Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Examples:
1-3, a lifting chair according to an embodiment of the invention is shown in schematic structure; specifically, the lifting chair comprises a fixed frame 1, a backrest frame 2 is slidably connected with the fixed frame 1, a stool component 3 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the backrest frame 2, a lifting mechanism 4 is arranged between the fixed frame 1 and the backrest frame 2, and the lifting mechanism 4 drives the backrest frame 2 to move up and down on the fixed frame 1 so as to drive the stool component 3 to lift; the fixed frame 1 is assembled to the base unit 100.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in the description of the embodiments of the present invention, the front-back, left-right, up-down directions are all the directions in which the lift chair is normally used, for example, the front direction of the back frame 2, that is, the front direction, the rear direction of the back frame 2, that is, the left direction, that is, the right direction, of the back frame 2.
The fixed frame 1, the back frame 2 and the bench assembly 3 are made of a rigid material rated to withstand the applied forces without bending or incurring other damage; an important aspect of the back frame 2 and the fixed frame 1 is its robustness. In particular, when the elderly sits down on the stool assembly 3, the stool assembly 3 receives a large force with the fixed frame 1. For the comfort and safety of the elderly, it is important that the fixed frame 1 and the back frame 2 maintain a relative positional relationship, including in the case of placing a weight on the bench assembly 3. For this purpose, the backrest frame 2 and the fixed frame 1 may be sufficiently strong steel pipes so that their deformations remain minimal or zero; the fixed frame 1 plays a role in stabilizing at the bottom, steel pipes at two sides of the backrest frame 2 are sleeved in the steel pipes of the fixed frame 1, the backrest frame 2 is driven to move up and down by the lifting mechanism 4, the movement track and the travel are consistent,
the bench assembly 3 can thus be lowered to the ground. The fixing frame 1 and the backrest frame 2 are designed in such a way that the necessary robustness is maintained, while at the same time the ergonomics and the applicability of the device in many different situations are improved; giving the old more autonomy in the case of mobility impairment.
The bench assembly 3 can be raised to a desired height while remaining level to expand the range of applications, specifically, in this embodiment, the bench 31 has a range of travel of 0-500 mm.
According to the lifting chair, the lifting mechanism 4 can efficiently realize different initial heights of the sitting stool of the lifting chair, and meanwhile, the backrest frame 2 is rotatably connected with the sitting stool assembly 3, so that the chair can be switched between a storage state and a seat supply state.
In addition, the stool assembly 3 and the base mechanism 100 are matched, and the stool assembly 3 can always bear the supporting force from the base mechanism 100, so that the old can be assisted to change from the inverted posture to the sitting or standing posture in the lifting process of the lifting chair.
The invention ensures that the up-and-down adjusting process of the backrest frame 2 and the stool component 3 is more slow and stable by arranging the lifting mechanism 4, is easy to control, has simple structure and is convenient to install and maintain.
In addition, the lifting mechanism 4 is positioned in the middle of the backrest frame 2 and the stool assembly 3, so that the width between the front and the rear of the lifting chair is not occupied, the space utilization rate is high, and the using attractiveness and the storage attractiveness are greatly improved when the lifting chair is folded into a flat shape.
Specifically, the lifting mechanism 4 includes a lifting motor 40 fixed on the fixed frame 1, the backrest frame 2 is connected to an output end of a lifting shaft 41 of the lifting motor 40, and the backrest frame 2 can move up and down along the lifting shaft 41. The lift motor 40 may be electrically connected to a control mechanism, which may be a handle-type structure, through wires for controlling the lift and speed of the lift motor 40.
In particular use, the lift motor 40 drives the back frame 2 and the bench assembly 3 to move upwardly along the lift shaft 41. In the initial position, the bench assembly 3 is generally horizontal and is close to or attached to the ground, and the bench assembly 3 is in a sitting position to assist the elderly, if they fall to the ground, to be unable to get up without assistance. The present lift chair provides support and comfort for the movement of the elderly, as well as assistance that may prove critical in the case of isolated patients.
When the old people struggle to sit on the stool assembly 3 by himself, the stool assembly 3 moves further upwards along with the backrest frame 2 by pressing a control mechanism (not shown), until the old people on the stool assembly 3 are at a reasonable position, the control mechanism is pressed, so that the lifting motor 40 stops working; when the use is finished, the lifting motor 40 drives the backrest frame 2 and the stool assembly 3 to move downwards, and when the stool assembly 3 approaches or is attached to the ground, the lifting motor 40 stops working, and the stool assembly 3 is approximately in a horizontal state, and at this time, the stool assembly 3 is folded and stored.
In the above movement process, the working state of the lifting motor 40 is controlled by a control mechanism (not shown in the figure), and the control mechanism presets information such as the working state and the working time of the lifting motor 40, so that the telescopic amount of the lifting motor 40 just enables the stool assembly 3 to be in the storage state and the seating state. The control mechanism controls the expansion and contraction amount of the lifting motor 40, which belongs to the prior art and will not be described in detail herein. In addition, since the telescopic movement of the lifting motor 40 has more efficient reciprocating movement than the screw rod mechanism, the storage state can be changed into the seat supplying state more quickly, so that a user has better use experience. Of course, the seat-supplying state is changed into the storage state, and the expansion and contraction rate of the lifting motor 40 can be set according to the actual requirement of assisting the user in standing, so as to achieve better experience, and the description is omitted herein.
The lift chair has an extended state and a folded storage state, and when the lift chair is converted from the extended state to the folded storage state, the bench assembly 3 rotates relative to the back frame 2 about the pivot 55 so that the upper surface of the bench assembly 3 approaches the front surface of the back frame 2; when the lifting chair is not used, the lifting chair can be folded into a flat shape, the volume of the whole lifting chair is reduced, and the shape of the lifting chair is changed into a flat shape convenient to store, so that the lifting chair is easy to store.
The upper inner side of the backrest frame 2 is symmetrically provided with backrest reinforcing ribs 23, so that the structural strength and the overall firmness of the whole backrest frame 2 are improved, the use safety is further ensured, and the backrest 24 is arranged at the front end of the backrest frame 2.
The two sides of the backrest frame 2 are fixedly provided with connecting seats 20, and armrests 22 are rotatably connected to the connecting seats 20. The patient can rest on the armrest 22 to position himself on the seat 31 of the seat assembly 3. The armrest 22 itself must be strong and support the weight of the elderly. In particular, they should not sag under the weight of the elderly person, and they should not move toward the inside or toward the outside of the bench 31 when the elderly person strives to lift themselves onto the bench assembly 3. The armrests 22 are advantageously fixed to the back frame 2 of the connecting seat 20, with rigidity and solidity that enable them to support the efforts of the elderly.
The armrest 22 is advantageously retractable to facilitate access to the bench 31 by elderly people; the armrest 22 may be pivoted upwardly, for example, from a position where support is available toward a retracted position. Such a retracted position corresponds, for example, to an orientation of the armrests parallel to the longitudinal axis of the side frame in the plane formed by the back frame 2. The position in which support is allowed generally corresponds to the orientation of the armrest 22 parallel to the axis of the bench 31. Is arranged to allow the armrest 22 to rotate from one of a supported and a position. Retracting toward each other. They may, for example, comprise a rotation axis about which the respective armrest 22 may pivot and a slot allowing the armrest 22 to pass between two support positions and a retracted position.
The stool assembly 3 is connected with the backrest frame 2 through a stool connecting piece 5; the whole lifting chair can be folded for storage, the folding mode is that the backrest frame 2 is a fixed point, the folding stool assembly 3 and the base 8 can be simultaneously realized, and the stool assembly 3 can be close to or attached to the ground under the initial state by arranging the stool connecting piece 5.
In this embodiment, the bench assembly 3 is connected to the lower part of the back frame 2 through the bench connector 5 and the bench stiffener 6, and when the lift chair is converted from the unfolded state to the folded state, the connector 3 rotates around the first pivot 11 toward the side of the back frame 2 until the bench assembly 3 is fully abutted against the side of the back frame 2, and the pivot 55 is directly used to enable rotation among the back frame 2, the bench assembly 3 and the bench stiffener 6.
It should be noted that the upper surface of the bench assembly 3 is preferably abutted against the front surface of the backrest frame 2, wherein the "abutment" is to highlight that the lifting chair is compact in the folded and stored state, for example, a gap between two objects abutted against each other may be defined to be less than 8mm, and the gap is preferably less than 5mm or 2mm.
As shown in fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of the bench connector 5 in this embodiment is shown, specifically, the bench connector 5 includes a top plate 50, side plates 51 fixed on two sides of the top plate 50, and a mounting plate 52 is disposed at the front end of the bottom of the side plate 51 downward; the top plate 50, the side plate 51 and the mounting plate 52 are fixedly connected and integrally formed; the structural strength and the overall firmness of the whole stool connecting piece 5 are improved, and the use safety is further ensured.

Moreover, the locating plate 60 that sets up is located the junction of stool main frame 30 and stool connecting piece 5 for the design of whole structure is ingenious more, and locating plate 60 is 45 and is connected with stool main frame 30, makes stool main frame 30 more nimble in folding process, and locating plate 60 just supports on leaning on back frame 2.
The bottom of the positioning plate 60 is abutted against the main stool frame 30, the upper end of the reinforcing plate 61 passes through the pivot 55, and the bottom of the reinforcing plate 61 and the bottom of the main stool frame 30 are on the same horizontal plane; by the arrangement, the main stool frame 30 can be close to or attached to the ground, so that the old can conveniently move to the stool.
When the lifting mechanism 4 is in the initial state and the bench assembly 3 is in the unfolded state, the bottom horizontal surface of the bench main frame 30 is lower than the bottom horizontal surface of the mounting plate 52; in particular, the bottom of the bench main frame 30 is lowered to a distance near the horizontal plane of the base 8, for example, about 10-30mm. In this way, the bench main frame 30 can be easily brought into contact with the ground. The thickness of the bench 31 is also thin enough to limit or avoid any obstruction of the patient on the ground. In particular, once the patient on the ground is in a low position, the patient can easily slide onto the stool 31. For this purpose, the thickness of the bench 31 is preferably less than 1cm, preferably less than 5mm. The bench assembly 3 may have a thickness on the order of 1 to 2cm to improve overall structural strength and firmness.
