical section 712 of the seat block 71 is connected at the rear end of the horizontal section 711 and extends downwards, the push rod block 72 is provided with a vertical section 721 and a horizontal section 722, the middle part of the vertical section 721 of the push rod block 72 is connected with the push rod cross beam 21 (after being clamped and welded) in a fixed manner, the horizontal section of the push rod block 72 extends forwards, the middle part of the front support block 73 is connected with the front support cross beam 31 (after being clamped and welded and fixed) in a fixed manner, the opening of the front support block 73 faces downwards and backwards, the connecting block 74 extends in the front-back direction, the middle part of the horizontal section 711 of the seat block 71 is rotationally connected with the rear end of the front support block 73 through a first rotating shaft 75, the lower end of the front support block 73 is rotationally connected with the second rotating shaft 74 through the lower rotating shaft 75 and the lower end of the rotating shaft 76 of the front support block 73 and the fourth rotating shaft 74, and the fourth rotating connection mechanism 72 can be rotationally connected with the front end part of the push rod 72 through the fourth rotating connection block 72 and the front end part of the connecting block 72 and the fourth rotating connection link mechanism 74.
To ensure the stability of the wheelchair walker in the unfolded state, the wheelchair walker further comprises a frame locking mechanism for locking the four-bar mechanism 79, wherein the frame locking mechanism comprises a lock pin 81 and a lock groove 82, the lock pin 81 and the lock groove 82 are respectively arranged on two adjacent parts of the four-bar mechanism 79, when the frame locking mechanism is locked, the lock pin 81 is inserted into the lock groove 82, the relative positions of the parts in the four-bar mechanism 79 are kept locked, the wheelchair walker is kept in the unfolded state, and when the frame locking mechanism is unlocked, the lock pin 81 is separated from the lock groove 82, and the parts in the four-bar mechanism 79 can relatively rotate, so that the wheelchair walker can be converted into the folded state.
Specifically, the lock groove 82 is formed on the upper end surface of the vertical section 721 of the push rod block 72, the lock groove 82 penetrates through both side surfaces of the vertical section 721 of the push rod block 72 and extends downward, the rear end portion of the horizontal section 711 of the seat block 71 is provided with a waist-shaped groove 713 extending in the up-down direction, the lock pin 81 is vertically penetrated in the waist-shaped groove 713 so as to be movable up-down, and when the lock pin 81 moves down to the limit position, the lock pin 81 is inserted into the lock groove 82.
To further improve the stability of the wheelchair walker in the unfolded state, the axis of the second rotation shaft 76, the axis of the third rotation shaft 77 and the axis of the fourth rotation shaft 78 are located on the same plane when the lock pin 81 is inserted into the lock groove 82.
In order to facilitate unlocking and improve the high-grade feeling of the wheelchair walker, in the present embodiment, the frame locking mechanism further includes a driving unit for driving the lock pin 81 to move up and down, the driving unit includes an unlocking block 831 provided between the seat cross beam 12 and the reinforcing rod 13 so as to be movable back and forth, and an unlocking groove 832 provided at a rear end portion of the unlocking block 831 for penetrating the lock pin 81, the unlocking groove 832 is inclined to extend obliquely from the rear lower side to the front upper side (the inclination angle is 45 degrees), when the unlocking block 831 moves forward to the limit position, the groove bottom of the unlocking groove 832 is aligned with the groove bottom of the waist-shaped groove 713 and the groove bottom of the lock groove 82, and when the unlocking block 831 moves backward to the limit position, the groove top of the unlocking groove 832 is aligned with the groove top of the waist-shaped groove 82 and is located above the lock groove 82, so that when the unlocking block 831 moves back and forth, the lock pin 81 can be driven to move up and down in the waist-shaped groove 713 through the unlocking groove 832.
