Description

Bracket type urinary catheter
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a bracket type urinary catheter.
Background
For a patient with a indwelling ureter, the ureter or the bladder needs to be flushed due to reasons such as blockage of the ureter or bladder bleeding, when the ureter is flushed, flushing fluid is injected into the bladder through the ureter and then discharged from the bladder, and the ureter and the bladder are flushed. Although irrigation of the bladder and urinary catheter is a common therapeutic procedure, in further studies, the inventors found that current irrigation of urinary catheters and bladders still has disadvantages, in particular:
for the three-cavity urinary catheter, the urinary catheter has a dedicated irrigation fluid channel, during the irrigation operation, the irrigation fluid is injected into the bladder from the irrigation fluid channel and then flows out from the urethral catheter, while for the two-cavity urinary catheter, because no separate irrigation fluid channel is provided, during the irrigation operation, the irrigation fluid is injected into the bladder through the urine channel and then is extracted from the bladder, in the actual operation, the inventor finds that the injection of the irrigation fluid is generally smooth, but in many cases, the extraction of the irrigation fluid is difficult, at present, the blockage of blood clots or other lumps in the bladder is generally considered, however, in the further research, the inventor finds that the reason is not just that,
the inventor finds that during the process of pumping irrigation fluid, when blood clots or other blocky obstructions exist in the bladder, the drainage port of the urinary catheter may be blocked, so that the flow of irrigation fluid from the bladder into the urinary catheter during pumping is reduced, and the medical staff can only increase the pumping force for pumping out liquid, however, the urinary catheter is usually made of elastic soft rubber or latex, and the increase of the pumping force leads to the increase of negative pressure in the urinary catheter. Therefore, the bladder irrigation work difficulty at present is extremely high due to the adverse effect.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, there is a need to design a stent type urinary catheter to solve the problem of unsmooth flushing caused by the deflation of the urinary catheter.
