The leg exercise device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the linkage mechanism comprises two swing arms, a linkage member and two connecting rods, one end of each of the two swing arms is pivotally connected to the base, the linkage member is connected to the two swing arms such that when one of the swing arms swings down, the linkage member moves the other swing arm upward, the upper ends of the two connecting rods are pivotally connected to the two actuating rods, and the lower ends of the two connecting rods are pivotally connected to the other ends of the two swing arms such that the two connecting rods drive the two swing arms to swing.
9. The leg exercising apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises two stops disposed on the left and right sides of the rear frame for stopping against one side of the two actuating rods respectively to limit the maximum downward swing range of the two actuating rods.
