Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of folding beds, in particular to a one-key electric folding bed.
Background
The folding bed is used as one of necessary tools for daily life of people, labor intensity can be reduced during carrying, and meanwhile, the folding bed can be folded for storage, so that space is saved, and the folding bed is widely applied to the lying demands of places such as daily home, hospital nursing, hotels and the like. However, manual folding of the bed is cumbersome, time consuming and labor intensive.
Based on this, the problem that the manual folding bed is comparatively troublesome and waste time and energy has been solved to the electronic folding bed that has appeared in the present market, but current electronic folding bed passes through both sides direction, and middle push rod motor goes up and down, when the unilateral atress of one of them face of folding bed, appears the condition such as swing, abnormal sound easily.
Based on this, the inventor proposes a one-key electric folding bed to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problems that the middle push rod motor of the existing electric folding bed is lifted, and when one side of the folding bed is stressed on one side, the conditions of swing, abnormal sound and the like are easy to occur.
The invention provides a one-key electric folding bed which comprises a first bed body, a second bed body, a first linear actuator, a key, a second linear actuator and a driving shaft, wherein the second bed body is connected with the first bed body in a folding mode, the first linear actuator is installed on the first bed body, a driving shaft of the first linear actuator is connected with the first turnover mechanism in a driving mode, a connecting part of the first turnover mechanism is pivoted with the first bed body, a swinging arm part of the first turnover mechanism can be abutted with the first bed body, the second linear actuator is installed on the second bed body, a driving shaft of the second linear actuator is connected with the second turnover mechanism in a driving mode, a connecting part of the second turnover mechanism is pivoted with the second bed body, a swinging arm part of the second turnover mechanism can be abutted with the second bed body, and the key can control opening and closing of the first linear actuator and the second linear actuator at the same time.
Compared with the prior art, the technical effects that the technical scheme can achieve are that the first linear actuator is adopted to drive the first main shaft to rotate and under the action of the first turnover mechanism, the first main shaft is arranged on the first bed body to drive the first bed body to rotate, the second linear actuator is adopted to drive the second main shaft to rotate and under the action of the second turnover mechanism, the second main shaft is arranged on the second bed body to drive the second bed body to rotate, and when the first bed body or the second bed body is stressed on one side, the conditions such as swing, abnormal sound and the like are not easy to occur. And the arrangement of the keys can realize that the keys can control the opening and closing of the first linear actuator and the second linear actuator by one key, so that the operation of a user is more convenient.
In the embodiment, the folding bed further comprises a first mattress, a first fixing rod is fixedly connected to the first mattress, the first fixing rod is rotatably connected to one end, far away from the second bed, of the first bed, and a second fixing rod is fixedly connected to the second mattress, and is rotatably connected to one end, far away from the first bed, of the second bed.
The technical effect after this technical scheme of adoption is, first mattress relative rotation connects on first bed body, and the second mattress relative rotation connects on the second bed body, has guaranteed when folding the bed, can deposit and reduce occupation of land space, and first mattress and second mattress are comparatively soft, and the user is on lying comparatively comfortable.
In the embodiment, the folding bed further comprises a fixed seat, a first rotating shaft is arranged on the fixed seat, a first hinge rod, a third fixing rod and a second hinge rod, wherein one end of the first hinge rod is rotatably connected with the fixed seat, the other end of the first hinge rod is hinged with the third fixing rod, the third fixing rod is fixedly connected with the first mattress, the first hinge rod and the second hinge rod are arranged in a crossing mode, one end of the second hinge rod is rotatably connected with the fixed seat, and the other end of the second hinge rod is hinged with a fourth fixing rod which is fixedly connected with the second mattress.
The technical effect after the adoption of the technical scheme is that the first mattress is driven by the third fixed rod, the first hinging rod, the fixed seat and the first rotating shaft, the second mattress is driven by the fourth fixed rod, the second hinging rod, the fixed seat and the first rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft is driven to rotate in the folding process of the folding bed, and accordingly the first mattress and the second mattress are driven to correspondingly rotate, and occupied space can be further reduced.
In this embodiment, the first bed body and the second bed body are both provided with a limiting stop lever for limiting the first mattress and the second mattress.
The technical effect after adopting this technical scheme is, when the first bed body and the second bed body expand, the one side of the first bed body and the second bed body all sets up spacing shelves pole to make first mattress and second mattress do not produce the slip under the effect of present spacing shelves pole.

In the embodiment, a first rotating plate is fixedly connected to two sides of one end of the first bed body, a first through hole for the first rotating shaft to pass through is formed in the first rotating plate, a second rotating plate is fixedly connected to two sides of one end of the second bed body, a second through hole for the first rotating shaft to pass through is formed in the second rotating plate, and the first rotating plate and the second rotating plate are closely arranged.
The technical effect after adopting this technical scheme is, can drive first pivot and rotate when guaranteeing first bed body and second bed body to fold, so set up first rotor and second rotor, when first linear actuator and second linear actuator drive first bed body and second bed body fold and rotate, drive first pivot through the effect of first rotor and second rotor to finally drive first mattress and second mattress and rotate.

In this embodiment, the locking structure includes a chute disposed in the first mattress and the second mattress, a lock release button is slidably connected in the chute, and a spring is connected between the lock release button and the chute.
The technical effect after the adoption of the technical scheme is that when the locking structure is required to be unlocked, the unlocking button is pressed by a user to enable the unlocking button to move towards the direction close to the spring, so that the unlocking button is separated from the guardrail, the folding bed can be folded at the moment, and when the locking structure is locked, the unlocking button is enabled to move towards the direction far away from the spring under the action of the spring, so that the unlocking button is combined with the guardrail, and the locking of the locking structure can be completed.
In this embodiment, a plurality of stopper posts are mounted on the lower surfaces of the first mattress and the second mattress.
The technical effect after this technical scheme of adoption is, when this folding bed expands, cooperation between a plurality of spacing posts and the folding bed, and spacing post is used for supplementary guardrail's installation, guarantees that the cooperation is stable between guardrail and the folding bed.

In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of embodiments of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the one-key electric folding bed comprises a first bed body 1, a second bed body 2, a first linear actuator 3, a key, a second linear actuator 4, a second linear actuator 2, a first linear actuator 3, a second linear actuator 3 and a key, wherein the second bed body 2 is connected with the first bed body 1 in a folding way, the first linear actuator 3 is installed on the first bed body 1, a driving shaft of the first linear actuator 3 is connected with the first turnover mechanism in a driving way, a connecting part of the first turnover mechanism is pivoted with the first bed body 1, a swinging arm part of the first turnover mechanism can be abutted with the first bed body 1, the second linear actuator 4 is installed on the second bed body 2, a driving shaft of the second linear actuator 4 is connected with the second turnover mechanism in a driving way, a connecting part of the second turnover mechanism is pivoted with the second bed body 2, a swinging arm part of the second turnover mechanism can be abutted with the second bed body 2, and the key can simultaneously control the opening and closing of the first linear actuator 3 and the second linear actuator 4.
In this embodiment, the first linear actuator 3 is a stepper motor, the output shaft of the first linear actuator 3 is pivotally connected with the first connecting piece 5, one end of the first connecting piece 5 is rotationally connected to the first spindle 6, the first spindle 6 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first linear actuator 3, so that the first rotating shaft 14 rotates to drive the first bed 1 to rotate along the first rotating shaft 14, in addition, the first turnover mechanism comprises the first spindle 6, a push rod 31 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the first spindle 6, a roller 32 is arranged at one end of the push rod 31 away from the first spindle 6, and the surface of the roller 32 abuts against one side of the first bed 1, so that thrust is applied to the first bed 1 while the first spindle 6 rotates, and the stability of the rotation of the first bed 1 is ensured when the first bed 1 is folded.
Similarly, the output shaft of the second linear actuator 4 is pivoted with a second connecting piece 7, one end of the second connecting piece 7 is rotatably connected to the second spindle 8, and the second spindle 8 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the second linear actuator 4, so that the second spindle 8 rotates to drive the first bed 1 to rotate along the first rotating shaft 14. In addition, the second turnover mechanism comprises the second main shaft 8, a push rod 31 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the second main shaft 8, a roller 32 is arranged at one end, far away from the second main shaft 8, of the push rod 31, the surface of the roller 32 abuts against one side of the first bed body 2, so that the second main shaft 8 rotates and simultaneously pushes the first bed body 2, and the rotating stability of the second bed body 2 is ensured when the second bed body 2 is folded.
When the folding bed needs to be folded, the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2 move close to each other.
The first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2 can be steel wire beds, wood beds and the like, and the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2 are particularly connected in a pin joint mode, so that the rotation directions of the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2 are opposite.
The key can be arranged at any position on the folding bed, the opening and closing of the first linear actuator 3 and the second linear actuator 4 are mainly controlled, the first linear actuator 3 and the second linear actuator 4 adopt stepping motors with the same specification, and as the installation directions of the first linear actuator 3 and the second linear actuator 4 are opposite, when the key is started to enable the first linear actuator 3 and the second linear actuator 4 to be started, the first linear actuator 3 drives the first bed body 1 to rotate in the clockwise direction, and the second linear actuator 4 drives the second bed body 2 to rotate in the anticlockwise direction, so that the purposes of moving the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2 close to each other and folding the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2 are achieved.
The keys can be arranged by adopting contact type buttons and are connected with a controller (not shown in the figure), and the controller is electrically connected with the first linear actuator 3 and the second linear actuator 4 so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the opening and closing of the first linear actuator 3 and the second linear actuator 4 by the keys.
The first bed 1 and the second bed 2 are integrally formed as rectangular parallelepiped, and have a longitudinal direction and a width direction.
Referring to fig. 1& # x2011, 5, the folding bed further comprises a first mattress 9, a first fixing rod 10 fixedly connected to the first mattress 9, the first fixing rod 10 rotatably connected to one end of the first bed body 1, which is far away from the second bed body 2, and a second mattress 11, a second fixing rod 12 fixedly connected to the second mattress 11, and the second fixing rod 12 rotatably connected to one end of the second bed body 2, which is far away from the first bed body 1.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2 are rotated and folded while the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11 are correspondingly rotated, the first fixing rod 10 and the second fixing rod 12 are respectively installed on the lower surfaces of the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2, and the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11 can be driven to rotate when the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2 are rotated and folded by rotating the first fixing rod 10 and the first bed body 1 and rotating the second fixing rod 12 and rotating the second bed body 2.
In order to improve the comfort of the user, the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11 can be arranged to be softer, for example, the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11 can be spring mattresses, so that the comfort of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 1& # x2011, 5, the folding bed further comprises a fixed seat 13, a first rotating shaft 14, a first hinging rod 15, a third fixing rod 16, a second hinging rod 17, a fourth fixing rod 18 and a fourth fixing rod 18, wherein the first rotating shaft 14 is installed on the fixed seat 13, one end of the first hinging rod 15 is rotatably connected with the fixed seat 13, the other end of the first hinging rod 15 is hinged with the third fixing rod 16, the third fixing rod 16 is fixedly connected with the first mattress 9, the first hinging rod 15 and the second hinging rod 17 are arranged in a crossing mode, one end of the second hinging rod 17 is rotatably connected with the fixed seat 13, and the other end of the second hinging rod 17 is hinged with the fourth fixing rod 18, and the fourth fixing rod 18 is fixedly connected with the second mattress 11.
In this embodiment, the fixing base 13 is formed by welding a cuboid section bar and a connecting piece, the cuboid section bar is arranged along the width direction of the first bed body 1, and holes for allowing two ends of the first rotating shaft 14 to pass through are formed in two ends of the cuboid section bar, so that the first rotating shaft 14 is ensured to be accurately installed in the fixing base 13.
The bottom end of the connecting piece is provided with two holes through which the two rotating shafts pass to enable the connecting piece to be rotationally connected with the first hinging rod 15 and the connecting piece to be rotationally connected with the second hinging rod 17.
The first hinging rod 15 and the second hinging rod 17 are arranged in a crossing manner to form a fork-shaped structure, the other end of the first hinging rod 15 is hinged with a third fixing rod 16, one end of the third fixing rod 16 is arranged at the bottom of the first mattress 9, the other end of the second hinging rod 17 is hinged with a fourth fixing rod 18, and one end of the fourth fixing rod 18 is arranged at the bottom of the second mattress 11, so that the first hinging rod 15 drives the third fixing rod 16 to move so as to drive the first mattress 9 to rotate, and the second hinging rod 17 drives the fourth fixing rod 18 to move so as to drive the second mattress 11 to rotate.
The first rotating shaft 14 is driven to rotate in the folding process of the folding bed, so that the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11 are driven to correspondingly rotate, and the occupied space can be further reduced.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the first bed 1 and the second bed 2 are provided with a stop bar 19 for limiting the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11.
When the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2 are unfolded, one side of the first bed body 1 and one side of the second bed body 2 are respectively provided with a limiting stop rod 19, so that the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11 do not slide under the action of the limiting stop rods 19. The limiting stop rod 19 is arranged along the width direction of the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2, and the limiting stop rod 19 adopts an L-shaped stop rod structure to prevent the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11 from sliding.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the first bed body 1 includes a first bed body 20 and a first main frame 21 that are disposed in a mesh shape, the first bed body 20 and the first main frame 21 are fixedly connected by using a fastener, the second bed body 2 includes a second bed body 29 and a second main frame 30 that are disposed in a mesh shape, and the second bed body 29 and the second main frame 30 are fixedly connected by using a fastener.
The first bed body 1 includes a first bed body 20 and a first main frame body 21, wherein the first main frame body 21 is used as a structure for supporting the first bed body 20, and is used for bearing the weight of the first bed body 20 and the second mattress 11, and the first main frame body 21 can be made of a rigid material and has higher strength. Similarly, the second bed body 2 can also be made of rigid materials, and has higher strength.
In order to fasten the connection between the first bed body 20 and the first main frame 21, fasteners such as screws, bolts may be used to strengthen the connection between the first bed body 1 and the first main frame 21. The second bed body 29 and the second main frame 30 may be connected and fixed by fasteners.
Referring to fig. 1-5, two sides of one end of the first bed body 20 are fixedly connected with a first rotating plate 22, a first through hole for the first rotating shaft 14 to pass through is formed in the first rotating plate 22, two sides of one end of the second bed body 29 are fixedly connected with a second rotating plate 23, a second through hole for the first rotating shaft 14 to pass through is formed in the second rotating plate 23, and the first rotating plate 22 and the second rotating plate 23 are tightly attached to each other.
In order to ensure that the first rotating shaft 14 can be driven to rotate when the first bed body 20 and the second bed body 29 are folded, the first rotating plate 22 and the second rotating plate 23 are arranged, a first through hole and a second through hole are respectively formed in the first rotating plate 22 and the second rotating plate 23, two ends of the first rotating shaft 14 penetrate through the first through hole and the second through hole to enable the first rotating plate 22 and the second rotating plate 23 to be stably connected to the first rotating shaft 14, and the first linear actuator 3 and the second linear actuator 4 drive the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2 to rotate in a folding mode, and drive the first rotating shaft through the action of the first rotating plate 22 and the second rotating plate 23, so that the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11 are finally driven to rotate.
Referring to fig. 1-5, a transverse plate 24 is fixedly connected to the bottoms of the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11, and a pair of universal wheels 25 are mounted at the bottom ends of the transverse plate 24.
The universal wheels 25 can be arranged to enable the folding bed to be pushed to any appointed position after being folded. The universal wheel 25 is arranged at the bottom end of the transverse plate 24, and when the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11 are unfolded, the universal wheel 25 is arranged at the side edges of the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11, so that interference effect is not generated on the lying of a user on the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the folding bed is further matched with a guardrail, and locking structures for locking the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11 with the guardrail are arranged on the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11.
When the folding bed is unfolded, in order to enable a user not to fall down from the side edge of the folding bed when lying on the folding bed, the folding bed can be matched with the guardrails, and in order to enable the folding bed to be matched with the guardrails stably, locking structures are arranged on the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11, when the folding bed is unfolded, the locking structures are locked to enable the folding bed to be matched with the guardrails stably, and when the folding bed needs to be folded, the locking structures are unlocked to enable the folding bed to be not matched with the guardrails any more, and the folding bed is folded. The locking structure can adopt any locking structure in the prior art to complete the matching between the guardrail and the folding bed.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the locking structure comprises a chute provided in the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11, a release button 26 is slidably connected in the chute, and a spring 27 is connected between the release button 26 and the chute.
The locking structure is preferably a cylindrical unlocking button 26, the guardrail is provided with a through hole for the unlocking button 26 to pass through, when the locking structure is required to be unlocked, the unlocking button 26 is pushed by a user to move towards the direction close to the spring 27 so that the unlocking button 26 is separated from the through hole on the guardrail, the folding bed can be folded at the moment, when the locking structure is locked, the unlocking button 26 moves towards the direction far away from the spring 27 under the action of the spring 27 so that the unlocking button 26 passes through the through hole on the guardrail, and the locking structure can be locked by combining the unlocking button 26 with the guardrail.
Referring to fig. 1-5, a plurality of stopper posts 28 are mounted on the lower surfaces of the first mattress 9 and the second mattress 11.
When this folding bed expands, cooperation between a plurality of spacing posts 28 and the folding bed, spacing post 28 are used for assisting the installation of guardrail, guarantee that the cooperation is stable between guardrail and the folding bed. The number of the limit posts 28 is preferably 8 on the first mattress 9, each 4 of which is arranged on one side of the first mattress 9, and 8 on the second mattress 11, each 4 of which is arranged on one side of the second mattress 11.
