Fig. 3 is a folding chopping board according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, in which a pair of heating plates in the folding chopping board are in a folded state. Fig. 4 is a view showing a folding chopping board according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, wherein the folding chopping board is in an unfolded state. As shown in fig. 1,2, 3 and 4, embodiment 1 of the present invention relates to a folding chopping board 100, which comprises a plurality of heating plates 1, a photoelectric sensor 4, a pressure sensor 5 and a control module. Wherein every two adjacent heating plates 1 are hinged to each other. A photosensor 4 is provided on at least one heating plate 1 of the pair of heating plates 1. Each heating plate 1 is provided with a pressure sensor 5. The control module is in communication connection with the photoelectric sensor 4 and the pressure sensor 5, and when the pair of heating plates are mutually folded, the control module can control the pair of heating plates to be switched to the power-off state according to detection results of the photoelectric sensor 4 and the pressure sensor. The control module may include a programmable logic control unit (e.g., a PLC or CPU), a memory, and electronic components coupled to the programmable logic control unit, etc., as is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
As can be seen from the above technical solution, the folding chopping board 100 of the present embodiment mainly includes a plurality of heating plates 1 hinged to each other, at least one heating plate 1 of each pair of heating plates 1 is provided with a photoelectric sensor 4, and each heating plate 1 is provided with a pressure sensor 5. This enables the control module to switch the pair of heating plates 1 to the power-off state according to the detection results of the photoelectric sensor 4 and the pressure sensor 5 when the pair of chopping boards are in the folded state, thereby avoiding that the heating surfaces of the heating plates 1 overlap each other in the heating state, resulting in damage to the heating plates 1 due to excessive temperature. Therefore, the folding chopping board 100 of the present invention can overcome the defect that the folding chopping board of the prior art is likely to be damaged due to overheating when being folded, can improve the safety of the folding chopping board 100, and is helpful to prolong the service life of the folding chopping board 100. In addition, the folding chopping board 100 of the embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, practicality, safety, reliability and convenient implementation, popularization and application. In the present embodiment, the number of heating plates 1 is selected to be 3, but in other embodiments, the number of heating plates 1 may be selected to be two, four, five, or the like.
The photosensor 4 is preferably but not limited to an infrared sensor, a diffuse reflection sensor, a mirror sensor, or the like. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the photosensor 4 is an infrared sensor. The heating plates 1 provided with the infrared sensors are defined as first heating plates, at least two infrared sensors are arranged on each first heating plate, and each infrared sensor is arranged at different edges of the heating plate 1. The control module is preferably configured to continue to acquire the detection result of the pressure sensor 5 when each of the photosensors 4 detects an obstacle, and to switch the heating plates 1 to the power-off state when it is determined that the pair of heating plates 1 are in the folded state. When only one photoelectric sensor 4 detects an obstacle, the control module can judge that the photoelectric sensor 4 is blocked by food, so that the heating plate 1 is allowed to be continuously heated, misjudgment caused by the photoelectric sensor 4 due to food blocking is avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Each heating plate 1 may optionally be provided with one pressure sensor 5 or a plurality of pressure sensors 5, preferably a plurality. The control module can acquire an average value of the detection results of the plurality of pressure sensors 5 on each heating plate 1, thereby improving the accuracy of pressure detection. For example, in the present embodiment, four pressure sensors 5 are provided on each heating plate 1, and four pressure sensors 5 are provided on four corners of the heating plate 1 in a one-to-one correspondence.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 relates to a control method of a folding chopping board, wherein the folding chopping board 100 comprises a plurality of heating plates 1, every two heating plates 1 are hinged with each other, wherein the two heating plates 1 with heating surfaces overlapped with each other during folding are called a pair of heating plates 1, at least one heating plate 1 in the pair of heating plates 1 is provided with a photoelectric sensor, and each heating plate 1 is provided with a pressure sensor 5. The control method of the folding chopping board 100 includes steps S5, S6 and S7.
Step S5: for any pair of heating plates 1, first photoelectric detection data of the photoelectric sensors 4 of the pair of heating plates 1 are acquired;
step S6: acquiring first pressure detection data of one of the pair of heating plates 1 and second pressure detection data of the other of the pair of heating plates 1;
step S7: whether the pair of heating plates 1 is in the folded state is determined based on the first pressure detection data, the second pressure detection data, and the first photo detection data.
Through operation step S5-7, the control module can judge whether a pair of heating plates 1 are in a folding state according to the first pressure detection data, the second pressure detection data and the first photoelectric detection data, so that the heating plates 1 in the folding state can be controlled to be cooled down or powered off, and the heating plates 1 are prevented from being damaged due to overhigh temperature caused by overlapping of heating surfaces of the heating plates 1.
Preferably, in this embodiment, step S7 specifically includes:
When the first pressure detection data and the second pressure detection data are both smaller than or equal to the second threshold value and the first photoelectric detection data of the photoelectric sensor 4 are smaller than or equal to the first threshold value, it is judged that the pair of heating plates 1 are in the folded state. When a pair of heating plates 1 is in a folded state, the photosensor 4 provided on one heating plate 1 can be shielded by the other heating plate 1, so that the photosensor 4 detects an obstacle. Wherein the first threshold is a detection value when the photosensor 4 detects an obstacle. The second threshold value is a detection value of the heating plate 1 when no weight is placed, and is usually zero, and in order to avoid errors of the pressure sensor 5, the second threshold value can be set to be slightly larger than zero, for example, 5-10g, etc.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the control method further includes step S1, step S2, step S3, and step S4. Wherein,
The step S1 comprises the following steps: acquiring third pressure detection data of the top-layer heating plate 1, wherein the top-layer heating plate 1 is the heating plate 1 positioned on the top layer when the folding chopping board 100 is in a folding state;
Step S2, acquiring fourth pressure detection data of a bottom layer heating plate 1, wherein the bottom layer heating plate 1 is the heating plate 1 of the bottom layer when the folding chopping board 100 is in a folding state;
Step S3 comprises the steps of obtaining second photoelectric detection data of the photoelectric sensor 4;
step S4 includes determining whether the folding chopping board 100 is in a fully folded state according to the third pressure detection data, the fourth pressure detection data, and the second photoelectric detection data.
By running the control method defined in steps S1 to S4, the control module can determine whether the folding chopping board 100 is in the fully folded state after the folding chopping board 100 is turned on, and determine whether each pair of heating plates 1 is in the folded state when the folding chopping board 100 is not in the fully folded state. When the folding chopping board 100 is in the fully folded state, all the heating plates 1 of the folding chopping board 100 are directly controlled to be powered off or only the heating plates 1 at the top are controlled, and whether each pair of heating plates 1 are mutually folded or not is not needed to be judged respectively, so that the control step of the folding chopping board 100 can be simplified, and the response speed of the folding chopping board 100 can be improved.
In this embodiment, determining whether the folding chopping board 100 is in the fully folded state according to the third pressure detection data, the fourth pressure detection data, and the second photoelectric detection data specifically includes:
When the third pressure detection data is smaller than a preset third threshold value, the fourth pressure detection data is equal to a preset fourth threshold value, and the second photoelectric detection data is smaller than or equal to a preset fifth threshold value, the folding chopping board 100 is judged to be in a fully folded state, and no articles are placed on the top layer of the folding chopping board 100. The third threshold is a detection result of the top heating plate when no article is placed. Typically, the third threshold is zero, which may be set slightly greater than zero, e.g. 5g, etc., in order to avoid errors in the pressure sensor 5. The fourth threshold is the total weight of the heating plate 1 above the bottom heating plate 1 when the folding chopping board 100 is in the folded state. The fifth threshold value is a detection value when the photosensor 4 detects an obstacle. Therefore, when the fourth pressure detection data is the fourth threshold value, the control module can determine that the plurality of heating plates 1 are all folded and positioned above the bottom heating plate 1, thereby determining that the folding chopping board 100 is in a folded state and no weight is placed.
In this embodiment, determining whether the folding chopping board 100 is in the fully folded state according to the third pressure detection data, the fourth pressure detection data, and the second photoelectric detection data preferably further includes:
When the third pressure detection data is greater than or equal to a preset third threshold value, the fourth pressure detection data is equal to the third pressure detection data plus a fourth threshold value, and the second photoelectric detection data is less than or equal to a preset fifth threshold value, the folding chopping board 100 is judged to be in a fully folded state, and the top layer of the folding chopping board 100 is provided with articles.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, after step S4, further includes: only the heating process of the top heating plate 1 is controlled. When the user can only control the heating process of top layer hot plate 1, can avoid the heating surface of laminating each other to be in the folded condition to avoid the heating surface of hot plate 1 to overlap each other under the heating condition, lead to the high temperature to damage hot plate 1.
