The invention aims to provide a steering mechanism, a traveling system and a steering method for a suspension type track trolley, so as to solve the problems in the prior art, enable the track trolley to flexibly steer at any angle, and have the advantages of simple structure and convenience in steering.

The invention provides a steering mechanism for a suspension type track trolley, which comprises a retaining body, a transit track lifting bracket and steering wheels, wherein the retaining body is used for being fixedly arranged at a steering position between at least two traveling tracks of the track trolley, the included angle between any two adjacent traveling tracks meeting at the steering position is larger than 0 DEG and smaller than 180 DEG, the transit track is used for being rotatably arranged on the retaining body around a first axis, the movement of the transit track in the direction of the first axis can be restrained, the cross section of the transit track is the same as that of each traveling track, the transit track can be jointed and rotated from one end of the transit track to one end of one traveling track to the other end of the transit track, the lifting bracket is used for being capable of being lifted and lowered on the track trolley, the steering wheels are used for being rotatably arranged on the lifting bracket around a second axis, the transit track and the traveling wheels in the direction of the track trolley can be driven to be positioned at an obtuse angle on the bottom surface of the track trolley, and the steering wheels can be driven to be positioned on the inner side of the track body to be kept in contact with the steering element, and the steering wheels can be driven to rotate on the bottom surface of the track.
Preferably, the holding body is used for being fixedly connected with each walking track, and the device further comprises a rotating shaft and a rotating table, wherein the rotating table is used for being arranged on the top surface of the holding body, one end of the rotating shaft is used for being fixedly connected with the transit track, and the other end of the rotating shaft is used for penetrating through the holding body and penetrating out of the holding body to be fixedly connected with the rotating table.
Preferably, the bottom surface of the turntable is capable of being entirely in contact with the top surface of the holder.
Preferably, the center lines of the holding body, the transit rail, the rotation shaft, and the turntable are collinear.
Preferably, the length and the width of the holding body are equal, and the length of the transit track is smaller than the length of the holding body.
Preferably, the turntable is a cylinder, the bottom surface of the cylinder is used for contacting with the top surface of the holding body, the mounting surface of the steering wheel is used for being tangent to the circumferential side surface of the cylinder, and the second axis is used for being perpendicular to the mounting surface of the steering wheel.
Preferably, the included angle between the second axis and the travelling wheel travelling direction of the trolley is 45 degrees.
The invention also provides a traveling system for the suspended track trolley, which comprises the steering mechanism for the suspended track trolley and at least two traveling tracks, wherein at least one steering position exists between each traveling track, and the included angle of any two adjacent traveling tracks meeting at the steering position is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 180 degrees.
Preferably, the number of the walking tracks is four, the four walking tracks are intersected at one steering position, and the included angle between any two adjacent walking tracks is 90 degrees.
The invention also provides a steering method for the suspended track trolley, which comprises the following steps of:
Step one, enabling a transfer track to be located at an initial position, enabling one end of the transfer track to be attached to one end of a walking track where a track trolley is located, and keeping the attachment;
step two, waiting for the track trolley to walk from a walking track where the track trolley is located to the transit track;
Step three, after the track trolley walks onto the transfer track from the walking track where the track trolley is located, the lifting bracket is lifted to contact the steering wheel with the bottom surface of the holding body through the driving unit in the track trolley, the steering wheel rolls on the bottom surface of the holding body, and the transfer track is driven to rotate until the other end of the transfer track is attached to one end of the next target walking track of the track trolley and is kept attached;
and step four, waiting for the track trolley to walk from the transit track to the next target walking track of the track trolley, and completing one-time steering operation of the track trolley after the track trolley walks from the walking track where the track trolley is located to the transit track.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-7, the present embodiment provides a steering mechanism for a suspended track trolley, which comprises a holding body 6, a lifting bracket 4 for a transfer track 3 and steering wheels 5, wherein the holding body 6 is used for fixing a steering position between at least two running tracks of the track trolley 1, an included angle between any two adjacent running tracks meeting at the steering position is larger than 0 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees, the transfer track 3 is rotatably arranged on the holding body 6 around a first axis, the movement of the transfer track 3 in the first axis direction can be restrained, the cross section of the transfer track 3 is the same as that of each running track, the transfer track 3 can be jointed and rotated from one end of the transfer track 3 to one end of one running track to the other end of the transfer track 3, the lifting bracket 4 is used for being capable of being lifted and lowered on the track trolley 1, the steering wheels 5 are used for being rotatably arranged on the lifting bracket 4 around a second axis, the included angle between the second axis and the running track direction of the track trolley 1 is an acute angle or an obtuse angle, when the transfer track 3 is positioned on the track trolley 1, the transfer track 3 can be kept on the bottom surface of the rolling element 6, and the rolling wheels 5 can be driven to rotate on the bottom surface of the rolling track 6, and can be kept in contact with the bottom surface of the lifting bracket 6.

Furthermore, the holding body 6 is fixedly connected with each walking track, the steering mechanism for the suspension type track trolley provided by the embodiment further comprises a rotating shaft and a rotating table 2, the rotating table 2 is arranged on the top surface of the holding body 6, one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the transfer track 3, the other end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the rotating table 2 through a part which penetrates through the holding body 6 and penetrates out of the holding body 6, and the rotating table 2 can better bear the transfer track 3 and the track trolley 1, so that the suspension type track trolley is reliable in work and long in service life.
Further, the bottom surface of the turntable 2 can be fully contacted with the top surface of the holding body 6, so that the holding body 6 can more fully and stably bear the turntable 2, the transfer track 3 connected with the turntable 2 and the trolley 1 borne on the transfer track 3, and the service life is long.
Further, the central lines of the holding body 6, the transit rail 3, the rotating shaft and the turntable 2 are collinear, the structure is symmetrical, and the stress and the force transmission are stable and reliable.
Further, the length and the width of the holding body 6 are equal, and the length of the transit rail 3 is smaller than the length of the holding body 6, so that enough space can be reserved for the rotation of the transit rail 3, so that the transit rail 3 can not collide with the holding body 6 or other walking rails when rotating.
Further, the turntable 2 is a cylinder, the bottom surface of the cylinder is used for being in contact with the top surface of the holding body 6, the mounting surface of the steering wheel 5 is used for being tangent to the circumferential side surface of the cylinder, the second axis is used for being perpendicular to the mounting surface of the steering wheel 5, and force transfer among the steering wheel 5, the turntable 2 and the holding body 6 is stable and reliable when the steering wheel 5 rotates on the bottom surface of the holding body 6.
Further, the included angle between the second axis and the travelling wheel travelling direction of the track trolley 1 is 45 degrees, the structure is simple, the installation is convenient, and the rolling friction force between the steering wheel 5 and the holding body 6 can be more fully used for pushing the transfer track 3 to rotate.
Example two
The embodiment provides a traveling system for a suspended track trolley, which comprises a steering mechanism for the suspended track trolley and at least two traveling tracks, wherein at least one steering position exists between each traveling track, and the included angle of any two adjacent traveling tracks intersected at the steering position is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 180 degrees.
According to the traveling system for the suspension type track trolley, the steering position between the traveling tracks of the track trolley 1 is fixedly arranged through the arrangement of the retaining bodies 6, the transfer track 3 is arranged, one end of the transfer track 3 is attached to one end of one traveling track, the other end of the transfer track 3 is attached to one end of the other traveling track, the track trolley 1 can travel from the traveling track where the track trolley is located to the transfer track 3, then travel from the transfer track 3 to the next target traveling track, when the track trolley 1 travels to the transfer track 3, the lifting support 4 can be lifted to the steering wheel 5 to be in contact with the bottom surface of the retaining bodies 6 through the driving unit in the track trolley 1, the steering wheel 5 is enabled to roll on the bottom surface of the retaining bodies 6, meanwhile, the transfer track 3 is driven to rotate to the other end of the transfer track 3 to be attached to and kept attached to one end of the next target traveling track of the track trolley 1, the transfer track trolley 3 carries the track trolley 1 to rotate simultaneously, and therefore the track trolley 1 can be rapidly steered, the track trolley 1 can be steered to the track 1, the accuracy of the track trolley can be improved, the steering angle of the track trolley can be flexibly steered to any place, and the track trolley can be steered flexibly and simply and flexibly.
Further, the number of the walking tracks is four, the four walking tracks are intersected at one steering position, the included angle between any two adjacent walking tracks is 90 degrees, and the track trolley 1 rotates by 90 degrees, so that the track trolley 1 can select one of the two new walking tracks to continue walking, and the use is more flexible.
Example III
The embodiment provides a steering method for a suspended track trolley, which comprises the following steps of:
Step one, enabling a transit track 3 to be located at an initial position, enabling one end of the transit track 3 to be attached to one end of a walking track where a track trolley 1 is located, and keeping the attachment;
step two, waiting for the track trolley 1 to walk from the walking track where the track trolley is located to the transit track 3;
Step three, after the track trolley 1 walks from the walking track where the track trolley 1 is located to the transit track 3, the lifting support 4 is lifted to contact the steering wheel 5 with the bottom surface of the holding body 6 through the driving unit in the track trolley 1, the steering wheel 5 rolls on the bottom surface of the holding body 6, and meanwhile the transit track 3 is driven to rotate until the other end of the transit track 3 is jointed and kept jointed with one end of the next target walking track of the track trolley 1;
and step four, waiting for the track trolley 1 to walk from the transit track 3 to the next target walking track of the track trolley 1, and completing the steering operation of the track trolley 1 once after the track trolley 1 walks from the walking track where the track trolley 1 is located to the transit track 3.
According to the steering method for the suspension type track trolley, the steering position between the traveling tracks of the track trolley 1 is fixedly arranged through the arrangement of the retaining body 6, the transfer track 3 is arranged, one end of the transfer track 3 is attached to one end of one traveling track, the other end of the transfer track 3 is attached to one end of the other traveling track, the track trolley 1 can travel from the traveling track where the track trolley is located to the transfer track 3, then travel from the transfer track 3 to the next target traveling track, when the track trolley 1 travels to the transfer track 3, the lifting support 4 can be lifted to the position where the steering wheel 5 contacts with the bottom surface of the retaining body 6 through the driving unit in the track trolley 1, the steering wheel 5 rolls on the bottom surface of the retaining body 6, the transfer track 3 is driven to rotate to the other end of the transfer track 3, the other end of the next target traveling track of the track trolley 1 is attached to and kept attached, the transfer track 3 carries the track trolley 1 to rotate simultaneously, and therefore the track trolley 1 can be rapidly steered, the track trolley 1 can be steered flexibly, the steering efficiency of the track trolley 1 can be improved, the steering angle of the track trolley can be steered flexibly and flexibly, and the steering structure of the track trolley can be steered flexibly and simply.
