Referring to fig. 1-11, one embodiment of the massage chair of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the massage chair includes a base frame assembly 100, a backrest assembly 200, a movable seat frame 300, a driving swing link assembly 400, a driven swing link 500, a first driving assembly 600, and a leg and foot massage assembly 700.
The backrest assembly 200 is coupled to the base-frame assembly 100. The backrest assembly 200 has a backrest portion for resting the back and a base portion for hip support.
The movable mount 300 is disposed on an upper side of the base portion of the back assembly 200. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the movable mount 300 has an initial position engaging the back rest assembly 200 and a sitting position higher than the base of the back rest assembly 200.
The driving swing link assembly 400 includes at least one pair of active swing links 410. Wherein, the active swing link 410 is hinged with the backrest 200. The top end of the driving swing rod 410 is hinged with the rear part of the movable seat frame 300.
The driven swing link 500 is disposed at the front side of the driving swing link 410, and the bottom end thereof is hinged to the backrest 200 and the top end thereof is hinged to the movable seat frame 300.
The first driving assembly 600 is used for driving the driving swing link 410 to rotate forward around the backrest 200, and driving the driven swing link 500 to rotate forward around the backrest 200, so that the movable seat frame 300 moves upward and forward from the initial position to the sitting position.
The massage chair has the advantages that the independent movable seat frame 300 is arranged, the first driving assembly 600 drives the driving swing rod assembly 400 and the driven swing rod 500 to push out and retract the movable seat frame 300 so as to adjust the front and back positions of the movable seat frame 300, a user can automatically and comfortably massage the upper part and the lower part of the massage chair, and the massage chair is simple in structure and convenient to use.
In this embodiment, the first driving assembly 600 includes a first electric push rod having a fixed end and a push rod end; the fixed end of the first electric push rod is hinged to the first ear seat 210 disposed at the bottom of the backrest assembly 200, and the push rod end of the first electric push rod is hinged to the bottom end of the active swing rod 410.
As shown in fig. 6, the active swing link 410 has a first swing link portion 411 and a second swing link portion 412 connected to each other. A first included angle is formed between the first swing link portion 411 and the second swing link portion 412. The middle of the driving swing link 410 is hinged to the backrest 200, the top of the first swing link 411 is hinged to the rear end of the movable seat frame 300, and the bottom of the second swing link 412 is connected to the first driving assembly 600.
The driving swing link assembly 400 further includes a connecting rod 420, and the two driving swing links 410 are connected by the connecting rod 420. The connecting rod 420 is provided with a second ear seat 421, and the first electric push rod is hinged with the connecting rod 420 through the second ear seat 421.
As shown in fig. 7, the driven swing link 500 includes a third swing link portion 510 and a fourth swing link portion 520 connected to each other, and a second included angle is formed between the third swing link portion 510 and the fourth swing link portion 520. The top end of third pendulum rod portion 510 is hinged to movable seat frame 300; the bottom end of the fourth swing rod part 520 is hinged with the backrest assembly 200.
In an embodiment, the first included angle is slightly less than 90 ° and the second included angle is about 90 °. The movable mount 300 is forwardly fed out and retracted by a link mechanism formed by the driving swing link 410 and the driven swing link 500. Meanwhile, due to the L-shaped structures of the driving swing link 410 and the driven swing link 500, the movable seat frame 300 can be sent out forwards, and simultaneously, the inclination angle of the seat surface of the movable seat frame 300 can be changed, so that the body angle of the user can be straightened, and the user can get up and sit down conveniently.
Preferably, when the movable seat frame 300 is in the sitting position, the seat surface of the movable seat frame 300 is parallel to the horizontal plane to ensure the body of the user to sit upright.
The middle of the driving swing link 410 is provided with a first mounting hole 413. The top end of the driving swing link 410 is provided with a second mounting hole 414. The active swing link 410 is hinged to the backrest 200 through the first pin 910 and the first mounting hole 413. The top end of the driving swing rod 410 is hinged with the movable seat frame 300 through a second pin 920, a nut and a second mounting hole 414.
The driven swing link 500 is provided at the bottom with a third mounting hole 530 and at the top with a fourth mounting hole 540. The driven swing link 500 is hinged to the backrest module 200 through a third pin 930 and a third mounting hole 530. The driven swing link 500 is hinged to the movable seat frame 300 through a fourth pin 940 and a fourth mounting hole 540.
Movable mount 300 includes a first mount portion 310, a second mount portion 320, and an arc-shaped connecting portion 330. The first pedestal part 310 is hinged with the driving swing rod 410; the second mount part 320 is hinged to the driven swing link 500; the arc-shaped connecting portion 330 connects the first and second housing portions 310 and 320. The angle between the first and second frame portions 310 and 320 is greater than 90 deg., which is convenient for a user to sit or lie down.
Further, the massage chair further comprises a second drive assembly 800, and the second drive assembly 800 comprises a second electric push rod. The second electric push rod is provided with a fixed end and a push rod end. The fixed end of the second electric push rod is hinged to the third ear seat 110 disposed on the bottom frame assembly 100, and the push rod end of the second electric push rod is hinged to the fourth ear seat 220 disposed at the bottom of the backrest assembly 200. The inclination angle of the backrest assembly 200 of the massage chair can be adjusted by the second driving assembly 800, so as to ensure the comfort of the sitting posture of the user and the massage requirements of different inclination angles.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 8, when the user's massage is finished, the components of the massage chair are restored to the original positions, as shown in fig. 4. When the first driving unit 600 starts to operate, the first electric push rod starts to extend, and the driving swing rod unit 400 is pushed to drive the movable seat frame 300 to move upward and outward, so that the user sitting on the movable seat frame 300 is sent forward as shown in fig. 9-11, and the inclination angle of the seat surface is changed, so as to straighten the body angle of the user, and when the first electric push rod operates to the sitting position (the most forward position) as shown in fig. 11, the position of the movable seat frame 300 is above the leg and foot massage unit 700, and the legs and feet of the user are removed from the leg and foot massage unit 700. The position at this moment can directly fall from the massage armchair, which is very convenient. When the user presses the control button after the user has come down, cradle 300 is returned to the initial position, as shown in fig. 4. When a user needs to use the massage chair, the control button is pressed first, the first driving unit 600 starts to operate, the movable seat frame 300 is moved to the sitting-up position (the most front position), the user directly sits on the movable seat frame 300, and then the first driving unit 600 moves the movable seat frame 300 to the initial position, so that the user can massage in a normal state.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions.
